Abstract

Digital images that are personal and confidential are very vulnerable to wiretapping by irresponsible parties. Especially if distributed via the internet network such as on Facebook, WhatsApp and e-mail chat based applications. Images that are sent sometimes are often confidential images and must be maintained. In order to maintain the security of digital images can be done by utilizing cryptographic techniques. Cryptographic techniques can secure digital images by changing pixel values from digital images so as to produce different pixel values from the original image to be secured. This research will use AES 128 bit and Triple DES methods for encryption and decryption of digital images on client-server based applications. The results of the encryption AES algorithm will be re-encrypted with the Triple DES Algorithm so as to produce pixel values that are far different from the original pixel values. Abstract

Dalam dunia pemasaran untuk menjual suatu produk diperlukan suatu lokasi untuk pemasaran, kesalahan dalam pemilihan lokasi dapat membuat perusahaan mengalami kerugian. Begitu juga dengan CV. Boga Amanda untuk membuka cabang baru outlet dibutuhkan lokasi yang mudah untuk di kunjungi oleh konsumen dengan estimasi biaya yang ditentukan oleh perusahaan, dengan tujuan hasil penjulan yang mencapai target keuntungan. Penentuan lokasi harus dilakukan dengan pertimbangan dan perhitungan yang tepat. The Extended Promethee II (EXPROM II) adalah perpanjang atau perluasan dari versi modifikasi metode Promethee II, atau mirip dengan Promethee II. Perbandingan berpasangan alternatif mempertimbangkan penyimpangan terhadap setiap kriteria yang dipertimbangkan dalam metode The Extended Promethee II (EXPROM II). Untuk mengoptimalkan hasil yang lebih jelas maka di bangun sistem pendukung keputusan yaitu Microsoft Visual Basic Net 2008 dan MySql sebagai alat bantu perancangan database. Penentuan lokasi yang efektif memberikan dampak positif bagi CV Boga Amanda karena dapat meningkatkan produktivitas penjualan dengan keuntungan yang diinginkan, maupun konsumen yang lebih mudah untuk menjangkau outlet CV Boga Amanda.

Abstract

Buah-buahan identik dengan warna, semakin cemerlang warna buah maka semakin dapat dilihat kesegarannya. Image retrieval buah-buahan adalah bagian dari komputer grafik untuk pengenalan jenis buah-buahan, dimana dengan menggunakan image retreival ini mampu mendeteksi jenis buah-buahan yang masi segar dari segi kecerahan warnanya. Masalah yang terdapat pada cara pengenalan buah-buahan yaitu warna citra yang diinputkan, untuk satu jenis buah terkadang memiliki lebih dari satu warna dasar. Histogram index mampu mengidentifikasi penyebaran warna dari citra buah-buahan dan skala warna yang besar dan berpengaruh secara non-linier terhadap waktu proses pengenalan warna buah-buahan.

Abstract

Promotion is a very important issue for every academic because it involves the continuation of the academic development. STIKOM Tunas Bangsa is one of PTS in North Sumatera which is engaged in computer science. The process of admission of new students has the same procedure that is doing promotion to various regions in order to obtain human resources who will be a student of the college. To conduct promotional activities, STIKOM Tunas Bangsa through the marketing team must consider many factors, including promotional media used to obtain new students. From the above problems the author wants to create a decision support system that can provide solutions to the problem. One of the methods DSS that can be used is the method of Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). AHP is a decision support model developed by Thomas L. Saaty. This decision support model will describe the problem of multy factor or complex multi criteria into a hierarchy, according to the time (1993) the hierarchy is defined as a representation of a complex problem in a multi-level structure where the first level is the goal, and followed by the factor level , Criteria, sub criteria, and so on down to the last level of the alternative. With a hierarchy, a complex problem can be broken down into groups that are then organized into a hierarchical form so that the problem will seem more structured and systematic. From the results of this study is expected to assist the management, especially the marketing team in providing the best media promotion solutions for new students at STIKOM Tunas Bangsa Pematangsiantar.

Abstract

National culture is a precious national heritage, so it must be preserved. The government continues to strive to preserve national culture, the introduction of national culture among students by implementing cultural learning curricula in schools. In addition, the government also holds events such as cultural festivals. However, the efforts made still have weaknesses such as Learning through textbooks is also considered boring and less attractive to students. The cultural festival program is only accessible for the surrounding community so creative solutions are needed as a medium for cultural learning in schools and a means to introduce a culture that can be reached by all people. One of the media that can be used is through games. Games that are currently very easy to play and very familiar in the community are onet games. The purpose of this study was to design the game Onet Wawasan Nusantara (OWA). One method that can be used to design a game is Digital Games Based Learning-Instructional Design (DGBL-ID) which consists of analysis, design, development, quality assurance and implementation stages. The method was chosen because it can integrate the cultural learning curriculum into the game, so that the game not only serves as an entertainment facility, but also has an educational element in it. The results of this study are game design that can be the basis for further game development. In the long run, if this game can be implemented and used by the community (Indonesia), it will be a creative solution that supports government efforts to maintain and preserve national culture.Keywords: edugame, national culture, DGBL-ID

Abstract

Digital imagery is a two-dimensional image process through a digital computer that is used to manipulate and modify images in various ways. Photos are examples of two-dimensional images that can be processed easily. Each photo in the form of a digital image can be processed through certain software devices. In the water environment, light factors greatly influence the results of image quality obtained. With the deepening of underwater shooting, the results obtained will be the darker the quality of the underwater image. Underwater imagery is widely used as an object in various activities such as underwater habitat mapping, underwater environment monitoring, underwater object search. Uneven lighting and colors that tend to be bluish and runny. One of the factors that influence the recognition results in pattern recognition is the quality of the image that is inputted. The image acquired from the source does not always have good quality. The process of improvement in digital images that experience interference in lighting and exposure to sunlight. The lighting repair process uses the retinex method and will compare the quality of the two methods later. Until later the results of both methods can be seen which is better. Abstract

Classification of K Nearest Neighbors in this study to determine the grouping in seeing the suitability of the installed household electricity customers. Then the system built can see customers who want to know the amount of power given and want to add new. Conversely, if customers who want to reduce the power that has been given because it is too large with the condition of houses that are not large and not much use, can be seen in this system. The purpose of this study is to facilitate old customer customers in seeing the installed power with a variable amount of air conditioner (AC), number of refrigerators, number of washing machines and other electronic quantities based on the grouping of test data. first adjusted to the new test data. The process of the K-Nearest Neighbor method is to input the customers name with the value of the amount of air conditioner (AC) with a value of 2, the number of refrigerators with a value of 2, the number of washing machines with a value of 1 and the number of other electronics with a value of 7. Then the data is seen with distance closest is 1.73205 by being trained by seeing neighbors nearby in training training. Furthermore, training of the data was obtained by customers with ID P-05 found in class C2 classifications. The results of this system are in the form of customer grouping which is categorized into 4 ampere, 6 ampere or 12 ampere category classification types, each of which is seen from the amount of power installed. This research is expected to help PLN customers of the city of Lhokseumawe in knowing the old customers who are included in the type of grouping.Keywords: Classification, Electrical Power, K-Nearest Neighbors

Abstract

Mosque architectural design is based on Islamic culture as an approach to objects and products from the Islamic community by looking at their suitability and values and basic principles of Islam that explore more creative and innovative ideas. The purpose of this system is to help the team and the community in seeing the best mosque in the top order so that the system can be used as a reference for the team and the community. The variables used in the selection of modern mosques include facilities and infrastructure, building structure, roof structure, mosque area, level of security and facilities. The system model used is a fuzzy promethee model that is used for the modern mosque selection process. Fuzzy inference assessment is used to determine the value of each variable so that the value remains at normal limits. Fuzzy values will then be included in promethee assessment aspects. The highest promethee ranking results will be made a priority for the best mosque ranking. This fuzzy inference system and promethee system can help the management team and the community in determining the selection of modern mosques in aceh in accordance with modern mosque architecture. Abstract

Many of the problems that occur in large-scale computer network one of the problems is a complex network design and difficult to change because the system is running, one of these problems is within the university network, as is known the number of most Internet users come from the university, therefore design or reliable network design is required for good access at the university. Hierarchical network model is one of the efficient network design to be applied in large-scale networks. This model uses 3 layers (layer) namely core layer, distribution layer and access layer. Each layer will be maximized for use in the university network distribution layer will use inter vlan routing which will then be distributed to the faculties acting as the access layer. Network design with hierarchical model will also make it easier to monitor or monitor network traffic so it will be easy for the network administration in managing the work.

Abstract

The use of internet technology in the government environment is known as electronic government or e-government. In simple terms, e-government or digital government is an activity carried out by the government by using information technology support in providing services to the community. In line with the spirit of bureaucratic reform in Indonesia, e-government has a role in improving the quality of public services and helping the process of delivering information more effectively to the public. Over time, the application of e-Government has turned out to have mixed results. In developed countries, the application of e-Government systems in the scope of government has produced various benefits ranging from the efficiency of administrative processes and various innovations in the field of public services. But on the contrary in the case of developing countries including Indonesia, the results are more alarming where many government institutions face obstacles and even fail to achieve significant improvements in the quality of public services despite having adequate information and communication technology. The paradigm of bureaucrats who wrongly considers that the success of e-Government is mainly determined by technology. Even though there are many factors outside of technology that are more dominant as causes of failure such as organizational management, ethics and work culture. This study aims to develop a model of success in the application of e-Government from several best practice models in the field of information technology that have been widely used so far using literature studies as research methods.
