Abstract

This study aims to analyze and understand about analyzing the knowledge sharing strategy carried out by SMA Nurul Jadid, Paiton, Probolinggo in improving the quality of its human resources. This research uses a qualitative approach to the type of case study. Data collection techniques are carried out through interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis was carried out through display data, data reduction and conclusion drawing. The results showed that the strategy to improve the quality of human resources through knowledge sharing at SMA Nurul Jadid was carried out through; utilize materials, talk space, knowledge sharing culture, benchmarking best practices.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze policies from the socio-political scope as the basis for development in education in madrasah. Therefore, it goes on to say that this research was conducted through a descriptive qualitative approach to the type of library research, with the data source referring to literature data. The data analysis technique was carried out using content analysis, the scope of which consists of the depth of information content. The results showed that madrasah-based management is participatory management of madrasah by involving the principal, teachers, students, stakeholders, and the community to achieve the quality of education goals. The movement of education reform from centralization to decentralization abroad has been going on for 30 years, since 1960-1990. In Indonesia, constitutional reformation of education began to coincide with the reform era marked by the fall of the New Order in 1998. Education, which had been the matter of the central government, since the enactment of regional autonomy through Law number 22 of 1999 concerning Regional Government, was later amended by Law number 32 of the year. 2004, then the education affairs were handed over to the local government.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of the Principal's leadership in developing Al-Qur'an learning management that has been implemented in SMP Negeri 8 Yogyakarta City. The output of learning the Qur'an which makes the majority of students of SMP Negeri 8 Yogyakarta City able to read the Qur'an well, even some students are able to memorize the Qur'an up to 2 juz is something that is interesting to study. This research uses a qualitative approach. Participants in this study were the Principal, Islamic religious teachers and teachers of the Qur'an. The techniques used in data collection were done by using interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis was carried out in two stages; (1) research in the field, the analysis results in this first stage are in the form of temporary conclusions obtained from the results of observations and document studies using the inductive analysis model. The conclusion data obtained in the first stage of analysis is then developed in the second stage of analysis, namely analysis after data collection. At this stage, all data were analyzed inductively by using descriptive qualitative research. The conclusion of this study shows that the Principal can develop the management of learning the Qur'an well.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the design of the 2013 curriculum development and the humanistic approach through the 2013 curriculum (Core Competencies and Basic Competencies) in Islamic jurisprudence subjects at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI). The authors consider that it can later be the best solution for learning Fiqh through a humanistic approach. This research method uses content analysis. Content analysis is a research that is an in-depth discussion of the content of information contained in a mass media (analysis of the content of the object is mainly mass media). This study indicates several curriculum designs in 2013, including scientific discipline curriculum design, community-oriented curriculum design, student-oriented curriculum design, technological curriculum design, and Fiqh curriculum material. A balance must be reached between the materials that describe the principles of humanistic education. In this study, the authors also provide a solution that the concept of Fiqh learning uses a humanistic approach.

Abstract

Teaching and learning in the school aim to enable students to gain knowledge and change behavior. Therefore, schools need to instil the values of social solidarity to respond to differences in society. Emile Durkheim's theories form the basis of the analysis of social facts about social solidarity. This study aims to describe the school's strategic steps in building social solidarity among students during online learning due to the impact of COVID-19 at SMA Muhammadiyah 2 Sidoarjo. This research uses a qualitative approach to the type of case study. Data collection was taken through interviews and documentation. The data were analyzed using the Miles and Huberman model with data collection, data reduction, data display, and conclusion/verification. The technique of data validity by triangulation. The results showed that strategic steps in building the social solidarity of students during online learning include: (1) The school uses Moodle application to support online learning, which can control the teacher's learning activities; (2) The principal determines by instructing all teachers to a) Each learning hour uses virtual face-to-face using zoom or google meet followed by Moodle application, b) Creating integrated learning tools in forming social solidarity values, c) Using learning methods and models that emphasize group learning; and (3) Schools facilitate infaq online.
