Abstract

Customer satisfaction is the level of customer feelings after comparing what is received and expectations, where a customer will feel satisfied with the value provided by a product or service that has been used before. The phenomenon that occurs in this study is that there are complaints from customers who do not get satisfaction, which causes a decrease in the number of visitors who come. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship and influence of social media marketing, location, and service quality on customer satisfaction. This type of research is an empirical study of Café Degree in Denpasar. The sampling technique used was slovin, so the sample in this study was 99 respondents. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression where the independent variables are social media marketing, location, and service quality while the dependent variable is customer satisfaction. The results of the study show that social media marketing, location, and service quality simultaneously have a significant effect on customer satisfaction. Meanwhile, social media marketing, location, and service quality individually have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction.

Abstract

The role of effective communication in developing and motivating employees is very important in increasing employee morale because these three variables support good working conditions. The purpose of this study is to analyze the impact of communication, employee development, and moral motivation toward employe morale at regional secretariat of Aceh Barat Daya. The population used in this study was about 102 employees. In this study, data collection techniques used was questioner data. This data was analyzed by using multiple regression analysis. The results showed that communication had a partial positive and significant effect on employee morale at the Aceh Barat Daya Regional Secretariat. Associated with the morale of the employees of the Aceh Barat Daya Regional Secretariat At the same time (Test F), communication, development and motivation of employees at the Aceh Barat Daya Regional Secretariat have a positive and significant effect on employee morale.

Abstract

Investors from among students are one type of stock investor that has significant growth in the capital market. This shows the high interest in investing in shares for students, especially students in Bali, to invest, but this did not happen at the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Ngurah Rai. Interest in investing is influenced by various factors including financial literacy and perceived risk, therefore it is very feasible to carry out further research on financial literacy and perceived risk that affect interest in stock investment in students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Ngurah Rai. The formulation of the problem in this study is: how is the simultaneous or partial influence of financial literacy and risk perception on interest in investing in stocks in students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Ngurah Rai? The purpose of this study was to determine the effect simultaneously or partially between financial literacy and risk perception on stock investment interest in students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Ngurah Rai. The number of samples was determined using the slovin formula, namely as many as 88 students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Ngurah Rai University. Data were analyzed using the classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, determination analysis, simultaneous test (F-test) and partial test (t-test). The results showed that there was a partial and simultaneous positive and significant influence between financial literacy and risk perception on interest in stock investment in students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Ngurah Rai University.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze (1) the impact of social media marketing activities on brand awareness, (2) the impact of celebrity endorser on brand awareness, and (3) the impact of social media marketing activities and celebrity endorser simultaneously on brand awareness Hotel X Bali. Questionnaires as the data collection technique were distributed to 100 followers of Hotel X Bali’s Instagram. The data analysis technique consisted of classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, t-test, F-test, coefficient of determination, and effective contribution by using SPSS for windows version 26 program. The results of this study indicated that (1) social media marketing activities had a positive and significant effect on brand awareness, (2) celebrity endorser had a positive and significant effect on brand awareness, and (3) social media marketing activities and celebrity endorser simultaneously had a positive and significant effect on brand awareness at Hotel X Bali. Social media marketing activities and celebrity endorser influenced 54% on brand awareness, while the remaining 46% was caused by other variables that were not investigated in this study. Based on the results of this study, Hotel X Bali should publish trendy content on Instagram, collaborate with celebrity endorsers that are relevant to Hotel X Bali’s target market, choose celebrity endorsers who have a good image in the community, and Hotel X Bali should maximize the use of digital marketing such as Search Engine Optimization, Email Marketing, and One Public Relations to increase brand awareness.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of work motivation, work history, and education on teacher performance. The survey was conducted at the Bali Dewata Health College, using a sample of 36 respondents who selected using a saturated sampling technique. All data obtained from distributing questionnaires can be used and then analyzed using multiple regression and hypothesis testing (t-test and f-test). The results were, (1) work motivation, work experience and education had a positive and significant effect on teacher performance at the Bali Dewata High School of Health. (2) Work motivation had a significant effect on teacher performance at the Bali Dewata High School of Health. This proved to have a positive and significant effect on teacher performance. This means that the higher the motivation to work, the better performance of teachers at the Bali Dewata Health College. (3) Work history has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance at the Bali Dewata Health College. This means that the better the professional experience, the better the performance of the Bali Dewata Health College teachers. (4) Education has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance at the Bali Dewata Health College. In other words, the more training, the better the performance of teachers at the Bali Dewata Health College.

Abstract

Human resources who are loyal, satisfied, consistent with organizational goals and values tend to maintain an organization's membership beyond the specified tasks can be an important factor in organizational effectiveness. This study aims to understand the effect of organizational justice and job satisfaction on the organizational commitment of PT Inti Grafika Paperindo in Denpasar. The research method used is quantitative. The research location is at PT Inti Grafika Paperindo in Denpasar. The sample used was 39 respondents. The data analysis techniques used are Validity Test, Reliability, Classical Assumptions, Multiple Linear Regression, Coefficient of Determination, t Test and F Test. Based on the results of the study, it was found that organizational justice has a significant positive effect on organizational commitment, job satisfaction has a significant positive effect on organizational commitment, and simultaneously organizational fairness and job satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. The magnitude of the independent variable's influence on organizational commitment was 74.2%. The advice in this study is that PT Inti Grafika Paperindo should always be fair to employees and increase employee job satisfaction and make salary policies that are in accordance with the tasks carried out by employees.
