Abstract

Most of the village of jipang had not fully grasped the knowledge of covid-19 in terms of its spread and prevention. The information that is presented to the community only using verbal means so that the spread of information on the covid-19 is less than optimal and cause concern and anxiety in the face of the covid-19. Therefore media tools as communication tools play a very important role in informing to the community. Researches makes video technique kinetic typography that are meant to the community and anticipation of how the covid-19 are released. The study uses data collection methods conducted using fact finding techniques, work environment observations interviews and planning. The research result consists of covid-19 spread prevention videos the uses technique editing kinetic typography the uses testing alpha beta testing.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membangun sebuah sistem fuzzy yang bertujuan melakukan manipulasi data-data dalam pencarian kandidat mahasiswa yang layak mendapatkan beasiswa berdasarkan data-data yang dapat diberikan secara linguistik. Data-data direpresentasikan dengan menggunakan himpunan fuzzy linear turun, linear naik dan segitiga. Proses pencarian data-data didasarkan pada konsep basis data fuzzy model Tahani, dengan menggunakan pendekatan query fuzzy. Sistem ini dibangun menggunakan teori himpunan fuzzy dengan pendekatan terstruktur. Hasil penelitian ini, dapat digunakan dalam mencari kandidat mahasiswa penerima beasiswa sekaligus mendapatkan informasi mengenai perkembangan akademik dan keadaan sosial mahasiswa tersebut.

Abstract

Masalah yang ditanyakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu : 1).Bagaimanakah pengaruh sikap pegawai (employee attitudes) terhadap kualitas pelayanan penerbitan ijin koperasi di Dinas Perindustrian, Perdagangan Koperasi dan Penanaman Modal Sukabumi ? 2).Bagaimanakah pengaruh perilaku pegawai (employee behavior) terhadap kualitas pelayanan penerbitan ijin pendirian koperasi di Dinas Perindustrian, Perdagangan Koperasi dan Penanaman Modal Sukabumi ?. 3).Bagaimanakah pengaruh keahlian pegawai (employee expertise) terhadap kualitas pelayanan penerbitan ijin koperasi di Dinas Perindustrian, Perdagangan Koperasi dan Penanaman Modal Sukabumi ?. Dari masalah tersebut kemudian dirumuskan hipotesis yaitu ; 1). Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dari sikap pegawai terhadap kualitas pelayanan pemberian ijin koperasi .2).Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dari perilaku pegawai terhadap kualitas pelayanan pemberian ijin koperasi. 3).Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dari keahlian pegawai terhadap kualitas pelayanan pemberian ijin koperasi. Untuk menjawan masalah dan menguji hipotesis penelitian maka dilakukan penelitian dengan menggunakan metode survei, dan populasinya yaitu masyarakat yang mengajukan ijin badan hokum koperasi sebanyak 40 orang, karena sangat kecil populasinya kurang dari 100, maka tidak diambil sample. Dan semua populasi sebagai responden penelitian kemudian di survei untuk dapat menjawab masalah penelitian dan menguji hipotesis yang telah dirumuskan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh hasilnya yaitu ; 1). Terbukti bahwa Sikap Pegawai (Attitude) mempunyai pengaruh yang kuat terhadap Kualitas Pelayanan pada Dinas Koperasi Kota Sukabumi, hal ini ditunjukkan dari hasil analisa regresi dimana nilai koefesien regresi sebesar 0.435172498. 2). Terbukti bahwa Perilaku Pegawai (Behaviour) mempunyai pengaruh yang kuat terhadap Kualitas Pelayanan pada Dinas Koperasi Kota Sukabumi, hal ini ditunjukkan dari hasil analisa regresi dimana nilai koefesien regresi sebesar 0.368808623. 3).Terbukti bahwa Keahlian Pegawai (Expertise) mempunyai pengaruh yang kuat terhadap Kualitas Pelayanan pada Dinas Koperasi Kota Sukabumi, hal ini ditunjukkan dari hasil analisa regresi dimana nilai koefesien regresi sebesar 0.450330593.

Abstract

Saat ini pengukuran kinerja sangat diperlukan untuk institusi yang sudah menggunakan teknologi informasi, hal ini dimaksudkan untuk menilai sejauh mana efektifitas dan efisiensi TI agar mendukung tujuan institusi. COBIT merupakan salah satu kerangka kerja yang digunakan untuk menilai, mengukur dan mengendalikan kinerja institusi dalam pengelolaan SI / TI. Penulis mengunakan COBIT versi 4.1 (Control Objective for Information and Related Technology) pada domain Planning organization. COBIT ini dibuat dan distandarisasikan oleh IT Governance, yaitu suatu institusi yang membuat model tata kelola TI. Ada 3 pedoman manajemen yang digunakan oleh Penulis yaitu CSF(Critical Success Factors), KPI (Key Performance Indicators) dan KGI (Key Goal Indicators). Hasil dari kajian yang dilakukan adalah membuat pengukuran kinerja Sistem informasi akademik (SIA) berupa analisa, pemetaan level maturity dan rekomendasi bagi STMIK Sumedang, yang diharapkan dapat menjadi suatu model pengelolaan untuk institusi lain.

Abstract

Consumer education animation is a media to provide education to consumers, so that consumers are affected so that consumers do what is expected of education practitioners. Consumer education is carried out because in Indonesia there are still many who do not know the dangers of consuming sugar which can lead to diabetes mellitus.  The method used is MDLC (Multimedia development Life Cycle) which consists of six stages, namely, concept, design, material collection, manufacturing, testing, and distribution. Making consumer education animations using Adobe After Effects cc 2015, designs are made as attractive as possible and display data clearly. The results of this study in the form of Consumer Education Animation Video about the Benefits of Ant Sugar Using Motion Graphic. In addition, the results of respondents' testing in this study showed that "Consumer Education Animation About the Benefits of Ant Sugar" has a value of an average of 86% of 20 respondents, so it is included in the category of very much agree, because with the value of these numbers it can be interpreted as an Educational Animation Video Consumers About the Benefits of Ant Sugar is able to provide education to the public that ant sugar is the right choice to switch from granulated sugar because ant sugar contains a number of advantages and benefits that are good for consumption.

Abstract

Language and automata are important sciences that make them the main components in making software. If one of them does not have these components, there will be an imbalance or even fail to make a software. Because language is a tool used daily in communicating both to humans and computers. While automata is a process that can operate alone, by having a theory about abstract machines and is closely related to language. Automata has a relationship in the form of grammar, where the grammar is an abstract form that can reject if the input string we entered is wrong and accept if the input string we entered is correct to generate an output that matches the input. The purpose of this study is to test the theories of Language and Automata to be verified by making DFA and NFA abstract machine applications using Android Studio. The results shown by the Abstract Machine application that have been made are able to read and process numbers with an integer range of 2,147,483,647 and also the level of accuracy of reading data in each state process is 90.00% or 36 data that were successfully tested without experiencing errors from 40 data that have been tested on application.

Abstract

Lecturer duty have very strategic role and function in supporting the of reaching purpose of higher education, because of lecturer participation related to development of quality assurance in each management of higher education, therefore, development of High Teacher require management functioning send lecturer reach optimal performance, with quality either from the profession and also rank career facet.Firstly, Based on research finding is recommended some thingses, for example compensation which given require to be evaluated to can be adapted growth of increase of price of requirement of the family and lecturer, to increase compensation side achievement motif which received also require to give opportunity to lecturer for developing the creativity and ability in executing the management study and construction from various party sides, thereby enable reached by better lecturer performance. Abstract

Kuliah online adalah metode pembelajaran yang digunakan menggunakan internet dan media teknologi informasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Delone dan Mclean (D&M) dengan tujuan menganalisis hubungan antara variabel kualitas sistem, variabel kualitas informasi, variabel kualitas layanan pada penggunaan sistem informasi perguruan tinggi online di situs web universitasonline.amikompurwokerto.ac.id, pengguna kepuasan dan manfaat oleh pengguna. Hasil penelitian ini adalah pengguna dipengaruhi secara positif / signifikan oleh kualitas informasi, kualitas sistem, kualitas layanan, kepuasan penggunaan dan manfaat penggunaan dengan pengaruh terbesar adalah kualitas sistem yang sama dengan ( 0,605). Kepuasan pengguna dipengaruhi secara positif / signifikan oleh kualitas informasi, kualitas sistem, kualitas layanan, pengguna, dan manfaat penggunaan dengan pengaruh terbesar adalah kualitas sistem yang sama dengan (0,659). Manfaat penggunaan dipengaruhi secara positif / signifikan oleh pengguna dan kepuasan pengguna dengan pengaruh terbesar pada manfaat penggunaan adalah kepuasan pengguna yaitu sebesar (0,657) dan terendah dipengaruhi oleh pelanggan oleh (0,392).

Abstract

The lungs are one of the important organs to carry out respiratory processes for humans, if the lungs abnormal it will have a negative impact on carrying out other activities. In this case the role of a pulmonary doctor is needed, but its existence in Central Java is still quite a bit and the spread tends to be in big cities. Puskesmas Cilongok 2 is one of the government’s efforts in promoting public health, but until now there has been no lung specialist or adequate medical equipment. Based on this problem, a system is needed which is able to help the community in recognizing the type of pulmonary disease with its handling. One of these application is a website based expert system. The application will be built by applying the forward chaining method. This application allows people to know the type of lung disease based on symptoms entered. In this study, the author uses the waterfall system development method. The results of this study were successfully made an application of expert system diagnosis of lung disease using forward chaining method which was tested on 30 respondents using a likert calculation and showing 86 percent

Abstract

Education is basically a process of maturing students through the development of abilities and skills that exist in themselves so that they can be of quality so that the abilities and skills they have can play a role in building themselves and the surrounding community. One of the subjects that practice the abilities and skills of students is the Cultural Arts. Art and culture is a material taught in middle school. At SMP N 1 Sumpiuh, Arts and Culture teaches the traditional music of Central Java, Gamelan. So far the supporting media used by teachers to teach are still inadequate because of the limited amount of Gamelan. This is considered less effective in teaching Gamelan practice. The purpose of this study is to create an interactive media for learning the musical instrument of Gamelan in Central Java in the form of an Augmented Reality-based application to help the introduction of Gamelan in Cultural Arts material. The system development method used is the MDLC method. From the results of the beta test using a questionnaire against 15 respondents and produced a value of 89.33% with the category of strongly agree. The results of this study are augmented reality optimization as an innovative learning media for Central Java gamelan music instruments
