Focus and Scopes INTEK Jurnal Informatika dan Teknologi Informasi (INTEK) is a peer-reviewed Journal of Information and Computer Sciences published by Universitas Muhammadiyah Purworejo. This journal publishes two times a year (May and November). INTEK is a media for researchers, academics, and practitioners who are interested in the field of Computer Science and wish to channel their thoughts and findings. Abstract

The school payment system at SMK Widya Kutoarjo is still handwritten. Data related to payments such as building management payments, uniform payments, book payments, and government assistance are kept in the form of files, making them less effective and efficient. The purpose of this study is to create a school payment information system, with the benefit of facilitating the process of managing school payment data and making it easier for parents to monitor student payment status. The school payment information system designed using Context Diagrams, Data Flow Diagrams (DFD), and Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERD) aim to help the payment process to be more effective in managing data.

Abstract

Bermain gim di konsol merupakan salah satu aktivitas yang dapat dilakukan di rumah selama periode kenormalan baru di Jakarta. Bermain gim daring memerlukan koneksi Internet dengan kuota dan kecepatan Internet yang memadai. Lebih khusus pada gim daring beraliran Battle Royale seperti Apex Legends dan Fortnite yang ramai dengan partisipasi pemain. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui berapa jumlah kuota Internet yang dikonsumsi dalam 1 match gim daring, dan berapa jumlah bandwidth Internet yang digunakan saat bermain. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan data primer yang direkam dan diolah secara mandiri, serta pengukuran secara deskriptif dengan sampel non-probabilistik. Didapati bahwa dalam 1 kali bermain Apex Legends mengkonsumi kuota Internet rata-rata 37,96 MB dan Fortnite di 10,16 MB. Kedua gim ini hanya memanfaatkan bandwidth Internet rata-rata di bawah 6,5% selama pengujian. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa kedua gim ini cukup ramah kuota dan ringan untuk dimainkan pada konsol gim dengan menggunakan operator seluler prabayar di Jakarta.

Abstract

Coffee is one of the agricultural products favored by all levels of society. Lampung is one of the coffee-producing regions in Indonesia. Arabica coffee is a subak abian which is spread throughout the districts in Lampung. The number of coffee shops in major cities in Indonesia not only benefits coffee shop owners, but also encourages coffee farmers in various regions in Lampung to produce even better coffee beans. The emergence of coffee shops also opens up job opportunities for job seekers to be able to work in coffee shops throughout Indonesia. Micro enterprises are the main source of income and job opportunities for the lower class people. The more information technology is developed, the easier it is to promote coffees from certain regions, one of which is coffee from Lampung. The buying and selling activity of coffee is getting easier because you already use internet technology through a website-based sales application. Through a website-based Lampung coffee sales application, coffee shop entrepreneurs and coffee companies can easily sell coffee products. Based on the problems faced, a website-based design of a typical Lampung coffee sales application was made where this Lampung typical coffee sales application is the best solution to solving problems that exist in agriculture in one of the coffee factories in the Lampung area.

Abstract

Social media is an alternative means of communication on smartphones, as many as 28% of the WeChat instant messenger application is used as a social interaction for the delivery of messages by senders and recipients, Cyberbullying on the WeChat application results in intimidation by users, so to deal with the crime of Cyberbullying applications WeChat on Smartphones requires a Mobile Forensic technique to identify digital evidence of verbal conversations on the WeChat ap-plication using the Framework In- tegrated Digital Forensics Process Model (IDFPM) method based on SNI 27037: 2014 which is carried out on Smartphones. WeChat application which was previously encrypted and hashing values of md5 and sha1 are authentic, as well as metadata or timestamp in the WeChat application conversation mes- sages using the Mobileedit Forensic Express Tools, and successfully implemented Frame Work Inte- grated Digital Forensic Process Model (IDFPM) based on SNI 27037: 2014 on the forensic investiga- tion process using Android Smartphone media. Abstract

Laporan keluhan pengguna layanan teknologi infromasi (TI) perlu mendapat penanganan segera agar tidak menggangu jalannya kinerja instansi. Badan Pusat Statistik Provinsi Sulawesi Barat be-lum memiliki sistem informasi berbasis komputer untuk melaporkan keluhan pengguna layanan TI. Hal ini menyebabkan pelaporan keluhan layanan TI tidak terdokumentasi dengan baik yang dapat berakibat pada terkendalanya penanganan keluhan layanan TI. Penelitian ini bertujuan un-tuk menghasilkan sistem informasi berbasis web untuk menyelesaikan masalah pelaporan kelu-han layanan TI. Manfaat dari pembangunan sistem ini bagi pengguna layanan TI adalah memu-dahkan pelaporan keluhan layanan TI dan bagi petugas yang menangani keluhan layanan TI dapat meningkatkan kinerjanya. Pembangunan sistem informasi yang dilakukan menggunakan metode waterfall. Dalam merancang sistem informasi ini digunakan Use Case Diagram, Activity Diagram, dan Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD). Dalam membangun sistem informasi ini digunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP, framework Laravel, dan dengan basisdata MySQL. Untuk menguji fungsionalitas sistem informasi yang telah dibangun digunakan metode Black Box. Dari pengujian terhadap beberapa skenario yang disiapkan diperoleh hasil sesuai yang diharapkan.Complaint reports from information technology (IT) service users need to be handled immediately so as not to interfere with the performance of the agency. Statistics of Sulawesi Barat Province does not yet have a computer-based information system to report complaints from users of IT services. This causes the reporting of IT service complaints to be not well documented which can result in obstacles in the handling of IT service complaints. The purpose of this research is to produce a web-based information system to solve IT service complaint reporting problems. The benefit of building this system for IT service users is that it makes it easier to report IT service complaints and for officers who handle IT service complaints, it can improve their performance. Information system development is carried out using the waterfall method. In designing this information system, Use Case Diagrams, Activity Diagram, and Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERD) are used. This information system was built using the PHP programming language, Laravel framework, with the MySQL database. To test the functionality of the information system that has been built, the Black Box method is used. From the testing of several prepared scenarios, the expected results were obtained.

Abstract

Politeknik Negeri Cilacap as an educational institution under The Ministry of Education of The Republic of Indonesia has adopted the Work From Home (WFH) policy to suppress the spread of COVID-19. In the implementation of WFH, lecturers and employees are required to make reports. The mechanism of this report has problems, including a lack of standardized report forms, obstructed work report (logbook) approval processes by the unit’s leader, and reports that are still in Microsoft Excel files, making it difficult for the staffing department to map and calculate the employee's attendance. The purpose of this research is to design and build a logbook information system for Politeknik Negeri Cilacap that is used for online employee attendance during the COVID-19 pandemic. This research uses the Waterfall method as a system development method, with Unified Modeling Language (UML) as a design model. The result of this research is a logbook information system that was built as a tool for lecturers and employees to report their activities, and for staffing department to monitor and appraise employee performance. Based on the usability test result, this system has a 78.61% value and a “Good” predicate.

Abstract

Pengamanan dengan menggunakan kunci konvensional yang banyak digunakan oleh masyarakat mudah sekali dilumpuhkan ataupun hilang. Seiring perkembangan teknologi yang sudah semakin maju saat ini, pembuatan sistem keamanan cerdas dapat dilakukan dengan menggunakan sensor dan mikrokontroller. Fuzzy Sugeno sebagai salahsatu metode untuk menciptakan rules dalam penentuan batas jarak suatu obyek tertentu digunakan dalam penelitian ini dan dibagi menjadi 3(tiga), yaitu jarak dekat, jarak sedang, dan jarak jauh. Pengembangan sistem keamanan ruangan diawali dengan fuzzifikasi variabel input dan output, penentuan rules menggunakan logika fuzzy untuk menentukan jarak, pembuatan prototipe sistem keamanan, dan pengujian terhadap prototipe yang dihasilkan. Pada penelitian ini dibangun suatu prototipe sistem keamanan ruangan yang menerapkan metode fuzzy sugeno menggunakan 2(dua) sensor ultrasonik berbasis mikrokontroller yang dapat mengirimkan 3 jenis output yaitu,(1) untuk kategori aman, (2) untuk kategori peringatan, dan (3) untuk kategori bahaya.

Abstract

Communication without cable / wireless (wireless) has become a basic necessity or a new lifestyle of the information society. Wireless LAN, better known as Wi-Fi networks, is an alternative technology and is relatively easy to implement in a work environment. Installation of Wi-Fi network devices is more flexible because it does not require a cable connection between computers. An access point is a device commonly used in a wireless network (Hotspot area) where a user or users connect to the internet using air media through an access point device. In addition, this wireless-based network makes it easier for people to access the internet wherever they are. The implementation of this network installation consists of installing an RJ-45 connector on the UTP cable, configuring the router, configuring the Access Point, configuring the MikroTik HotSpot Server, and managing the user using the user manager feature. With the user manager-based HotSpot wireless network in a residential area, it will make it easier for residential residents to access the internet at a relatively low cost.

Abstract

Based on research at the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Dehasen University found problems regarding the implementation of uncomputerized exam registration. This results in frequent errors when applying for exams, the absence of a database specifically for data storage that will be processed by lecturers and students at the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Dehasen University.In writing this Final Task the research method conducted is literature study research and interviews that are forwarded questions by going through question and answer with staff at the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Dehasen University. In utilizing this computerized system is expected to help the decision-making process and by utilizing the PHP programming language (Hypertext Processor) and codeIgniter framework as software that is expected in this application can replace the less efficient and effective way and can facilitate the creation of reports.
