This paper departs from the government's appreciation of some of the success of boarding school education. The authenticity and uniqueness of the pesantren cottage in addition to the treasures of the nation's cultural tradition is also a pillar supporting force of education to bring up the leaders of a moral nation. It is this reality that demands the management of educational institutions according to the demands of the times. The kiai's charismatic leadership in pesantren tends to embrace a centralized management system, and the implications of educational reforms encourage the emergence of formal education institutions that embrace a decentralized management system. The dichotomy of the two management systems demands a strategic step by applying a new, solutive model of leadership. A solution of the leadership model by developing a democratic leadership, ie leadership that appreciates the potential, ideas and work of all parties, both kiai as the leader of the santri as a guided individual. This requires a re-orientation of the pesantren education management system. In short, the implementation of education management in boarding school needs to be re-orientation of the lofty ideals of boarding school. Reorientation of pesantren boarding school management that is urgent to undertake, among others: leadership management and, initial management. Nevertheless, this reorientation must still be grounded in the concept of "al-muhâfadzatu 'al-al-qadîmi al-shÄÂlih wa al-akhdu bi al-jadîdi al-ashlah" (preserving a good old culture, and engaging constructive and prospective new ideas)

This preliminary study aims to identify, describe and analyze innovation-based head of vocational schools as well as their implications, particularly with regard to managerial innovation. Reality later showed the proliferation of schools in Banyuwangi establish formal educational institutions, particularly vocational schools (SMK). Though conceptually management, between schools and vocational embracing the concept of different management. Management schools tend to be centralized, while the vocational school as a formal educational institution adheres desentralitik management system. Thus, it does require changes in the system, both organizationally and managerially. One side of the Head of SMK should be able to secure the values uniquely pesantren as the "owner" SMK. On the other hand, the Head of SMK demanded to carry out government policy as a regulator. Tulisan ini berangkat dari dasar pemikiran banyaknyaproblem ekonomi dan pendidikan yang dialamimasyarakat Indonesia khususnya Umat Islam.Kemampuannya sering dipandang sebelah mata olehsebagian kalangan, karena kemampuannya yangdianggap tidak representatif apabila dibanding denganjumlah penganutnya dalam membangun kekuatanekonomi dan kemajuan dibidang pendidikan. Secararepsentatif.keberadaan umat islam di ?identik? dengankemiskinan, keterbelakangan dan level negatif lainnya.Pada bagian lain, keradaan Islam sebagai agama tidakhanya melahirkan konsep ritual semata, tetapi hadirsebagai sistem nilai yang dapat mewarnai perilakuumatnya ke arah khidupan yang lebih baik. Melalui susdutpandang ini, zakat -khususnya zakat profesi- memilikipotensi strategis yang layak dikembangkan menjadi salahsatu instrumen pemerataan pendapatan umat islamdilndonesia. Upaya pengenatasan kemiskinan sebenarnyatelah banyak dilakukan oleh pemerintah, terutama dengankeluaranya paket kebijakan UU Nomor 32 Tahun 2004Tentang Pemerintahan Daerah, yang salah satumaksudnya adalah untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraanmayarakat daerah yang dimekarkan. Namu setelah dievaluasi, ternyata paket tersebut hanya mampumelahirkan ?pemerataan? kemiskinan, atau ?migrasikemiskinan? dari daerah induk ke daerah pemakaranMengingat umat islam di Indonesia merupakan pendudukmayoritas, maka merupakan sebuah keniscayaan apabilapotensi yang dimiliki kita kembangkan untuk kepentinganpihak lain yang lebih membutuhkan. In the Organization of at least need two individuals are related, then it takes one person acting as a leader. Educational leaders in carrying out tasks and implement its vision and mission in need of power (power). By having the power, the leader obtains an instrument to affect the behavior of followers. Leaders should not just assess his conduct themselves so that they can understand how they affect the behavior of other people, but also a leader should be willing and able to assess their positions and how to use the power. Power as part of the inhern leadership is closely linked with ethics. In the implementation of power and leadership are certainly going the process of communication and interaction between multiple people within an organization. In the process, the leader will use the power in all its aspects. Leaders can use their powers for good or evil, as well as the values and code of ethics. This paper reviewed literature about the background of the policy on Hari Santri Nasional (HSN). Historical and political approach emphasis on historical data as well as political factors that affect its, were sought to acquire a comprehensive understanding. This study described the presidential decree about the HSN was based on the implementation of the normative values of justice in Islam political. The policy response of HSN as an integral part of public policy innovation is the moment of awakening "kaum sarungan ", especially when their education is exposed to the impact of globalization. Innovation of public policy conceptually viewed as a change of viewpoints over the existing problems so as to bring up the solution. Pandemic Covid-19 is a challenge for campus leaders. Covid-19 in Indonesia brought significant impact on the implementation of tridharma PTKIS. Minister of Education and Culture, Nadiem Anwar Makarim finally required all educational institutions to apply online learning. Education is the mandate of the Constitution. The Government should be grateful to PTKIS who continue to serve the student education rights. In the present condition, PTKIS should be invited together to find the best solution. This is done so that the service and quality of learning can still be maintained. Human beings as psycho-physical who can produces work ethics that appears from inside of themselves soul, necessarily, the realm of analytical studies leads to motivational psychology. N Ach is one of the proper phenomena which is assumed to be something that can play an important role for the formation of superior human beings regarding to work. However, not all psychology scientists agree that work motivation comes from revelation or religion, therefore this study will clarify psychological studies which are considered to have proportional accommodative attitudes. Religion Psychology, Transpersonal Psychology and Humanistic Psychology are thought schools those have fair and objective attitudes and views on the Islamic teachings and Islamic dogma as a source of work motivation. People who have high N Ach and also the person who actualized it is a factors or elements that can emerge a high work ethic, then it shows that there is a potential high work ethic from muslim’s faith that was built on the basics of Al-Qur 'an and As-Sunnah. Faith without worship acts/work which was included abaout physical and psychological work, so also if the work ethic is not based on the concept of worship acts and fitht, it cannot be categorized as Islamic work. On Friday, February 25, 2021 PC NU Banyuwangi held a discussion event NU academics by inviting Rector of IAI Ibrahimy Genteng, Rector of IAI Darussalam Blokagung Karangdoro and Chairman of STAI Darul Ulum Sumberberas. The discussion decided the establishment of PTNU Banyuwangi Communication Forum as a forum for friendship of NU academics. This forum places the top level of management in its structure. Kh. Ahmad Munib Syafa'at, L.c., M.EI. (Rector of IAIDA) was appointed as the leader of the forum. This forum sets out the vision of "consolidated NU academics for the benefit of jam'iyah and NU Banyuwangi citizens, with the mission of becoming a reference forum for every issue both internal NU and external NU. The forum also sets out the working program: (a) regular thematic discussions (switching campuses) every month; (b) the lecturers are assisted to accompany institutions and banom and structures under PCNU, especially madrasahs under LP Ma'arif; (c) collaborative research on themes related to the existence of NU. Given the new age of this forum, its existence needs to be optimized, although some campuses have partially performed their role in community development, both individually and institutionally. This article (a) will review the optimalisasai process of PTNU in Banyuwangi, especially those incorporated in the PTNU Banyuwangi Communication Forum; (b) the prospect of its role for community development in the management perspective.

The purpose of this study is to examine the role of Islamic Religious Education Teachers (PAI) in improving the religious digital literacy skills of students at SMAN 1 Glagah Banyuwangi. In this digital era, digital literacy skills are one of the main competencies that must be possessed by every individual, including in the context of religious education. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study type of research. Data collection techniques include in-depth interviews with PAI teachers, students, principals, and parents of students, direct observation in classrooms and school environments, and analysis of documentation such as curriculum, lesson plans, and digital teaching materials. The data analysis technique is carried out through data triangulation, which aims to ensure the validity and reliability of the findings by comparing data from various sources to get a comprehensive picture. The results of the study show that PAI teachers at SMAN 1 Glagah Banyuwangi play a crucial role in improving students' religious digital literacy through various strategies, such as the provision of relevant materials, the use of technology in the learning process, the development of an inclusive curriculum, and the provision of adequate resources and references. PAI teachers also face several challenges, including limited resources and the need to constantly update their tech skills. A pesantren is a non-formal educational institution with its own distinctiveness in the sociological and historical context of Indonesia. From the beginning, pesantren were established based on the leadership of a religious figure, supported and trusted by the local community. This research aims to explore and analyze how power and authority contests take place within the pesantren, particularly in the context of leadership at Pondok Pesantren Bustanul Makmur Genteng, led by KH. Muwafiq Amir. The study focuses on three main aspects: the paradigm of power and authority, the perspective of personal virtues, and the multicultural environment that shapes multicultural leadership in the pesantren. This research also seeks to redefine and revise the implementation of existing leadership theories by developing a theoretical framework different from previous studies. The research employs a literature review analysis method. Data collection is conducted through a systematic search of scholarly literature, including articles, journals, and documents that significantly discuss the theme of this study. The leadership of KH. Muwafiq Amir at Pondok Pesantren Bustanul Makmur, Genteng, Banyuwangi, highlights an intelligent adaptation to the local socio-cultural context and multicultural challenges in an urban environment. Although he is not a direct descendant of the pesantren's founder, KH. Muwafiq plays a key role in managing the pesantren through collaborative strategies involving the development of educational units that are strategic and relevant to the community's needs. He has also successfully integrated high spiritual values with the demands of modernity, realized in a competitive formal educational institution. This success demonstrates that KH. Muwafiq possesses spiritual maturity and innovative leadership capable of maintaining the relevance and sustainability of the pesantren in the face of rapid social change dynamics.
