Abstract

Internet users find it difficult to compare and know the quality of services provided by Internet Service Providers (ISP), most Internet users choose an Internet Service Provider (ISP) based on the experience and advice of other users. This is not necessarily appropriate to the needs, because a valid decision must be considered and taken into account from the criteria available to obtain a decision. Decision support systems are designed to help decision making and are interpreted as a datadriven model system that has procedures in data processing and data processing results used to make a decision. Therefore, with the construction of decision support systems can help Internet users in making more efficient decisions. The method used in decision support systems is Elimintaion And Choice Translation Realty (ELECTRE). with the establishment of an Internet Service Provider (ISP) decision support system by applying the ELECTRE method that is expected to assist internet users in determining the Internet Service Provider (ISP) that suits their needs.

Abstract

At this paper focus on Malicous Software also known as Malware APT1 (Advance Persistent Threat) codename WEBC2-DIV the most variants malware has criteria consists of Virus, Worm, Trojan, Adware, Spyware, Backdoor either Rootkit. Although, malware could avoidance scanning antivirus but reverse engineering could be know how dangerous malware infect computer client. Lately, malware attack as a form espionage (cyberwar) one of the most topic on security internet, because of has massive impact. Forensic malware becomes indicator successfull user to realized about malware infect. This research about reverse engineering. Abstract

Selection Candidate steward taruna represent one of [the] way of used to select steward taruna candidate [so that/ to be] as according to quality of which [is] wanted. Steward represent one of [the] profession [in] service activities area at one particular good company [of] air, sea and also land. A steward undertake to give service, taking care of security, and safety [of] passenger during air transport which underway and also have very high work risk and each;every steward have to have candid behavior in running each;every its work. Expected Candidate steward taruna selection is not easy to, because decision making accepted or [do] not it [him] steward taruna candidate still [done/conducted] by llama that is pursuant to previous ladder national test value. This matter result inaccurate selection decision making and its inappropriate result and fall wide of the mark, [is] for that needed [by] decision supporter system which later assist decision making. Abstract

Education is a sector that greatly determines the quality of a nation. The failure of education has implications for the failure of a nation, the success of education also automatically brings the success of a nation. In the world of education, it should pay attention to the elements of education, which include: students, educators, software, management, facilities and infrastructure and stake holders. Assets needed in education are human resources that are quality. Quality resources can be from students, the community, as well as from educators. In education, there is a level of education which starts from kindergarten, elementary school, junior high school, high school and university. Higher education is the education unit of higher education providers. Higher education students are called students, while college educators are called lecturers. According to the type, universities are divided into two, namely; state universities and private universities. Among students who want to go to college, many of the students want to go to state universities. So that many students and parents make their children for intensive guidance so that they can be accepted at the desired state universities. Abstract

The Medan Central Bureau of Statistics is tasked with surveying data or calculating quality statistical data and information which includes accuracy of relevance and also for price standardization or determination. The problem in setting the price standard is because many companies raise prices without surveying data first and some other companies do not adjust the price of one to another. To handle this, one method is needed to study and analyze Distributor Item Price data to be uniform, using knowledge of artificial neural network analysis using the Levenberg-Marquardt method. With this activity the Medan Central Bureau of Statistics hopes that the company in an effort to increase customer satisfaction with the products produced can be done by producing a product or item with high quality and quality with balanced pricing in accordance with the conditions in the market (adjusted to community income). The results obtained through this study are the uniformity of the prices of distributor goods in the market, which have previously been through the process of testing and applying mathematically statistically using matlab software.Keywords: Artificial Neural Networks, Levenberg-Marquardt Method, Distributor Prices, MATLAB

Abstract

Early Childhood Education (PAUD) is one of the government programs in guidance aimed at children from birth up to the age of six that is done through the provision of education to support the growth and development of physical and spiritual so that children have readiness in entering further education. The application of ELECTRE (Elimination And Choice Translation Reality) is aimed at selecting PAUDs eligible for government assistance. Determination of policies taken as the basis for decision-making must use criteria that can be clearly and objectively defined.

Abstract

Kesehatan merupakan hal yang sangat penting bagi semua manusia karena tanpa kesehatan yang baik, maka setiap manusia akan sulit dalam melaksanakan aktivitasnya sehari-hari. Kesehatan adalah keadaan sehat, baik secara fisik, mental, spritual maupun sosial yang memungkinkan setiap orang untuk hidup produktif secara sosial dan ekonomis. Penelitian ini membahas tentang Pemanfaatan Algoritma Clushtering Dalam Mengelompokkan Jumlah Desa/Kelurahan Yang Memiliki Sarana Kesehatan Menurut Provinsi Dengan K-Means. Sumber data penelitian ini dikumpulkan berdasarkan dokumen-dokumen keterangan Jumlah Desa/Kelurahan Yang Memiliki Sarana Kesehatan yang dihasilkan oleh Badan Pusat Statistik Nasional. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data dari tahun 2008-2014 yang terdiri dari 34 provinsi. Variable yang digunakan (6) jumlah populasi dari tahun 2008-2014. Data akan diolah dengan melakukan clushtering dalam 3 clushter yaitu clusther tingkat sarana kesehatan  tinggi, clusther tingkat sarana kesehatan  sedang dan rendah. Centroid data untuk cluster tingkat populasi tinggi 245, 624, 1434, 1038, 2264, 1223, Centroid data untuk cluster tingkat populasisedang 53, 89, 203, 271, 691, 212, dan Centroid data untuk cluster tingkat populasi rendah 7, 1, 9, 50, 0, 23. Sehingga diperoleh  penilaian berdasarkan indeks Desa/Kelurahan Yang Memiliki Sarana Kesehatan dengan 4 provinsi tingkat sarana kesehatan tinggi yaitu Sumatera Utara, Jawa Barat, Jawa Tengah, Jawa Timur, 14 provinsi tingkat sarana kesehatan sedang, dan 16 provinsi lainnya termasuk tingkat sarana kesehatan rendah. Hal ini dapat menjadi masukan kepada pemerintah, provinsi yang menjadi perhatian lebih pada Desa/Kelurahan Yang Memiliki Sarana Kesehatan berdasarkan cluster yang telah dilakukan.

Abstract

The allocation of workers is very much needed by the company. But in reality the company is difficult to place employees in every allocation. But with the development of existing technology, it can be minimized by calculating the cost of each worker and each allocation by utilizing existing data and extraction to generate new knowledge. Implementation of operational research techniques using hungarian methods and tested using a system or application as a decision tree to assign some decent workers to be placed on existing jobs within the company. The extension process can show the group of employee data that fall into the category of workers and the allocation so as to optimize the costs that are out by the company. So PT.Ira Widya Utama Medan can be a reference to take decisions in assigning and allocating employees next.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors that the ships eligibility in making the voyage to avoid the occurrence of marine accidents that are fatal because it is not worthy to ship in the voyage and finish it by using a decision-making system approach. This auxiliary system serves to record the ships eligible ship physical and administrative results prior to the voyage. The auxiliary system in this study was built within the optimization framework designed to solve the ships eligibility issues in making the voyage. The test of ships eligibility in making good and optimal shipping to avoid fatal accidents is not possible without using a good and real-time data management system. With the auxiliary system, data processing and feasibility parameters become faster and produce decisions with a high degree of accuracy. Through this research, we are able to improve the quality of ships eligibility in shipping well in strategic and operational aspects. The research was conducted by using survey method, model development and decision making advisory system. Expected results are in the form of prototype and a vessel assistive aerial system in carrying out a cruise that can be implemented to overcome and reduce the number of marine accidents in the voyage.

Abstract

At present the use of computer device technology has grown rapidly among the people. Most people use it not  only for commercial purposes, but also to get information on disease detection quickly and efficiently with computer-based applications that can help the general public to find out the causes and symptoms of the disease. For this reason, a system is designed to be able to imitate the expertise of an expert in answering questions and solving a problem in accordance with the knowledge of an expert who is incorporated into a computer system. The development of artificial intelligence technology that has happened has enabled the expert system to be applied to its use in detecting diseases by using programming languages. One of them is in providing information about various problems, especially hepatitis. The expert system method used is a Variable Centered Intelligent Rule System (VCIRS) used to handle uncertainty in diagnosing hepatitis. With the facilities provided to the user, it allows the user to use this system according to their individual needs. Users are given easy information about the symptoms of hepatitis, and their prevention.
