Abstract

This study aims to utilize Clushtering Algorithm in grouping the number of people who have health complaints with the K-means algorithm in Indonesia. The source of this research data was collected based on the documents of the provincial population which had health complaints produced by the National Statistics Agency. The data used in this study are data from 2013-2017 consisting of 34 provinces. The method used in this research is K-means Algorithm. Data will be processed by clushtering in 3 clushter, namely clusther high health complaints, clusther moderate and low health complaints. Centroid data for high population level clusters 37.48, Centroid data for moderate population level clusters 27.08, and Centroid data for low population level clusters 14.89. So that obtained an assessment based on the population index that has health complaints with 7 provinces of high health complaints, namely Central Java, Yogyakarta, Bali, West Nusa Tenggara, East Nusa Tenggara, South Kalimantan, Gorontalo, 18 provinces of moderate health complaints, and 9 other provinces including low health complaints. This can be an input to the government to give more attention to residents in each region who have high health complaints through improving public health services so that the Indonesian population becomes healthier without health complaints.Keywords: data mining, health complaints, clustering, K-means, Indonesian residents

Abstract

Commodity types of food crops are one of the sectors that are very important for food security, and this is very influential in maintaining food security in Indonesia. Food crops commodities in northern Aceh that have commodities include rice, soybeans, corn, peanuts, green beans and so on. The problem now is the difficulty of finding information which is an obstacle to analyzing the stock model of the types of food crops. This commodity plays an important role in peoples lives in the next few years. There is a forecasting information system to be able to see all the information on the stock inventory report of food crop commodities in the future. The Double Exponential Smoothing model is very appropriate because the behavior of the commodity type data is seasonal (per month) and trend (increase). With annual data reaching 47716.14 tons for rice plants, for soybeans reached 6141.81 tons. Estimated forecast for January-December. On average every January 32600, February 32300, March, 31200, April 29500, May 38000, November 29500, December 35800 for the following year experienced an increase. Next to the value of Set Alpha 0.2. The period of one for the value oftt is 32600, the value of st is 32600 for at is 32600, for the value of bt is 0, then in the second period of value, thett is 32540, the value of st is 32588 for at is 32492, for the value of bt is -12. Furthermore for the period 25, Shout is 35360, the value of no is 33228.94109 for at 37491.05891, for the value of bt is 532.7647285, and for the period 26 the last is Shutter is 33340, the value is 33251.15287 for at is 33428.84713, for the value of bt is 22,21178279. Abstract

Electricity subsidy is provided for all 450 VA power household customers and 900 VA power household customers who are poor and disadvantaged. However, there are many facts that household customers with 450 VA power are capable and 900 VA power household customers consist of capable households, boarding houses or luxury rented. Households are able to use more electricity than poor households. This paper describe to the identification of household customers' electrical power in the Lhokseumawe city to facilitate PLN in classifying customer power by using the Naive Bayes method. Naive bayes value variables used in this study are: monthly income, highest diploma, last job, house area, subscription fee and government registered household. The classification of household customer power is grouped into three categories, namely low (450 VA down), medium (900 VA) and high (above 1300 VA).. Based on household customer data that is used as training data, the Naive Bayes method is able to classify the customer data tested. So the Naive Bayes method successfully predicts the magnitude of the probability of household electrical power with an accuracy percentage of 80%.Keywords: Electricity, Naive Bayes,  CBS, low birth weight, subsidy

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi semakin maju dan memberikan banyak kemudahan dalam penggunaan perangkat ataupun alat-alat yang berhubungan langsung dengan kebutuhan hidup manusia. Di paper ini pembahasan sebuah alat pengendali pintu  gerbang menggunakan sinyal bluetooth dari handphone Android dan pengendali pintu garasi menggunakan sensor metal detector berbasis Arduino. Pengguna tidak diharuskan turun dari dalam mobil untuk membuka pintu gerbang dan garasi,karena melalui sinyal bluetooth dari handphone Android, pengguna sudah dapat membuka dan menutup pintu gerbang garasi secara otomatis dan melalui deteksi dari sensor metal,pintu garasi dapat terbuka dan tertutup otomatis tanpa membebani manusia untuk membuka garasi tersebut.

Kompresi file teks dapat memadatkan ukuran dari suatu file teks agar lebih mudah dalam pengiriman data dan penyimpanan file teks tersebut. Kompresi teks dilakukan dengan memampatkan isi dari data teks tersebut. Metode Deflate dan algoritma Goldbach codes digunakan dalam proses kompresi, kedua metode di kombinasikan untuk menghasilkan data teks yang lebih kecil ukurannya dari ukuran data sebelumnya

Abstract

Electronic products is one of the household needs tools needed by the community because it has a small size and the price is not too expensive compared to other equipment needs. Currently many types and brands of electronic product variants with advantages and advantages. One of the products needed by the community is the Refrigerator. So many types and brands of refrigerators circulating in the market today. Of course this greatly affects consumers in determining the appropriate choice with the refrigerator required. To overcome this, it is necessary a decision support that can assist consumers in determining the choice. Some methods can be used in decision support such as AHP, TOPSIS, SAW, WP, ELECTRE, but in this study researchers chose ELECTRE.

Abstract

One method used in Artificial Neural Networks is a backpropagation algorithm that is widely used in predicting and pattern recognition. Songket is one of the works of skilled hands of the original Silungkang craftsmen, Sawahlunto City, West Sumatra who have varied and unique patterns and motifs. This study uses a back propagation algorithm to find the best training pattern to facilitate the determination of the production prediction of Silungkang songket business using the Matlab application. The best training patterns obtained are expected to be used in data processing at the testing stage in order to obtain predictions for the production of songket business for the future. Abstract

Ease of understanding Accounting Computers in principle is influenced by mastery of Introduction to Accounting in a systematic manner, assuming that it is capable of operating computers properly. To find out the magnitude of the influence in this study taken a sample of introductory Accounting values from a number of first semester 2017 students and the same data sample for students of Computer Accounting (Accurate) courses when they are in the fourth semester 2018. Feasibility until the data is tested by the normality test to find out the distribution of data and by linearity test to obtain linear functions. The data that has been obtained and tested for its feasibility is processed by Linear Regression using SPSS 24. From the results of the research that has been done obtained a regression equation: Y = 67,953 0.35X, which describes each increase in the value of introductory Accounting one unit will affect 0.35 to Computer Accounting value, but in testing the hypothesis that the value of Introduction to Accounting obtained by students does not affect their ability to obtain Computer Accounting values, one of the causes of this is due to the lack of skills of students to operate computers.Keywords: influence, value, ability

The Student Creativity Program is the most awaited activity for every state and private university in Indonesia. In this activity each college tried to send as many research proposals as possible with the aim of winning this PKM activity and the hope to improve the quality of a lecturer and student at the college. This PKM activity is included in a prestigious activity because this activity is organized by the Directorate General of Learning and Student Affairs. Therefore AMIK Tunas Bangsa as a private university also wants to participate in PKM activities, especially in the field of research. In 2017 many Tunas Bangsa AMIK students participated in the research proposal submission. With so many students who want to participate, make the lecturers select first proposals that are considered good or feasible before being uploaded on the PKM page. Abstract

Every company carries out functions contained in management, the company must have a well-defined plan. The existence of a plan in a company is very influential on the performance process in the period of dependence to obtain good management results, therefore managers in the company must be able to master the whole of the existing management functions.Problems faced by PT. PLN (Persero) The current Medan Area is the absence of a supervisor selection program that uses measurements based on aspects and criteria that are absolutely set by the company. However, with the many criteria needed to become a supervisor, decision makers must be observant in choosing prospective replacement supervisors who will fill supervisor positions in their companies.The Preference Selection Index method generates a ranking of the selection of an object with the success of the best index up to poor. This method is useful when there are conflicts in determining the relative importance between attributes. In the PSI method, the results are obtained with minimal and simple calculations as they are based on statistical concepts without the need for attribute weights. With proper consideration, this method can be one of the tools for specific selection in decision-making systems, especially the selection of the best planning supervisors.
