Abstract

AbstractThe document control system in a company is the company's effort to provide a means to find information and documents related to the company. Implementing a manual system for the documentation system (still in the form of physical paper stored in document shelves/cabinets) takes a long time in the work process, making it difficult for the employee in charge to control the document. The variables used in this study are the ease of use and effectiveness using the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) method. In collecting the data, the researchers made observations, interviews, literature studies, and questionnaires. Of the 273 population of employees using the document control system, a sample of 73 correspondents was taken based on the formula. Sampling using a simple random sampling technique. The data analysis method used is quantitative analysis with multiple linear regression analysis. In calculating the data, researchers used the SPSS data processing application version 27. Based on the results of the study, it was found that 13.5% of employees accepted the existence of electronic document control technology based on the ease and effectiveness of the electronic document control system. The results of the three hypotheses tested found that two hypotheses were accepted and 1 hypothesis was rejected.

Abstract

In the era of globalization like now the website becomes very important to spread information or to store data. The internet is one of the tools to spread information that is easy and fast because it can be done anywhere and anytime. With the existence of the internet and websites can be used to store data inspection and note maintenance. At present the Indonesian railroad company is still reporting the results of the inspection and maintenance of the letter of notes manually, making it difficult to find inspection and maintenance information when the supervisor of the railroad company needs to conduct an inspection. The purpose of this research is to build an information system or website inspection and maintenance website (sell maintenance) so that it makes it easier for railroad company employees to store inspection and note maintenance data so that the data becomes more structured. Making a system or website is done by collecting data through Wawan Ways, Observation and Literature Review. Creating the Sell Maintenance website uses the User Centered Design method by applying the PHP programming language and using the Bootstrap framework to make the display more attractive. The result of this study is a website that suits the needs and preferences of users so that it is easier to use and intuitive because in this study conduct direct observations and interactions with users to understand how users use these products or services. In this study after testing the railroad company employees it was found that the presentation font in the reporting status display was changed to make it greater, the notes photo in the asset data display was changed to be smaller so that it was not too much scroll down, the header and footer on the printed display were removed, The font size on the print display is reduced, the size of the photo pixel and the layout are repaired so that they are not too many pagesĀ

Abstract

Maxim is here as a new innovation and as a competitor in the world of online transportation. However, this application has not fully provided service satisfaction to driver partners. This study aims to analyze driver satisfaction with the Maxim application using the End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) method. The problem faced is the high level of driver complaints against the Maxim application which has the potential to reduce the quality of online transportation services. This indicates that there is user dissatisfaction with the features available in the Maxim application. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze driver satisfaction with the Maxim application to find out the factors that influence user satisfaction. The EUCS method is used to measure driver satisfaction with the Maxim application using 5 variables, namely content(X1), Accuracy(X2), Format(X3), Ease of use(X4) and Timelines(X5). So that the level of satisfaction (Y) from maxim application users is more measurable, so as to generate input for system developers and developers. This research was conducted by taking a sample of 100 drivers in the city of Palembang by random sampling. The results of the research conducted show that driver satisfaction with the Maxim application is at a fairly good level, with an average satisfaction score of 3.67 out of a scale of 5. With this value, the company needs to improve the development of features related to Maxim application users. The results of this study can be input for the company in improving the quality of the Maxim application service, so that it can meet the needs and satisfaction of its users. So that in the future the Maxim company itself wants to compete with fellow online transportation service entrepreneurs in serving the service users offered.

Abstract

Excessive nurse workload will result in errors in carrying out their duties, including during infusion. Late replacement of infusion fluids can be fatal for the patient, therefore a monitoring system is needed. The aims and objectives of this research are to realize the drip monitoring system program and patient room infusion capacity on the device using the Arduino IDE programming and website with the Laravel framework. This research used qualitative research with experimental methods on the NodeMCU ESP8266 Microcontroller, Photoelectric Speed Count Correlation Sensor (LM393), 168x64 OLED, Push Button and Load Cell sensors. Experimental research was also carried out on the design of tool system software or on the monitoring system. Researchers use the percentage error formula to find the error rate of the sensor. The results of error findings on the Correlation Photoelectric Speed Count sensor which were carried out 5 times obtained an error error of 0.56%, and on the Load Cell sensor an error error of 0.27% was obtained. In the results of testing the entire system that was built, the percentage results were 100%. From the test results, the Correlation Photoelectric Speed Count sensor and load cell work well on the programmed NodeMCU. This is proven in testing the tool for 1 hour with a set load cell weight factor that has been determined where the Correlation Photoelectric Speed Count sensor can read the drops of infusion fluids properly, namely the tpm value will decrease slowly according to the time the drops drop due to the air inside. bags of infusion fluids continue to decrease, as well as movement and blockages in the infusion set needles. In addition, the weight of the infusion bag will continue to decrease as the infusion of fluids to the patient progresses

Abstract

The era of technology that continues to grow makes all work in life easier and more efficient. These developments have an impact on the world of education which innovates to create a learning style that can do learning whenever and wherever we want without the limitations of place and time with the help of technology called E-Learning. A website that functions as an E-Learning supporter is called a Learning Management System (LMS). Sriwijaya University already has an LMS called Sriwijaya University E-Learning. There are some problems and difficulties encountered in using E-Learning of Sriwijaya University. This is proven after the researcher conducted a pre-survey. The average answer stated strongly agree that Sriwijaya University E-Learning needs to be evaluated for usability and user experience. Furthermore, from the interview with the Coordinator of Learning Development Center (LP3MP UNSRI), the information was obtained that the need for input from users to make E-Learning better and to know the level of usability of E-Learning itself to continue to be used. The method used in this research is TUXEL 2.0 which consists of three stages namely Usability Inspection, General LMS/Pedagogical Usability Inspection, User Experience Evaluation. The sample used in this study was 150 students consisting of 15 people each per faculty. The result of usability inspection found 50 problems reported. while in General LMS/Pedagogical Usability Inspection there are total 33 problems found and in User Experience Evaluation stage, it is known that all aspect scales are > 0.8 means all aspects have positive level which indicates Sriwjaya University E-Learning is very good

Abstract

Poltekkes Kemenkes Yogyakarta is one of the higher education institutions that has an Mahasiswa Berprestasi program that gives awards to outstanding students who meet the requirements based on predetermined criteria. The Selection of Mahasiswa Berprestasi at the Poltekkes Kemenkes Yogyakarta has so far started with collecting student data, then calculating the results of the scores obtained by each student starting from calculating the value of each student's criteria which will be multiplied by the weight of each predetermined criterion and then the total of all scores obtained is added up with calculator or Microsoft Excel. This can result in errors in the calculation of the results (human error) such as data input errors to be processed, to perform calculations requires a long time and more effort so that the alternative calculation results obtained are inaccurate. Making a website-based Decision Support System that will be built using database MySQL, the programming language using Hypertext Preprocessor (PHP) with the CodeIgniter 4 framework by applying the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method because the SAW method can select the best students from a number of students registered to receive student achievement awards. In addition, data collection was carried out using interview and observation methods as well as methods in system development using methods waterfall. The results of calculations using the SAW method manually with system calculations have 100% similarity in results with Nabilah Fathiyah Rahmah who obtained the first stage with a score of 0.986 then Wahyu Adi Pratama with a score of 0.943 and then to the last stage was obtained by Riska Annisa Putri with a score of 0.637.

Abstract

The general election of Indonesia in the upcoming 2024 will be an interesting topic for social media users, especially Twitter. Currently, Twitter is very influential in building sentiment, preferences, and public politics. So that people's Tweets can be used to see a picture of public opinion. There are various opinions of Twitter users with positive, neutral and negative sentiments. However, classifying the sentiments of Twitter users requires quite a lot of time and effort due to the large number of tweets found. The large number of incoming tweets regarding the election encourages the need for a method that helps to view public opinion effectively. By providing the textblob library, Python, which is a programming language, is able to classify tweet data and can be used to answer these problems. The tweet data is preprocessed first where there are two processes in the initial data, namely the cleaning and stemming processes. After that, a sentiment analysis was carried out to find out how the results of the classification related to public opinion from the 2024 elections and classify them into three classes, namely positive, neutral and negative using Python. The results of this study show that Python performs sentiment analysis with the results of the proportion of positive class sentiments of 40%, 52% neutral and 8% negative about the 2024 elections so that it can be concluded that Python can classify tweets from Twitter so that we can identify public opinion about elections. The general public of Indonesia in 2024 will have neutral opinions tend to be positive

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has paralyzed various sectors both domestically and abroad. The rapid spread of the virus has led the government to issue restrictions on public activities and the closure of various public places, including museums which are part of the tourism sector. This has disrupted museum activities, requiring alternative ways for the public to enjoy museum collections. Therefore, the adoption of virtual tour technology can be implemented to solve this problem and an evaluation is needed to see the acceptance of this technology by the public. This research was conducted to explore the factors that influence the acceptance of a web-based virtual tour called SIMVONI using the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) method and to recommend improvements to the SIMVONI developers based on the research results. The data obtained will be analyzed using SEM-PLS) The results of this research are that the significantly influential factors are social influence and intention to use, and some other factors that are not significantly influential are performance expectancy, effort expectancy, facilitating condition, and interaction.The impact of this acceptance is that users tend to share their experiences using the new technology with people around them and it can increase their desire to visit the museum in person after experiencing the virtual tour service. This can be utilized by SIMVONI developers as a promotional strategy with User Generated Content (UGC) techniques such as asking users to share their experiences or testimonials in the form of photos, videos, or writing

Abstract

Garbage is the main cause of environmental pollution. Every year the amount of waste will continue to increase if it is not managed properly and correctly. One alternative solution for managing waste is the establishment of a waste bank as a container to accommodate existing waste. One of the villages that have implemented a waste bank system is Banjarejo Village, Magelang Regency. In this globalization era, the waste bank is not done manually but through an application to facilitate the waste bank management process. Therefore, a waste bank application is needed to increase efficiency, facilitate transactions and increase community participation. In this study, the author took the initiative to design the appearance of the application to be made. This application is named RSDB (Banjarejo digital trash house) which is an Android mobile-based application. In his research, the author uses the design thinking method, which in this method uses a human-centered or human-centric approach. Then the final result of this research is a prototype design of the RSDB application. from the prototype design that was made, it was tested using the System Usability Scale (SUS) as a measuring tool to get feedback from users and assess how effective the prototype design that had been made was. From the SUS results, a score of "71.4" out of 100 was obtained which indicated that the application was in the grade B category with a "Good" rating.

Abstract

The Regional Supervision Management Information System (SIMWASDA) is a web-based system with the function of documenting the oversight process performed by the Government Internal Supervisory Apparatus (APIP), especially the Inspectorate at the district, city, province and other levels when supervising all activities in the Regional Unit. Regional Apparatus Work. This Information System was also developed with the aim that each monitoring process becomes systematic and integrated. In general, SIMWASDA has not been implemented properly because system users have not utilized it optimally. Due to this, a study was conducted using the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) at the South Sumatra Provincial Inspectorate to identify factors that might have an impact on the acceptance and use of SIMWASDA. This study uses all variables from UTAUT along with 3 moderator variables. The number of respondents involved was 80 people. The results obtained show that social influence has the highest significant effect on the behavioral intention of SIMWASDA users and is followed by performance expectancy, while effort expectancy has an effect but not significant on the behavioral intention of SIMWASDA users. In addition, facilitating conditions and behavioral intentions have a significant influence on the use behavior of SIMWASDA users. In the moderating variable, age is a moderate variable that can weaken the effect of facilitating conditions on use behavior, but no moderation strengthens or weakens the effect on performance expectancy, effort expectancy or social influence of behavioral intention. There is no difference between gender which has a moderating effect in strengthening and weakening the influence on performance expectancy, effort expectancy and social influence on behavioral intention. After that, Experience completely has no moderating effect to strengthen or weaken the influence from effort expectancy, social influence and facilitating conditions of behavioral intention and use behavior. This study succeeded in accepting five hypotheses and rejecting ten hypotheses.
