Abstract

Meningkatnya jumlah kendaraan yang tidak sebanding dengan kapasitas lahan parkir menyebabkan kesulitan dalam memperoleh informasi ketersediaan slot parkir secara real-time, khususnya di lingkungan Fakultas Matematika dan Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam Universitas Halu Oleo. Sistem parkir yang masih dilakukan secara manual menimbulkan ketidakefisienan dalam proses pemantauan dan pencarian ruang parkir. Penelitian bertujuan membangun sistem deteksi ketersediaan parkir berbasis citra video menggunakan algoritma You Only Look Once versi 11 (YOLO11) dengan pendekatan Region of Interest (ROI). Metode penelitian meliputi pengumpulan data video, anotasi kendaraan, pra-pemrosesan data, serta pelatihan model melalui fine-tuning. Status slot parkir ditentukan berdasarkan perhitungan Intersection over Union (IoU) antara bounding box kendaraan dan ROI. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa variasi threshold mempengaruhi kinerja sistem, dengan IoU threshold memberikan pengaruh lebih dominan dibandingkan confidence threshold. Sistem mencapai akurasi maksimum sebesar 100% pada kombinasi confidence threshold 0,1–0,8 dan IoU threshold 0,1–0,2 sehingga metode yang diusulkan efektif untuk mendukung sistem parkir cerdas secara real-time.

Abstract

This study evaluates the rendering performance of smartphone LiDAR-derived 3D models in a web-based CesiumJS environment using a mural dataset. Three formats were compared: raw OBJ, monolithic glTF, and 3D Tiles. The geometry comprises 801,949 vertices and 1,372,979 triangles. Asset-level measurements show that transferable payload decreases from 77.82 MB (OBJ) to 67.15 MB (glTF) and 13.67 MB (3D Tiles), demonstrating that tiled delivery offers superior storage and transfer efficiency. The 3D Tiles package includes 89 GLB tiles with a dominant structural concentration at traversal depth 3. Tile-level statistics reveal payload variability between 5.54 KB and 481.88 KB. To evaluate runtime performance, the study proposes a regression-oriented benchmark framework using loading time, frame rate, tile-load intensity, browser type, and device class. Analysis suggests that loaded-tile intensity influences frame-rate variation more significantly than loading time. Findings indicate that 3D Tiles is the most suitable representation for CesiumJS when prioritizing progressive refinement and scalable access. Furthermore, the results confirm that low-cost smartphone LiDAR combined with open-source web technologies is effective for the online visualization and dissemination of geospatial digital twins.

Abstract

School information systems have been widely used to improve the effectiveness of educational information management and administrative processes. MA Al-Istiqomah Caringin has previously utilized a website as an information medium; however, it still has limitations in administrative features, lacks an integrated online registration system, and presents a less interactive and appealing user interface. This study aims to develop a web-based school administration system using Laravel as the backend and Vue.js as the frontend. The Agile Scrum method was applied to support an iterative and flexible development process. The results of this study indicate that the developed system is capable of providing administrative management features, tuition fee (SPP) payment status tracking, and an online registration system with QR Code-based email verification. The resulting system is more dynamic, responsive, and effective in supporting administrative services as well as the school's digital promotion.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang danmengimplementasikan sistem pengambilan keputusandalam mengevaluasi kualitas ruang publik di KotaKendari menggunakan logika fuzzy metode Mamdani.Sistem yang dikembangkan memanfaatkan limavariabel input, yaitu jumlah orang, bangku taman,tempat sampah, pohon peneduh, dan lampu lalu lintas,serta menghasilkan satu output berupa tingkat urgensi.Proses pengolahan data meliputi pembentukan fungsikeanggotaan, fuzzifikasi, inferensi berbasis aturan (rulebase), agregasi, dan defuzzifikasi menggunakan metodecentroid. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa nilaioutput sistem sebesar 95, sedangkan hasil simulasimenggunakan MATLAB sebesar 96,8, yang keduanyaberada pada kategori pemeliharaan. Tingkat akurasisistem diukur menggunakan Mean Absolute PercentageError (MAPE) dan Mean Absolute Error (MAE),dengan nilai masing-masing sebesar 1,86% dan 1,8.Nilai error yang relatif kecil menunjukkan bahwasistem memiliki konsistensi yang tinggi terhadap hasilsimulasi MATLAB. Dengan demikian, metode fuzzyMamdani terbukti mampu memberikan hasil yangakurat dan dapat digunakan sebagai pendukungkeputusan dalam evaluasi dan optimalisasipemeliharaan fasilitas ruang terbuka hijau secaraobjektif dan efisien.

Abstract

The UTBK Officer Application was developed to support the structured management of examination officers, making interface quality and ease of use critical factors. This study aims to evaluate the usability level of the UTBK officer application within the Halu Oleo University Kendari environment based on three dimensions: task usability, efficiency, and satisfaction. The approach used is a usability questionnaire survey with a Likert scale of 1–5, consisting of 8 closed-ended items and 1 open-ended question, distributed to 879 respondents. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, and the reliability of the instrument was tested using Cronbach's Alpha. The results show an overall mean score of 4.55 out of 5, with details of task usability at 4.59, efficiency at 4.48, and satisfaction at 4.52, all of which fall into the "Very Good" category. The Cronbach's Alpha value of 0.949 indicates very high internal consistency of the instrument. Future research is recommended to incorporate user activity logs as an additional data source.

Abstract

The process of recording elementary school assets at the Surakarta City Education Office remains conventional, making it prone to errors in data entry, reporting delays, difficulties in data compilation, and inefficient asset inspections. This study was conducted to develop a web-based asset data management system integrated with QR codes to facilitate the identification, recording, and reporting of assets. The system is designed so that each asset has a unique code that can be scanned to display information quickly and accurately, while schools can upload asset data along with proof of purchase remotely. The results of the study show that the developed system supports centralized data collection, speeds up reporting, facilitates asset verification, and organizes documents more effectively. Thus, the system improves the performance, accuracy, and transparency of asset management in elementary schools.

Abstract

Quantitative evaluations of information system success in primary healthcare facilities are still rarely conducted, even though such assessments are important for measuring the system's benefits to users. This study aims to evaluate the implementation of E-Puskesmas at Puskesmas Trucuk II Klaten, which has been operating since January 2023, using the DeLone & McLean model. A quantitative approach was applied using a saturated sampling technique involving 34 respondents. The collected data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and three-stage multiple regression with SPSS. The results showed that all variables fell into the high category (3.61–4.10). Of the nine hypotheses proposed, four were accepted: the effect of system quality on user satisfaction (p = 0.044), the effect of service quality on user satisfaction (p < 0.001; Beta = 0.486) as the strongest influence, the effect of use on user satisfaction (p = 0.013), and the effect of use on net benefits (p = 0.013). The other five hypotheses were rejected. The main obstacles identified included disruptions in BPJS bridging, overly long forms, and manual informed consent. In conclusion, the implementation of E-Puskesmas is considered relatively successful, with service quality being the most dominant factor.

Abstract

Cocoa is one of Indonesia’s leading commodities, but its productivity often declines due to pest and disease infestations. This study develops a lightweight, Transfer Learning-based MobileNetV2 model for automatic cocoa disease identification for real-time detection. The dataset consists of 405 images across four classes: black pod rot (108), healthy (106), Helopeltis (100), and pod borer (91), divided into 70% training, 10% validation, and 20% testing. During the training phase, data augmentation techniques—including RandomFlip, Random Rotation, RandomZoom, and RandomTranslation—were applied to increase the visual variation of the samples. The training configuration utilized the Adam optimizer, a batch size of 32, a random seed of 45, and early stopping. The study tested variations in learning rate (0.001, 0.0001) and epochs (30, 50, 70, 100), yielding the best performance at a learning rate of 0.0001 with 70 epochs. The model achieved a test accuracy of 92.86%, precision of 92.78%, recall of 92.86%, and an F1-score of 92.79%. These results demonstrate that MobileNetV2 is capable of consistently identifying disease characteristics, making it highly promising as the foundation for a fast and accurate field diagnostic application for cocoa farmers.

Abstract

This study examines the implementation of an employee performance management system based on Objectives and Key Results (OKR) at PT Permodalan Nasional Madani (PNM). PNM has been measuring employee performance manually using spreadsheets, which are then printed and evaluated by management. The current business process uses a non-integrated system, making it difficult to monitor employee performance levels in real time and to generate reports. Furthermore, the evaluations tend to lack objectivity because they are not supported by system transparency and still rely on the subjective perceptions of management. This study employs the Agile software development methodology with the Feature-Driven Development model, built using the Laravel framework and MySQL as the database. The results of black-box testing align with the application’s functional and non-functional requirements. The system can perform functions for managing employee data, user data, OKR data, realization data, value calculations, and report generation in the form of tables and graphs. In the performance evaluation process, the Weighted Product algorithm is used for objective assessment. All these processes are integrated to optimize performance and generate accurate, timely, and useful information for subsequent decision-making.

Abstract

The rapid growth of e-commerce has created significant opportunities for MSMEs in Kendari City to expand their market reach digitally; however, product visibility and service personalization remain suboptimal. This study aims to design and develop a web-based product recommendation system for MSMEs by implementing Neural Collaborative Filtering (NCF) and K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN) algorithms through a switching mechanism. KNN is used in cold-start conditions for new users based on product similarity, while NCF is applied when interaction data are available to model the non-linear relationships between users and products. The system was developed using the Rational Unified Process (RUP) method with Python and Flask technologies. Evaluation was conducted through algorithm performance testing using Top-N metrics, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and white-box testing. The results show that NCF achieved an HR@10 of 0.7692 and an NDCG@10 of 0.4691, while KNN obtained a Precision@10 of 0.9500. UAT produced a score of 82.67%, categorized as very good, and white-box testing indicated that the logical flow of KNN and NCF operated as designed.
