Abstract

Makalah ini membahas rancangan perangkat fertigation management system yang diterapkan secara on-farm dengan menggunakan time and duration method pada lingkungan wireless sensor networked. Rancangan ini bertujuan menjawab persoalan ketepatan penggunaan air dan pupuk pada Digital Precision Farming System, Rancangan perangkas keras terdiri dari sensor node, sink node, modul GSM, Wifi, Bluetooth,SD Card dan RTC. Power supply menggunakan sumber daya listrik PLN. Rancangan perangkat lunak menggunakan statistical time and duration method berdasarkan suhu dan kelembaban lingkungan tanaman. Untuk efisiensi biaya komunikasi, sistem jaringan menggunakan jaringan GSM/SMS, wifi dan Bluetooth. Seluruh peristiwa yang terjadi di sink node dicatat pada datalogger yang terletak di sink node. Hasil rancangan ini menunjukkan tingkat efisiensi penggunaan waktu sekitar 96% dalam penggunaan data melalui jaringan internet berbayar. Sedangkan untuk akurasi pembelajaran time and duration method bervariasi disekitar 94% sampai dengan 96%. Secara fungsional sistem telah berjalan dengan baik seluruhnya. Persoalan yang masih dihadapi adalah tidak adanya jaminan komunikasi GSM/SMS dapat dilaksanakan dengan tepat waktu.

Abstract

One of the responsibilities of the company's IT infrastructure team is ensuring that IT services or services stay available. One part of analyzing the performance of IT infrastructure is MTTR (Mean Time to Resolve) or the average time necessary to restore a service that is experiencing issues. Warnings or alerts are shown when a service is encountering difficulties. As a member of the IT infrastructure team, the on-call engineer is responsible for managing alarms. At PT Sense Health Indonesia, difficulties manifest in the form of recurrence alerts, or warnings resulting from previously fixed or rectified issues. This warning is repeated with sufficient frequency to enhance the MTTR value. The findings demonstrated that the integration of tools using the RESTful approach streamlined the process of processing alerts. The deployment led to a 78% decrease in the average time required to handle alarms. This study contributes by demonstrating one method for decreasing MTTR for alert handling

Abstract

Saat ini SMK Wahidin Arjawinangun belum memiliki website resmi. Padahal di era digital sekarang ini keberadaan website sekolah dibutuhkan sebagai media untuk menyampaikan informasi dan promosi tentang sekolah kepada masyarakat khususnya kepada orang tua dan calon peserta didik baru. Website sekolah juga penting sebagai nilai tambah saat akreditasi sekolah. Keberadaan website sekolah memiliki peranan yang sangat strategis dalam hal memberikan informasi dan promosi yang kredibel kepada masyarakat secara lebih luas. Oleh karena itu, Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) yang dilakukan oleh Tim PkM Jurusan Teknik Komputer dan Informatika Politeknik Negeri Bandung (JTK Polban) adalah membangun website sekolah berbasis Content Management System (CMS) dengan menggunakan WordPress. Metode pelaksanaan PkM mengadopsi model pengmbangan perangkat lunak Waterfall. Hasil PkM ini adalah sebuah website sekolah sebagai media untuk menyampaikan informasi dan promosi yang dapat diakses secara online kapan dan dari mana pun sepanjang perangkat pengguna terhubung dengan jaringan internet. Berdasarkan User Acceptance Test (UAT) yang melibatkan sepuluh stakeholder SMK Wahidin Arjawinangun, website sekolah yang dibangun memiliki beberapa keunggulan diantaranya: (1) nama domain sudah merepresentasikan nama sekolah; (2) susunan menu website sudah mengakomodir kebutuhan informasi yang akan disampaikan kepada publik; (3) warna dasar website sesuai dengan warna yang menjadi filosofi sekolah; dan (4) tampilan website user friendly. Website sekolah harus terus dikelola agar berkelanjutan dan informasi yang ada di dalamnya selalu terbarukan.Currently SMK Wahidin Arjawinangun does not have an official website. Even though in today's digital era the existence of a school website is needed as a media to convey information and promotions about schools to the public, especially to parents and prospective new students. The school website is also important as an added value when accrediting the school. The existence of the school website has a very strategic role in terms of providing credible information and promotion to the wider community. Therefore, the Community Service (PkM) carried out by the PkM Team from the Department of Computer Engineering and Informatics, Bandung State Polytechnic (JTK Polban) is to build a Content Management System (CMS) based school website using WordPress. The implementation method of PkM adopts the Waterfall software development model. The result of this PkM is a school website as a medium for conveying information and promotions that can be accessed online anytime and from anywhere as long as all user devices are connected to the internet network. Based on the User Acceptance Test (UAT) involving ten stakeholders of SMK Wahidin Arjawinangun, the school website that was built has several advantages including: (1) the domain name already represents the school name; (2) the website menu arrangement accommodates the information needs that will be conveyed to the public; (3) the basic color of the website matches the colors of the school philosophy; and (4) user friendly website appearance. The school website must continue to be managed so that it is sustainable and the information contained in it is always updated.

Abstract

The rapid growth of the software industry has directly increased the demand for reliable and skilled programming employees (programmers). The success of this industry heavily relies on the technical expertise of the development team, particularly in mastering programming languages and the latest technologies. Therefore, an efficient and effective system is essential for selecting the right programmer based on project requirements. This selection process can optimize resource allocation and enhance the chances of project success. This research proposes the development of an employee recommendation system based on the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method. The case study is applied at CV Garuda Infinity Kreasindo, a software development company located in Bandung. This system is designed to assist project managers in identifying the programmer who best fits the project's technical needs. By utilizing four criteria—specifically, the employee's programming role, the programming languages they have mastered, and their experience with databases and frameworks—decisions can be made objectively regarding the employees needed for a specific project at CV Garuda Infinity Kreasindo.

Abstract

Completing final projects is a pivotal milestone for Diploma IV (Applied Bachelor) students. However, the incidence of project failure remains a concerning issue. Exploring the underlying factors contributing to this failure is crucial for devising effective interventions to bolster student success. Despite the significance of final projects, many students struggle to complete them. This research explores the root causes of final project failure among Diploma IV students, focusing on internal and external influences. This study used a qualitative approach to analyze survey data from 59 respondents undertaking their final projects. Using the Fishbone Diagram, the analysis uncovered a spectrum of factors contributing to project failure. These factors encompassed internal challenges such as time management and motivation, external issues including academic support and institutional policies, and personal factors such as mental health and coping abilities. Understanding these multifaceted factors provides valuable insights into the challenges faced by students and informs the development of targeted interventions to support their academic success.

Abstract

This paper presents a comprehensive investigation into the classification of Sundanese news articles, focusing on the evaluation of various classification models and feature extraction methods. Using a dataset obtained from Sundanese news websites, this study conducts a systematic comparison of Naive Bayes and Logistic Regression classifiers combined with TF-IDF and Bag-of-Words feature extraction methods. The research process involves critical steps such as data preprocessing, model training, hyperparameter optimization, and performance assessment based on standard metrics, including accuracy, precision, recall, and F1-score. Results demonstrate high accuracy across all combinations, with the Logistic Regression model using Bag-of-Words feature extraction achieving the highest accuracy of 98.20%. Beyond model evaluation, the research delves into qualitative data analysis. Word clouds and TF-IDF weighting are employed to uncover prominent themes and topics within the news articles, highlighting recurring patterns in the Sundanese language. The study identifies key challenges, including the scarcity of annotated datasets for low-resource languages like Sundanese and the limitations of traditional models in capturing complex linguistic structures. Future opportunities are highlighted, such as leveraging deep learning models, including transformers, to enhance classification performance and address current limitations. Additionally, ensemble methods and domain-specific adaptations could further improve accuracy. Overall, this research contributes to advancing Sundanese language processing and provides a roadmap for future innovations in text classification and natural language processing applications.

Abstract

Pencatatan rekam medis yang efisien dan akurat sangat penting dalam menunjang layanan kesehatan yang berkualitas. Hal ini berlaku juga pada pelayanan kesehatan berbasis komunitas seperti pada klinik atau Praktik Bidan Mandiri (PBM). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengembangkan sistem rekam medis elektronik berbasis web yang dapat menangani permasalahan yang biasa terjadi dalam  sistem manual di PBM Leyna Merlina Sarkosi, Bandung. Pengembangan pembuatan aplikasi dilakukan menggunakan pendekatan waterfall, dimana tahapan yang dilakukan dimulai dari tahapan analisis kebutuhan, desain sistem, implementasi dengan React.js dan Laravel, serta diakhiri dengan pengujian fungsional terhadap seluruh fitur. Pengguna dari aplikasi ini ditujukan untuk dua tipe pengguna, yakni admin dan pasien. Sedangkan fitur yang dikelola dalam aplikasi ini meliputi pengelolaan data pasien, pencatatan layanan kesehatan, penjadwalan kunjungan, serta pembatasan akses informasi medis secara aman. Dari hasil pengujian yang sudah dilakukan menunjukkan seluruh fungsi dapat berjalan dengan baik, termasuk fitur kohort layanan dan akses data pasien berbasis NIK. Sistem juga mendapatkan respons positif dari pengguna, baik dari sisi kemudahan operasional maupun keamanan data. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi pada pengembangan sistem informasi kesehatan berbasis komunitas (seperti praktik bidan mandiri)  dengan pendekatan partisipatif dan teknologi adaptif. Aplikasi yang dihasilkan memiliki potensi untuk digunakan kembali di praktik bidan mandiri lainnya di Indonesia sehingga dapat meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan kesehatan menjadi lebih baik lagi. Kata kunci: rekam medis elektronik; praktik bidan mandiri; sistem informasi kesehatan
