Abstract

Transparansi Informasi Pelayanan Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Sosial BPJS Kesehatan Kota Palopo. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui transparansi informasi pelayanan di Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Sosial (BPJS) Kesehatan Kota Palopo. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Kelurahan Tompotikka  Kecamatan Wara, Kota Palopo dan dilaksanakan pada bulan Februari 2020. Alasan pemilihan lokasi penelitian tersebut  karena berdasarkan pengamatan di sekitar Kelurahan Tompotikka masih ada kendala yang dihadapi masyarakat perihal kartu BPJS. Dalam penelitian ini yang menjadi populasi yaitu masyarakat Kec. Wara khususnya Kelurahan Tompotikka yang membutuhkan  pelayanan BPJS selama bulan Januari 2020. Dengan jumlah populasi sebanyak 490 untuk  dan jumllah sampel 83 0rang dengan menggunakan teknik random sampling. Hasil penelitian dengan menggunakan 5 indikator Transparansi yakni keterbukaan dalam hal rapat, keterbukaan informasi, keterbukaan prosedur, keterburkaan register, dan keterbukaan dalam menerima peran serta masyarakat, disimpulkan bahwa tanggapan responden terhadap Transparansi informasi pelayanan BPJS Kesehatan Kota Palopo dikatakan baik. Akan tetapi, perlu untuk lebih ditingkatkan agar kiranya masyarakat benar-benar merasa puas terhadap pelayanan yang diberikan oleh pihak BPJS Kesehatan Kota Palopo tersebut.

Abstract

The objective of this research is to investigate the relationship between e-HRM implementation and employee performance in organizations that use e-HRM, both directly and indirectly mediated by HR service Quality. Using variant-based structural equation (SEM) modeling techniques or partial least squares regression, this research examined the direct relationship between e-HRM and performance, as well as relationships moderated by HR service quality (PLS). Based on the findings, e-HRM has a positive and significant impact on employee performance. Our results additionally highlight the significance of designing and implementing e-HRM so that managers can support the organization's workflow and employees can perform more efficient HR and non-HR tasks. Current research has revealed an emerging relationship between E-HRM, but it has only examined the potential impact of E-HRM. This research also contributes to the e-HRM literature by  identifying how e-HRM can improve performance by perceiving the  quality of  HR  services.

Abstract

This study sought to ascertain the impact of workplace stress and intention to leave on employee turnover. All of the employees at one of the mining businesses in Indonesia made up the population of this study, which had a total sample of 35 employees. Based on the saturated sample approach, samples were obtained. Multiple linear regression analysis is the technique utilized for data analysis. The study's findings indicate that employee turnover intentions are significantly influenced by both the work environment and work stress, either simultaneously or in part. The following conclusions can be taken from the data that was gathered and tested using the multiple linear regression model: The workplace has a considerable impact on employee turnover intention, with a t-test result of 0.000. The findings of the t test, which showed a value of 0.049, on the intention of employee turnover, show that work stress has a substantial impact. According to the results of the f test, the workplace environment and work stress have a considerable impact on the likelihood that employees will leave their jobs.

Abstract

Penelitian analisis kualitas bangunan terhadap minat beli Perumahan Permata Bukit Murante Palopo telah dilakukan. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui signifikansi hubungan antara kualitas bangunan terhadap minat beli Perumahan Permata Bukit Murante Palopo. Metode pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan tindakan observasi, wawancara dan kuesioner kepada responden pelanggan Perumahan Permata Bukit Permata Murante Palopo. Data yang didapatkan akan dianalisis secara deskriptif, uji validitas, dan uji reabilitas, serta analisis regresi berganda. Dari hasil analisis didapatkan nilai F hitung (76.236) > F tabel (1,687) dan nilai T hitung 6,758 > T tabel 3.259 dengan nilai probabilitas = 0,000 < 0,05 yang menunjukkan bahwa kualitas dan keberagaman bangunan perumahan dapat meningkatkan minat beli masyarakat terhadap Perumahan Permata Bukit Murante Palopo. Penelitian ini dapat memberikan saran dan rekomendasi bagi pengembang perumahan dalam mengembangkan strategi pemasaran dan meningkatkan kualitas bangunan guna menarik minat beli.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui apakah kompetensi, motivasi, dan komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai Inspektorat Daerah Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai Kantor Inspektorat Daerah Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan dengan jumlah sampel 60 orang. Model pemilihan sampel adalah sampel random sampling. Metode analisis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan statistik Inferensial, Uji Validitas, Uji Reabilitas, Uji Asumsi Klasik, Regresi Linear Berganda, Koefisien Determinasi, Uji F dan Uji T dengan menggunakan aplikasi perangkat lunak Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) for Windows. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi, motivasi, dan komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai Inspektorat Daerah Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh disiplin kerja dan kompetensi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. PT. Unggul Sawitra Makmur Kabupaten Wajo”. Sampel penelitian ini adalah karyawan yang terdapat pada PT. Unggul Sawitra Makmur Kabupaten Wajo. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan metode sensus/sampling total. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner langsung kepada karyawan sebanyak 55 responden. Analisis data menggunakan metode regresi linier berganda dengan SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa disiplin kerja dan kompetensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kata Kunci: Disiplin kerjat; Kompetensi; Kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

This research explores the dynamics of Human Resource Management (HRM) in facing the challenges of the contemporary era characterized by technological integration, environmental sustainability, and organizational adaptability. Through a review of scholarly articles, this research explores the relationship between innovative HRM practices and their impact on organizational performance, employees, and response to change. Technology integration in HRM is a focus of attention. The integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Advanced Analytics is changing the paradigm of HRM processes by improving efficiency, decision-making, and employee experience. The review showed that technology enables personalization of HRM and has a positive impact on organizational performance. The importance of environmental sustainability is also reflected in the practice of Green Human Resource Management (GHRM). The integration of environmentally sound transformational leadership components, environmentally sound social capital, and environmentally sound values in GHRM has a positive correlation with pro-environmental behavior in the workplace. These findings encourage a sustainable organizational culture and support employee performance. The era of the Fourth Industrial Revolution (Industry 4.0) presents new challenges for HRM. The integration of advanced technologies shapes organizational dynamics and employee behavior. This research highlights the importance of adaptability in HRM to deal with rapid contextual changes. Supply chain resilience is becoming an important aspect of HRM, especially in the face of unexpected disruptions. HRM practices that encourage employee participation in supply chain resilience development have a positive impact on organizational resilience and operational performance. The COVID-19 pandemic crisis demands adaptive and innovative HRM practices. This research shows that adaptable HRM practices contribute to organizational readiness in the face of challenges and sudden changes. The results of this review provide a foundation for further research in understanding the relationship between HRM practices and organizational and employee performance. In-depth quantitative research is expected to test the hypotheses formulated and provide guidance for effective HRM strategies in the face of modern organizational dynamics.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to investigate how managers, team leaders, and supervisors can evaluate top performers with the aid of simple additive weighting in decision support systems. In this study, interviews, observation, and related literature reviews were employed as data collection techniques. This system employs fuzzy simple additive weighted (FSAW) as its approach. Two techniques, AHP and WP, were used to develop the system. Rapid Application Development, or RAD, is the system development methodology employed in this study. The findings of the study led to the following deductions: The results of this application calculation do not directly determine when assessing the best employee; you must wait for a decision from the team leader, supervisor, manager or meeting. The results provided by the best employee assessment decision support system method can be implemented using dynamic or changeable criteria to determine the best alternative. There are seven criteria used for research on evaluating the best employees in this application, namely: average process. Processes include: quantity; quality; on time; and teamwork. Productivity, which includes days in and days out/holidays. These criteria are only a basis for research in writing about the best employees, but to add or subtract criteria, you can add or subtract them in the best employee assessment application system using SAW.
