Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of inflation, BI rate and the ratio of the outcome to third party funding. The population in this study is all sharia banking operating in Indonesia. The sample in this study is the sharia banking statistic report by Bank Indonesia amounting to 36 taken from the number of January 2017 – December 2019. The analytical techniques used in this study are multiple regression analyses with hypothesized tests using the T test and F test, then coupled with the test coefficient of correlation (test R) and test coefficient of determination (R2 test). The results showed that the inflation variable, the BI rate and the yield share ratio jointly impacted significantly to third party funding. Then in partial only variable inflation and BI rate are significant effect on third party funding.

Abstract

This research identifies the personality values of entrepreneurship consisting of dicipline, honesty, creativity, innovation, and independence and test those effect on the productivity of seaweed entrepreneur of micro scale. This research was conducted in Lasitae Village, Pancana Village of Tanete Sub-district with 66 respondents. The data were analyzed using multiple regression. The result of this research pointed out personality values consisting of discipline, honesty, creativity, innovation, and independence affect the productivity of seaweed entrepreneur.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the understanding of teachers and students about school-based management in the State Junior High School 8 Palangka Raya. The study involved 56 teachers and 248 students as research samples. The technique of collecting data in this study is by spreading the questionnaire, interviews, and documenting the necessary data. Based on the results of the data analysis that has been done, it can be concluded that teachers and students at State Junior High School 8 Palangka Raya has had an understanding of school-based management which is proven by the answer of the questionnaire. Teacher understanding is in good category with a percentage yield of 71.63% and student understanding is in category enough with a percentage yield of 59.87%. In the future State Junior High School 8 Palangka Raya to make more efforts to improve the quality of teachers and students through workshops, trainings, and education seminars on school-based management, so that teachers and students better understand the understanding and implementation of school-based management, so that it is created a sense of having each other in school to improve the quality of education.

Abstract

Teaching material is supporting factor for students in learning, however irrelevance of teaching material used will result not achieving the learning objectives. The purpose of worksheet developer research based on discovery learning for describe the feasibility, practicality, and effectivenes of worksheet. The method used R&D. The development model used the 4D development model from Thiagarajan included define, design, develop, and disseminate. But in the step disseminate was not conducted in this study. The trial design used was Pre-Experiment Design form of One Group Pretest-Posttest. For data collection techniques using validation sheets, student questionnaire responses, and sheets of pretest and posttest. The Results showed that: 1) the result of the validation of the material experts get a percentage of 84.8%, learning experts by 75%, graphic experts by 77.14%, and evaluation experts by 99.73%. The average validation results get a percentage of 84.16% included in the very feasible criteria; 2) student responses get a percentage of 89.71% included in the very feasible criteria; 3) student learning outcomes get an n-gain of 0.72 included in the high criteria. Based on the results it can be concluded that worksheet developed is feasible, effective, and practically used as theaching material.

Abstract

Setiap orang terlahir dengan memiliki kelebihan dan kekurangan masing-masing. Kekurangan setiap manusia baik secara fisik maupun non fisik yang dinilai tidak normal disebut dengan istilah penyandang cacat. Secara historis, disabilitas menghadapi hambatan baik struktual maupun sosial yang mengeksklusikan mereka dalam berbagai akses public dan penelitan ini diharapkan dapat memotret eksklusi sosial untuk menciptakan kebijakan pembangunan inklusif. Inklusi ini merupakan berkebalikan dari kondisi eksklusi. Dengan mengkomodasi arti kedua kata tersebut, pembangunan inklusif dapat diartikan sebagi proses pembangunan yang memastikan keterlibatan seluruh kelompok, termasuk marginal,dalam proses pembangunan, disertai adanya rasa memiliki dari setiap elemen masyarakat terhadap proses pembangunan. Kajiana ini dilakukan secara kualitatif dengan menggunakan informasi melalui studi pustaka, dan telaah data disabilitas dalam Data Tunggal Daerah-Analisa Kependudukan Partisipatif (DTD-AKP). Data disabilitas dipilah berdasarkan indicator dalam pendataan DTD-AKP untuk memunculkan kondisi disabilitas secara komprehensif. Setelah melakukan pengamatan dan telaah terhadap data disabilitas, kemudian dilakukan penelusuran pustaka berupa peraturan, kebijakan, dan program serta refrensi lain yang berhubungan dengan analisis situasi disabilitas. Berdasarkan Data Tunggal Daerah-Analisa Kependudukan Partisipatif (DTD-AKP) Kabupaten Situbondo, disabilitas dibagi kedalam 13 ragam disabilitas. Jumlah disabilitas pada tahun 2018 ialah 11.770 jiwa atau 1,71% dari jumlah total penduduk situbondo sebesar 678.099 jiwa. Dari data tersebut disabilitas usia 0-4 tahun (balita) sekitar 3%. Disabilitas usia 5-17 (anak) sekitar 13%. Disabilitas usia 18-59 (usia produktif angkatan kerja) sekitar 50%. Disabilitas usia diatas 60 tahun (lansia) sekitar 34%. Diatara pembagian usia tersebut proporsi terbesar ditemukan pada usia produktif angkatan kerja sebanyak 50% dari total data keseluruhan data disabilitas di Kabupaten Situbondo. Berdasarkan data disabilitas dalam DTD-AKP tahun 2018 dapat diketahi bahwa kondisis disabilitas masih mengalami eksklusi sosial Oleh karena itu, diperluka penguatan kelembagaan yang multisektor untuk mengatsi eksklusi sosial, sehingga setiap kebijakan, program, kegiatan, dan layanan yang dilakukan Pemerintah Kabupaten Situbondo bias benar-benar inklusi terhadap kelompok/individu disabilitas.

Abstract

seeing the needs of the people in this disruptive era, the legal assurance and protection of halal product is very urgent for this, in live with the existing probematics. Having the legality of halal certification can become a standard measure of product. So in this case the state acts as a supervisor by making certification a mandatory tool . The legality of halal certification provides assurance and protection in a disruptive era. If judging in the era of disruptive, the legality oh halal certification is very urgent in a product.. This resecrh uses the type of library research with data analysis techniques. The results show that the inalibility of consumers to evaluate this, si it requires an institution that has the qualifications to evaluate it. That institution will be entitled to certify a product. After this BPJPH has been formally legalized by the goverment, the authority to issue halal certfition is in the hand of BPJPH as the halal certification guarantor institution under the auspices of the ministry of religion. Abstract

Setiap perusahaan harus memiliki strategi pemasaran yang dapat menarik minat konsumen salah satunya dengan jasa pelayanan yang diberikan. Pelayanan jasa yang diberikan harus sesuai dengan keinginan konsumen bahkan melebihi harapan konsumen agar tujuan yang diinginkan oleh perusahaan dapat dicapai. Selanjutnya jika terpenuhi harapan konsumen maka akan munculah kepuasan yang dirasakan konsumen. Hal ini akan meningkatkan kepercayaan dan konsumen akan kembali lagi untuk menggunakan jasa pelayanan perusahaan tersebut. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif. Adapun yang menjadi populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pelanggan yang menggunakan jasa Dealer Suzuki PT. DAS Cabang Pangkalan Bun selama 1 bulan dan yang menjadi sampel dalam penelitian ini diambil 50 orang responden/konsumen Dealer Suzuki PT. DAS Cabang Pangkalan Bun. Data ini dikumpulkan melalui observasi, dukumentasi dan angket, serta dianalisis dengan menggunakan rumus persentase. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data menggunakan rumus persentase maka diketahui nilai indikator Keandalan (Reliability) sebesar 87%, Daya Tanggap (Responsiviness) sebesar 64%, Jaminan (Assurance) sebesar 61%, Empati (Empathy) sebesar 78% dan Berwujud (Tangible) sebesar 76%. Nilai tertinggi pada semua indikator dari kolom Puas. Dari hasil data ini artinya Konsumen merasa puas terhadap pelayanan pada Dealer Suzuki PT. DAS Cabang Pangkalan Bun.

Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran permainan truth and dare dengan subyek penelitian adalah siswa kelas X kompetensi keahlian akuntansi pada mata pelajaran akuntansi dasar sub pokok bahasan siklus akuntansi dan penjurnalan. Pengembangan penelitian ini mengadopsi model 4D dari Thiagarajan, yaitu pendefinisian, perancangan, pengembangan, dan penyebaran. Hasil validasi dan telaah penelitian ini menunjukkan kelayakan media sebesar 96% dan kelayakan materi memperoleh rata-rata sebesar 91% dengan kriteria sangat layak. Kata Kunci: Media pembelajaran, Permainan truth and dare, Akuntansi dasar AbstractThe research is aimed to develop media truth and dare game as for the subjects of the study were the students of X Grade from accounting competency departement on topic of basic accounting of the accounting and journalizing cycle. This study adopted Thiagarajan 4D model consist of define, design, develop, and dissamenate. The result of the validation and study of this study indicate the feasibility of the media 96% and the feasibility of the material to get an average of 91% with very decent criteria.
