Abstract

Pelaksanaan pendidikan karakter di lingkungan pendidikan formal memiliki Pengaruh yang efektif dalam mengatasi fenomena anarkisme, pengenaan kehendak, perkelahian Pelajar, proliferasi pengedar narkoba dan pengguna, krisis lingkungan, krisis moral, dan Berbagai kecenderungan sosial lainnya. Pendidikan formal adalah sistem pendidikan yang terorganisir, terarah, dan terukur. Kurikulum 2013 mengorientasikan dan menekankan pada Penguatan nilai moral, afektif, dan nilai konsep KI-1 (sikap spiritual), KI-2 (Sikap sosial), KI-3 (pengetahuan), dan KI-4 (penerapan pengetahuan). Implementasi dari Pendidikan karakter dalam Kurikulum tahun 2013 dapat dikembangkan dengan mengintegrasikan kognitif, Afektif, dan aspek psikomotor. Selain itu, untuk mendorong dan memfasilitasi realisasi Sinergi antara pendidikan formal, nonformal dan informal, dan mendorong untuk Terus meningkatkan kompetensi dan model peran para pendidik untuk mengimplementasikan Kurikulum 2013

Abstract

The use of various methods will greatly help students in achieving learning goals. As role play method is one way mastery of learning materials through the development of imagination and appreciation of students on learning materials. Data collection techniques in this study are observation, interviews, and documentation. To analyze the data in this research using data analysis technique of Miles and Huberman model that is data reduction (Data Reduction), data presentation (Data Display) and conclusion (Conclution Drawing / verification) The findings in this research is innovation of role play method can change paradigm to the new paradigm so that the role of the teacher is more as a facilitator, counselor, consultant, and comrade study Flexible schedule, open as needed Learning directed by students themselves Problem-based, project, real world, real action, and reflection Design and investigation. Computers as tools, and dynamic media presentations.

Abstract

This article is aimed to figure out the significant position of Hadits in the midst of contemporary discourse of Islamic legal theory in general, or in Ushul Fiqh in specific, on which Al-Quran and Sunnah were based for law determination. In the history of Islamic development, there have been two major models of evaluation of Hadits, either by Muhaddits or by Ushuliyyun, which unfortunately offered no systematic methodology pertaining to make a clear of the position, of the function, and of the epistemological value of Hadits in legal theory (also in theological, philosophical, mystical fields of knowlede). This study attempts to (re)conceptualize a scope of Al-Quran and Sunnah in the pre-classical Islamic period, which notably characterized an important hermeneutic relationship between both of them, and to make critical questions of classical Muhaddits’ and Ushuliyyun’s methodologies, which focused merely on ‘normative’ issues of isnad and mutawatir, contributing to the negation of primordial-hermeneutic relationship Al-Quran and Sunnah and to the hypothetic assumption that the only objective of Hadits was to concern with textual authenticity (shahih) or narrators’ knowledge (mutawatir). By offering a new methodology which makes a question of both models of evaluation and provides a historical retention of hermeneutic relationship between Al-Quran and Sunnah, this article was considerably to build an ethic-religious synthesis between Ulumul Hadits and Ushul Fiqh.

Abstract

Guru pada hakekatnya merupakan tenaga kependidikan yang memikul berat tanggung jawab kemanusiaan, khususnya berkaitan dengan proses pendidikan. Pembelajaran merupakan suatu system, yang terdiri dari berbagai komponen yang saling berhubungan satu dengan yang lainnya. Sedangkan belajar adalah proses interaksi terhadap semua situasi yang ada di sekitar individu. Belajar dapat dipandang sebagai proses yang diarahkan kepada tujuan dan proses berbuat melalui berbagai pengalaman. Kegiatan pembelajaran dilakukan oleh dua orang pelaku, yaitu guru dan siswa. Hubungan guru dan siswa harus bersifat dinamis dan syarat dengan makna edukasi. Perilaku guru adalah mengajar dan perilaku siswa adalah belajar. Untuk itu penggunaan pendekatan dan model pembelajaran harus mampu mengaktifkan siswa agar terdapat perubahan pada diri siswa dalam kegiatan belajar.

Abstract

One part of the subjects of national education is Islamic education. As for the grouping of Islamic teachings in the form of subjects in Madrasah ranging from Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI), Madrasah Tsanawiyah (MTs), and Madrasah Aliyah (MA), there are subjects devoted to religious specialization. At the level of Madrasah Aliyah (MA), the specialization of the Religious sciences was developed in the form of study-specific subjects and there were also subjects that served as supporters such as the subjects of Islamic Cultural History. In this paper, the author analyzes the student manual for the subjects of Islamic Culture History class XI (Scientific Approach Curriculum 2013) using an analytical study approach in terms of the order of subject matter in the book and the double movement hermeneutics study approach ala Fazlur Rahman. The results of this study explain that the SKI subjects have been elaborated with clear and detailed indicators, but the subject matter of the SKI has not provided an analysis description for the development of scientific insights of students in answering the actual problems, for example, the plurality that characterizes the Indonesian nation. Therefore, the SKI study must involve Fazlur Rahman's hermeneutic analysis and Nietzsche's critical history analysis to read past phenomena to build on current progress in accordance with the mandate of National Education System Law No. 20 of 2003.

Abstract

Diskursus tentang Islam dan Politik apabila dikaitkan dengan penerapan demokrasi di Indonesia selalu hangat untuk diperbincangkan. Kajian mengenai hubungan Islam dan politik ini oleh penulis ditekankan pada tiga hal, antara lain (1) konsep politik dalam Islam serta aplikasinya dalam Pemilihan Umum (Pemilu) dan, (2) mengungkap macam-macam pandangan pemikir modern mengenai sistem pemerintahan dan kenegaraan dalam Islam. (3) Kebijakan Politik dan Pemilu serta implikasinya terhadap pendidikan Islam di Indonesia. Dalam pelaksanaannya penelitian ini, karena bahan-bahan pokok atau data-data pokok yang dipakai adalah pemikiran-pemikiran atau wacana-wacana tertulis maka penelitian ini adalah penelitian library research. Ada beberapa argumentasi rasional dalam mewujudkan partai Islam. Pertama, partai merupakan lembaga yang konstitusional dalam menyalurkan aspirasi politik umat. Kedua, adanya realitas akidah yang mengharuskan seorang Muslim untuk menjalankan kehidupan secara Islami. Implikasi politik terhadap penerapan Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) di Indonesia terbagai atas tiga fase. Pertama PAI masa orde lama, orde baru dan orde reformasi. Saat ini penerapan PAI di sekolah umum sudah lumayan mendapat tempat tersendiri dalam Undang-Undang Sisdiknas No. 20 tahun 2003 dan Peraturan Pemerintah No. 19 tahun 2005 tentang Standar Nasional Pendidikan dan Peraturan Menteri Pendidikan Nasional No. 22 tahun 2006 tentang Standar Isi untuk Satuan Pendidikan Dasar dan Menengah

Abstract

Terminologi Modernis dan Tradisionalis dalam pekembangan Islam di Indonesia muncul bukan hanya akibat dari konsistensi keduanya untuk mempertahankan model dan kultur beragama yang berbeda namun juga akibat dari pola pendidikan yang diidentifikasi berbeda satu dengan lainnya. Golongan modernis dianggap menganut pola pendidikan yang adaptif terhadap gaya pendidikan sekuler sedang golongan tradisionalis dianggap sebagai golongan yang hanya berkutat pada pendidikan agama saja. K.H. A. Wahid Hasyim sebagai tokoh yang merupakan bagian dari kaum tradisionalis menempatkan diri pada posisi diluar penilaian tersebut. Dia meskipun sebagai pribadi yang tak pernah berkesempatan menjalani pendidikan formal, ternyata memiliki gaya pemikiran progresif yang tak lumrah untuk ukuran pada masa itu dalam bingkai kepesantrenan. Progresifisme pemikiran K.H. A. Wahid Hasyim pada awalnya dianggap menentang tradisi pesantren dan bahkan dianggap berupaya mencampuradukkan antara agama dan dunia.

Abstract

Sociologically, multicultural education is an attempt to preserve Islamic values as the vision of Islam rahmatanlil'alamin. Therefore, Islamic education today, faced with various increasingly crucial challenges, this view, cannot be separated from the atmosphere of modernization and globalization. Thus the presence of Islamic education is required to play its role dynamically and is expected to be able to provide change in the midst of a pluralistic society. Thus to build Islamic education in Indonesia which can bring a universal vision, it is necessary to have a paradigm of multicultural Islamic education, by promoting several principles, including; maintaining harmony, peace of mutual respect and liberation, not the other way around as domestication and social taming (social and cultural domestication). In this context, education is referred to as social enlightenment. Therefore, the effort to build the paradigm of Islamic education is a necessity, this can be done by restoring the social values of Islamic education universally besides being dynamic (inclusive), through several stages, namely a) building inclusive awareness by transmitting the entire system socio-religious values such as ketauhidan, tolerance and justice in the curriculum structure (culture domination and control). b) reconstructing the paradigm of Islamic education from the point of view of indoctrination to participatory, c) changing the ideological paradigm into scientific by giving the human mind the freedom to study and develop knowledge through His guidance.

Abstract

Naskah ini merupakan kajian konseptual dari sudut pandang pendidikan Islam, yang mencoba untuk memberikan perspektif dari sisi yang berbeda, kajian kritis ini lebih kepada reformulasi zakat merupakan upaya ijtihad di bidang zakat untuk lebih mengefektifkan pelaksanaan zakat dalam konteks ruang dan waktu. Asumsi dasar reformulasi zakat itu adalah zakat merupakan ibadah sosial dan tata aturannya masih sarat dengan ijtihad. tulisan ini akan mencoba mengemukakan reformulasi zakat dalam tiga bidang. Pertama, reformulasi sumber–sumber zakat. Kedua, reformulasi pengengolaan zakat. Ketiga,reformulasi distribusi zakat.

Abstract

This research of background overshadow by existence of strategic role which owned activity of tutorial Education of Islamic Religion to be developed as one of strategy study of PAI. On the other side existence of phenomenon education of religion which not yet optimal and not yet touched domain truthfully effect of limitation of meeting. Target of this research to formulate congeniality of Education of Islamic Religion and also how development, strategy and challenge Development of Islamic Religion.
