Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh leverage dan profitabilitas terhadap kebijakan deviden. Kajian ini menggunakan data keuangan pada perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) periode 2020-2022. Sedangkan sampel perusahaan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 12 perusahaan. Dimana data keuangan yang digunakan adalah leverage dengan menggunakan proxy Debt Equity Ratio (DER) dan data profitabilitas dengan proxy Return on Equity Ratio (ROE). Analisis data dilakukan dengan melakukan beberapa uji seperti multikolinearitas, normalitas, heterokedasitas, serta uji partial (uji-t). Adapun hasil yang diperoleh dalam kajian ini adalah Pengaruh profitabilitas terhadap pembayaran dividen pada perusahaan manufaktur sector tekstil dan garmen menmenujukan hasil positif dan signifikan. Artinya, semakin tinggi profitabilitas semakin mampu perusahaan membayar dividen uintuk pemegang saham sehingga pasara tau investor merespon positif. Sedangkan hubungan leverage dengan pembayaran dividen adalah positif dan signifikan. Semakin tinggi leverage yang digunakan dari utang perusahaan untuk membiayai asset produktif semakin tinggi pembayaran dividen dan pasar akan merspon positif. Model hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembayaran dividen baru sebatas dibentuk oleh profitabilitas dan leverage sebesar 68,3% dan sisanya 31,7% dijelaskan oleh variabel lain seperti pertumnbuhan penjualan, pertumbuhan asset, risikof inansial dan lain-lain. Studi ini hanya terfokus pada aspek profitabilitas dan leverage, sehingga penelitian kedepan disarankan menambah variable seperti pertumbuhan penjualan, pertumbuhan asset, risiko financial dan objek penelitian diperluas.Kata Kunci : Leverage, Profitabilitas, kebijakan deviden

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh disiplin kerja dan kompetensi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. PT. Unggul Sawitra Makmur Kabupaten Wajo”. Sampel penelitian ini adalah karyawan yang terdapat pada PT. Unggul Sawitra Makmur Kabupaten Wajo. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan metode sensus/sampling total. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner langsung kepada karyawan sebanyak 55 responden. Analisis data menggunakan metode regresi linier berganda dengan SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa disiplin kerja dan kompetensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kata Kunci: Disiplin kerjat; Kompetensi; Kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the control and promotion system on the Makassar city DPRD office, where the study used a saturated sample with a sample of 30 respondents. Abstract

Analysis of risk management policies, procedures, and limits on setting risk management limits, analysis of how these factors affect the degree of credit risk in BPRs, and analysis of how these factors affect the level of credit risk through risk management limits at BPRs in the South Sulawesi Province Region are the main objectives of this research. In order to accomplish this goal, a sample of 150 respondents management, executive officers, and staff members of rural banks in the South Sulawesi Province region were used. Data analysis techniques using SEM-Amos and questionnaires were used to collect the data. The study's findings demonstrate that risk management practices and rules actually affect how management boundaries are created. The degree of credit risk is then significantly impacted by risk management policies and practices. The degree of credit risk can be significantly impacted by the management limit settings. The mediation test's findings indicate that imposing risk management limitations can moderate the impact of risk management guidelines and practices on the degree of credit risk in BPRs in the province of South Sulawesi. Keywords: Risk management policy, risk management procedures, setting risk management limits and credit risk levels.

Abstract

The prosperity and enduring sustainability of a company are intrinsically connected to the role and efficacy of its employees, as evaluated by the caliber of their work. In addition, the extent of tasks achieved and the timeliness of task completion can enhance performance and contribute to the achievement of organizational goals. The aim of this study is to assess the influence of workload on the performance of air traffic control (ATC), with work stress and job satisfaction acting as mediating factors. This study utilizes a quantitative methodology to investigate the cause-and-effect relationship between variables and assess the concept of their interconnectedness. A survey was conducted by distributing questionnaires to 100 participants, and the gathered data was analyzed using the SmartPLS 4 software. The data analysis indicates that work stress is positively and significantly correlated with ATC officer workload, although workload negatively impacts ATC performance and job satisfaction, but this influence is not statistically significant. More tasks mean weaker ATC performance. The path coefficient and p-value of this investigation are -0.004. With a path coefficient of -0.114 and a p-value larger than 0.05, work stress has a small effect on performance. A favorable and substantial link exists between job happiness and ATC officer performance (path coefficient = 0.841, p-value < 0.05). Work stress still mediates little structurally. This is compared to job happiness, which is high and strongly mediates workload on ATC performance. Keywords : workload; work stress; work satisfaction; air traffic controller; performance

Abstract

Work discipline, work motivation, and job happiness are just a few of the variables that may affect how well an organization uses its human resources to achieve its objectives. The purpose of this study is to investigate the potential effects of job satisfaction, motivation, and work discipline on air traffic controller performance. To examine the correlations between the variables, the study uses quantitative research techniques. One hundred respondents will have their information gathered via a questionnaire in order to establish a causal link. Work discipline did not significantly affect performance, according to the study, as evidenced by a path coefficient of 0.072 and a p-value of 0.300, both of which are higher than the 0.05 cutoff. A low coefficient of determination (f square = 0.008) thus indicates very poor work discipline and performance of structural ATC. Performance and motivation are highly correlated, as indicated by a p-value of less than 0.05 and a path coefficient of 0.380. ATC performance is affected by any change in motivation. Performance and structure-level motivation have a rather robust association (effect size = 0.299). A path coefficient of 0.499 and a p-value of 0.000 (smaller than the significance level of 0.05) show that job satisfaction has a significant impact on performance. This implies that performance is impacted by changes in satisfaction. With a f square score of 0.399, the structural degree of job satisfaction and performance is good. Kata Kunci: discipline; motivation; satisfaction; performance; atc

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi minat kunjungan wisatawan ke taman wisata. Pariwisata merupakan sektor penting yang memberikan kontribusi besar terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi, terutama melalui pengembangan destinasi wisata seperti taman wisata alam, budaya, dan buatan. Meskipun taman wisata memiliki potensi besar untuk menarik wisatawan, minat kunjungan dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor, seperti daya tarik wisata, aksesibilitas, fasilitas, harga tiket, promosi, serta pengalaman pengunjung. Penelitian ini mengidentifikasi bahwa daya tarik utama, yang meliputi keindahan alam, aktivitas yang tersedia, dan keunikan atraksi, merupakan faktor utama yang memengaruhi keputusan wisatawan. Aksesibilitas dan fasilitas pendukung juga memainkan peran penting, di mana taman wisata yang mudah dijangkau dan dilengkapi dengan fasilitas yang memadai cenderung lebih menarik bagi wisatawan. Selain itu, harga yang kompetitif dan strategi pemasaran yang efektif, terutama melalui media sosial, juga sangat mempengaruhi minat kunjungan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa untuk meningkatkan kunjungan wisatawan, pengelola taman wisata perlu berfokus pada peningkatan kualitas daya tarik dan fasilitas, serta memperbaiki aksesibilitas dan memanfaatkan strategi pemasaran yang tepat. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to investigate how employee performance at PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk mediates the relationship between work motivation and employee engagement and turnover intention. In order to collect data for this study, a questionnaire is used in a quantitative manner. 55 workers of the Special Asset Management Group at the head office and 10 regional areas participated in this survey. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) via the Partial Least Squares (PLS) software is the instrument used to process data. It was discovered during preliminary testing that all of the variables were deemed viable, legitimate, and reliable based on the measurement model (outer model), structural model (inner model), and the link between the variables. Nearly all variable associations were determined to have a significant effect based on the findings of the hypothesis test, with the exception of the link between the variables of work motivation and turnover intention, which was not significant. This is because the two variables' regression yielded P-values of 0.122, which is higher than the 0.05 cutoff limit. However, the regression association between the Work Motivation and Turnover Intention variables can be changed from originally being insignificant to substantial (full mediation) by the Employee Performance variable, which functions as an intervening variable. Kata Kunci: Work Motivation, Employee Engagement, Turnover Intention, Employee Performance.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the extent to which the implementation of the use of EDMS in managing organizational documents as a digital transformation in the archives sector is able to improve organizational performance through operational efficiency, decision making and document security at the Regional Office of the Ministry of Religion, West Sulawesi Province.The research approach used in this research is qualitative and quantitative methods with explanatory and descriptive approaches. From the total population data, the Slovin formula was used to obtain a sample of 125 respondents.These results show that the path coefficient between variables is that EDMS Implementation has a positive and significant effect on Operational Efficiency, EDMS Implementation directly affects Decision Making, EDMS Implementation has a positive and significant effect on Document Security, EDMS Implementation has no direct effect on Organizational Performance. EDMS has an indirect effect on organizational performance through Operational Efficiency, EDMS Implementation indirectly has an effect on Organizational Performance through Decision Making and EDMS Implementation indirectly has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Performance through Document Security, Operational Efficiency has a positive effect on organizational performance, decision making decisions have a positive effect on organizational performance, document security has a positive effect on organizational performance at the Regional Office of the Ministry of Religion, West Sulawesi Province. Keywords: EDMS, Decision Making, Document Security, Efficiency and Organizational Performance
