Abstract

Adolescence is a period of transition between childhood and adulthood which is marked by physical, emotional and psychological changes. Adolescence, which is between the ages of 10-19 years, is a period of maturation of the human reproductive organs, and is often called puberty. Menstruation is cyclic bleeding from the uterus. The length of the menstrual cycle is the distance between the start of the last menstrual period and the start of the next menstruation. The day the bleeding starts is called the first day of the cycle. The normal length of the menstrual cycle is considered a classic cycle is 28 days, but the variation is quite wide, not only between the same women. More than 90% of women have a menstrual cycle between 24 to 35 days. Personal hygiene is self-care that is carried out to maintain health both physically and psychologically. This study aims to determine the factors associated with personal hygiene behavior during menstruation in class XI students at SMA 14 Pekanbaru. This research is a descriptive analytic study with a cross sectional design. The population in this study were all young women of SMA 14 Pekanbaru in Class XI, which amounted to 61 people. The results of the analysis showed that there was a significant relationship between knowledge (p value = 0.000), sources of information (p value = 0.000), parents' income (p value = 0.020), and personal hygiene behavior during menstruation at SMA 14 Pekanbaru. It is hoped that this research can provide knowledge and information for all young women.    Keywords: Adolescents, Menstruation, Personal Hygiene

Abstract

One of the elements that affect the achievement of construction project objectives is labor productivity. The level of labor productivity can be measured in various ways, where one method that is already known is the Labor Utilization Rate (LUR) method. Here it is assessed how much the LUR level of each worker is, namely the level of effectiveness of workers at work. Several factors that can affect the level of productivity, in this case are age, work experience, education level, wage suitability, health, relations between workers, and managerial. The purpose of this research is to 1). determine the level of Labor Utilization Rate (LUR) of labor productivity; 2). determine the factors that influence age, work experience, education level, wage suitability, health, relations between workers, and managerial on labor productivity and, 3) determine which factors are the most dominant influencing productivity levels in bricklaying work. The research was conducted at the 150 kV GIS construction project in Padang City by observing the productivity level of each 10 workers for 3 days and accompanied by filling out a questionnaire. Based on observations in the field, then taking and collecting data, namely productivity data and questionnaires, then data processing was carried out with the help of the SPSS version 21 program. the 150 kV GIS development project in Padang City is 89.29% > 50%. This shows productive because it is more than 50%. Variables that have been determined, with a significance value of 0.053 > 0.05, so that it simultaneously has no effect. Then, partially age with a sig value of 0.011 <0.05 and work experience with a sig of 0.041 <0.05, so that it affects the level of productivity. From this study also found that managerial variables have an effect, which is the most dominant, which has a beta value of 1.953.

Abstract

One of the causes of the lack knowledge of street vendors is the low level financial literacy. On the other hand, financial literacy is one of the key principles of entrepreneurship that will assist in making decisions and carrying out activities that have financial consequences. When the financial literacy of street vendors  is low, this will be a barrier in achieving business success considering that street vendors operate in a dynamic and complex environment. Most of the problems faced by business actors are related to financial statements that are not clear and do not even have financial statements. Therefore, we must prepare maximum accounting concepts for street vendors so that they are easy to understand and can be applied to managed businesses. Financial reports in traditional markets are dominated by traders who have quite large businesses. So in this study, the researchers tried to provide an effective use of simple books (simple financial statements) for street vendors in traditional markets in order to determine the net profit earned in one period. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative. The study used a Pre-Experimental design, namely One-Group Pretest-Posttest Design. This research only involved 1 experimental group without a control group. This design compares the situation before and after being treated with the use of simple books (simple financial statements) to see net income. Data collection techniques used are questionnaires, interviews, and documentation studies. While the data analysis technique used will be descriptive statistical analysis which refers to the existing interval values to measure effectiveness and describe the results of these measurements. From the results of data analysis calculated based on each indicator, it is obtained; First, it can be understood to obtain 3.168. Second, Relevance got 3,196. Third, Reliability got 3,172. Fourth, comparability obtained 3.172. From some of these indicators, the average variable is 3,177 which is in the interval value of 2.45 - 3.2 and shows effectiveness. So, the conclusion of this study is that the use of Simple Financial Statements for Street Vendors in Pariaman Traditional Markets has been effective. Keywords: Effectiveness, Financial Report
