Abstract

Process mining has been implemented in many domains, including healthcare. In healthcare, process mining projects aimed to inform sequential patterns of processes based on the actual process executions as they are recorded in the event log. Event log as the main input of process mining tasks can be extracted from the automatically recorded data of patient treatments or diagnoses. By understanding common patterns of patient diagnoses, we can analyse disease trajectories of a cohort of patients. Disease trajectory analysis has been used to describe the course or progression of diseases, especially chronic diseases, as experienced over time. We applied process mining as the main methodology for disease trajectory analysis, following the process mining project methodology, to analyse patient records on the Indonesia Health Insurance  (BPJS Kesehatan) Data Samples. We extracted the data samples, transform them into an event log, discover the disease trajectories based on process discovery algorithm, analyse it to inform their conformance to the event log. Contributions of our research are to promote process mining for disease trajectory analysis and to open wider opportunities to analyse Indonesia Health Insurance data representing Indonesia health conditions. Abstract

Artificial neural network is an information processing paradigm with a working system using biological concepts in processing information so that it has capabilities similar to the human brain, Jst is able to solve problems using uncertainty science such as Kabataku pattern recognition. Kabataku is a character operator used in Mathematics with the concepts of X, :, + and -. Introduction This character operator uses the concept of artificial intelligence, which uses the theory and process of Artificial Neural Networks. The purpose of this study is to determine the effectiveness of the Continuous BAM method in recognizing Kabataku character patterns in arithmetic operations in mathematics. The Bidirectional Associative Memory (BAM) method has the ability in associative memory or content addressable memory can be called by using the part stored in the memory itself. BAM in an artificial neural network has 2 layers, namely the input layer and the output layer that are interconnected between the two, also called bidirectional, with the work process if the matrix weight of the signal sent from the input layer X to the output layer Y is W, then the matrix weight of the signal sent from the output layer Y to the input layer X is WT . Continuous BAM method will change the input to output more finely with a value that lies in the range [0,1]. The activation function used is the sigmoid function. The final result of pattern recognition is x1= [-8 -12], x2 =[ 8 0], x3 [12 8], x4= [16 12] Not all patterns match the target.

Abstract

The baby’s immune system is still weak so it needs special attention. Parents are advised to check their baby to the health service regularly. There are along queues due to limited hours of service or doctor’s practice in serving patients. Parents need expert systems to facilitate detection and early prevention. Systems that try to adapt human knowledge to computers to solve problems in the way that experts do are called expert systems. The dempster shafer method will be used in this study as an expert system for infant disease. The way the dempster shafer works is by defining each sysptom with a density value. This study uses 23 type pf symptoms with 3 types of disease. Dengue fever can be identified based on 11 symptoms, 13 sysmptoms of malaria, and 14 symptoms of diarrhea. The results of  calculation on a case study found that the Malaria (TOD02) was the strongest with a value of 0,83 or 83% obtained from the symptoms of the body shivering but sweating (SOD02), vomiting (SOD03), blood in the stool (SOD06), fever appears and disappears simultaneously (SOD16), and red eyes (SOD17) so it is believed that the baby’s disease is Malaria

Abstract

The UPTD of the Department of Transportation (Dishub) has one task, namely to carry out motorized feasibility tests or what is often called the KIR Test. This is done to ensure that motorized vehicles are roadworthy and ensure safety. In the operational activities in the service at the UPTD, there is a problem in the input process for the Retribution Master Card which is still being carried out using Microsoft Access. This, of course, slows down the work of managing user retribution card data. With these problems, the authors provide a solution that can help the relevant agencies in managing the levy master card into an integrated system based on the website. In this study the author uses the waterfall method in software development. The waterfall method is considered capable of solving a complex problem. Then in modeling the structure of the software the author uses UML (Unified Modeling Language) modeling. The result of this research is to create an information system that can facilitate UPTD in managing the master card when conducting motorized feasibility testing

Abstract

The Internet of Things (IoT) enables a wide variety of intelligent devices to connect and interact. The rapid development of technology and protocols as well as the growth of networks, makes IoT a security risk. The increasing number of interconnected intelligent electronic equipment has an impact on the complexity of the network and the increase in the volume of network traffic resulting in high-dimensional data. The feature selection technique has been proven to reduce very large (high-dimensional) network traffic data in the Intrusion Detection System (IDS). The feature selection technique is also faced with the problem of imbalanced data. In real network traffic data tends to be imbalanced, where attack traffic is less than normal data. IoT as a complex network produces a large number of features. However, not all features are relevant for identifying normal traffic and attacks. The right feature selection technique is needed to produce optimal features. In this study, a wrapper-based feature selection technique is proposed using a subset evaluator classifier with the J48 algorithm. The dataset used is CICIDS-2017 MachineLearningCSV version. Of the 78 features analyzed using the proposed method, 15 features were generated as optimal features. Optimal features are used for anomaly detection using the Random Forest algorithm. The experimental results show that attack detection with optimal features produces an average accuracy of 99.87% on training and testing data.

Abstract

RT047/RW008 or Jl. Aries is a Neighborhood Association located in Sungai Besar Village, Banjarbaru City, South Kalimantan province. Within this RT environment, weekly and monthly activities are often held. One of the activities in this area is the monthly waste fee. This activity has been around for a long time when this environment was formed. However, in this monthly waste fee activity, we still use the recording method by recording data on a physical citizen membership fee card. In addition, the manufacture of this garbage contribution card still uses the service of making a contribution card which requires traveling and also incurs some costs. In the process of monthly waste contribution activities, it often results in the loss or damage of the citizen membership dues card, in which the treasurer has to make another card at the contribution card making service. Based on the problems found, a solution to the problem that can be found is to design an Android-based application that can run on Android Smartphone devices. This application will be designed using the Rapid Application Development method which will go through the process of data collection to application design. This application can perform the administrative process of digital waste dues. In addition, in the application there is also a reminder feature that will be sent to Whatsapp for every registered member of the group. Because this application runs on Android Smartphone devices, it can make it easier for users to input data and change data anywhere and anytime. The method used for designing this application is to analyze to find out what is needed in an application that you want to build. The final result of the implementation process in the form of Java programming and test results by users. By using the white box testing and black box testing methods, the result is that the application can run well and in accordance with the needs required by the user. With this android application, the RT environment can be more focused and become an RT that can be in line with current technological developments

Abstract

Mutiara Islam Integrated Islamic Elementary School is a superior school for students of Islamic religious education. At this school, it is related to Islamic religious education, one of which is the basics of tajwid. The science of recitation is very important in reading the Qur'an, because one of the things that needs to be done is to apply it when reading the Qur'an to understand the science of recitation. Different levels of students' understanding of the applied learning process methods. Building interactive learning media in which there is an attractive visualization further increases students' enthusiasm for learning and increases students' understanding of the material being taught. This research builds interactive learning media of recitation based on augmented reality with software application development adopting the Android Mobile Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC) method in the form of a computer application. The tracking method of augmented reality (AR) technology that can be used in this research is marker-based tracking. Based on the results of functional testing shows that the application is functioning properly. In the test results, the angle shows a tilt angle of 20 degrees with a high pass rate and a maximum angle limit of 80 - 90 degrees using smartphones with different specifications. The results of the analysis of user satisfaction, good test results were carried out through a questionnaire with a total of 30 respondents giving an average SUS score of 86.8, which leads to the conclusion that the application can be accepted by users with a Excellent adjective rating category

Abstract

Calculation of nutritional needs is a way to find out a person's nutritional needs, which is usually done by nutritionists before compiling a diet menu. One formula that is often used is the Harris Benedict formula. The problem of this research is how to make an application for calculating nutritional needs with the Harris Benedict formula based on android mobile. This application aims to assist nutritionists and ordinary users in calculating nutritional needs through the results of calculations and dietary advice provided. The methodology in this study uses research and development which includes observation/data collection, interviews and literature study. As for software development using the waterfall model development method (waterfall). The implementation is built with the Java programming language, IDE (Integrated Development Environment) with Eclipse applications, Software Development Kit (SDK) which includes API (Application Programming Interface) tools. Testing is done by black box testing to evaluate the external appearance (Interface) and application functionality. This research has succeeded in implementing the Harris Benedict formula in an Android mobile-based nutritional needs calculation application that provides output for weight categories, ideal body weight, and dietary advice. Other features include a list of food and household sized tools, and an application guide. The purpose of this study is to produce an application that helps users calculate nutritional needs faster than manual calculations with correct results such as manual calculations. From the results of testing the application in black box, the results are in line with expectations.

Abstract

The Ma'arif NU Ajibarang Education Organizing Foundation (YYPMNU) is a foundation engaged in education in the Ajibarang area. There are 4 types of UPT operating under the auspices of the foundation, including SMK Ma'arif NU 1 Ajibarang, SMK Ma'arif NU 2 Ajibarang, STIKES Ibnu Sina Ajibarang, and Modern Islamic Boarding School Ibnu Sina Ajibarang. The management of the foundation's personnel attendance has been carried out by utilizing information technology but it is still not effective and efficient because the presence using fingerprints causes long queues when they come to work, so it is necessary to develop an employee attendance system that can be accessed online by all employees without having to queue. The employee attendance system has been successfully developed based on Responsive Web Apps (RWA) which features presence location coverage between employees and UPT locations using geolocation data available on employee smartphones. The results of the performance evaluation of the employee attendance system using google lighthouse resulted in an average performance of 41.5.

Abstract

Computational thinking is a way of analytic thinking, a general mathematical thinking approach that may be used in solving a problem, a general engineering thinking approach that allows designing and evaluating large and complex systems that exist in the real world, as well as a general scientific thinking approach in understanding computing ability, intelligence, human mind and behavior. With the existence of online games at a time like today, there is a tendency for many students to play online games because it has its own challenges, many of them even spend a lot of money and even forget the time to play online games. there is an urgency to the level of computational thinking of dota two players, so it is necessary to estimate using machine learning techniques to determine the level of computational thinking of dota two game players. The results of this study provide information that in Estimating the Computational Thinking Ability of Dota Dua Game Players Using Machine Learning Techniques using attribute 6 and rapidminer tools version 10 with operators to be used, including retrieval dataset, role set, correlation matrix, selected by weighted, split data, linear regression, apply model and performance. Produces an error accuracy rate in this study, namely, root mean squered error 0.383 +/- 0.000 Squared error 0.146 +/- 0.016 Squared Correlation 1.000, then this value is the best value from several test results. So it can be estimated as follows that the results of the Computational Thinking Ability are good as much as 36 while the Computational Thinking Ability is sufficient as much as 47
