Abstract

Queue problems are often encountered in everyday life, especially when making transactions at banks. Customers need a lot of time to get a service, so there are many customer complaints related to queues that drain time and energy. Therefore, an increase in service is needed to provide satisfaction and convenience to customers in transactions. By using the Multilevel Feedback Queue algorithm and the Multi-Channel Single Phase method, scheduling by entering processes into several queues, the scheduling algorithm allows a process to move from one queue to another. The Android and desktop mobile interconnect queue application was built as a solution to the problem. The desktop platform for services to customers who come directly (offline) to the Bank is to take a queue number at the bank while tellers and customer service function make calls. Meanwhile, mobile android is for customers who register online, namely by taking a queue number online anytime and anywhere, then customers can see the queue number being served. The research objective is to build a queuing application that can facilitate customers in making transactions, especially getting queue numbers online, minimizing waiting time at queue outlets, and automatically calculating the average service time. The research results are in the form of desktop applications that automatically generate queue numbers of android and with one source of queue arrivals.

Abstract

The Lematang Enim Regional Drinking Water Company (PDAM) is a company whose job is to serve customers. The public service in Lematang Enim Regency is reporting disturbances from customers at PDAM by telephone or by going directly to the PDAM service department and will be served by customer service officers by providing a disturbance report form. Then the officer submits a complaint handling warrant to the technical picket officer concerned to be followed up at the intended location. This study aims to design a mobile-based complaint information system and mapping. Making the application using the RAD (rapid application development) method with the stages of analyzing the stages of the required needs, designing the design model to be made, implementing a mobile-based fault reporting information system and mapping to make it easier for customers and technical parties. This research produces a system that can send customer service disruption report data to a server via a mobile-based device. This system can be used by customers and technical staff to the location of the damage and carry out repairs to completion. With this system, it is hoped that it will be able to fulfill the basic needs of PDAM Lematang Enim to improve service to customers and make it easier for customers to submit service interruption reports.

Abstract

Starting from the idea of wanting to make high quality jeans inspired by great vintage american clothing and vintage motorcycle culture and attitude, Carnivores soul is a clothing line store founded in 2014, which sells heavyweight selvedge denim made by skilled tailors and equipped with hardware good quality. During the observation stage of the Carnivores Soul website to users, there were several users who had difficulty and stopped for a moment when they wanted to sign in and sign up due to the placement of the forms next to each other. Then there is no product category which results in unstructured user experience functionality. The main purpose of making the Carnivores Soul e-commerce website by Pak Fadhil Aryananta is to make it easier for customers from abroad who want to order and buy products from Carnivores Soul. Relying on a website-based e-commerce platform, Carnivores Soul strives to provide the best experience in online shopping activities for users or customers. In order to provide users with the best shopping experience, carnivores soul wanted to redesign its website. The methodology used in this redesign process is the application of design thinking. Design thinking is a human-centred approach to solving problems and generating new innovations. The testing process is run to get feedback using the usability testing stage. This research shows the results of the development of the display design for the carnivores soul site which was carried out using the design thinking method as a design method and the System Usability Scale as a testing method. From the results obtained on the SUS score, a score of "79.6" was obtained which indicated that the carnivores soul website was declared Acceptable and included in the grade B category with a GOOD rating

Abstract

In this era, the use of technology is becoming a new habit, in searching for information, technological developments are also not spared because technology can shorten time. When searching for information on website pages, users not only see the contents of the news presented but users also see whether the appearance on the website is attractive or not. Because by using an attractive appearance, users will increase their sense of exploration when operating the website. In this research, researchers will examine the user experience of users when using the Information Technology Masters website which will later be developed into a user interface and user experience design. At the stage of conducting an analysis to determine the requirements to be used, the researcher uses the User Centered Design method, and in this design gets 4 user roles, namely ordinary users, students, lecturers, and admins. In addition, researchers conducted an analysis of website usability to measure user satisfaction using the System Usability Scale method. This test involved 35 respondents who would carry out usability testing on the questionnaire, then the data was processed using the SUS method and the SUS score was 77.3 with this score. the implementation of the ui/ux design makes it easy for users and gets grade B+ on the guideline for calculating the SUS method score

Abstract

In improving service efforts in an agency or service company, a responsible, dexterous, and well-informed frontliner is needed to communicate well with consumers so as to help the needs of these consumers. Not a few frontliners are unfriendly and also make consumers feel uncomfortable with the services provided by a frontliner so that it can have a bad impact on the company's agency. Therefore, this research was made to make it easier for company agencies to recruit frontliners who are friendly, polite, dexterous and responsible. To realize this, an effective and efficient system is needed in making a decision to recruit competent frontliners. The required system is called a decision support system. In the application of spk there are many methods that can be used, namely the WP, SAW, Electree, PSI, WASPAS, MOOSRA, TOPSIS, MOORA methods and there are also specific methods to find the value of the importance weight of each criterion such as ROC, AHP, Entrophy and others. a suitable method used in the problems in this study is the method used to recruit frontliners, namely the ROC and MOOSRA methods. The results after applying the ROC method are used to weight and find the importance value of each criterion and also use the MOOSRA method which is applied to find the ranking of each alternative that registers as a frontliner based on each criterion. After applying the two methods, namely the ROC and MOOSRA methods, it was produced that the best alternative was A8 with a preference value of 44.6195 and followed by alternative A1 with a preference value of 40.2737 and alternative A6 with a preference value of 39.8573. So, those who are eligible to graduate become frontliners on behalf of Ratih, Moci and Aldi

Abstract

The Decimal coffee shop is a coffee shop located in the city of Karawang and is a coffee shop that is already busy with many customers, the Decimal coffee shop has been established since 2020 until now. Decimal coffee shop offers 35 diverse menu items, and sales can fluctuate, sometimes increasing and sometimes decreasing in the quality of the menu items sold. In this problem, sales data at Decimal coffee shops is not used to improve sales quality, the sales data is only used as an archive for the coffee shop, if the data is analyzed properly, it will be useful to determine which menu items are selling well and which are not selling well. By analyzing sales data, it will be possible to determine which menu needs to be improved in terms of sales. This information can then be used by the coffee shop as a reference in developing a promotional strategy aimed at increasing sales of the menu product. To find out how many menus are sold at Decimal coffee shops, a clustering study was carried out. This research was conducted by analyzing sales data in excel form, the K-Medoids method was used to create clusters based on product sales data that had been obtained from the Decimal Coffee Shop. From the clustering results, there are 3 clusters which are classified as high, medium, and low, and the accuracy is determined using the RapidMiner tool. Of the 35 items analyzed, the first cluster contains 18 items which are rated the highest, the second cluster contains 12 items which are classified as moderate, and the third cluster contains 5 items which are classified as the lowest. From these results there are 5 items on sales that are classified as low, therefore a promotional strategy is needed to increase the menu product.

Abstract

In today's all-digital era, the role of technology, namely the Internet, is very influential because all activities can be carried out through cyberspace. All the desired information will be obtained easily and quickly so as to help the movement of society. This information is then poured in a structured and systematic display which is called a website. One website that is known by various groups is https://booking.tngunungmerbabu.org This website is a web-based online service facility provided by Mount Merbabu National Park for tourists who will book tour tickets before visiting tourist sites or climbing. Tourists can register themselves on the system so they don't have to queue and get a quota. However, there are still some problems such as the need to improve website performance which is felt by users. So this study aims to analyze user satisfaction on the Mount Merbabu National Park website using the Webqual 4.0 method based on the dimensions of usability quality, information quality, service interaction quality, and user satisfaction. The research data used 125 data and were processed with SPSS software through validity, reliability, descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression. The results showed that the independent variable (X) studied, namely usability quality, information quality, service interaction quality, had a 46.4% influence on the dependent variable (Y), namely user satisfaction, while the other 53.6% was influenced by other factors outside the variables studied. In measurement using a Likert scale it can be seen that the variable quality of usability, quality of information, quality of service interaction and user satisfaction results in "Strongly Agree" and the measurement level of the website www.booking.tngunungmerbabu.org is adequate and very good.

Abstract

Ornamental plants are plants with aesthetic and aesthetic values that are used to beautify and beautify the atmosphere of rooms in homes, gardens, office buildings, courtyards, hotels, and restaurants. This is a popular foliage plant trend, and every follower has a different taste. Ornamental plants that are generally very popular are agronema, anthurium, adansoni, calathea, monstera and sansevieria. A decision support system is needed to help identify and find out which ornamental plants are most needed by the community. The method used in this system is the Weight Product (WP) method and the SMART method. The WP method is an analytical method for multi-criteria decision making (MCDM). While the SMART method is a multi-characteristic dynamic strategy. This strategy uses multi-trait decisions to aid decision making when exploring multiple options. All leaders must make choices as indicated by the stated goals. This study produces a system to determine the selection of the best ornamental plants. The comparison of the two methods is expected to be more helpful in selecting ornamental plants to be more targeted. The WP and SMART methods using 10 alternative data show that both methods get accurate and suitable data when applied as a ranking of ornamental plants. Both of these methods have an elective execution score and the results of the weight values applied to each technique

Abstract

Along with the rapid and innovative development of technology, it has a big influence, especially for large companies. Unlike today, employees still use manual methods, as in determining the results of the achievement of the salesman. With the existence of technology can help various forms of problems in work, Making it easier to work with in a possibly short period of time makes time more efficient. This study aims to improve the performance of company employees who are prioritized to do work with the help of technology,  or rather on a system so that it no longer does the work manually, also helps the company develop more with the existence of technology that will continue to be new. This study also aims to test the results of the level of accuracy using two methods, in order to find the best between the two methods on the data of the results of achieving salesman KPI. By using two methods, namely the decision tree method and naïve bayes. The classification of these two methods can test the results of how high the accuracy results are based on the processed data. Using more than one method to find which method is more influential, and better in those classifications. The results of this study show that the decision tree method got very good results in this study because it produced perfect accuracy, reached the 100% mark whereas by the naïve bayes method it was only 41%.

Abstract

The coffee shop business is a business engaged in services and transactions by trading drinks in the form of coffee. Opportunities regarding the habit of hanging out by the general public have motivated entrepreneurs to open a coffee shop business. The number of coffee shop businesses that exist today confuses connoisseurs of hanging out. The confusion arises because there are many existing coffee shop businesses so that people are ultimately confused about choosing the best coffee shop. To help people get confused about choosing the best coffee shop. For that we need an SPK. SPK is a system that is used to help the public or individuals or anyone who needs assistance in determining or making a decision regarding the selection of something. This SPK has a way of working that uses the same working method or is computer-based. SPK requires a method. The method used in this study is the MABAC method. This method is a method known as the main function, namely to find the best ideal solution. Based on the results of this study, the best alternative was obtained, namely the H6 alternative on behalf of Depression cafe with a value of 0.0875 as the best coffee shop recommendation
