Abstract

This investigation hence, plans to give proof from a non-industrial nation's point of viewand above all from the stance of SMEs perceiving how quick these organizations areascending in non-industrial nations. In particular, this investigation plans to give anitemized viewpoint with an end goal to associating existing writing holes through (a)exposing the impact of green production practices, environmental performance, firmreputation, and financial performance(b) also establishing the influence of adoptinggreen production practices on firm reputation, financial and environmentalperformance and (c) assessing how firm reputation and environmental performanceaffect financial performance.Through reaching producing relationship, around 2,000 assembling SMEs and theircontacts were acquired. By utilizing the Krejcie and Morgan's examining strategy, 100SMEs were arbitrarily chosen. FinancialReputation has a positive and significant effect on Financial Performance.Environmental Performance has a positive and significant effect on Financial Performance. Environmental Performance mediates the relationship of Green Productionin apositive and significant way to Financial Performance. Firm Reputation mediates therelationship of Green Production in a positive and significant way to Financial Performance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze changes in regional income and financial independence of regional economic growth with capital expenditure as a variable intervention in Denpasar City in 2017-2019. This exploration technique is a graphic subjective strategy with the cooperation of region and regional government in Denpasar 2017-2019. This study used the purposive sampling method. Test results show that the Regional Revenue directly has a positive effect on regional economic growth while financial independence does not directly affect regional economic growth, and capital expenditure cannot mediate local income growth and financial independence on economic growth.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to see the useful role in mediating the effect of choice on intention to use. This research was conducted at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Ngurah Rai University, located on Jalan Padma Penatih, Denpasar, Bali Province. The sample used in this study used a random sampling technique, where the respondents were students. The number of samples used was 100 people. The analysis technique used is the structural equation modelling (Structural Equation Modeling - SEM) based on the variant known as the Partial Least Square (PLS). The results showed that choice has a positive and significant effect on perceived benefits. The perceived usefulness has a positive and significant influence on the intention to use the Go-Food feature on the Gojek application. The choice of food variations has a positive and significant effect on the intention to use the Go-Food feature on the Gojek application. The perceived usefulness is able to mediate a positive and significant influence on the intention to use the Go-Food feature on the Gojek application.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peran kompetensu dalam memediasi pengaruh person job-fit terhadap perilaku inovasi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh tenaga harian lepas bagian kebersihan pada lingkungan kantor bupati gianyar yang berjumlah 75 orang. Teknik penentuan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah sampel jenuh, dimana semua populasi dijadikan sampel. Teknik analisis yang digunakan yaitu model persamaan structural (Structural Equation Modeling-SEM) berbasis variance yang dikenal dengan Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa person job-fit berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku inovasi, person job-fit berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kompetensi, kompetensi berpengaruh negatif tidak signifikan. Peran kompetensi dalam memediasi pengaruh person job-fit terhadap perilaku inovasi menunjukkan hasil negatif tidak signifikan

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peran perilaku inovasi dalam memediasi pengaruh kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Pendekatan kuantitatif yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini untuk meneliti data yang bersifat statistik serta menguji suatu hipotesis. Data diperoleh dengan menyebarkan kuesioner yang berisi daftar pertanyaan kepada calon responden. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai pada PT. BPR Desa Sanur yang berjumlah 42orang. Teknik penentuan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah sampel jenuh, dimana semua populasi dijadikan sampel. Teknik analisis yang digunakan yaitu model persamaan structural (Structural Equation Modeling-SEM) berbasis variance yang dikenal dengan Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja, kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku inovasi, perilaku inovasi berpengaruh posiif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja. Perilaku inovasi mampu memediasi pengaruh kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja.

Pendekatan kuantitatif yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini untuk meneliti data yang bersifat statistik serta menguji suatu hipotesis. Data diperoleh dengan menyebarkan kuesioner yang berisi daftar pertanyaan kepada calon responden. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai pada PT. Yuda Pratama Sejati yang berjumlah 36orang. Teknik penentuan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah sampel jenuh, dimana semua populasi dijadikan sampel. Teknik analisis yang digunakan yaitu model persamaan structural (Structural Equation Modeling-SEM) berbasis variance yang dikenal dengan Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja, lingkungan kerja berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap stress kerja, stress kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja. Stress kerja tidak mampu memediasi pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja.

Abstract

The stock price is a reflection of investors' expectations of financial factors such as income, cash flow, and returns that are expected by investors, all of which are influenced by the macro conditions of a country as well as global economic conditions. Changes in share prices are largely determined by market conditions, namely from the demand for shares by investors. The decision to buy and sell shares in the capital market by investors is carried out using fundamental analysis and technical analysis. A long-term investment is carried out using fundamental analysis, namely analyzing the company's financial performance. Financial performance can be seen from three factors, namely Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Dividend Per Share (DPS), and Return on Assets (ROA). The purpose of this study was to examine the partial and simultaneous effect of DER, DPS, and ROA on stock prices in companies listed on the LQ45 index for the 2016-2020 period. The research data was tested using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that if DER has a positive and insignificant effect on stock prices, DPS has a positive and significant effect on stock prices, ROA has a negative and significant effect on stock prices. The final test results found that DER, DPS, and ROA simultaneously influence the stock price of the LQ45 company for the 2016-2020 period.

Abstract

Financial literacy has become a hotly discussed issue in recent years in Indonesia. The issues that arise cannot be separated from various polemics that have occurred, ranging from the Asean Economic Community (MEA) to the economic crisis that hit Indonesia in 1998. At this time financial literacy is an important thing and a necessity for the wider community, the public is required to know and understand financial literacy. The low level of public knowledge about the financial industry and its products causes people to be easily trapped in making investments that offer lucrative returns in the short term without considering the risks. This causes harm to the community itself. The government and financial institutions need to seek an understanding of financial literacy for the Indonesian people. One of the efforts to increase financial literacy is education related to legal investment through Community Service conducted by the Faculty of Economics and Business, Ngurah Rai University together with the Regional VIII Bali and Nusa Tenggara Financial Services Authority and the Bali Regional Development Bank for the community of Sanur Kauh Village.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the impact or influence of ROA, NPM and EPS on the Company's Stock Price listed in the LQ45 IDX for the 2017-2021 period. A quantitative approach is used in this study. The population includes a total of 45 LQ45 companies listed on the IDX for the 2017-2021 period. Samples were taken with a sampling target and samples from 27 companies were found. The research data were processed using multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The conclusion of the study is that partially Return on Assets has a positive impact on Stock Price, Net Profit Margin has a positive impact on stock price, and Earning Per Share has a positive impact on Stock Price. Simultaneously ROA, NPM and EPS have a significant impact on the stock price of companies listed in LQ45.

Abstract

Kepemimpinan dan lingkungan kerja yakni hal yang mempunyai andil di mana bisa memberikan kontribusi dalam mengoptimalkan kinerja pegawai, sehingga penting bagi suatu instansi untuk selalu memperhatikan kedua faktor ini. Tujuan riset dalam upaya mencari tahu tentang pengaruh kepemimpinan dan lingkungan kerja secara parsial maupun simultan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Sekretariat DPRD Kabupaten Gianyar. Populasi pada riset ini seluruh pegawai di Sekretariat DPRD Kabupaten Gianyar di mana banyaknya yakni 91 orang. Metode penentuan sampel pada riset ini yakni metode sensus. Teknik dalam mengumpulkan data yang dipergunakan dalam riset yakni di antaranya observasi, wawancara dan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data yang dipergunakan yaitu metode SEM-PLS. Kepemimpinan secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Lingkungan kerja secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Kepemimpinan dan Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja secara parsial. Serta kepuasan kerja mampu memediasi pengaruh kepemimpinan dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai.
