Abstract

The importance of a tourist destination in promoting cultural heritage and indeed its contribution to the tourism industry as a whole. Diversity in culture must be seen as a strength in the marketing of food tourism. The impact of culinary tourism is huge and can improve the overall economy of any country. Tourists are more inclined to continue to demand more traditional food because this allows access to cultural and historical heritage of various cultures to make it more authentic. Culinary arts is one of the attractions for tourists who are traveling with the aim of enjoying various types of food typical of places that are headed. Culinary tourism is part of agribusiness that focuses specifically on searching for, and enjoying, preparing food and drinks. Several goals have taken the concept of sustainability to a new level and have begun to offer food and beverage oriented. The research method used in this research is descriptive method with data processing in this study carried out qualitatively and quantitatively, with Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) analysis. Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) is used as a tool to determine which strategies should be prioritized by the Kerinci Regency to support the marketing activities of Culinary Tourism.

Abstract

This study aims to determine: 1. Is there an effect of Product Quality on purchasing decisions at the Berkah Bangunan store and how much is the effect partially? 2. Is there a price effect on purchasing decisions at the Berkah Bangunan store and how much is the partial effect? 3. Is there any influence of location on purchasing decisions at the Berkah Bangunan store and how big is the partial effect? 4. Is there any influence of Product Quality, Price and Location on purchasing decisions at the Berkah Bangunan store and how big is the effect simultaneously? The research methodology used is descriptive qualitative and descriptive quantitative approaches. The research results are; 1. Partially there is an influence between product quality on purchasing decisions at the blessing shop in Lempur Danau Village, Kerinci Regency, as evidenced by the tcount value greater than the ttable value, and the magnitude of the effect is 17.29%. 2. Partially there is an influence between price on purchasing decisions at the blessing shop building in Lempur Danau Village, Kerinci Regency, as evidenced by the tcount value greater than the ttable value, and the magnitude of the effect is 17.55%. 3. Partially there is no influence between location on purchasing decisions at the blessing shop building in Lempur Danau Village, Kerinci Regency, as evidenced by the tcount value less than ttable value, and the magnitude of the effect is -1.21%. 4. Simultaneously there is an effect of product quality, price and location on purchasing decisions at the blessing shop building in Lempur Danau Village, Kerinci Regency, and the magnitude of the effect is 33.7%.

Abstract

Purpose: This study aims to examine the effect of workload and compensation on employee productivity at PT.SiCepat Ekspres Indonesia Sungai Penuh branch. Design/Methodology/Research Approach: This study uses a causality quantitative approach. The sample in this study were employees of PT.SiCepat Ekspres Indonesia Branch of Sungai Lilin City, totaling 33 respondents. Data was collected using a questionnaire, while the data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression analysis. Findings: there is an effect of Workload, and Compensation on Work Productivity with the magnitude of the influence of 70.7%. Research Implications: The results of this study prove that a high workload tends to reduce work productivity, whereas high compensation tends to increase employee productivity.

Abstract

Tujuan Penelitian: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Citra Merek, Persepsi Harga, dan Kualitas Produk terhadap keputusan pembelian barang bangunan. Desain/Metodologi/Pendekatan Penelitian: Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif kausalitas. Jenis data penelitian ini yaitu data primer yang dikumpulkan dengan kuesioner. Sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 90 responden. Data dianalisis dengan analisis regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan aplikasi IBM SPSS 26. Hasil Penelitian: Secara simultan maupun parsial Citra Merek, Persepsi Harga, dan Kualitas Produk berpengaruh terhadap Keputusan Pembelian. Adapun besarnya pengaruh tersebut yaitu sebesar 52,3%, sedangkan 47,7% lainnya dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diuji dalam penelitian ini. Implikasi Hasil Penelitian: Peningkatan citra merek dan kualitas produk sangat diperlukan untuk meningkatkan penjualan produk tersebut, begitupun dengan persepsi harga yang baik juga akan membuat konsumen cenderung akan memutuskan untuk melakukan pembelian pada sebuah toko.

Abstract

This study aims: 1. To determine the effect of Shopping Lifestyle on Impulse Buying Behavior in students in Sungai Penuh City partially and how much influence it has. 2. To find out the effect of Fashion Involvement on Impulse Buying Behavior in students in Sungai Penuh City partially and how much influence it has. 3. To find out the effect of Shopping Lifestyle and Fashion investment on Impulse Buying Behavior in students in Sungai Penuh City simultaneously and how much influence it has. The research methodology used is with qualitative descriptive and quantitative descriptive approaches. The results of the study are; 1. Shopping Lifestyle has no effect on Impulse Buying Behavior in students in Sungai Penuh City as evidenced by the calculated value smaller than the ttable value and the magnitude of the effect is only 0.82%. 2. Fashion Involvemen affects Impulse Buying Behavior in students in Sungai Penuh City as evidenced by the calculated value greater than the ttable value and the magnitude of the influence is 6.34%. 3. Simultaneously, Shopping Lifestyle and Fashion Involvement affect Impulse Buying Behavior in students in Sungai Penuh City and the magnitude of the influence is 7.2%.
