Abstract

ABSTRAKPerawat dalam memberikan asuhan keperawatan harus melihat klien secara holistikuntuk memenuhi kebutuhan bio-psiko-sosial-spiritual. Perawat seringkalai kurang peduliterhadap kebutuhan spiritual klien. Perawat lebih cenderung peduli terhadap aspekfisiologis daripada pemenuhan kebutuhan spiritual klien. Hal ini disebabkan olehpemahaman perawat yang kurang tentang aspek spiritual klien untuk proses penyembuhanklien. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi hubungan antara pengetahuan dansikap perawat dalam klien spiritual kebutuhan pemenuhan dengan implementasikeperawatan karena krisis ilness / penderitaan / kematian.Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam diteliti ini adalah cross sectional.Populasi adalah perawat yang bekerja di ruang operasi dan interna di RSIA PusuraTegalsari. Teknik sampling menggunakan total sampling. Jumlah responden yangmemenuhi syarat kriteria inklusi sebanyak 24 responden. Data dikumpulkan dengankuesioner dan dilakukan analisis statistik dengan menggunakan korelasi Spearman rhopemeriksaan dengan  = 0,05.Berdasarkan korelasi pemeriksaan yang mendapat nilai p = 0,000  0,05 yangberarti Ho ditolak atau ada hubungan antara pengetahuan dan sikap perawat dalam klienspiritual kebutuhan pemenuhan dengan implementasi keperawatan krisis penyakit.Perawat perlu meningkatkan pengetahuan dan sikap mereka dalam memenuhikebutuhan spiritual klien dengan implementasi keperawatan illnes crisis.Kata kunci: pengetahuan Perawat, sikap perawat, diperlukan pemenuhan Spiritual,pelaksanaan Keperawatan krisis penyakit.ABSTRACTNurse in the giving nursing care see client holistically that having bio-psychosocial-spiritual need. But, actually nurse who less care client spiritual need. Nurse moretends care current aspect than client spiritual need fulfillment. This is caused by lack ofnurse understanding about client spiritual aspect and advantage to healthy and illnesshealing. This purpose of this research was to identify whether there are relationshipbetween knowledge and nurse attitude in the client spiritual need fulfillment with nursingimplementation because of ilness crisis/suffering/death.Researched method that used in this researched was cross sectional method. Thepopulation was nurse who worked was the surgery room and interna in RSIA PusuraTegalsari. Sampling technique was total sampling. Total sampling that was 24 respondentsthat qualify inclusion criteria. Data was collected with quesioner and done statisticalanalysis using correlation examination Spearman rho with  = 0.05.Based on correlation examination that got p value = 0,000  0,05 that means Howas refused or there were relationship between knowledge and nurse attitude in the clientspiritual need fulfillment with nursing implementation of illness crisis. In conclusion, it is important for nurse to enhance their knowledge and attitude, inthe client spiritual need fulfillment with nursing implementation of illnes crisis.Keywords: Nurse knowledge, Nurse attitude, Spiritual needed fulfillment, Nursingimplementation of illness crisis.

Abstract

ABSTRAKStres adalah sesuatu yang menciptakan dari perubahan yang mengganggukeseimbangan steady state dan perlu untuk mendapatkan lebih dengan. Proses perubahanpada orang-orang tua adalah semua tentang perubahan pada aspek fisik, aspek psikologis,dan aspek sosial. Proses ini membuat pengaruh timbal balik dan menciptakan kondisi yangpotensial untuk stres. Jika orang-orang tua diberi pendidikan kesehatan mental, untuk efekmereka akan kebal dari stres itu sendiri. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untukmenjelaskan pengaruh pendidikan kesehatan mental terhadap tingkat kekebalan stres padaorang-orang tua.Desain penelitian menggunakan metode Pre Eksperimental dengan One-Group PreTest-Post-test, dengan responden 31 sampel yang diambil menggunakan teknik PurposiveSampling. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan Wilcoxon Signed Rank Uji dengan tingkatnilai ρ = 0,000. Ada pengaruh yang signifikan pendidikan kesehatan mental terhadaptingkat kekebalan stres pada orang tua.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kekebalan stres pada lansia sebelumpendidikan kesehatan mental diberikan mencapai 77,41% dari responden yang tidakmemiliki kekebalan terhadap stres, dan 22,58% responden memiliki kekurangan kekebalantubuh terhadap stres. Tingkat kekebalan stres pada orang-orang tua setelah pendidikankesehatan mental diberikan menjadi 9,68% dari responden yang tidak memiliki kekebalanterhadap stres, 87,10% responden memiliki kekurangan kekebalan terhadap stres, dan 6,45% dari responden memiliki kekebalan terhadap stres.Berdasarkan hasil dari penelitian ini bahwa pendidikan kesehatan mental yangmempengaruhi tingkat kekebalan stres pada orang tua.Kata kunci: Pendidikan Kesehatan Mental, Gelar kekebalan Stres, Lansia.ABSTRACTStress is something that create from change that interfere the balancing of steady stateand need to get over with. This changing process on the old people is all about the changeon physical aspect, psychological aspect, and social aspect. These process create areciprocal influence and create potential condition for stress. If those old people given amental health education, for the effect they will immune from the stress itself. The objectiveof this study was to explain the effect of mental health education towards the immunedegree of stress on the old people.The research design was used Pre Experimental method with the One-Group PreTest-Post Test Design, with 31 sample respondent which are taken by Purposive Sampling.Data were analyzed by using Wilcoxon Signed Ranks Test with value level ρ = 0,000.There is a significant effect of mental health education towards the immune degree ofstress on the elderly.The immune degree of stress on the old people before the mental health education wasgiven reached 77,41 % of respondent who don’t have the immune towards stress, and22,58 % of respondent have a lack of immune towards stress. The immune degree of stresson the old people after the mental health education was given becoming 9,68 % of respondent who don’t have the immunity towards stress, 87,10 % of respondent have alack of immunity towards stress, and 6,45 % of respondent have the immunity towardsstress.Based on the result from this research that the mental health education affecting theimmune degree of stress on the elderly.Keywords: Mental Health Education, Immune Degree of Stress, Elderly.

Abstract

ABSTRAKSusu prematur adalah susu yang diproduksi dan dimiliki oleh ibu yang melahirkanbayi prematur/ berat badan lahir rendah. Susu prematur mengandung kalori yang lebihtinggi karena ada kadar lemak dan protein yang lebih tinggi dari susu bayi yang tidakprematur. Komposisi ASI yang dihasilkan ibu yang melahirkan prematur berbeda dengankomposisi ASI yang dihasilkan oleh ibu yang melahirkan cukup bulan. Menyusui bayiprematur di tidak mudah, sering terjadi kegagalan menyusui pada ibu yang melahirkanprematur. Hal ini disebabkan kurangnya pengetahuan ibu tentang menyusui, produksi susukurang dan dukungan keluarga dalam menyusui. Keberhasilan dalam menyusui bayiprematur dipengaruhi oleh pengetahuan ibu yang bisa ditingkatkan dengan memberikanpendidikan kesehatan dan diharapkan dapat mengubah perilaku ibu yang tidak menyusuibersedia untuk memberikan ASI pada bayinya.Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian eksperimental desain Pre-test-post-test.Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua ibu yang memiliki bayi berat lahir rendah diNICU Rumah Sakit Ibnu Sina Gresik sebanyak 20 orang. Sampel dalam penelitian iniadalah ibu yang memiliki bayi berat lahir rendah di NICU Ibnu Sina Rumah Sakit Gresiksesuai dengan kriteria inklusi dan diambil menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Datadianalisis dengan menggunakan Wilcoxon Signed Rank dengan tingkat signifikansi α ≥0,05 maka hipotesis ditolak.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada perbedaan sebelum dan sesudahkonseling tentang ASI bayi prematur dengan tingkat signifikansi p: 0,000 (p <0,05) sertaberdasarkan uji Wilcoxon Sign Rank didapatkan sebelum: 52,3989 dan setelah: 39,85219.Hasil uji pada status gizi bayi prematur sebelum: 21,54195 dan setelah: 22,24986 artinyaada pengaruh konseling terhadap perilaku ibu yang memiliki bayi prematur dan status gizibayi prematur.Petugas kesehatan harus lebih meningkatkan promosi kesehatan tentang menyusuiASI ekslusif, terutama pada wanita yang memiliki bayi berat badan lahir rendah. Konselingdapat dilakukan melalui pertemuan ibu-ibu yang dibentuk masyarakat, seperti pusatkesehatan masyarakat.Kata kunci: Perubahan perilaku ibu, status gizi bayiABSTRACTPreterm milk is milk that is produced and owned by the mother who gave birth topremature babies/ low birth weight. Preterm milk containing higher calories because thereare fat and protein levels that are higher than mature milk that her baby. The compositionof breast milk produced different mothers who gave birth prematurely to the compositionof breast milk produced by mothers who gave birth just months. Breastfeeding inpremature infant is not easy, often there is a failure of breastfeeding in mothers who givebirth prematurely. This is due to a lack of knowledge of mothers about breast feeding, milkproduction is less and the support of families in breastfeeding. To be able to achievesuccess in breastfeeding preterm infant, it is necessary to increase the knowledge of mothers by providing health education/ health education that is expected to alter thebehavior of mothers not to breastfeed to be willing to give breast milk to her baby.This study used experimental research designs Pre-test one-group pre-post testdesign. The populations in this study were all mothers who have low birth weight infant inthe NICU Ibnu Sina Hospital Gresik many as 20 people. The samples in this study weremothers who had low birth weight infant in the NICU Ibnu Sina Hospital Gresik accordingto inclusion criteria. This research used purposive sampling techniques. The data wereanalyzed using Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test with significance levels α ≥ 0.05 then thehypothesis is rejected.The result showed that there were differences in outcomes before and aftercounseling on breastfeeding premature infants with a significance level of p: 0.000(p<0.05) is before: 52.3989 and after: 39.85219 based on Wilcoxon Sign Rank test, whereas in effect of breastfeeding on the nutritional status of premature infants before: 21.54195and after: 22.24986 it means there is an influence on behavior counseling mothers whohave low birth weight infants in feeding and nutritional status of premature infants.Health workers should further enhance the health promotion of breastfeeding,especially in women who have low birth weight infants, it can be done through a meetingof mothers who formed the society, such as community health centers and others.Keywords: Changes in maternal behavior, infant nutritional status

Abstract

ABSTRAKOrang dewasa yang lebih tua berusia 55-70 tahun adalah tahap akhir dari sikluskehidupan manusia, seringkali dalam warna dengan kondisi hidup yang tidak sesuaidengan harapan. Banyak faktor yang menyebabkan orang tua memiliki gangguan mentalseperti depresi meliputi kesepian, kemiskinan, dan kehilangan pasangan (kematian).Tujuan dari penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui faktor yang berhubungan dengan depresipada lansia.Penelitian ini menggunakan studi korelasi dengan rancangan cross sectional.Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah orang tua dengan depresi di desaDomas di jalan dari Petal sebanyak 45 lansia. Sampel diambil dengan menggunakanpurposive sampling dari 40 responden. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuesionerdan uji statistik menggunakan uji korelasi spearman rho (ρ <0,05).Hasil ini menunjukkan faktor kesepian terkait dengan korelasi depresi pada orangdewasa yang lebih tua dengan sedang (ρ = 0,000 r = 0,533), faktor yang terkait dengantingkat kemiskinan depresi pada orang dewasa yang lebih tua dengan korelasi yang kuat (ρ= 0,000 r = 0,712), dan faktor terkait dengan kehilangan pasangan dengan tingkat depresipada orang dewasa yang lebih tua dengan korelasi yang (ρ = 0,006 r = 0,425).Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa faktor-faktor kesepian,kemiskinan, dan kehilangan pasangan (kematian) memiliki korelasi dengan tingkat depresipada orang tua. Faktor kemiskinan memiliki hubungan yang dominan dengan korelasi yangkuat.Kata kunci: Kesepian, Kemiskinan, Kehilangan pasangan, Tingkat depresi pada lansiaABSTRACTOlder adults aged 55-70 years is the final stage of the cycle of human life, often incolor with living conditions that are not in line with expectations. Many factors led to anelderly person have a mental disorder such as depression include loneliness, poverty, andloss of spouse (death). The aim of the study was to identify factors associated withdepression in the elderly.This study uses correlation study with cross sectional design. Population used inthis study was elderly with depression in the village of Domas on the street of Petal asmany as 45 elderly. Samples are taken using a purposive sampling of 40 respondents. Datawas collected using questionnaires and statistical tests using spearman rho correlation test(ρ <0.05).These results indicate loneliness factor associated with the correlation ofdepression in older adults with moderate (ρ = 0.000 r = 0.533), factors associated withpoverty rates of depression in older adults with a strong correlation (ρ = 0.000 r = 0.712),and factors related to loss of spouse with rates of depression in older adults with thecorrelation being (ρ = 0.006 r = 0.425). The conclusion of this study stated that the factors of loneliness, poverty, and lossof spouse (death) have correlation with levels of depression in the elderly. Abstract

ABSTRAKASI adalah nutrisi terbaik bagi bayi. Petugas kesehatan berkomitmen memberikanpendidikan kesehatan tentang ASI eksklusif karena dapat meningkatkan motivasi ibudalam menyusui bayi mereka hingga 6 bulan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untukmengetahui pengaruh pendidikan kesehatan tentang manfaat menyusui pada ibu primiparamotivasi menyusui.Desain penelitian adalah pra pendekatan percobaan crosss secsional, denganpopulasi 30 ibu. Sampling dengan teknik simple random sampling dan sampel yangdiperoleh yaitu 28 ibu. Variabel independen yaitu pengaruh pendidikan kesehatan tentangmanfaat menyusui dan variabel terikat yaitu motivasi ibu primapara yang menyusui.Pengambilan data kemudian dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner yang diujimenggunakan wilcoxon dengan taraf signifikansi α = 0,05.Hasil yang diperoleh sebelum diberikan pendidikan kesehatan 71% motivasi tinggidan 29% motivasi sedang. Sementara itu setelah memberikan pendidikan kesehatan 96%motivasi tinggi dan 4% motivasi tengah. Berdasarkan hasil Wilcoxon Sign Rank Test ƿ =0,000 mana ƿ <0,05 maka H0 ditolak, artinya ada pengaruh pendidikan kesehatan tentangmanfaat menyusui pada ibu primipara motivasi menyusui.Pendidikan kesehatan tentang manfaat ASI eksklusif pada ibu primiparamempengaruhi motivasi ibu primipara memberikan ASI eksklusif. Petugas kesehatandiharapkan untuk memberikan pendidikan kesehatan kepada ibu, terutama ibu-ibuprimipara tentang manfaat ASI eksklusif sehingga motivasi menyusui meningkat.Kata kunci: Pendidikan kesehatan, Motivasi, MenyusuiABSTRACTBreast milk is the best nutritions for babies. Health education comitted healthworkers about the importance of exclusive breastfeeding can be done because the mother’smotivasion could be improved in the succes of breastfeeding their infant up to 6 months.The goal of this research was to determine the effect of health education on the benefits ofbreastfeeding on primiparous maternal motivation breastfeeding.The study design was pra experiment approach secsional crosss, with a populationof 30 mothers. Sampling with simple random sampling technique and obtained samples of28 mother. Independent variables namely effect of health education on the benefits ofbreastfeeding and dependent variable that is the primaporous maternal motivasionbreastfeeding. Data retrieval is then performed using a questionnaire wilcoxon sign ranktest with significance level α= 0.05.The results obtained are less before provided health education 71 % highmotivation and 29 % midlle motivation. Meanwhile after providing health education 96 %high motivation and 4 % middle motivation. Based on results Wilcoxon Sign Rank Test ƿ =0.000 where ƿ <0.05 then H0 is rejected, meaning that there is a effect of health educationon the benefits of breastfeeding on primiparous maternal motivation breastfeeding. The health education on the benefits of breasfeeding in primiparous mothersinfluences motivation of exclusive breastfeeding. So the health workers expect to providehealth education to mothers, especially primiparous mothers about the benefits ofbreasfeeding so that the motivation will be increase.Keywords: Health education, Motivation, Breastfeeding

Abstract

ABSTRAKPasien gagal ginjal memerlukan penanganan dengan hemodialisa, dialisis peritonialatau hemofiltrasi, kendala sementara pasien yang terlibat dalam terapi hemodialisa adalahkepatuhan akan program yang harus dijalani. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untukmengetahui hubungan antara pengetahuan, sikap dan jarak dengan kepatuhan pasien dalammenjalani hemodialisa di Rumah Sakit Ibnu Sina Kabupaten Gresik.Penelitian tersebut menggunakan desain cross sectional untuk mengetahuihubungan antara variabel independen dan dependen, populasi responden adalah klien diUnit Hemodialisa yang sesuai dengan kriteria inklusi adalah 136 responden yangdidapatkan dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling, variabel yang dianalisisadalah kognitif, sikap dan jarak sebagai variabel independen dan kepatuhan pasien dalammenjalani hemodialisa sebagai variabel dependen, pengumpulan data menggunakankuesioner, hasil yang pengumpulan data dianalisis dengan uji Chi Square dengan tingkatkemaknaan (α) = 0,05.Hasil uji analisis Chi Square pengetahuan didapatkan hasil (α) 0,021, sikapdidapatkan hasil (α) 0,003, jarak menjalani hemodialisa didapatkan hasil (α) 0,030. Dapatdisimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang kuat antara ilmu pengetahuan, sikap dan jarakdengan kepatuhan pasien dalam menjalani hemodialisa.Pengetahuan merupakan domain yang sangat penting dalam membentuk perilakuindividu. Sementara sikap merupakan kesiapan pasien untuk dalam menjalani hemodialisa.Kata kunci: Pengetahuan, Sikap, Jarak, Pasien HemodialisaABSTRACTRenal failure patient require handle with hemodialysa, peritonial's dialysis orhemofiltrasi, meanwhile patient constraint is problem that is engaged compliance in goinghemodialysa's therapy and program who shall at performs. The purpose of this researchwas to know relationship knowledge, attitude and distance with patient compliance in tripshemodialysa at Hemodialysa's Unit Region Common Hospital Ibnu Sina Gresik's Regency.This research utilized design Cross sectional to know relationship among variableindependent and dependent, respondent population was client at Hemodialysa's Unit thatcorresponds to criterion inclusi is 136 respondent one got by purposive samples, variablethat was analyzed is cognitive, attitude and distance as variable as independent andpatient compliance in trips hemodialysa as variable as dependent, data collecting utilizedquesioner to respondent, result of that data collecting was succeeding analysis with ChiSquare's quiz result accounts (α) = 0.05.From analysis Chi Square's quiz gotten by signifikan's result science with resultaccounts (α) 0.021, attitude with result accounts (α) 0.003, distance with result accounts(α) 0.030 one are engaged compliance trip hemodialysa. Can be concluded that markssense strong relationship among science, attitude and distance with patient compliance intrips hemodialysa. Abstract

ABSTRAKKematian Bayi di Jepara meningkat dari tahun 2006 dari 2,3 / 1.000 kelahiran hidupsebesar 5,6 / 1000 kelahiran hidup pada tahun 2007. Penyebab kematian selain BBLRdisebabkan oleh hipotermia 22,03% (22,03%) yang dapat dicegah dengan perawatan yangbaik dari bayi. Di Kabupaten Jepara tahun 2007, 28% bayi tidak punya kunjunganneonatus, padahal seharusnya bidan proaktif kunjungan neonatal setidaknya dua kali dalamsemua bayi berusia 0-28 hari di wilayah kerja. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untukmengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja bidan di puskesmas di neonatalmengunjungi Jepara survei observasional pada tahun 2009.Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan pendekatan cross-sectional. Sampel dalam penelitianini adalah 65 bidan desa di Jepara diambil oleh cluster random sampling. Instrumenpenelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner dan lembar observasi. Data primer dan sekunderdiolah dan dianalisis dengan distribusi frekuensi univariat dan persentase, dengan bivariatKorelasi Product Moment dan regresi linier multivariat.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar responden memiliki pengetahuanyang baik (66,2%), motivasi tinggi (53,8%), beban kerja yang berat (52,3%), fasilitasneonatal dalam kunjungan penuh (55,4%), persepsi terhadap sistem kompensasi (50,8%),yang persepsi sistem yang baik pengawasan (55,4%), dan kinerja yang baik (64,6%).Faktor yang terkait dengan kinerja bidan desa di neonatal mengunjungi Jepara adalahpengetahuan (p = 0,001), motivasi (p = 0,024), beban kerja (p = 0,032), dan persepsisupervisi (p = 0,016). Faktor tidak terkait dengan fasilitas (p = 0,267) dan persepsi sistemkompensasi (p = 0,353). Faktor yang paling berpengaruh adalah beban kerja (p: 0,009).Disarankan kepada Kepala Puskesmas untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan tentangkunjungan bidan desa terutama neonatus melalui sosialisasi buku KIA, MTBM danresusitasi pedoman yang up to date untuk semua bidan desa dan pengawasan dijadwalkansesuai dengan program yang ada; untuk Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Jepara, penilaiankebutuhan secara berkala dan obyektif kinerja, memperkuat tugas bidan desa melaluikebijakan tertulis dan penjangkauan ke desa; Pemerintah Kabupaten Jeparamenguntungkan orang-orang yang unggul bidan desa.Kata kunci: bidan desa, Kinerja, Kunjungan NeonatusABSTRACTInfant Mortality in Jepara increase from 2006 of 2.3 / 1,000 live births amounted to5.6 / 1000 live births in 2007. The cause of death other than LBW caused by hypothermia22.03% (22.03%) were can be prevented with good care of the baby. In the district ofJepara in 2007, 28% of infants have not got visit neonates, when it should be proactivemidwives neonatal visits at least twice in all infants aged 0-28 days in the working area.The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that affect the performance ofmidwives in health centers in the neonatal visit Jepara observational survey in 2009.The study was conducted with a cross-sectional approach. The sample in this studywas 65 village midwives in Jepara taken by cluster random sampling. The instruments forthis research were using questionnaires and observation sheets. Primary and secondary data were processed and analyzed with univariate frequency distributions andpercentages, with the Product Moment Correlation bivariate and multivariate linearregression.The results showed that most respondents had a good knowledge (66.2%), highmotivation (53.8%), heavy workload (52.3%), neonatal facilities in full visit (55.4%),perception against the compensation system (50.8%), the perception of good supervisionsystem (55.4%), and good performance (64.6%). Factors associated with the performanceof village midwives in neonatal visit Jepara is knowledge (p= 0.001), motivation (p=0.024), workload (p= 0.032), and perception of supervision (p= 0.016). Factors notrelated to a facility (p= 0.267) and perception of the system of compensation (p= 0.353).The most influential factor is the workload (p: 0.009).Suggested for Head of the health center to increase knowledge about the visit ofvillage midwives especially neonates through socialization KIA book, MTBM andresuscitation guidelines are up to date for all the village midwife and supervision bescheduled in accordance with the existing program; for Jepara District Health Office,needs assessment periodically and objectively the performance, reinforce the villagemidwife duties through written policies and outreach to the village; Jepara regencygovernment rewarding those who excel village midwife.Keywords: village midwives, Performance, Visit of Neonates

Abstract

ABSTRAKFraktur adalah terputusnya / hilangnya kontinuitas struktur tulang. Banyak faktoryang dapat mempercepat proses penyembuhan tulang, antara lain faktor adalah kalsiumdan fosfor nutrisi yang sering dilupakan, antara diet daging sapi lainnya. Ini Tujuanpenelitian adalah untuk menganalisis penyediaan diet daging sapi dengan fase percepatankalus dari fraktur femur.Metode penelitian menggunakan desain quasy experimental dengan 16 sampelyang diambil menggunakan teknik total sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui metodeobservasi. Data diolah dan dianalisis dengan uji Mann Whitney.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada ketentuan dari diet daging sapi denganfase percepatan kalus dari fraktur femur dengan tingkat signifikansi adalah 0,000.Penelitian tentang peningkatan fase penyembuhan patah tulang terutama padapasien fraktur femur khususnya fase percepatan kalus dapat digunakan sebagai acuandalam diet yang diberikan kepada pasien farktur.Kata kunci: Patah tulang paha, diet daging sapi, KalusABSTRACTFractures are the disconnection/ loss of continuity of bone structure. Many factorscan accelerated the bone healing process, among other factors are calcium andphosphorus nutrients are often forgotten, among other beef diet. This objectives ofresearch was to analyze provision of a diet of beef with acceleration callus phase of thefemoral fracture.This researched used quasy experimental design, with 16 samples using totalsampling technique. The data were collected through observation methods. Data wereprocessed and analyzed with Mann Whitney U-test.The result showed that there is provision of a diet of beef with acceleration callusphase of the femoral fracture with significancy level is 0.000.To improve the fracture healing phase, particulary the acceleration callus phaseespecially in fracture femur patient, this researched can be as a reference in a diet given tothe patient.Keywords: Femur fracture, Beef diet, Callus

Abstract

ABSTRAKOperasi adalah salah satu terapi medis yang dapat menyebabkan kecemasan karenaancaman dapat integrasi individu dan psikologis. Kecemasan merupakan pengalamanpribadi emosional dan subjektif yang tidak dapat diamati secara langsung. Tujuan daripenelitian ini adalah untuk menjelaskan faktor-faktor yang memiliki korelasi dengankecemasan pada pasien preoperation.Penelitian ini menggunakan desain studi asosiasi dengan metode cross sectionaldengan 44 sampel yang dipilih berdasarkan kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi. Variabel bebasdalam penelitian ini adalah kedewasaan, pengetahuan, dan stressor. Variabel terikat adalahkecemasan pasien preoperasi. Uji statistik yang digunakan adalah spearman rank dengantingkat kemaknaan α < 0.05.Berdasarkan analisis Korelasi Spearman Rank, penelitian ini menunjukkan tidakada korelasi antara kematangan dengan kecemasan pada α = 0,168, tidak ada hubunganantara pengetahuan dengan kecemasan pada α = 0,271, dan ada hubungan antara stressordengan kecemasan pada α = 0.029.Persiapan pasien preoperasi oleh perawat harus sesuai dengan perawatan holistiktidak hanya fisik tapi juga aspek psikologis, sehingga akan mengurangi kecemasan pasien.Kata kunci: operasi Pre, pematangan, Pengetahuan, dan Stressor, Kecemasan.ABSTRACTSurgery is one of medical therapy that may lead to anxiety because can threatindividual integration and psychological. Anxiety is an emotional and subjective individualexperience that can not be directly observed. The purpose of this research is to explainfactors that have correlation with anxiety on patients preoperation.This research used associate study design with cross sectional method with 44samples that were selected based on inclution and exclution criteria. Independentvariables in this research were maturational, knowledge, and stressor. Dependent variableis anxiety of patients preoperation. The statistical test used was Spearman rank withsignificance level α <0.05.Based on Spearman Rank Correlation analysis, this research shown no correlationbetween maturational with anxiety on α = 0.168, no correlation between knowledge withanxiety on α = 0.271, and there are correlation between stressor with anxiety on α =0.029.Preparation of patients preoperation by the nurses must according with holisticcare not physical only but psychological aspect too, so that will be reduce the patient’sanxiety.Keywords: Pre operative, Maturational, Knowledge, and Stressor, Anxiety.

Abstract

ABSTRAKDaun salam mengandung flavonoid yang diyakini menurunkan kadar asam uratdalam darah. Flavonoid dapat menghambat aksi dari enzim xanthine oxidase sehinggapembentukan asam urat terhambat. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisispengaruh rebusan daun salam untuk menurunkan kadar asam urat pada pasien Gout.Penelitian ini dilakukan di Desa Tebel RT 05 dan RT 07 RW 03 di Gedangan,Sidoarjo. Sampling menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Sampel yang digunakanadalah 32 orang yang menderita penyakit asam urat atau gout. Variabel independen adalahpemberian rebusan daun salam, variabel dependen adalah penurunan kadar asam urat padapenderita gout. Penelitian ini menggunakan pengambilan data sebelum dan sesudahpengamatan dan analisis menggunakan Wilcoxon signed rank test tingkat <0,05.Hasil uji statistik Wilcoxon menunjukkan bahwa rebusan daun salam dapatmenurunkan kadar asam urat dalam darah manusia dengan nilai signifikansi (2-tailed)diperoleh p = 0,000.Rebusan daun salam dapat menjadi pengobatan herbal alternatif untuk penyakitasam urat, dari hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan orang dengan penyakit asam urat di desaTebel RT 05 dan RT 07 RW 03 Gedangan, Sidoarjo yang telah mengkonsumsi rebusandaun salam mengalami penurunan kadar asam urat.Kata kunci: Rebusan daun Salam, Asam UratABSTRACTThe Bay leaf containing flavonoids is believed to reduce levels of uric acid in theblood. Flavonoids can inhibit the action of the enzyme xanthine oxidase so that uric acidformation is inhibited. This research objectives to analyze effect of bay leaf’s stew todecrease the uric acid levels in Gout patients.This research was done at Tebel’s village RT 05 and RT 07 RW 03 in Gedangan,Sidoarjo. Sampling used a purposive sampling method. The sample which used is 32people who suffer uric acid disease or gout. Independent variable was the provision of bayleaf stew, the dependent variable was the decrease in uric acid levels in gout sufferers.This study used data retrieval before and after observation and analysis used the Wilcoxonsigned rank test levels <0.05.From Wilcoxon test statistic showed that the bay leaf’s stew can decreased the uricacid levels in human’s blood with a significance value (2-tailed) obtained p= 0.000.The bay leaf’s stew can be alternative herbal treatment for uric acid disease, fromthe results of this study showed people with uric acid disease in Tebel’s village RT 05 andRT 07 RW 03 Gedangan, Sidoarjo who have given bay leaf’s stew the levels of uric acidwas decreased.Keywords: The Bay leaf’s stew, Uric Acid
