Abstract

This study aims to analyze the mastery of student life skills (personal skills, social skills, academic skills, and vocational skills) and their impact on the learning outcomes of madrasah students during the covid-19 pandemic period. This research is quantitative research that uses the correlational descriptive method. The sample of this study is 64 students of Grade Sixth of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Muhammadiyah Jragan. The results show that personal skills and social skills significantly affect the learning outcomes of madrasah students. Meanwhile, simultaneously, all life skills variables in this study substantially influence the learning outcomes of Madrasah students. These results indicate that life skills education mastered by madrasah students when studying online at home during the covid-19 pandemic encourages the achievement of good madrasa student learning outcomes. Hence, it can be concluded that online learning at home can work well if it is supported by better mastery of student life skills.

Abstract

This paper aims to understand spiritual leadership from the personal point of view, power, and authority. The central concept of leadership in this landscape is how a leader can impact people who have different attitudes, motivations, origins, personality values, beliefs, and of course, culture from a sociological-anthropological perspective. In addition to looking at aspects of multicultural leadership, the author will also enrich this study by studying a character, namely KH Muwafiq Amir. A Kyai who has power and authority in the Pondok Pesantren Bustanul Makmur, Genteng, Banyuwangi. An influence that will be read through the paradigm of power and authority. This study uses a qualitative method with a phenomenological approach. The results showed that KH Muwafiq Amir was 'appointed' as chairman of the Board of Caregivers in this pesantren environment outside the customs or traditions different from pesantren in general; where the succession of leadership is determined by lineage. Meanwhile, KH Muwafiq Amir is not a direct descendant (read; biological) from the Big Family of the Pondok Pesantren Bustanul Makmur.

Abstract

This paper aims to provide an understanding of the internal quality assurance system (SPMI) based on pesantren (Islamic boarding school) values developed by one of the vocational high schools in Indonesia. This research uses a qualitative case-study approach through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation supported by the interactive analytical model of Miles, Huberman, and Saldana to produce a comprehensive data analysis. The results of the study show that: 1) Determination of quality standards refers to the National Education Standards and Islamic boarding schools' values that are adjusted to the vision, mission, and conditions of the school for further School Self Evaluation to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, threats and appropriate recommendations; 2) Quality fulfillment planning is prepared based on the results of quality mapping in the form of School Work Plans and School Annual Work Plans which contain quality targets, programs, indicators of the success of the person in charge and schedule of activities as well as sources of funding and budget; and 3) The implementation of quality fulfillment is designed by the person in charge of the activity by forming a team for implementing activities, technical activities, and credible budget details to ensure the achievement of the quality implementation that has been declared.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is an influence of work culture on the performance of lecturers at Poltekes Kemenkes III Jakarta. This study uses a quantitative approach through survey methods. The population sample is lecturers in four Departments of Health Polytechnic III Jakarta. This study indicates that work culture has a positive and significant influence on the performance of lecturers at Poltekkes Kemenkes III Jakarta. This is concluded because, from the hypothesis, the regression equation is obtained: Y = 50,135 + 0,753 X 1, which means the constant value is 50,135. From these equations, lecturer assignments can be predicted if the work culture values. The value of b = 0.753 means that the lecturer's task performance variable will increase by 75.3% if the work culture value increases by 1%. From the results of statistical tests, there is a significant relationship between workplace culture and the lecturer's task performance (p = 0.000). Moreover, the results of hypothesis testing show that the results of t arithmetic 4.651 are greater than t table 1.99 with a path coefficient of 0.365, stating that Ho is rejected and H1 is accepted.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the KIP-K Scholarship instrument at PTKIN IAIN Langsa while developing non-test instruments (questionnaires). This instrument is used to obtain information about students who apply for KIP-K scholarships. The instrument of content validity is obtained through a quantitative analysis by nine selected experts and a qualitative approach with an expert review of a set of questionnaires that have been arranged. In determining the content validity and reliability level, the experts analyzed a questionnaire quantitatively consisting of 29 items with three components: economic, household, and academic and non-academic students’ achievements. The data from this expert judgment is calculated using the formula Aiken V. While expert reviews are qualitatively similar to suggestions and feedback, they are used to refine constructed items. The result of these students’ economic condition, household, and academic and non-academic achievements was above 0.72 with a significance level of 5%, namely 0.92, 0.96, and 0.96. All of the 29 items are very valid (V > 0.72, V1 > 0.50) and reliable (α = 0,944). The conclusion that each component is closely related indicates information on the feasibility of distributing KIP-K. The instruments embodied at IAIN Langsa have high validity, and the level of reliability is excellent. This instrument can obtain complete information on prospective students who will become KIP-K scholarship recipients in 2022.
