Abstract

This study aims to analyze the development of regional financial performance and analyze the effect of the regional financial performance of Jambi Province on economic growth before and after regional autonomy. The data used in this empirical study is a secondary data series from 1998 to 2017 originating from the Central Statistics Agency. (BPS) and the Regional Finance Agency of Jambi Province. The analytical method used in this study is descriptive and quantitative analysis. The results of the study explain the existence of a positive and significant relationship between regional independence variables with economic growth variables in Jambi Province. Then, the existence of a negative relationship and significant influence of regional dependence and fiscal decentralization on economic growth The results of the study during the period before the implementation of the regional autonomy policy can be concluded that all independent variables together influence the dependent variable (economic growth). During the period before the implementation of regional autonomy, there were no variables individually which had a significant effect on regional economic growth in the study area. This can be seen from each variable that is not significant at the 5 percent significance level. Then, there are differences in government financial performance in aspects of fiscal efforts after regional expansion, and there are differences in government financial performance in aspects of independence and dependence on financing after regional expansion.

Abstract

This study aims to determine: 1. Is there an effect of Product Quality on purchasing decisions at the Berkah Bangunan store and how much is the effect partially? 2. Is there a price effect on purchasing decisions at the Berkah Bangunan store and how much is the partial effect? 3. Is there any influence of location on purchasing decisions at the Berkah Bangunan store and how big is the partial effect? 4. Is there any influence of Product Quality, Price and Location on purchasing decisions at the Berkah Bangunan store and how big is the effect simultaneously? The research methodology used is descriptive qualitative and descriptive quantitative approaches. The research results are; 1. Partially there is an influence between product quality on purchasing decisions at the blessing shop in Lempur Danau Village, Kerinci Regency, as evidenced by the tcount value greater than the ttable value, and the magnitude of the effect is 17.29%. 2. Partially there is an influence between price on purchasing decisions at the blessing shop building in Lempur Danau Village, Kerinci Regency, as evidenced by the tcount value greater than the ttable value, and the magnitude of the effect is 17.55%. 3. Partially there is no influence between location on purchasing decisions at the blessing shop building in Lempur Danau Village, Kerinci Regency, as evidenced by the tcount value less than ttable value, and the magnitude of the effect is -1.21%. 4. Simultaneously there is an effect of product quality, price and location on purchasing decisions at the blessing shop building in Lempur Danau Village, Kerinci Regency, and the magnitude of the effect is 33.7%.

Abstract

Perilaku kewargaan organisasional adalah perilaku ekstra yang dilakukan seseorang untuk bekerja ekstra dalam pekerjaan mereka. PKO dipengaruhi oleh kepuasan kerja dan komitmen afektif. Karyawan yang mempunyai kepuasan kerja dan komitmen afektif yang tinggi akan memunculkan sikap positif terhadap organisasi, sehingga memunculkan kesadaran akan sikap dan perilaku positif. Penelitian ini berfokus pada proses pengujian hipotesis dan memiliki tujuan untuk menguji pengaruh kepuasan kerja pada perilaku kewargaan organisasional yang dimediasi oleh komitmen afektif. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dengan melalui proses penyebaran kuesioner pada karyawan PLN Corporate University dengan sampel sebanyak 210 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan uji hipotesis yang dikembangkan oleh Baron dan Kenney (1986). Berdasarkan penelitian yang telah dilakukan, diperoleh kesimpulan sebagai berikut: (1) kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif pada perilaku kewargaan organisasional, dan (2) komitmen afektif memediasi parsial terhadap pengaruh kepuasan kerja pada perilaku kewargaan organisasional.

Abstract

Capital market is macroeconomic indicator, which is very important for a country. This study is intended to test the effect of SBI interest rate, rate of exchange of Rupiah against US Dollar, world gold price, oil price and Hangseng index on Indonesian Composite Index. Samples taken in this research are SBI interest rate, rate of exchange of rupiah against US Dollar, world gold price, oil price, hangseng index and Indonesian Composite Index period of 2005-2012. Data analysis method use is multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption test, correlation analysis of Pearson, determination coefficient, and hypothetical test accounted uses an application of SPSS 17.0 for windows. The result shows that variable the world gold price and hangseng index partially has found that there is significant influence toward IHSG, while in a whole SBI interest rate, rate of exchange of Rupiah against US Dollar, world gold price, oil price and hangseng index have significant effect to IHSG.

Abstract

Era globalisasi adalah era dimana jarak tidak lagi menjadi hambatan untuk melakukan berbagai kegiatan di semua bidang, terutama bisnis. Tulisan ini mencoba mengupas hal- hal yang berhubungan dengan itu dengan merujuk dari sumber-sumber pustaka yang relevan. Abstract

Sharia banking is one of the nation's economic solutions, this is because economic activity is the backbone of the driving force for national stability, then at this time national economic activities must be started moving towards a sharia-based economy. The development of Islamic banking in Indonesia has resulted in a merger or merger of 3 (three) existing Islamic banks, namely Bank Syariah Mandiri (BSM), Bank Negara Indonesia Syariah (BNIS) and Bank Rakyat Indonesia Syariah (BRIS). The definition of a merger is a process of merging two companies, where one of them remains standing by using the name of the company, while the other company disappears and all of its assets are put into the company that remains standing. There are several types of mergers, including horizontal, vertical and conglomerate mergers. Each merger has its own characteristics. Horizontal merger is a process of merging between two or more companies, where the type of business of the company is still the same. As is happening in the banking industry, of course, the merger is carried out because there are certain goals and reasons to be achieved. Based on some of the problems above, the researcher wants to conduct research on what are the effects or impacts of the merger of three BUMN Sharia Banks on the development of the Islamic economy in Indonesia.

Abstract

“The Effect of Rewards and Punishment on Employee Performance at PT. Angkasa Pura II (Persero) Sultan Thaha Jambi Airport". Thesis of Human Resource Management (HR) Study Program, Faculty of Law and Business Economics, Adiwangsa University, Jambi. The role of management in managing human resources is very influential in organizational development and increasing efficiency as well as productivity performance within the organization. Human resources are also the main key in an organization. So humans can be viewed as a determining factor because humans resources all innovations will be realized in an effort to realize the company's goals.The purpose of this study was to determine whether rewards and punishments simultaneously or partially have a significant effect on theperformance of employees of PT. Angkasa Pura II (Persero) Sultan Thaha Airport Jambi.The population in this study is the number of 132 employees of PT. Angkasa Pura II (Persero) Sultan Thaha Airport Jambi. The sampling technique in this research is probability sampling using the Slovin formula with the results obtained are 57 respondents. The research method uses multiple linear regression analysis using the F test, t test and dominant test with a significant level of 5%. The results of the research and the hypothesis show that reward and punishment simultaneously have a significant effect with the results of multiple linear regression in the F test obtained by Fcount of 116.402 which is greater than Ftable of 3.172 while partially through t-test obtained T-count for each variable, namely reward (X1) of 7.674 , and Punishment (X2) of 5.704 is greater than the value of Ttable 1.674, then the independent variables, namely the reward and punishment variables have an effect on the dependent variable of Employee Performance, while the reward variable has a dominant effect on the Employee Performance of PT. Angkasa Pura II (Persero) Sultan Thaha Airport Jambi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja dan Motivasi terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Pegawai Pada Dinas Pemberdayaan Masyarakat dan Desa Kota Sungai Penuh. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda, Koefisien Determinasi serta pengujian statistic dengan uji t dan uji F. Teknik dalam pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan teknik full sampling, sebanyak 26 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner (angket) dan kepustakaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Lingkungan Kerja berpengaruh terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Pegawai, ini dibuktikan dengan t hitung > t tabel (3,427 > 2,06866) atau sig < α (0,002 < 0,05). Motivasi berpengaruh terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Pegawai, ini dibuktikan dengan t hitung > t tabel (4,002 > 2,06866) atau sig < α (0,001 < 0,05). Secara simultan terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara Lingkungan Kerja dan Motivasi terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Pegawai yaitu dapat dibuktikan dengan F hitung > F tabel (12,642 > 3,42) atau sig < α (0,000 < 0,05). Pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja dan Motivasi terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Pegawai Pada Dinas Pemberdayaan Masyarakat dan Desa Kota Sungai Penuh adalah sebesar 52,4% sedangkan sisanya yaitu 47,6% dijelaskan oleh faktor-faktor penyebab lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan di bagian Wood Supply Department PT. Lontar Papyrus Pulp And Paper Industri (LPPPI). Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linier sederhana, Koefisien Determinasi serta pengujian statistic dengan uji t. Teknik dalam pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan teknik full sampling, sebanyak 53 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner (angket) dan kepustakaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Lingkungan Kerja berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Karyawan di bagian Wood Supply Department PT. Lontar Papyrus Pulp And Paper Industri (LPPPI), ini dibuktikan dengan t hitung > t tabel (3,352 > 2,055) atau sig < α (0,002 < 0,05). Pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan di bagian Wood Supply Department PT. Lontar Papyrus Pulp And Paper Industri (LPPPI) adalah sebesar 18,10% sedangkan sisanya yaitu 82,90% dijelaskan oleh faktor-faktor penyebab lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

In this study there are three variables namely physical work environment variable (X1), supervision variable (x2) and work effectiveness variable (y). The analytical tool used is descriptive analysis, multiple linear regression and coefficient of determination by using the help of statistical software version 20. The sample in this study were 52 people, namely the entire employee of the Kerinci district education office. This research is a descriptive causality study. One type of research is to present a complete picture of social settings or intended to explore clarification about social phenomena or reality by describing a number of variables. Causal research examines the causal relationship of two or more variables. the results of this study indicate that t count = 4.746 while t table with df = (n –k) = 52 - 3 is obtained t table = 2.00856 so that t count> from t table (4.746> 2.00958) or sig <α (0,000 <0,05) so that the physical work environment has a significant effect on work effectiveness. t count <t table (-0,100, <-2,008) or sig <α (0, 920 <0.05). f count> f table (11.440> 3.19) or sig <α (0.00 <0.005) so supervision does not have a significant effect on work effectiveness. the influence of the physical work environment (X1) and supervision (X2) on work effectiveness (Y) is 31.8 while the remaining 68.2% (100% -31.8) is influenced by other variables outside the research.
