Abstract

At this time, almost all organizations/companies use IT to support their business processes. The presence of IT makes work easier for organizations/companies. Especially with the Covid-19 pandemic which has had a huge impact on several business sectors. One of them is in the travel services business sector. In a situation swayed by the pandemic, PT Bayu Buana Tbk, which is one of the companies engaged in the travel services business, chose to change its business strategy by using IT to survive amidst the pandemic. This decision is very appropriate and in line with the mission and vision of the company. However, the advantages provided by IT, have disadvantages in the form of risks that can occur. This risk is unavoidable. However, the impact can be minimized with IT risk management. Therefore, researchers are interested in conducting IT risk management at PT Bayu Buana Tbk. To assist researchers in conducting (qualitative) analysis, researchers use the ISO 31000:2018 framework. From the results of the study, there are 21 possible risks which are divided into 3 risk levels, namely 8 high-level risks, 10 medium-level risks, and 3 low-level risks. It was also found answers to whether or not the strategy implemented by the company and the good/bad implementation of IT at branch offices were other objectives of the research. So that researchers can provide suggestions to help the company achieve its vision and mission

Abstract

The science of artificial intelligence is currently very developed, this can be seen from the development of patterns and characters of artificial intelligence. This stems from the need to maintain security and information related to data so that it can be adjusted with a confidentiality key in the form of pattern and character lock recognition. Pattern recognition consists of various kinds such as facial recognition patterns and fingerprint patterns. The problem in this study is the lack of understanding in maintaining data confidentiality so that the benefits of this research are able to maintain data confidentiality by using a matrix pattern. This study uses the Hebb rule method to obtain the final results. The matrix variable used is from x1 to x25 input and bias 1 with initial weight value 0, W and M patterns are initialized with character x worth 1 and character o worth -1 with bipolar output, U target 1 and S target -1, function f( net) is 1 if Y >= 0 and -1 if Y < 0. The final result after the search process is obtained the value W = -8 and M=-8which produces the same output as the target and can be recognized

Abstract

Regional Research, Development and Innovation (PPID) is one of the fields in the Planning, Development, Regional, Research and Development Agency (BAPPEDALITBANG). The PPID sector at the Kubu Raya Regent's Office has a program to select consulting services. However, the implementation of the selection of consulting services is still done manually by giving each participant a score based on predetermined criteria and the files that have been collected. These values are then added up manually and ranked. The basis for assigning value to participants in consulting services needs to be managed so that the assessment is more effective and structured. Storage of administrative files is still in the form of hard files, so it is less effective because it results in several risks, such as file loss and difficulty in searching for files, if needed. This study builds a decision support system using the Combinative Distance-Based Assessment (CODAS) method to recommend consulting service partners. The application of the CODAS method uses 3 criteria, 6 sub-criteria, and 19 sub-criteria. The results of calculations using the CODAS method are sorted from the highest value to the lowest value. From the 30 alternative data used, the first rank is A1 with a value of 4.6217, the second rank is A23 with a value of 4.3527, and the third rank is A27 with a value of 4.2107. Of the 30 alternative data used, the Spearman rank correlation value of 0.9973 is included in the very high positive category

Abstract

Every academic year, SMAN 1 Gegesik accepts new students. Many new students have difficulty choosing a major at SMAN 1 Gegesik. Students are expected to know their interests, talents, and abilities, so they do not choose the wrong major. The problem in selecting majors is the difficulty of determining the specialization of students' majors, which results in a mismatch between the results of determining the majors with the interests, talents, and abilities of students. The solution to this problem is to build a decision support system (DSS) that can provide recommendations for choosing majors. The purpose of these majors is that students can be directed to receive lessons according to their abilities. This research was conducted to build a Decision Support System (DSS) by applying the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method, which provides recommendations for selecting majors at SMAN 1 Gegesik. The AHP method is used for decision-making by considering several criteria in selecting majors, including academic scores, psychological test scores, and interests. The system development method in this research is Rapid Application Development (RAD). This RAD model has a shorter development cycle, is more flexible, increases user engagement, and reduces the likelihood of errors. The system that has been built is tested using the Confusion Matrix method and the Black Box Testing method. Confusion Matrix measures the accuracy of the resulting data classification, while Black Box Testing is used to test system functionality. The Confusion Matrix results obtained an accuracy value of 77%, and it can be judged that the level of system accuracy is in the excellent category. The results of the Black Box Testing stated that the system was smooth and had no errors in its application. This research produces a decision support system that can recommend science or social studies majors for class X students

Abstract

Palm oil has become a leading commodity for economic improvement in Indonesia. Currently, many people depend on the oil palm plantation sector. In the palm oil supply chain, there are business actors from upstream to downstream. But currently, palm oil export activities in the world are increasing. Thus causing palm oil in Indonesia to be scarce and expensive. This study discusses the analysis of consumption and production of palm oil in Indonesia by using the moving average method to forecast the amount of consumption and production of palm oil in 2022. Then analyzed using descriptive analysis method. The data source in this study is based on data available from BPS (Central Bureau of Statistics). From the forecasting results, the results show that palm oil consumption in Indonesia in 2022 has increased by 10.36% or 1.643 million tons from the amount of palm oil consumption in 2021 which is only 15.857 million tons. This is a good thing because the annual consumption of palm oil continues to increase significantly

Abstract

The “pick-up ball service” program or commonly called mobile services is a form of developing services for the Population and Civil Registration Service (disdukcapil), especially Alor NTT Regency, which aims to reach people who have difficulty getting services due to various obstacles, including due to long distances and difficult access to service centers. Disdukcapil is an implementing agency in the district that is obliged to ensure that all residents, both Indonesians and foreigners, are recorded in the population database, have a NIK, and population documents. In its implementation, not all villages can be served due to insufficient time and funds, so it is necessary to select villages that are worthy of being served by “ball pick up service” or mobile service programs. So far, the determination of villages that are worthy of the program is still determined manually so that it is inseparable from the element of subjectivity. In this study, a classification method was used in data mining using the naïve bayes algorithm. Naïve bayes is one of the algorithms that is able to predict well by calculating the probability of each class and comparing them, Naïve bayes is used to calculate probability values from training data so that it can predict which villages are feasible for the program. The study used 25 training data taken from previous dukcapil service data and data on the distance and difficulty of access to the village, which were tested and simulated using the naïve bayes algorithm of weka software. The purpose of this study was to obtain accurate information about the villages in Alor district that deserve the program. The results of the process using WEKA software found that from 25 tuples used as test data, it resulted in 100% accuracy .

Abstract

Public service is an activity to fulfill service needs for the people. Kecamatan Pontianak Kota Office is one of the institutes that perform public services. People's satisfaction with the services provided by the Kecamatan Pontianak Kota Office can be measured by a satisfaction survey in order to improve service quality. The existence of various assessment elements makes it difficult for the Kecamatan Pontianak Kota Office to determine people's satisfaction with services. Therefore, we need a system that can classify and determine the elements of the assessment that affect service satisfaction. In this research, the C5.0 algorithm was used to classify people's satisfaction. The assessment elements (variables) used for classification consist of suitability of services, understanding of procedures, speed of service, costs, service standards, officers' abilities, behavior of officers, facilities and infrastructure, and service complaints. This research resulted in a classification such as very good, good, and not good. The amount of data used is 250 data with training data used as much as 175 data and test data as much as 75 data. The C5.0 algorithm produces a decision tree, rules, and the ability of officers as an influential assessment element. Based on the test results obtained 90.67% accuracy, 68.085% precision, 55.89% recall, and 9.33% error rate

Abstract

One of the responsibilities of the company's IT infrastructure team is ensuring that IT services or services stay available. One part of analyzing the performance of IT infrastructure is MTTR (Mean Time to Resolve) or the average time necessary to restore a service that is experiencing issues. Warnings or alerts are shown when a service is encountering difficulties. As a member of the IT infrastructure team, the on-call engineer is responsible for managing alarms. At PT Sense Health Indonesia, difficulties manifest in the form of recurrence alerts, or warnings resulting from previously fixed or rectified issues. This warning is repeated with sufficient frequency to enhance the MTTR value. The findings demonstrated that the integration of tools using the RESTful approach streamlined the process of processing alerts. The deployment led to a 78% decrease in the average time required to handle alarms. This study contributes by demonstrating one method for decreasing MTTR for alert handling

Abstract

Sukasih Village is a government agency at the sub-district level, until now it still has several problems in data management, one of which is the process of submitting correspondence for the benefit of the residents is still manual and has the impact of requiring a long processing time until the letter is completed, because residents have to come to the village office repeatedly. times, namely at the time of delivery and at the time of collection of the letter. Another problem is when storing citizen data is still manual and can cause documents to be damaged, lost and the risk of data not being updated. For this reason, it is necessary to have a letter submission information system that can be accessed by interested parties, both within the village and outside the village environment. The design of this system aims to implement and develop a technology information system as a forum for digitizing document submission in Sukaasih Village, in order to overcome or minimize errors in the local community document recording process and can shorten the time associated with administrative services to be easier, faster and more efficient. In designing this website-based document management information system, the system development method used is Rapid Application Development, and the PHP programming language. From the results of the validity test with an r table value of 0.433, the calculated r value for each question is as follows: P1 r count n is 0.4389, P2 r counts N is 0.8568, P3 r counts n is 0.8029 , P4 r count N is 0.8568, P5 r calculates N is 0.8857, P6 r calculates N is 0.8857, P7 r counts N is 0.8029, P8 r counts N is 0.8568, P9 r calculates N is 0.8857, P10 r calculates N is 0.8029, P11 r calculates N is 0.8029, and P12 r calculate the N is 0.4563

Abstract

The implementation of online distance learning affects the psychosocial aspects of students so that a combination of offline and face-to-face learning is carried out using Hybrid Learning. The problem in this research is the analysis of the competencies that will be generated, student characteristics, face-to-face interactions, online learning strategies, and lecturers by calculating the data from the Hybrid Learning evaluation to get the best level of accuracy using the Machine Learning technique method. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the results of Hybrid learning using the Artificial Neural Network (ANN) method which is expected to have the right level of accuracy and prediction and tolerate errors so that it can produce good predictions and can be used to model good relationships in finding patterns in the data. . Prediction of Hybrid Learning learning outcomes during the Covid 19 pandemic using Machine Learning techniques consisting of 12 attributes with a total of 1,231 datasets of Hybrid Learning learning outcomes in 2022. The Artificial Neural Network algorithm model uses Retrive operators, Set Roles, optimization parameters, Cross Validation, Apply Models, Performance and Logs. Accuracy results show 99.35% meaning that the results of the learning evaluation using Hybrid Learning with predictions that match and turn out to be appropriate are 1039, then those that do not match are 8. The predictions are very suitable and turn out to be very suitable in 104. Artificial Neural Network with Multilayer Perceptron, with two hidden layer and the format of the first hidden layer is 2 nodes, then the second hidden layer is 5 nodes with an output of 3 nodes
