Abstract

This study explores the key success factors influencing crowdfunding campaigns at Bank Mandiri Medan Balaikota, focusing on campaign quality, social media engagement, and backer trust. Using a quantitative approach with 60 bank customers as the sample, the research employs Smart PLS to analyze the relationships between these variables. The findings reveal that both campaign quality and social media engagement have a direct and significant impact on backer trust, which subsequently contributes to the overall success of crowdfunding campaigns. This research provides valuable insights into optimizing crowdfunding strategies and highlights the importance of trust-building in securing financial support for projects. The results offer practical recommendations for Bank Mandiri to enhance its crowdfunding initiatives and strengthen its role in alternative financing. Keywords: Crowdfunding Success, Campaign Quality, Social Media Engagement, Backer Trust

Abstract

Study This aim For analyze How implementation quality management to improve services at the North Penajam Paser Regency Investment and One-Stop Integrated Services Service . Focus main from study This is For evaluate extent of management quality implemented in context service public and how its implementation can impact on improvement quality service .Research methods used is approach qualitative with interview deep to a number informant key , incl head of DPMPTSP, Secretary , Head Field Planning , Climate Development , Promotion and Control Implementation Capital Investment , Head Field Maintenance Service Licensing and Non- Licensing , Head Field Complaints , Policies , Data and Reporting Service as well as Head of General Subdivision . Data is collected through interviews and studies documentation For get deep understanding about processes , procedures and obstacles faced in implementation management quality . Data analysis was carried out with use technique analysis interactive model for evaluate How elements management quality can integrated in a way effective in structure and culture organization .Research result show that implementation management quality own impact real For increase quality services at the District DPMPTSP Penajam Paser Utara, however there is a number of necessary challenge resolved . Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membantu mengetahui peran implementasi teknologi digital, kreativitas strategi pemasaran dan kinerja usaha. UMKM di kawasan wisata Boyolali menghadapi tantangan dalam mempertahankan daya saing dan meningkatkan kinerja usaha di tengah perkembangan teknologi digital. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh implementasi teknologi digital dalam meningkatkan kreativitas strategi pemasaran dan kinerja usaha pada UMKM di kawasan wisata Boyolali. Pendekatan kuantitatif digunakan dalam penelitian ini dengan metode analisis data Partial Least Square (PLS) berbasis perangkat lunak SmartPLS 3.0. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dengan skala Likert dengan jumlah responden 175 dari para pelaku UMKM di kawasan tersebut. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi teknologi digital berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap strategi pemasaran, yang pada akhirnya mendorong kinerja usaha secara optimal. Selain itu, ditemukan bahwa kinerja usaha juga meningkat seiring dengan penerapan teknologi digital yang membantu meningkatkan kepuasan pengunjung melalui peningkatan fasilitas dan kualitas layanan. Implikasi penelitian ini menunjukkan pentingnya peningkatan implementsi teknologi digital dan pengembangan kreativitas strategi pemasaran yang kreatif bagi UMKM untuk bersaing di kawasan wisata. Penelitian selanjutnya disarankan untuk memperluas wilayah studi, seperti keterampilan digital dan modal sosial, untuk memperkaya pemahaman mengenai UMKM.

Abstract

This study examines the truck procurement process at PT Winson Logistics, a company in the trucking industry, using the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method to select the best vendor. Given the competitive challenges and increasing demand for logistics services, choosing the right vendor is crucial for supporting operational efficiency, quality, and sustainability. AHP is chosen for its ability to break down complex problems into decision hierarchies that are easier to analyze, while allowing for both qualitative and quantitative assessments. The vendor evaluation criteria include price, product quality, delivery time, after-sales service, and vendor reputation. The analysis reveals that after-sales service and product quality play a critical role in vendor selection decisions. This study provides recommendations to the management of PT Winson Logistics in formulating procurement strategies based on structured analysis and demonstrates that AHP can enhance the accuracy and objectivity of the procurement decision-making process.. Keywords: Vendor Selection, Truck Procurement, Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP).

Abstract

Kinerja suatu perusahaan merupakan hasil dari rangkaian aktivitas yang di lakukan oleh perusahaan tersebut dalam kurung waktu tertentu. Kinerja keuangan yang baik akan mencerminkan kondisi perusahaan yang baik pula, maka dari itu perlu menganalisis kinerja keuangan suatu perusahaan.  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis perbedaan kinerja keuangan PT Adhi Karya Tbk dan PT Pembangunan Perumahan Tbk 2020 – 2022 yang diukur dengan return on asset, return on equity,quick ratio, cash ratio, debtto equity ratio, debt to asset ratio.Penelitian ini menggunakan teori manajemen keuangan khususnya laporankeuangan, kinerja keuangan, rasio likuiditas, rasio profitabilitas, rasio solvabilitas. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada perusahaan sektor konstruksi yaitu PT Adhi Karya Tbk dan PT Pembangunan Perumahan Tbk. Laporan keuangan yang digunakan adalah laporan keuangan tahun tahun 2020 – 2022. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kepustakaan. Alat analisis yangdigunakan adalah uji beda dua rata – rata. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kinerja keuangan perusahaan PT Adhi Karya Tbk dan PT Pembangunan Perumahan Tbk 2020 – 2022 yang diukur dengan return on asset, return on equity, cash ratio, debt to equity ratio, debt to asset terdapat perbedaan signifikan, sedangkan kinerja keuangan perusahaan PT Adhi Karya Tbk dan PT Pembangunan Perumahan Tbk 2020 – 2022 yang diukur dengan quick ratio tidak terdapat perbedaan signifikan Kata Kunci: Return on Asset, Return on Equity, Quick Ratio, Cash Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, Debt to Asset Ratio

Abstract

This research aims to evaluate the implementation of Pangkalpinang Mayor Regulation No. 45/2017 related to the management of information and documentation services. The method used is an empirical juridical approach, which combines legal analysis with field observation. Primary data was collected through interviews with relevant officials in Pangkalpinang City, while secondary data was obtained from literature studies. The results show that there are various obstacles in the implementation of this regulation, including limited human resources, lack of information technology infrastructure, and lack of socialization to the community. Other challenges are budget limitations and low public participation in utilizing the right to public information. In conclusion, while this regulation is important to increase transparency and accountability, improvement efforts are needed in terms of human resource capacity building, technology, and public socialization. This research provides recommendations to strengthen the implementation of information disclosure in Pangkalpinang City.

Abstract

Manajemen arus kas merupakan elemen kunci dalam menjaga stabilitas keuangan perusahaan, terutama selama masa krisis ekonomi yang ditandai dengan ketidakpastian dan tekanan likuiditas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi pengaruh strategi manajemen arus kas terhadap stabilitas keuangan perusahaan, dengan fokus pada elemen optimalisasi piutang, pengelolaan persediaan, penjadwalan pengeluaran, dan pemanfaatan teknologi keuangan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan mencakup analisis regresi dan pendekatan studi kasus pada perusahaan dari berbagai skala di sektor manufaktur dan jasa.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi manajemen arus kas secara signifikan meningkatkan indikator stabilitas keuangan, seperti rasio lancar dan rasio arus kas operasional terhadap utang. Perusahaan yang mengadopsi teknologi keuangan mencatat peningkatan akurasi proyeksi arus kas hingga 30%, yang berkontribusi pada efisiensi pengelolaan likuiditas. Selain itu, perbedaan signifikan ditemukan antara perusahaan besar dan kecil, di mana perusahaan besar lebih mampu mengimplementasikan strategi ini akibat akses yang lebih luas terhadap sumber daya dan teknologi.Penelitian ini mendukung teori likuiditas dan memberikan rekomendasi praktis bagi perusahaan untuk meningkatkan ketahanan keuangan selama krisis, seperti penggunaan perangkat lunak berbasis cloud dan penerapan strategi fleksibel dalam pengelolaan piutang dan pengeluaran. Implikasi kebijakan juga diuraikan, termasuk perlunya insentif pemerintah bagi perusahaan kecil dan menengah untuk mengadopsi teknologi keuangan. Penelitian lanjutan disarankan untuk memperluas cakupan sektor industri dan mengintegrasikan analisis dampak kebijakan makroekonomi.Kata Kunci: manajemen arus kas, stabilitas keuangan, krisis ekonomi, teknologi keuangan, strategi perusahaan

Abstract

This study investigates the impact of HR analytics and digital transformation on talent management at PT. Adila Prezkifarindo Duta, focusing on how strategic decision-making mediates these relationships. By employing a quantitative research design with random sampling, data was collected from 45 employees, and analyzed using Smart PLS. The findings reveal that both HR analytics and digital transformation significantly influence talent management, with strategic decision-making serving as a crucial intermediary. The direct effects of HR analytics and digital transformation on talent management were found to be positive and significant, while the indirect effects, mediated through strategic decision-making, also demonstrated a notable impact. This research highlights the importance of integrating advanced digital tools and data-driven strategies to optimize talent management practices and improve organizational outcomes. The study provides valuable insights for organizations looking to enhance their HR functions through the adoption of digital transformation and analytics, offering practical recommendations for aligning talent management strategies with broader business goals. Keywords: Talent Management, HR Analytics, Digital Transformation, Strategic Decision Making

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengtahui pengaruh Servant Leadership terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas Perpustakaan dan Kearsipan,  pengaruh Komunikasi Interpersonal terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas Perpustakaan dan Kearsipan, Pengaruh Budaya Kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas Perpustakaan dan Kearsipan, Pengaruh Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas Perpustakaan dan Kearsipan,, Pengaruh Servant Leadership terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), Pengaruh Komunikasi Interpersonal terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), dan Pengaruh Budaya Kerja terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). Metodologi penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif, metode sampling jenuh/sensus, Jumlah Sampel 71 responden. Sumber data yang digunakan adalah data primer diambil langsung menggunakan kuesioner. Hasil Uji Hipotesis penelitian menunjukkan Servant Leadership tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas Perpustakaan dan Kearsipan, Komunikasi Interpersonal berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas Perpustakaan dan Kearsipan, Budaya Kerja tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas Perpustakaan dan Kearsipan, Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas Perpustakaan dan Kearsipan,, Servant Leadership berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), Komunikasi Interpersonal berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), dan Budaya Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). Kata Kunci: Servant Leadership, Komunikasi Interpersonal, Budaya Kerja, Kinerja, Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB).

Abstract

The aim of this research is to assess the effectiveness of asset management and provide recommendations for improvement. This research analyzes regional asset management that faces challenges related to infrastructure, resources and information systems. Management is carried out by the Regional Assets Division with a focus on needs planning, control, utilization, inventory and reporting. The research method used is qualitative, collecting data through interviews, observation and document analysis. Research findings show that the existing management system includes policy, planning and evaluation, but is still carried out manually, potentially causing accuracy problems. In addition, inaccurate data and limited personnel training hinder management effectiveness. The application of modern technologies such as asset management software, RFID, and GPS, as well as the development of digital platforms for real-time monitoring, is recommended to increase the efficiency and accountability of regional asset management. Keywords: Regional Asset Management, Effectiveness
