Abstract

Program Pendidikan Dokter Gigi Spesialis Konservasi Gigi merupakan lanjutan program profesi dokter gigi di bidang spesialis konservasi gigi yang ada di Fakultas Kedokteran Gigi Universitas XYZ. Proses pengadaan alat dan bahan praktikum pada Program Pendidikan Dokter Gigi Spesialis Konservasi Gigi saat ini memiliki beberapa kelemahan, diantaranya adalah pengolahan data kurang efisien, karena data belum terintegrasi sehingga jika user ingin menggabungkan beberapa data mengalami kesulitan dan membutuhkan waktu yang lama. Salah satu cara memperbaiki kinerjanya adalah memperbaiki cara pengolahan data yang dilakukan secara manual dengan menggunakan sistem yang terkomputerisasi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode Konvensional yaitu Model Watelfall, pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan melakukan wawancara, pengamatan, analisa dokumen dan studi kepustakaan. Alat bantu Unified Modeling Language (UML) digunakan untuk menganalisis dan merancang sistem usulan. Software yang digunakan untuk implementasi sistem usulan menggunakan Microsoft Visual .Net 2008 dengan database MySQL. Hasil akhir yang ingin dicapai adalah user dapat menggunakan sistem informasi usulan ini untuk menyajikan informasi yang akurat, tepat waktu dan relevan guna mendukung pengambilan keputusan bagi pihak manajemen.

Abstract

Penjadwalan kuliah dengan menggunakan algoritma Ant Colony mampu memberikan solusi alternatif pada proses penjadwalan mata kuliah di STMIK Budi Darma Medan yang menginginkan waktu yang  optimal. Dalam penjadwalan mata kuliah penjadwalan sejumlah mata kuliah dimana untuk setiap mata kuliah diberikan sejumlah ruangan dan jadwal atau periode waktu penyelenggaraan. Jika ada dua mata kuliah diikuti oleh sejumlah mahasiswa yang sama, maka akan terjadi konflik jika kedua mata kuliah tersebut dijadwalkan bersamaan. Dua mata kuliah dianggap memiliki konflik apabila penyelenggaraannya bersamaan dan melibatkan dosen yang sama, atau ruangan yang sama, atau minimal melibatkan sejumlah mahasiswa yang sama. Metode yang akan diterapkan untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan penjadwalan kuliah ini adalah metode algoritma semut. Dengan metode ini diharapkan akan diperoleh kombinasi terbaik untuk pasangan matakuliah dan dosen pengajar secara keseluruhan serta ketersediaan ruang yang cukup.

Abstract

The use of digital image plays an important role as a form of information due to the advantages possessed. Although rich in information, not all imagery has a good visual appearance. This can be caused by noise, color intensity that is too contrast or blurred. Noise itself is a disturbance caused by the deviation of digital data received by the image data receiving device, ranging from movement during shooting by optical devices such as cameras, the use of optical devices that are not focused, the lighting is short so as to reduce the number of photons captured by optical devices, or weather when shooting. Noise can be removed using filtering techniques. Low-quality image caused by noise requires improvement measures to improve image quality without reducing more image detail quality and produce images with fairly accurate information, noise can be reduced or eliminated by using filtering techniques

Abstract

The image is a function of 2 (two) dimensions f (x, y), where x and y are the coordinates that show the space, and the value of f (x, y) is called the image intensity at the coordinates. Digital image is an image that has a limited value of x, y, f (x, y). Digital images consist of a limited number of elements, where each element has coordinates and values. These elements are called pixels (Gonzalez and Woods., 2007). One method of randomization in the image is Arnold Transformation where the image is transformed using a cat map, which is a 2x2 matrix. After transformation, the value of each pixel gets new coordinates until the image does not have its original shape. As a result of the above problems, the author uses the basis of Arnold Transformation, to change the value of the map paint with Fibonacci and Lucas series for designing this application so that the randomization results have a higher level of security. The purpose of this study is (1) to do digital image randomization using Fibonacci and Lucas transforms so that the image does not have its original shape anymore and (2) save the randomized images into storage memory. The benefits of this study are (1) the design of digital image randomization applications, so that image security increases and (2) the effectiveness of the Fibonacci and lucas transformation methods in digital image randomization.Keywords: Image Processing, Fibonacci and Lucas

The many choice of study programs in University, the fact is that it does not make prospective students quickly and easily decide the study program they will take. The selection of study programs is one of the problems faced by students who want to continue their studies to Universities. Many student feel confused about what study program is suitable for them. There are many factors that cause this, including because of the desire of parents, the ability of  yourself, ideals,prospect, or it could be just to follow along with other friends. Abstract

The Ministry of Communication and Informatics carries out communication and informatics services to the public as well as supervising and regulating licensing in the field of Communication and Information to government and community institutions. For this reason, the Communication and Information Agency of Deli Serdang Regency recruits experts with predetermined criteria. An expert is someone who is considered a trusted source of certain techniques and expertise in assessing and deciding things correctly, well, and reliably in accordance with a particular field. a decision support system in selecting experts using the method. Decision support systems can solve unstructured problems. In general, a decision support system is built in order to guide the steps in deciding a decision using the SPK method. Abstract

Kitab Al-Ajurrumiyah is a book that contains Arabic grammar from the 7th century to the 13th century AD compiled by a Moroccan linguist named Abu Abdillah Sidi Muhammad bin Daud Ash-Shanhaji aka Ibn Ajurrum with the aim of make it easier for students in pesantren and the general public to learn the rules of nahwu. Kitab Al-Ajurrumiyah has very much content and uses the type of writing Arabic so to study the contents of the book Al-Ajurrumiyah is not an easy thing for students and the general public, especially those who still use the printed book Al-Ajurrumiyah. The problem that often occurs with the use of the Al-Ajurrumiyah book in the form of printed books is when searching for the contents of the Al-Ajurrumiyah book because it has to search the contents of the book manually by opening one by one each sheet of the Al-Ajurrumiyah book so that it takes a lot of time to find content. the book that will be studied and requires a large storage area and difficult to carry if traveling so it is necessary to develop a system by designing an Android-based Al-Ajurrumiyah book application that has good search features to minimize the time needed to find the search results in the Al-Ajurrumiyah book will be studied. Based on the description of the problem the author designed the Android-based Kitab Al-Ajurrumiyah application using the Eclipse Juno Software. In this study the author applies the zhu takaoka algorithm to simplify the process of searching for translations of the contents of the Al-Ajurrumiyah verse in the Android-based Al-Ajurrumiyah Kitab Application. The Android-based Al-Ajurrumiyah Book application designed in the research can be operated on smartphones that are ended by an android-based operating system so that the use of this Android-based Kitab Al-Ajurrumiyah application is very easy because it does not have a size too large so it can be used anywhere and anytime.Keywords: Application, Kitab Al-Ajurrumiyah, Android, Eclipse Juno, Zhu Takaoka

Abstract

Pemikiran yang terbentuk akibat pengaruh lingkungan dapat memicu anoreksia nervosa diantaranya berupa iklan dimedia massa sehingga masyarakat sangat terpengaruh terutama pada kalangan remaja. Minimnya pengetahuan dan kepedulian terhadap keseimbangan gizi pada tubuh menyebabkan munculnya gangguan Anoreksia Nervosa. Tujuan penelitian untuk melakukan diagnosa anoreksia nervosa dan memberikan solusi mengenai kondisi yang dialami melalui aplikasi sistem pakar. Metode Case Based Reasoning dapat memberikan kemudahan dalam melakukan diagnosa serta memberikan hasil diagnosa yang lebih akurat berdasarkan kejadian terdahulu dan dapat direvisi kembali dalam memecahkan permasalahan yang baru. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian dengan perbandingan antara hasil diagnosa sistem dan ahli gizi memiliki kemampuan penyelesaian masalah dari penderita dengan mendapatkan hasil sehingga sistem ini dapat dikatakan layak untuk digunakan

Abstract

Sepsis merupakan masalah kesehatan yang perlu ditangani dengan baik karena memiliki angka kematian yang cukup tinggi. Sistem kekebalan tubuh yang lemah akan beresiko lebih tinggi untuk mengalami Sepsis. Infeksi yang disebabkan oleh virus dan bakteri, keduanya dapat masuk ke organ tubuh melalui luka kecil atau berasal dari gangguan kesehatan serius lainnya seperti pneumonia dan meningitis. Berhubung karena sepsis merupakan penyakit yang langka dan susah untuk ditemukan seorang pakar, Maka dari itu dirancang sebuah alat bantu dengan menggunakan sistem pakar untuk mendiagnosa dini penyakit sepsis dari gejala yang dirasakan oleh user. Sistem pakar merupakan tehnik penyelesaian masalah yang sesuai dengan tehnologi saat ini untuk membantu diagnosa dini penyakit yang diderita oleh user. Yaitu dirancang sebagai sarana konsultasi untuk menghindari penyakit berbahaya yang mengakibatkan kematian karena keterlambatan penanganan dini. Sistem pakar menghasilkan kemungkinan penyakit berdasarkan nilai kepercayaan dari gejala yang dirasakan oleh user. Nilai kepercayaan tersebut adalah hasil dari perhitungan dengan menggunakan metode dempster-shafer. Metode Dempster-Shafer merupakan metode ketidakpastian untuk menghasilkan diagnosis yang akurat. Dikarenakan adanya penambahan atau pengurangan fakta yang baru berupa informasi gejala dan penyakit.  Metode ini memberikan nilai kepercayaan kepada para pakar dalam pengetahuan yang dimilikinya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengimplementasikan metode dempster-shafer mendiagnosa penyakit Sepsis. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian metode dempster-shafer, dapat disimpulkan bahwa nilai akurasi yang dihasilkan sebesar 84 %.
