Abstract

Desain penelitian adalah ekspalanatori, dengan pendekatan paradigma positivistik, dan kajian persepsi yang dikuantitatifkan, dengan jumlah sampel 180 orang (responden) yang dipilih secara proporsional secara random sampling area. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada 216 pagawai (ASN) di 4 (empat) Kantor Dinas (Dinas Pendidikan, Dinas Kesehatan, Dinas Sosial, dan Dinas Koperasi dan UKM) di 3 (tiga) Wilaya (Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan, Kota Makassar, dan Kota Parepare. Gaya Kepemimpinan (X1) berpengaruh tidak langsung dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pelayanan Publik Pegawai (Y2) Pemerintah Daerah provinsi Sulawesi Selatan melalui Komitmen Organisasi (Y1). Kompetensi (X2) berpengaruh langsung dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pelayanan Publik Pegawai (Y2) Pemerintah Daerah Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan. Kompetensi (X2) berpengaruh langsung dan signifikan terhadap Komitmen Organisasi (Y1). Kompetensi (X2) berpengaruh tidak langsung dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pelayanan Publik Pegawai (Y2) Pemerintah Daerah Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan, melalui Komitmen Organisasi (Y1). Komitmen Organisasi (Y1) berpengaruh langsung dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pelayanan Publik Pegawai (Y2) Pemerintah Daerah Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan. Diharapkan Para pimpinan organisasi/SKPD dan unit organisasi instansi Pemerintah Daerah di Sulawesi Selatan, khususnya yang berkaitan dengan pelayanan kepada masyarakat (publik), agar memperhatikan hal-hal berikut: 1. Menerapkan gaya kepemimpinan yang tepat, sesuai kondisi organisasi dan para pegawai sehingga dapat mempengaruhi pegawai agar dapat melaksanakan tugas dalam rangka mencapai tujuan organisasi. 2. Mengembangkan dan menerapkan sistem kompetensi dalam menempatkan dan memberian tugas kepada para pegawai/bawahannya, sehingga mereka dapat melaksakan tugas masing-masing dengan kinerja yang baik. 3. Membentuk dan membina komitmen organisasi yang kuat, sehingga para pegawai selalu berkomitmen untuk mencapai tujuan organisas. Kata Kunci : Gaya Kepemimpinan, Kompetensi, Komitmen Organisasi, Kinerja Pelayanan Publik.

Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian bertujuan untuk menguji dan mengkaji pengaruh kepemimpinan dan kompensasi finansial terhadap kinerja pegawai Balai Peneltian Tanaman Serealia Kabupaten Maros. Penentuan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan rumus slovin sehingga diperoleh sampel sebanyak 90 orang. Data diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada seluruh responde. Data dalam studi ini akan diuji melalui beberapa tahap. Tahap pertama adalah melakukan uji validitas dan reliabilitas data. Tahap kedua adalah melakukan uji  multikolinearitas, uji heterokedastisitas, uji normalitas. Tahap ketiga adalah melakukan uji statistic inferensial parametik untuk menjawab hipotesis yang diajukan dalam studi ini melalui uji koefisien determinasi, uji parsial dan uji simultan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan variabel kepemipinan dan variabel kompensasi finansial terhadap kinerja pegawai. Variabel kompensasi merupakan variable yang paling berpengaruh dominan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Kata Kunci: Kepemimpinan, Kompensasi Finansial, Kinerja Pegawai. AbstractThis study aims to examine and examine the effect of leadership and financial compensation on the performance of the Cereal Research Center of Maros Regency employees. Determination of the sample in this study using the Slovin formula to obtain a sample of 90 people. Data was obtained through distributing questionnaires to all respondents. The data in this study will be tested through several stages. The first stage is to test the validity and reliability of the data. The second stage is to perform multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, normality test. The third stage is to perform a parametric inferential statistical test to answer the hypothesis proposed in this study through the coefficient of determination, partial, and simultaneous tests. The results of this study indicate that part there is a positive and significant influence on leadership variables and financial compensation variables on employee performance. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Marketing Mix toward Customer Satisfaction And Customer Loyalty Novotel Novotel Grand Shayla City Center. This research uses descriptive approach and verifikatif research. Descriptive research is a study that aims to obtain a description of the characteristics of variables (marketing mix strategy, loyalty and satisfaction). Verifikatif research is a type of research that aims to determine the relationship between variables through a hypothesis testing using path analysis method with the help of Smart PLS 3.0 applications.The results showed that partially marketing mix have positive and significant effect to customer satisfaction, marketing mix have positive and significant effect to customer loyalty, and satisfaction have positive and significant influence to customer loyalty. The influence indirectly indicates that customer satisfaction can mediate the influence of marketing mix to customer loyalty in a positive and significant.

Abstract

Human resources are very important factor in an organization or government in providing services to the public. This study aims to determine to determine the effect of Selection and Placement Against Job Satisfaction and Performance of State Civil Apparatus (ASN) in Keerom Regency. The type of research used in this study is quantitative approach. The quantitative approach bases the study of empirical rational principles. The quantitative approach bases the study of empirical rational principles. Therefore, before doing the research the researcher must find the problems and hypotheses to be tested based on the specified criteria and path analysis tool using SPSS 24.0 for windows software. The result of this research shows that partial selection and job placement have positive and significant influence to job satisfaction, job selection and placement have positive and significant influence to job satisfaction, job selection and placement have positive and significant influence on performance, job satisfaction has positive influence and significant to performance. The job satisfaction in this research can mediate the influence of selection and job placement on the performance of State Civil Apparatus (ASN) in Keerom Regency.

Abstract

Contractor selection is very important to ensure work can be done on time, on budget, and meet the quality. This study aims to analyze and understand in depth the factors of contractor selection criteria affecting project performance. The research was conducted at PT Vale Indonesia in Sorowako by taking samples of employees involved in the procurement of construction services. Data collection is done through documentation and questionnaire. Data analysis was done by factor analysis. The results show that there are three factors affecting project performance with a total cumulative variance of 61,708%. Factor I consist of conscientiousness, reputation, and cooperative relationship with eigenvalue of 3,693 and total variance of 39,930%. Factor II consists of job knowledge, job proficiency, initiative, and social skill with eigenvalue of 1,357 and total variance of 13,574%. Factor III consists of job experience, controllability, and commitment with eigenvalue of 1,120 and total variance of 11,204%. The findings of this study could be the reference of project owners in selecting contractors.

Abstract

In achievement organizational goals, the teachers as human resources play a very important role to other resources in the Organization. Improving teacher performance, occupying important and strategic positions. The Science and technology as capital by human resources will be more effective if handled by capable human resources and have high performance. Therefore, this research aimed to analyze the influence of Organizational Culture, Organizational Commitment, and Job Satisfaction on the Performance of the teachers of state high School in Makassar. This research used quantitative method. The research sample was 89 teachers in the school. The techniques used to collect data were the questionnaires observation, and the various data with were related to the research. The analysis method used in this research was the SEM PLS 3.0 analysis with SPSS 22. The results indicated that organizational culture, organizational commitment, and job satisfaction had a positive and significant effect on teacher’s performance.

Abstract

Human resources are the most important asset for an organization because of its role as the subject of organizational policy and operational activities. This study aims to determine to determine the influence of organizational culture, organizational commitment, and compensation on employee performance through job satisfaction at the District Health Office Tomohon City. This study explains the influence and influence of the variables to be studied. Using a quantitative approach because the data used to analyze the relationship between variables is expressed by numerical scaling or scale. Test results have been done indicate that organizational culture has a significant effect on employee performance, organizational commitment has a significant effect on employee performance, compensation has a significant effect on employee performance, job satisfaction has a significant effect on the performance of pegawaI. Simultaneously organizational culture, organizational commitment, compensation and job satisfaction will have an effect on the performance of employees at the District Health Office Tomohon.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of empowerment and motivation to discipline and employee performance at the Department of Education and Culture of Merauke Regency. The type of this research is quantitative descriptive research that is the type of research that emphasizes the testing of theories through the measurement of research variables with numbers and requires data analysis with statistical procedures. The measurement tool of this research is a questionnaire, the data obtained in the form of answers from employees to the questions posed. The results of this study found that empowerment has a positive (0.672) and significant (0,000) effect on work discipline, positive (0.345) and significant (0,000) motivation to work discipline, empowerment has positive (1,139) and significant (0,000) impact on performance, (0,015) and not significant (0,756) to performance, discipline has negative effect (-0,224) and significant to performance 0,004.

Abstract

Motivation is a desire in a person that causes the act of that person. Meanwhile, training is an effort to improve the performance of the employee in their current job or in other jobs that they will hold. The aim of this study is to find out how much motivation and training affect the competence of pharmacists in Makassar City. There is 150 personnel of pharmacy (pharmacist) as the respondents of this study, which are 43 men and 107 women. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire with a descriptive quantitative method. Questions in the questionnaire are in the form of questions that uses scale of Likert 1-5. The analysis step of the research is preceded by an instrument of research, which is collecting data and processing the data obtained in the questionnaire by giving the score of each statement based on a scale of Likert, and conduct test validity, test reliability, test for normality and test regression. The test regression was multiple regression. The data processing is conducted by using SPSS 22. The results of the study indicate (1) the motivation is positively and significantly affected to competence; (2) training has a positive and significant effect on competence; (3) motivation and training have a positive and significant effect on competence.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of the work environment and organizational culture on employee performance with satisfaction as an intervening variable in PT. Bank BNI Makassar branch. The population in this study is employees at PT Bank BNI Makassar Branch, including all employees ranging from outsourcing employees, BINA's employees, and permanent employees totaling 238 employees. Sampling in this study used purposive sampling method. Data collection techniques used by distributing questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is path analysis. The results of this study show that (1) The work environment has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. The refore hypothesis one is accepted. (2) Organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, so hypothesis two is accepted. (3) The work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The refore hypothesis three is accepted. (4) Organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, so hypothesis four is accepted. (5) Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, so hypothesis five is accepted. (6) Work environment through job satisfaction as an intervening variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The refore hypothesis six is accepted. (7) Organizational culture through job satisfaction as an intervening variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, so hypothesis seven is accepted.
