Abstract

The regional apparatus organization that carries out tourism affairs in Kebumen is the Tourism and Culture Office, which manages nine tourist objects in Kebumen. Reporting of revenue results in the form of ticket sales from each tourist attraction to the Kebumen Tourism and Culture Office is still done manually so it often results in reporting errors. Based on the following problems, innovation is needed to facilitate control and reporting of tourist attraction ticket sales. Therefore, this research creates a Ticket Reporting Information System website. The aim is to facilitate the control of tourist attraction ticket reports at the Kebumen Tourism and Culture Office. The design of this Ticket Reporting Website uses the Waterfall method which consists of analysis, design, coding and testing as well as entity relationship diagrams in designing the database. From the test results using Blackbox testing with 5 modules tested including when logging in whether it is appropriate or not in accordance with the username and password, then Drop Stock, Ticket Sales Reports and Ticket Stock Reports. The result is that all output from the system can run and is in accordance with what is expected. With this website-based information system, you can control directly anywhere without having to visit each tourist attraction in the form of daily ticket sales reports along with income money and at the same time you can see the drop stock of tickets in each tourist attraction

Abstract

The current rapid development of Information Technology is very influential in Processing Rehabilitation Patient Data at BNNP considering that Drug Rehabilitation Patient Data Processing at BNPP still uses the manual method, which is written in a questionnaire. This study aims to create an Information System for Processing Drug Rehabilitation Patient Data at the National Narcotics Agency Website-based South Sumatra Province using the Laravel Framework. This Drug Rehabilitation Patient Data Processing Information System is an internal data processing system such as Doctor's data, Rehabilitation Patient Data, Rehabilitation patient attendance data, Patient Development Data, Counselor Data, doctor data, drug stock and medical record reports of Rehabilitation patients using the Laravel Framework, so that with The existence of this information system will make it easier for admins, counselors and doctors to process rehabilitation and computerized patient data. And the testing method used in this study is a software testing method using black box testing techniques. The results of this study indicate that the information system created is able to work properly and in line with expectations, with a success rate of 95%. This system has a user-friendly interface and makes it easier to process patient data

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has resulted in paralysis of many sectors, such as the economic and education sectors. This has the effect of decreasing turnover felt by school shoe entrepreneurs by around 60 to 70 percent. The occurrence of the COVID-19 pandemic not only caused a decrease in turnover, but also caused a change in people's habits who switched from buying conventional shoes to buying habits through e-commerce stores. In the Purwokerto area, Central Java, there is a Surfskate shop which is a shoe seller. Based on the problem described by the store, shoe sales during the pandemic have decreased. Therefore, school shoe entrepreneurs make changes to their sales strategies such as collaborating with business actors in the surrounding environment and selling through e-commerce such as Instagram, Shopee, Tokopedia, and others. Based on the data obtained, the store experienced an increase in the year before the pandemic and experienced a drastic decline during the COVID-19 pandemic. This study uses the Weight Moving Average (WMA) method, which is a form of improvement from the Simple Moving Average (SMA) method. Gives the greatest weight to new data over older data because the most recent data is considered more relevant to change. Because the data observed from before the pandemic, namely in 2020 with monthly sales reaching 80% and sales of up to 80 units. Then in 2021, during the pandemic, sales fell by 20% / month with sales reaching 20 units.

Abstract

E-Money is an innovative renewal that comes from developments in the field of technology. The impact of covid-19 is reportedly increasing. Influence of e-money has a very big impact on the digital marketing process so that a digital wallet application was created (e-wallet). On google play lots of applications e-wallet which has a high download rate. Then the reviews from users must also be calculated because there are applications that match the number of downloads and have similar ratings, which makes the application title with the best category less relevant. Existing reviews are usually used by companies to getfeedback from the community regarding the application. this comment contains hundreds to millions, it will be difficult to do it manually. One way to analyze existing comments is to use sentiment analysis. Sentiment analysis in this study uses lexicon based and k-nearest neighbors. Dictionary lexicon which is used is vader to provide labels automatically and k-nearest neighbor used for classification. The purpose and intent of the research is to find out how the community's response is classified regarding the three applications, and to find out the accuracy value of the implementation lexicon based and k-nearest neighbors on each other e-wallet. The results of the study stated that Dana got the highest accuracy of 78% on the k = 6 test, Ovo got the highest accuracy of 75.33% on the k = 9 test, and LinkAja got the highest accuracy of 73.5% on the k = 8 test. Applications that have many positive responses from users is linkaja as many as 6037 positive reviews.

Abstract

The application that was built can see the entire location of the hospitals and health centers in Lhokseumawe. The designed system can also provide information about hospitals and health centers, with an android application. This application can also help medical personnel and users to see the location and address of each hospital and health center. The method in this study is to make observations in determining the addresses of hospitals and health centers that are spread from various points in the city of Lhokseumawe. then data analysis techniques by identifying emerging themes in the form of locations and categories according to the search themes addressing the intended location. The purpose of this study was to find out the location of hospitals and health centers in the city of Lhokseumawe and can serve as a medium of information regarding data on hospitals and health centers in the city of Lhokseumawe. The results obtained are an android-based hospital and puskesmas data collection information system application in the city of Lhokseumawe. The contribution of this research, users can see the intended route and the application displays the direction of the road being passed. then the user can see the road that is passed based on android and the success rate of the application that is running is very good. The next result of this research is that the user can see the intended route from the Lilawangsa Kesrem Hospital, Tumpok Teungoh to the Kasih Ibu Foundation Hospital, Jalan Merdeka Timur, Kutabalng, and the total distance that must be traveled is 1.12. As for the Keude Cunda Metro Medical Center RSU to Dr. Hanafiah Hasan Hospital, Jalan Darusslam, Kampung Jawa Lama, with a total distance of 4.07 km. The contribution of this research, users can see the intended route and the application displays the direction of the road being passed. then the user can see the road that is passed based on android and the success rate of the application that is running is very good. Abstract

The current rapid development of technology allows all tertiary institutions to utilize information systems to support their operations, such as the Surabaya ABC Institute of Technology. Through the Central Information System Unit (PSI), the ABC Surabaya Institute of Technology can develop and manage ICT (Information and Communication Technology) so that it can easily manage various kinds of data and information. However, it should be noted that currently digital information is an important asset that needs to be protected from various kinds of adverse risks. But unfortunately the application of information asset risk management at the Surabaya ABC Institute of Technology has not been implemented properly. From these problems, the researcher aims to find out the process of managing the security of information assets in tertiary institutions through a risk assessment of the information assets they have. To achieve this goal the research method used refers to the Octave Allegro framework and the FMEA method is used to assess the risk of information assets. The results of this study indicate that the ABC Institute of Technology has 11 important assets which are divided into 5 categories, namely: Data, Hardware, Network, Software, People. Of the eleven assets, six of them have a high level of risk. From these findings it can be concluded that universities also need to manage information security. These results also indicate that the method used by researchers is very helpful in determining the risk of the value of information assets owned by the ABC Surabaya Institute of Technology. So that the combination of the Octave Allegro method with the FMEA method is very effective in helping organizations carry out information security management.

Abstract

The amount of competition in the business world, especially in the sales industry, required developers to find a strategy that could increase sales and marketing of products sold, one of which was using clothing sales data with data mining. Data Mining was an iterative and interactive process to find new patterns or models that can be generalized for the future, valuable, and understandable in a massive database. HAS Stores in the arrangement of goods layout still place goods according to groups and types of goods, so that it has an impact on service and item search when consumers want to buy more than one item and are located far apart. Therefore, this study aims to apply the FP-Growth Algorithm to find out the most sold clothing sales at HAS Stores in Batam city. This study uses the Association Rule method by utilizing the FP-Growth Algorithm. This study aimed to apply the FP-Growth Algorithm to determine the most sold clothing sales at HAS Stores in Batam city. Through the mining process with the FP-Growth (Frequent Pattern Growth) algorithm, the types of clothes sold will be obtained, and how much inventory the store needs to provide the clothing stock. The results showed that the most sold clothing products were Gamis and Jilbab through the calculation of support 53,33% and confidence 100%. Regarding these results, marketing strategies can be focused on the product and set a layout that customers can easily see.

Abstract

PT.TASPEN (Persero) is a State-Owned Enterprise (BUMN) assigned by the Government to administer social insurance and pension funds with the aim of improving the welfare of civil servants or participants and their families, both while still active and after retirement. In daily reporting activities at the PT TASPEN KC Purwokerto company, input will be made to the system during the activity. If the Prototype Design results are satisfactory, PT TASPEN KC Purwokerto employees can develop to the next stage, namely making the application and no longer need to use Microsoft Excel to report every day and of course it makes it very easy for users to input their daily reports into the application. The combination of these two methodologies helps in creating designs on the PT. TASPEN KC PURWOKERTO application that are of high quality and according to user needs. Problems that exist in the office of PT. TASPEN KC Purwokerto still uses Microsoft excel, the lack of supporting applications for daily reporting in fulfilling existing activities at the office of PT. TASPEN KC Purwokerto. The main purpose of this design is to simplify the daily reporting process for PT TASPEN KC Purwokerto employees and ensure that the daily reports are accurate and timely. Design Thinking is used to understand and meet the needs of PT TASPEN KC Purwokerto employees. The User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ) method contains 26 types of questions, where each question has a scale of 1 to 7. In terms of attractiveness, the average score obtained is 1.99 and get excellent category. Clarity gets an average score of 1.82 and is categorized as good. Efficiency gets an average score of 1.80 in the good category, accuracy gets a score of 1.75 in the excellent category, while stimulation gets a score of 1.90 in the excellent category, and lastly, novelty gets an average score of 1.84 in the excellent category. From the results of this assessment, it can be concluded that the design of the application is positively assessed by employees, because it has a pleasant, good, safe, comfortable, attractive design, and is easy for users to use. Based on these results, a daily reporting application system for employees of PT TASPEN KC Purwokerto will be designed and then an evaluation of the application system for daily employee performance reports will be carried out

Abstract

There are many theories and methods that can be used to evaluate information systems. For example TAM, Wixom and Todd, DeLone and McLean, etc. These models are not suitable to evaluate information systems that are implemented in mandatory environments where the users have to use the system whether they prefer to use it or not. This study aims to explore the variables that can affect the level of use of SIASAT (Satya Wacana Academic Information System). This research was carried out to find out how significant the influence of the factors that can influence SIASAT users. This study using BSR (Behavioral Science Research) approach with quantitative methods through data collection using questionnaire. For data analysis, statistical analysis was carried out using PLS-SEM through SmartPLS 4 software. Based on the results of the study it can be interpreted that there is a significant relationship between performance expectations and user attitudes in SIASAT usage. This can be seen from the relationship between the variables PE -> AT which has the highest T-Statistic value, 24,877. Variabel with highest effect is the Information Satisfaction variable with an R-Square value of 0.655. Of the eight hypotheses tested, it was concluded that six of them were accepted and two were rejected. This is because the two hypotheses using the Use variable with a Cronbach's Alpha value below 0.7 (0.576) these variables considered unreliable thus two hypotheses are rejected.

Abstract

Company Refers to a business entity or organization established by one or several individuals with the intention of producing or selling goods or services with the aim of making a profit. In helping to increase company sales by promoting new products or services to customers and establishing better relationships with existing customers, a teleservice representative is needed. A teleservice representative is a customer service professional who works via a remote communication device such as a telephone, email or text message. . To achieve this, they must have the criteria of Experience, Good Negotiation, Communication Articulation, Interpersonal and Confidence. The presence of a Teleservice Representative is very important for the company in ensuring that the quality of customer service is continuously improved and customers are satisfied with the company's products or services. So companies must make the right selection of teleservice representatives because teleservice representatives have a very vital role for the company because they are a direct line in providing superior customer service and guaranteeing customer satisfaction. To solve problems in the selection of teleservice representatives, an information system is needed, namely a decision support system (SPK). In this study, the Additive Ratio Assessment (ARAS) method and ROC weighting are applied, which are methods that can be used to make decisions and produce values on selection weights in the selection of teleservice representatives. so that the alternative that produces the selection of teleservice representatives, which can be seen in table 10, is alternative A4, namely Nisa Fadillah with a value of 1.0000
