Abstract

The growth of e-commerce in Indonesia has become very rapid and fast which has resulted in many marketplaces starting to emerge and not directly changing consumer shopping behavior. Seeing this, Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) must be able to adapt and start using e-commerce, but in its application there are several internal obstacles that are experienced. If these obstacles are not immediately resolved, it will have an impact on the progress of MSMEs themselves. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the internal environment on barriers to the use of e-commerce. The method used in this research is multiple linear regression. From the results of research with a number of respondents as many as 110 MSMEs, it can be ascertained that human and financial resources have a significant effect on the implementation of e-commerce, while the product variable has no significant effect on inhibiting the use of e-commerce. From these results, it is important for MSMEs to improve their human and financial resource expertise so that they can successfully use e-commerce. Abstract

This study contains of description and influence of the factors that influence consumer decision to use the Accumulated Balance Payment System (Pay later). This research uses descriptive and quantitative methods with analysis using Structural Equation Modeling and SmartPLS. The results of the hypothesis test showed that the variables Demographics, Orientations, and Psychographics have a positive and significant effect on the Consumer Consumer Payment Technology Use Decision. Based on the results the role of the closest family such as parents, husband, or wife in granting permission to use Pay later is very important. Companies need to implement the Familly Sharing Payment System in a consumer Pay later account. This is expected to provide ease of payment and get more users, provide solutions for family members who have not worked, and provide balanced restrictions and ease of payments that are integrated into one main account. Abstract

During the Covid-19 pandemic, which began to occur in 2020, resulted in a decline in sales of various MSMEs, one of which was the Mawar Merah UMKM, which produced processed pineapple lunkhead products. The reason is the limited meeting of MSME owners during the pandemic and the lack of promotion on social media. Therefore, this study aims to determine priorities and alternative methods of promotion through social media, as well as develop appropriate promotional strategies to increase sales. This study used a descriptive quantitative survey method with the help of the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) software from Expert Choice 11 software. A total of 21 research respondents conducted purposive sampling by deliberately distributing the electronic questionnaire link via Google Forms. The results of this study indicate that the priority criteria for promotion of dodol pineapple sijangku is context criteria, the main priority in the sub-criteria is providing informative information accompanied by pictures, while the main priority for alternative promotion is context strategy. Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the effect of product quality and price on purchasing decisions for the Samsung Galaxy S20 in Indonesia. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze how consumer perceptions of product quality, how purchase decisions for the Samsung Galaxy S20, and the magnitude of the influence of product quality and price simultaneously and partially. on the decision to purchase the Samsung Galaxy S20 Series in Indonesia. Based on a simultaneous hypothesis test, product quality and price have a significant effect on purchasing decisions for the Samsung Galaxy S20 Series. Based on the results of partial hypothesis testing (t-test) it was found that product quality and price variables had a significant effect on purchasing decisions for the Samsung Galaxy S20 Series in Indonesia. Based on the coefficient of simultaneous determination that product quality and price can affect purchasing decisions 52.9% and other factors of 47.1% are influenced by other factors not examined in this study. Abstract

Financial literacy has an important role in encouraging improving financial well-being. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of Financial Attitude and Financial Knowledge on Financial Well Being. The research method uses quantitative and data analysis techniques used is multiple linear regression analysis. With a population of 105 employees of Badan Pengelolaan Keuangan Daerah Kabupaten Ciamis and sampling using a saturated sampling technique, the entire population was sampled with as many as 105 respondents. The research results conclude that financial attitude and financial knowledge affect financial well-being with a magnitude of 65.6%. Therefore, it is expected that the financial sector employees of BPKD Kabupaten Ciamis can maintain and improve their financial attitude and knowledge by implementing financial planning, management, and control to improve their financial well-being. The study has an impact on increasing knowledge about financial behavior in government employees. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to explore how the process of implementing the Green HRM concept is, what are the challenges and obstacles as well as the impact of implementing the Green HRM concept. Informants in this study are site managers and production managers. The research method is a case study qualitative approach, data collection is carried out by in-depth interviews and observations of bauxite mining companies in West Kalimantan. The data analysis of this research used interactive data analysis. The results show that the company has not perfectly and explicitly implemented Green HRM. However, the company has made efforts to build green employee behavior in the aspects of recruitment and selection, employee training and development, compensation and benefits, organizational culture, and performance management. Some of the benefits obtained in implementing Green HRM are that employees live healthier, have a good reputation for the company, are skilled and committed employees, reduce negative impacts on the environment, reduce waste and recycle waste thereby reducing production costs. Abstract

Organizations increasingly rely on knowledge creation and human development for optimal and sustainable growth. Employee engagement is a significant construct that touches almost all aspects of human resource management as we know it today. This study aimed to examine the effect of organizational climate on employee involvement in the manufacturing industry sector in the Karawang Industrial Estate, West Java, Indonesia. The population in this study is a Manufacturing Company in the Karawang Industrial Estate, Indonesia. The intended respondents are Managers or Supervisors in the company with 75 respondents. The analytical technique used in this research is partial least square (PLS-SEM). The results of this study indicate that there is a positive and significant effect of the two variables studied on Organizational Performance. Abstract

This research aims to explores the beneficial extension of the Holdco strategy and formulates the suitable meso-level strategies for PT Semen Padang. This research uses primary and secondary data collection methods, identifies the environments through generic frameworks, analyses qualitative data through thematic frameworks, and formulates the result as corporate and business strategies. According to the research, Holdco set the sales target in a top-down instruction without PT Semen Padang's interference on the procurement, marketing of cement and clinker, and supply chain functions. These functions are essential and inseparable from sales targets but withdrawn to Holdco. However, Holdco allows PT Semen Padang to develop the plant process, non-cement product, non-clinker product, and enter the non-cement business. Therefore, PT Semen Padang could fulfill the strategy gap and gain a global subsidiary mandate by building a university-industry collaboration, strengthening the vertical integration, utilizing cost-saving technologies, and the outside cement chain diversification. Abstract

Coffee is a favorite drink for people in general. The coffee industry, especially coffee shops, is increasing and growing from year to year. This study aims to determine the effect of brand strategy consisting of brand ambassadors and brand trust, brand preference, and brand satisfaction on brand loyalty at the Independent Specialty Coffee Shop in increasing sales. The survey was conducted with 385 respondents. This type of research uses quantitative methods and data collection is carried out by distributing online questionnaires containing 20 questions on a Likert scale from 1 to 7. All questions are valid and reliable for further analysis. Data were analyzed by SEM method using the SmartPLS application. The results showed that brand ambassador, -brand-trust, brand preference, and brand satisfaction partially and simultaneously had a positive and significant influence on brand loyalty at the Independent Specialty Coffee Shop, so there was no variable that had no effect. Abstract

Every employee has high work motivation with the hope that in the future it can increase work productivity. This study aims to analyze work motivation in increasing employee productivity at PT Jaya Sentra Metal, South Tangerang. This study uses a qualitative descriptive analysis approach. Data was collected through interviews, observations and documentation used to obtain data about photos or pictures of life from the object of research in the unit of analysis using SWOT and QSPM analysis techniques. The stages of data analysis were carried out through activities, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The results of the IE matrix analysis can be seen that the company's position is in Quadrant I. The company's employees have two types of motivation, namely positive motivation and negative motivation. The factors that influence employee motivation to decrease work productivity are the lack of rewards and benefits provided by the company.
