Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of the Firm Size, Leverage and Profitability Tto Economic Value Added on emiten manufactur in Indonesia Stock Exchange. The selected independent variables in this study are Total Asset, Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) and Return on Equity (ROE) and the dependent varable is Economic Value Added (EVA). This research was conducted on manufactur listed issuers in Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2010-2014 period. Research carried out by using 59 sampels based on stratefied random sampling method. Panel Data Regression Models with Generalized Least Squares (GLS) method is used to data analysis and hipothesis testing. The results of this research and hypothesis testing indicate that: (1) Partially,Total Assets,ROE have a possitively relationships with significantly affect to the EVA and DER have a possitvely relationships with not significantly affect to the EVA.(2) Total Asset, DER and Profitability simultaneously have possitively relationship with significantly affect to the EVA. (3) model in this study showed a weak pattern relationships between the dependent variable with the independent variables. Abstract

Outspoken culture is one of the important things in your organization or company as the organization's culture is a factor affecting the performance and behavior of individuals within an organization. because the organizational culture is not directly regulates each person's attitudes and behavior in accordance with a system of values ​​and norms that guide an organization. The stronger the implementation of the organizational culture the better the performance and behavior of individual members. The method used in this research is descriptive analysis method and verifikatif. The study population was 217 and sample withdrawal technique using stratified random sampling technique to obtain the 69 respondents. Methods of data analysis using linear regression analysis and multiple correlation using the program SPSS 17.0 For Windows. The results of linear regression analysis and multiple correlation there is significant influence of organizational culture on performance management and organizational culture and performance of managers significantly influence the behavior of individual members of the cooperative for 35.4%, and the remaining 64.6% influenced by other factors. Abstract

Level of banking competition is increasingly high demands on banks to focus more on the desired target market. PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk, Universities Branch Office Bandung (BNI PTB) is one branch in the city of Bandung which has a core business in Corporate Banking particular educational institution. To better focus on its managed, BNI PTB forming units specialized to manage the educational institutions managed. The existence of this unit is not specifically regulated as other units in BNI organization structure, because this unit is the only unit that is in BNI. Based on the above conditions, to maximize the existence of this special unit investigators interested in conducting research on this unit at BNI PTB and analyze strategic variables in the environment both external strategic environment and internal strategic environment. A number of respondents involved in this study consisted of the employees and management of branch offices and regional office management and after the selection of respondents, 20 respondents was selected to be part of the study, starting from the interviews, questionnaires phase 1 and phase 2 questionnaire. Identification results through the interview concluded several variables that affect the operation and performance of this particular unit. External variables, namely the growth of business education market in the city of Bandung, the factors of competition between banks and the development of technology to support quality of service to the Institute of Education, while internal factors consist of variables of Human Resources (HR), Information Systems Technology and Operations in the special unit itself. After analysis of the strategic variables by using a SWOT Analysis, SFAS Matrix and IE Matrix concluded that indicators of variable performance that is very supportive of this special unit and in line with the existence of this special unit in the IE matrix in cell 2 (growth strategy) with the concentration of horizontal integration through market expansion and internal development of technology in special units in order to facilitate the work. It can be concluded that the formulation of the availability of Information Technology has been defines the constraints faced by the special operations unit that could be addressed to improve the BNI Business PTB Branch Office and can also overcome the problems of existing human resources that have a positive impact on the performance of BNI Branch PTB as well as expected can accelerate and enhance the quality of better service to educational institutions. Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of debtor financial ratios on lending decisions at Bank bjb. This study uses a quantitative approach to the type of verification research. The sample in this study were debtors who applied for credit to the bank as many as 30 debtors. The analysis technique in this study uses a logistic regression model. The results of the study show that there are 3 models in determining credit decisions to prospective debtors at Bank BJB. The first model, those credit decisions as a whole are influenced by the current ratio, total asset turnover and net profit margin of 80.5%. The second model, overall credit decisions are influenced by the quick ratio, total asset turnover and net profit margin of 77.7%. The third model is that credit decisions are influenced by total asset turnover, debt to asset ratio and the net profit margin of 77.4%. Partially, the effect of the current ratio variable, quick ratio, total asset turnover and net profit margin on credit decisions is positive. However, the variable debt to asset ratio has a negative influence on credit decisions. Keywords: financial ratios, debtors, credit decisions, logistic regression ABSTRAK Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh rasio keuangan debitur terhadap keputusan pemberian kredit pada Bank bjb. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian verifikatif. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah debitur yang mengajukan permohonan kredit kepada pihak bank sebanyak 30 debitur. Teknik analisis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan model regresi logistic. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada 3 model dalam menentukan keputusan kredit kepada calon debitur di Bank bjb. Model pertama, bahwa keputusan kredit secara keseluruhan dipengaruhi oleh current ratio, total asset turnover dan net profit margin sebesar 80,5%. Model kedua, keputusan kredit secara keseluruhan dipengaruhi oleh quick ratio, total asset turnover dan net profit margin sebesar 77,7%.. Model ketiga bahwa keputusan kredit dipengaruhi total asset turnover, debt to asset ratio dan net profit margin sebesar 77,4%. Secara parsial, pengaruh variabel current ratio, quick ratio, total asset turnover dan net profit margin terhadap keputusan kredit adalah positif. Namun, variabel debt to asset ratio mempunyai pengaruh yang negatif terhadap keputusan kredit. Kata kunci: ratio keuangan, debitur, keputusan kredit, regresi logistik

Abstract

This study to determine the effect and analyze of the Net Interest Margin and Non Performing Loan partial influence on Return on Assets banking companies in Indonesia Stock Exchange. The approach taken in this research is quantitative and associative approach. The population in this research are all banking go public companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange which amounted to 43 companies. The sample in this research is 7 companies. The independent variables used in this study are Net Interest Margin and Non Performing Loan and dependent variable is Return on Assets Data collection techniques using documentation. The method of analysis used is the normality test, the classical assumption test, simple linear regression test, hypothesis test and coefficient of determination. Data processing in this study using Software SPSS (Statistic Package for the Social Scien) 25 for window. The results show that partially, Net Interest Margin has an effect on Return on Assets. Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to see the influence of employer branding on the exit intention of bank employees in Indonesia which is mediated by trust in leaders. In particular, this study tries to identify how the influence of employer perceived branding on outgoing intentions? Does the employee's trust in the leader affect the intention to leave? How does the influence of employer branding perceptions on outgoing intentions mediated by employee trust in the leader? The population of this study is bank employees who work in groups of state-owned commercial banks, groups of regional government-owned banks, groups of private-owned commercial banks. The sample in this study uses non probability sampling, with the sample is that employees have worked at least one year. For hypothesis testing, this study uses SmartPLS analysis with Likert scale measurement points one (strongly disagree) up to five points (strongly agree). The results of the study of 88 respondents of Bank employees in Indonesia showed that employer branding against intention to leave had a negative and insignificant effect, the influence of employer branding on trust in leaders was positive and significant, the trustworthiness of leaders towards intention was positive and significant, and employer perceived branding towards intention out which is mediated by employee trust in leaders is influential and significant. Abstract

This study aims to determine the development of Total Asset Turnover (TATO) and Equity Return Rate (ROE) on Stock Prices and analyze how much influence the Total Asset Turnover (TATO) and Equity Return Rate (ROE) on Stock Prices are partially and simultaneously in the Textile and Garment Sub-sector company for the period 2012-2016. The method used in this research is descriptive verification method with a quantitative approach. The sample used in this study is the financial statements per year 2012-2016, as many as 30 samples. The statistical test used is multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption test, correlation analysis, determination coefficient, and hypothesis testing using SPSS Statistics 17.0. The results showed that partially the Total Asset Turnover (TATO) had a significant effect on the Stock Price, Equity Return Rate (ROE) had a significant effect on the Share Price and simultaneously Total Asset Turnover (TATO) and Equity Return Rate (ROE) had a significant effect on Stock Prices. Keywords: Total Asset Turnover (TATO), Equity Return Rate (ROE), and Stock Price Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perkembangan Perputaran Total Aset (TATO) dan Tingkat Pengembalian Ekuitas (ROE) terhadap Harga Saham serta menganalisis seberapa besar pengaruh Perputaran Total Aset (TATO) dan Tingkat Pengembalian Ekuitas (ROE) terhadap Harga Saham baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan pada perusahaan Sub Sektor Tekstil dan Garment periode 2012-2016. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif verifikatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu laporan keuangan per tahun 2012-2016, sebanyak 30 sampel. Pengujian statistik yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda, uji asumsi klasik, analisis korelasi, koefisien determinasi, serta pengujian hipotesis dengan menggunakan SPSS Statistics 17.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial Perputaran Total Aset (TATO) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Harga Saham, Tingkat Pengembalian Ekuitas (ROE) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Harga Saham dan secara simultan Perputaran Total Aset (TATO) dan Tingkat Pengembalian Ekuitas (ROE) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Harga Saham. Kata Kunci: Perputaran Total Aset, Tingkat Pengembalian Ekuitas, Harga Saham .

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of financial literacy on financial management in Cipageran Cimahi milk processing business owners. The sample in this research was all milk processing center entrepreneurs in Cipageran Cimahi with turnover above 10 million / month. This study uses a quantitative approach to the type of verification research. The data used in this research are primary results of questionnaires. The results of this research indicate financial literacy has a positive effect on financial management in Cipageran Cimahi milk processing business owners. Most business owners have known the importance of financial literacy, but they have not implemented it in their business activities. Keywords: financial literacy, financial management Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh literasi keuangan terhadap pengelolaan keuangan pada pemilik usaha olahan susu Cipageran Cimahi. Sampel dalam penelitian ini yakni seluruh pengusaha sentra olahan susu di Cipageran Cimahi dengan omset diatas 10 juta/bulan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitaif dengan jenis penelitian verifikatif. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah primer hasil dari penyebaran kuesioner. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan literasi keuangan berpengaruh positif terhadap pengelolaan keuangan pada pemilik usaha olahan susu Cipageran Cimahi. Sebagian besar pemilik usaha telah mengetahui pentingnya literasi keuangan, namun mereka belum menerapkannya dalam kegiatan usaha mereka. Kata kunci: literasi keuangan, pengelolaan keuangan.

Abstract

This research was conducted in Property and Real Estate companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX). The purpose of this study is to develop how much influence the net income and debt policy, as measured by debt to equity ratio (DER) partially and simultaneously on dividend policy as measured by the dividend payout ratio (DPR). The method used in this research is descriptive method verification with quantitative approach. The sample used in this study is the annual financial statements 2010 - 2014 as many as 30 samples. The test statistic used is multiple linear regression analysis, the classical assumption test, analysis of the correlation coefficient, determination coefficient and hypothesis testing using SPSS V.20.00 for windows. Results of the analysis showed that the net income positive effect on dividend policy (DPR), debt policy (DER) a negative effect on dividend policy (DPR), net income and debt policy (DER) and simultaneous partial effect on dividend policy (DPR). Abstract

Declining of the customer number still indicate a lack of customer loyalty to opt-in AJB's services. It based on an initial survey that the service quality provided to customers was not optimal as well as the reputation of the company decreased due to problems with the customer so it can not maintain the Company Image which was already built for so long. This study aimed to analyze the influence of service quality and corporate image on customer loyalty in AJB Bumiputera Branch Setiabudi Bandung. This research method using descriptive method of verification approach.The sampling methodology which is used in this research is consisting of the sample and population. The sampling technique which is used is simple random sampling consisted of 85 responders. The results of research FCount (151 339)> FTable (3.13) then H0 and H1 accepted, means that there is influence between service quality and corporate image on customer loyalty in AJB Bumiputera Branch Setiabudi Bandung. which means there is the existence of a direct relationship. Keywords: Service Quality, Corporate Image, Customer’s Loyalty. Kebutuhan akan jasa asuransi kini makin dirasakan. baik oleh perorangan maupun dunia usaha di Indonesia. Asuransi merupakan sarana finansial dalam tata kehidupan rumah tangga, baik dalam menghadapi resiko yang mendasar seperti resiko kematian, atau dalam menghadapi resiko atas harta benda yang dimiliki. Menurunnya jumlah nasabah mengindikasikan Masih minimnya loyalitas nasabah untuk mengunakan kembali jasa asuransi AJB Bumiputera. Hal ini berdasarkan survey awal bahwa belum optimalnya Kualitas Pelayanan yang diberikan kepada nasabah serta Reputasi dari perusahaan menurun karena adanya masalah dengan nasabah sehingga tidak bisa menjaga Citra Perusahaan yang sudah dibangun sekian lama.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kualitas pelayanan dan citra perusahaan terhadap loyalitas nasabah pada AJB Bumiputera Cabang Setiabudi Bandung. Fenomena yang terjadi adalah Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan verifikatif.Metode penarikan sampel yang digunakan terdiri dari populasi dan sampel. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah simple random sampling yang terdiri dari 85 orang responden.Metode verikatif yang digunakan adalah Importance Performance Analysis ( IPA ), Regresi Berganda, Koefisien Determiansi, Korelasi dan Uji Hipotesis untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan dan citra perusahaan terhadap loyalitas nasabah pada AJB Bumiputera cabang Setiabudi Bandung baik secara parsial maupun simultan, dengan menggunakan alat bantu software yaitu SPSS for Windows 17 Hasil penelitian Fhitung (151.339) > Ftabel (3,11) maka H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima, Artinya terdapat pengaruh antara kualitas pelayanan dan citra perusahaan terhadap loyalitas nasabah pada AJB Bumiputera Cabang Setiabudi Bandung.Yang artinya adanya hubungan yang searah.
