Abstract

This investigation hence, plans to give proof from a non-industrial nation's point of viewand above all from the stance of SMEs perceiving how quick these organizations areascending in non-industrial nations. In particular, this investigation plans to give anitemized viewpoint with an end goal to associating existing writing holes through (a)exposing the impact of green production practices, environmental performance, firmreputation, and financial performance(b) also establishing the influence of adoptinggreen production practices on firm reputation, financial and environmentalperformance and (c) assessing how firm reputation and environmental performanceaffect financial performance.Through reaching producing relationship, around 2,000 assembling SMEs and theircontacts were acquired. Firm Reputation mediates therelationship of Green Production in a positive and significant way to Financial Performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the impact or influence of ROA, NPM and EPS on the Company's Stock Price listed in the LQ45 IDX for the 2017-2021 period. A quantitative approach is used in this study. The population includes a total of 45 LQ45 companies listed on the IDX for the 2017-2021 period. Samples were taken with a sampling target and samples from 27 companies were found. The research data were processed using multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The conclusion of the study is that partially Return on Assets has a positive impact on Stock Price, Net Profit Margin has a positive impact on stock price, and Earning Per Share has a positive impact on Stock Price. Simultaneously ROA, NPM and EPS have a significant impact on the stock price of companies listed in LQ45.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out whether financial literacy is able to mediate the effect of income on investment decisions. The object of this research is investors who open accounts through the Ngurah Rai University Investment Gallery. The population in this study are all investors in the Ngurah Rai university investment gallery from 2019 to 2022, a total of 616 investors. The number of samples is 86 people. The data in this study were analyzed using the SEM-PLS technique. The results of the research conducted show that: a) Income has a positive and significant effect on the investment decisions of Ngurah Rai University students. b) Financial literacy has a significant positive effect on the investment decisions of Ngurah Rai University students. c) Financial literacy is not able to moderate the effect of income on the investment decisions of Ngurah Rai University students.

Abstract

Tujuan. Untuk memahami perbedaan kinerja keuangan perusahaan Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk pra dan pasca akuisisi dengan metode Economic Value Added (EVA), Market Value Added (MVA) dan Financial Value Added (FVA). Metode. Pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode penelitian deskriptif komparatif digunakan sebagai metode dalam penelitian ini. Objek penelitian menggunakan laporan keuangan triwulan dan tahunan. Data dianalisa menggunakan analisis statistik deskriptif dan menggunakan uji normalitas (Shipro-wilk), untuk uji hipotesis yang dipergunakan uji paried sample t-test. Hasil. Hasil pada analisa statistik deskriptif untuk nilai Economic Value Added (EVA), Market Value Added (MVA) dan Financial Value Added (FVA) pra dan pasca bernilai positif, uji normalitas menunjukan berdistribusi normal dan untuk uji hipotesis nilai EVA dan FVA tidak ditemukan perbedaan signifikan sementara nilai Market Value Added (MVA) ditemukan adanya perbedaan yang signifikan. Implikasi. Analisa nilai tambah dipercaya lebih mampu mengidentifikasi kemampuan perusahaan dalam mewujudkan tujuan perusahaan. Analisa nilai tambah memperhitungkan modal yang dikeluarkan perusahaan dalam menghasilkan kinerja perusahaan baik.

Abstract

Skincare has become a necessity for everyone, leading to intense competition in the industry. Understanding the factors that influence purchasing decisions is crucial. Social media influencers, social media marketing, and brand image are key elements affecting purchase intention. At Mutiara Permai Klungkung Shop, issues were found related to these factors. This study aims to analyze the influence of social media influencers and social media marketing on purchase intention, the impact of brand image on purchase intention, and the role of brand image as an intervening variable between social media influencers, social media marketing, and purchase intention. The research is quantitative, conducted at Toko Mutiara Permai Klungkung, with a sample of 180 customers who had never used Everwhite skincare. Data analysis includes outer model analysis, inner model analysis, and hypothesis testing using Smart PLS. Results show that social media marketing has a significant negative effect on brand image, while brand image indirectly mediates the influence of social media influencers and social media marketing on purchase intention

Abstract

Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes) memiliki peran penting dalam meningkatkan perekonomian desa melalui pengelolaan sumber daya lokal dan usaha yang dapat mendukung kesejahteraan masyarakat. Namun, pengelolaan keuangan yang tidak optimal menjadi salah satu tantangan utama yang dihadapi oleh BUMDes. Permasalahan keuangan, seperti kesulitan dalam penyusunan anggaran, pengelolaan arus kas, serta ketidakmampuan dalam menyusun laporan keuangan yang transparan dan akuntabel, sering menghambat kinerja dan keberlanjutan BUMDes. Pengabdian ini menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan pengelolaan keuangan, implementasi teknologi informasi berbasis akuntansi, dan peningkatan kapasitas pengelola di bidang akuntansi dan manajemen keuangan dapat menjadi solusi efektif untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut. Peningkatan kompetensi pengelola BUMDes dalam hal pencatatan transaksi, pembuatan anggaran, dan penggunaan teknologi untuk mempermudah proses administrasi keuangan diharapkan dapat meningkatkan transparansi, efisiensi, dan keberlanjutan BUMDes. Dengan demikian, pengelolaan keuangan yang lebih baik akan memperkuat kinerja BUMDes dalam mendukung pembangunan ekonomi desa

Abstract

Tujuan peneltian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh literasi keuangan dan pendapatan terhadap keputusan investasi. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dengan penentuan jumlah sampel dapat dilakukan dengan cara perhitungan statistik yaitu dengan menggunakan Rumus Slovin. Maka besar sampel pada penelitian ini sebanyak 100 investor saham generasi milenial di Kota Denpasar. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif serta teknik analisis yang digunakan untuk memecahkan masalah penelitian ini adalah regresi linier berganda. Hasil analisis yang dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa: a) literasi keuangan berpengaruh posiif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan investasi pada generasi milenial di Kota Denpasar, b) persepsi resiko berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan investasi pada generasi milenial di Kota Denpasar dan c) literasi keuangan dan persepsi resiko bberpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan investasi pada generasi milenial di Kota Denpasar.

Abstract

Rapid technology advancements and economic growth have made it simpler for consumers to get the knowledge they want.  Purposive sampling was used to choose 100 samples in total.  A survey was utilised to gather the data, and the PLS approach was used for analysis.  Three phases of analysis were used: hypothesis testing, inner model analysis, and outside model analysis. The outcomes reveal: (1) Financial literacy has a significant positive influence on investment decisions; (2) Financial technology has a significant positive influence on investment decisions; (3) Financial literacy has a significant positive influence on financial inclusion; (4) Financial technology has a significant positive influence on financial inclusion; Financial inclusion has a significant positive influence on investment decisions; (6) Financial inclusion can mediate financial literacy on investment decisions; (7) Financial inclusion can mediate financial technology on investment decisions.

Abstract

Ther success of a company depends on the work achievements of employees. The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of democratic leadership style, job satisfaction, and organizational citizenship behavior partirally and simultaneously on the performance of employees of the National Land Agency of Gianyar Regency. A total of 65 ermployees became the population in this study and by using saturated sampling, a sample of 65 respondents was obtained. The data analysis used in this study is the classical assumptiron test, multiple linear regression analysirs, determination analysis, partial significance test (t-test), and simultaneous significance test (F-test). The results of the study prove that democratic leadership style, job satisfaction, and organizational citizenship behavior partially and simultanerously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the National Land Agency of Gianyar Regency. An employeer who has a leader with the right leadership styler, will creater job satisfaction in the minds of employeers which will later increaser the effectiveness of employeers at work and have an impact on improving employeer performance.

Abstract

The success of a company depends on the work achievements of employees. Communication between fellow employees and superiors, employees' emotional intelligence, and work climate determine the performance produced by employees. The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of communication, emotional intelligence, and work climate partially and simultaneously on the performance of Prasi Hospitality employees. A total of 70 employees became the population in this study and by using saturated sampling, a sample of 70 respondents was obtained. The data analysis used in this study is the classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, determination analysis, partial significance test (t-test), and simultaneous significance test (F-test). The results of the study prove that communication, emotional intelligence, and work climate partially and simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at Prasi Hospitality. Communication between fellow employees that is well established, supported by high emotional intelligence and a good work climate, tends to encourage employees to achieve optimal performance.
