Abstract

Shallot is a tuber plant commonly consumed by Indonesian people. Shallot is one of the three Allium members who are popular and have high economic value. In the cultivation process, shallots are vulnerable to pests and diseases. Some pests and diseases that can attack onion plants, namely: lalat penggorok daun, ulat bawang, trips, ulat tanah, layu fusarium, bercak ungu, antraknosa, virus mozaik bawang, bercak daun. Usually when the onion plants are attacked by pests or diseases, farmers directly provide pesticides or treatments which sometimes do not match the pests and diseases that attack. As a result, handling that is not optimal can even lead to new pests or diseases. The purpose of this study is to help farmers detect early symptoms of shallot pests and diseases so that the handling of pest and disease attacks is carried out more directed and maximally. The data processed is 10 data attacks using the Dempster Shafer method. This method processes data in the form of symptoms that produce a diagnosis in the form of shallot pests and diseases and handling steps with an accuracy rate of 95%. So this method is suitable for use in the diagnosis of shallots pests and disease. Keywords: Expert System, Dempster Shafer, Diagnosis, Shallot Pests and Disease.

Abstract

Diabetes Mellitus (DM) is a degenerative disease that has many causative factors. DM patients cannot recover completely but they can maintain the stability of their glucose level by following a healthy lifestyle. The goal of this research is to make an integrated system for people to promote a healthy lifestyle. This system also allows people to monitor the changes in their daily health conditions regularly. Main features in this system diagnose, treatment, guidelines for a healthy lifestyle, including a feature for counting and saving daily calorie consumption and physical activity. The system using the backward inference method to get the conclusion from a set of rules in the knowledge base. The verification using a query, validation with using recall and precision, and usability testing using a questionnaire, was conducted to test the performance of the system. The result of the testing shows that the system gives a good response to all queries given and the user also satisfied with the system. The recall value is 1 with the precision is 0.658. This precision value also promotes the inference process used in the system, which every user will suspect has DM when they start to use the diagnose feature.

Abstract

Motorcycle is one of the most popular vehicles by the people of Indonesia. Manufacturers continue to offer motorcycles with a variety of advantages ranging from storange capacity, type of design and other superior features due to the large number of enthusiasts and requests from the consumer. Product innovations launched by the manufacturer make it difficult for consumers to determine the motorcycle to be purchased. Each consumer has different preferences in choosing a vehicle, such as features, models or designs, price and storage. The research is focused on building a decision support system for the selection of automatic motorcyle. The Promethee method is outranking method that is applied to provide ranking results from the available alternatives according to the best preferences. The results showed that the built decision support system using Promethee can help make it easier to determine the type of automatic motorcycle that is accordance with the consumer preferences

Abstract

E-government services or systems aim to improve the quality of services, enabling time and effort savings in government administration. The use of e-government services is not limited to the millennials, but also the people who were laymen of a system. Besides, millennials who sometimes still use information from parents or others who have used the previous system can use the information to miss the benefits of the system that has been done online so that the effort to use the system is low. This research is about online marriage registration services on the Simkah web application owned by the Ministry of Religion of the Republic of Indonesia because there are still many prospective brides or people who have not used the online service. The model used is to combine the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology 2 (UTAUT2) model and the modified IS DeLone and McLean (D&M) success model and consider moderating age, gender, and internet experience. In this study, it is necessary to know whether the constructor factors in the UTAUT2 model and the D&M model influence the intention to use online marriage registration services. The study was conducted in Sleman Regency. The construct finding that affects the intention to use online marriage registration services is hedonic motivation so the Ministry of Religion needs to increase hedonic motivation or mean it as an impulse in someone to use something.

Abstract

The problem that arises in the business activities of companies that are based on the sale of goods is the lack of a system that can help companies carry out the activities of shipping goods from warehouses to stores. Therefore, in this project, a web-based and Android-integrated transportation and routing selection system will be developed. So that it can facilitate officers in choosing the type of transportation and also the driver in seeing the route.The function of selecting the type of transportation is very important to assist officers in selecting the type of transportation suitable for delivering goods. As well as with the routing function that can help the driver to find out the intended route. By developing this system, companies can easily access and monitor goods sent to the store and guarantee the safety of the goods sent will get to the store through the token feature. This application is designed using the PHP programming language and Code Igniter (CI) and MySQL framework as the database and UML as the analysis process and also integrates the Android system. This application can be accessed by super administrators, warehouse officers, staff, drivers, and shop owners who have registered in this application, which makes this application convenient for users to use. Abstract

The length of the queue at a service provider counter certainly makes the service users uncomfortable, bored, and even tired while waiting. In addition, too much time is wasted while waiting in line. The uncertainty of time in waiting their turn often causes problems for service users which often results in no service to some users because the service hours are over. This also happened to several administrative services at Universitas Teknologi Yogyakarta, where students had to queue long at bank counters on campus or in the Finance Department counters just to pay tuition fees or validate payments. Therefore, in this article, we discuss the development of Android-based applications that serve to assist service providers in managing queues, as well as making it easier for queues to retrieve queue numbers and get an estimated time to wait their turn to get service. The application was developed using Android Studio by utilizing Google's Firebase database to support the ease of application development. To measure the appropriateness of application use, tests on several different devices have also been carried out.

Abstract

Information System of diploma legalization and academic tanscript services at IAIN Salatiga is still conventional or manual, when alumni want to legalize diplomas, alumni must come directly to campus to legalize diplomas and academic transcripts. This results in a waste of costs and time, especially for alumni who live far from campus. The purpose of this research was to develop an application for legalizing diplomas and academic transcripts online based on web services at IAIN Salatiga. By utilizing web services technology, this system was integrated directly with the Salatiga IIP TIPD Academic Information System database. It was expected that with this application when alumni wanted to make an application for legalization, they did not have to come to campus. The method used in developing this application was extreme programming. In testing, this application was divided based on aspects of Functionality and Usability. From the aspect of functionality, the method used was blackbox testing, the results of testing using blackbox testing was this application was able to run smoothly without any problems. As for the usability aspect using the SUS (System Usability Scale) questionnaire method, in its test, the final SUS value based on respondents' responses showed 79.40 results, and based on system eligibility standards, this application could be interpreted as "Eligible"

Abstract

Diabetes Mellitus is the biggest cause of death disease. This is beause the lack of public knowledge about the symptoms of disease which is caused delayed in handling. This article presents the development of an expert system application used as a Diabetes Mellitus diagnosis tool on Android mobile. The purpose of application is to detect Diabetes Mellitus based on the type of Diabetes Mellitus symptoms and determine the possibility of the disease occurred. The method for developing an expert system is forward chaining. The implementation of forward chaining method is used to gather information then proceed by applying reasoning with the if-then rule as a result of the conclusion of a diagnosis according to symptoms. The stages in developing this expert system application use the Expert System Development Life Cycle (ESDLC). The result of its development is an expert system used for diagnosis of Diabetes Mellitus according to the symptoms experienced. The expert system application is implemented on the Android mobile. This expert system application displays specific results to displaying a diagnosis of Diabetes Mellitus and displays the percentage of the possibility of the disease. Abstract

The industrial process requires high productivity in every activity. An example is a process of taking items in the storage area. The current system is that the operator takes the items by manually searching in the storage. It will cause problems, namely, the process of taking items takes a long time or occurred a mistake in taking items. The purpose of this research is to design a pick-by-light system with RS-485 serial communication and TCP/IP using the Modbus protocol to support efficient production activities. Pick-by-light is a system consisting of a lightweight device as a sign that an item must be taken, a button to confirm that an item has been taken, and a processing device to process data. The result of this research shows that the pick-by-light system can work properly by implementing RS-485 serial communication with the Modbus Protocol and TCP/IP communication with the Modbus TCP protocol. These results are obtained from tests that have been carried out with different communications using RS-485 serial communication and TCP/IP. It can be applied to manufacturing and warehousing industries to increasing the productivity of items taking.

Abstract

Proses pembelajaran harus dikemas dengan menarik agar peserta didik termotivasi untuk belajar. Maka dari itu, diperlukan media interaktif yang menunjang proses pembelajaran didukung oleh alat-alat berupa media yang menarik seperti teknologi Augmented Reality. Teknologi ini banyak digunakan untuk industri hiburan karena dapat memberikan kesan nyata kepada penggunanya sehingga dapat membantu meningkatkan motivasi para peserta didik dalam belajar. Pada topik ini, penelitian dikhususkan pada pembuatan Augmented Reality tentang tutorial praktikum fisika dasar modul kalorimeter pada jurusan Sistem Komputer di Universitas Komputer Indonesia yang berbasis Android. Aplikasi ini menyajikan pengenalan alat dan bahan praktikum serta langkah-langkah praktikum. Selain itu, dapat melakukan pemrosesan data praktikum menggunakan metode fuzzy Mamdani karena dalam melakukan pengukuran sering terjadi kesalahan yang mengakibatkan hasilnya tidak tepat sama dengan data kalor jenis zat sehingga kesulitan dalam menentukannya. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi dapat menampilkan objek 3D beserta penjelasannya dan diperoleh error data sebesar 0,0000005 menggunakan metode fuzzy mamdani sehingga dapat digunakan untuk penentuan kalor jenis. Untuk kemunculan objek 3D disarankan berada di intensitas cahaya (52 – 9786 lux) serta jarak antara kamera AR dengan marker berada pada 10 cm sampai 70 cm dan sudut 00 sampai 600 dengan 50% marker tidak terhalang.
