Abstract

This research aims to design and develop a web-based application called Sensudes as a digital record-keeping system for the population census in Kota Pari Village, using Agile Development Methods. Sensudes is created to facilitate the recording of population census data to obtain accurate and timely results. Agile Development Methods are utilized to produce a targeted product with a short development time. This research is expected to benefit the village officials in the Kota Pari Pantai Cermin subdistrict in recording population census data in an easier and more efficient manner. The research includes user requirement analysis, system design, application development, and application testing with users. The results of this research demonstrate that the web-based Sensudes application can ease and assist village officials in recording population census data. In addition, the findings of this research can be a reference for other villages and regions that want to develop efficient and user-friendly population census applications.

Abstract

Information on academic activities at Bina Darma University can be obtained via WhatsApp messages to PPM, however, these contacts can only be contacted according to working hours, while students need a medium to exchange information quickly. Student discussion forum applications can meet these needs, where fellow students can exchange information without being limited by time, principal, or semester. The UI/UX design of the student discussion forum application was carried out by applying the Design Thinking method by going through the stages of empathize, define, ideate, prototype, and test. In the design process, gestalt principles are also applied to increase user convenience in using the application. The usability testing results show that 60% of respondents stated that the application was easy to use, while 30% said it was straightforward, and the remaining 10% said it was quite easy to use.

Abstract

Bina Darma University uses E-Learning as a development of information and communication technology in the learning and teaching process without face-to-face (online). Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) is information technology service management, a method that can be used in managing e-learning information technology systems at Bina Darma University. The ITIL V3 framework, the method used in research that focuses on the service operation domain, aims to measure the level of maturity in e-learning conditions. Some of the sub-domains used are event management, incident management, request fulfillment, problem management, and access management. The results of the study on the event management variable maturity level 2.90, incident management variable maturity level 2.45, problem management variable maturity level 2.13, request fulfillment variable maturity level 2.24, access management variable maturity level 3.18. The overall average value of all variables with the results of the questionnaire obtained is 2.58, which is on a scale of 3 of 5 maturity levels, namely defined.

Abstract

The website has become an important part of government matters for government agencies. To find out the level of satisfaction of website users need to be considered in order to be an assessment for website managers. In this evaluation process the writer uses the webqual method and guidelines for administering a web site from the government. In the process of data analysis, researchers invited a questionnaire using the purposive sampling method, and the number of respondents was 60 people, with the analysis completing the validity and reliability testing. Furthermore, the questionnaire data was processed according to the distribution of respondents produced by the OKU SMK Negeri 1 website received a good response from respondents with a yield rate of 54,1%. Then the website that is in accordance with the Government Guidelines with the SMK Negeri 3 OKU website results with a percentage of conformity level of 59%.

Abstract

Failure to plan the utilization of Information Systems and Information Technology results in organizations/institutions facing a relatively high increase in financial expenses. Advances in information technology make Information Systems and Information Technology have an important role for the running of an organization today. Information system strategic planning is needed that is aligned with organizational goals that are in accordance with organizational needs and can provide benefits. Strategic planning must be in accordance with the needs of activities and organizational goals. This research was conducted using the Cobit 5 Framework with the Ward and Peppard method by applying several stages of analysis. It is known that the priority of the BSC Cobit 5 Dimension sequentially is financial, learning and growth, internal and costumer. While TI's goal of the cobit 5 process, number 7 gets the first priority where the processes that are the first order are EDM04, APO01 and APO07 and so on.

Abstract

This study explores the implementation of SEO on the Dusun Nusantara web-based application as a tourism promotion media. This implementation aims to increase the number of tourist visits to Desa Kota Pari by improving the website's ranking in search engines like Google. The study analyzes the Google Analytics data for the last 90 days to evaluate the effectiveness of SEO implementation. The results show that the implementation of SEO has successfully increased the number of users and sessions on the application, indicating an increase in user interest in visiting the application. However, the high bounce rate of 76.76% needs improvement. Despite this, the average session duration of 1 minute 29 seconds indicates that users are interested in exploring pages in the application. The study concludes that implementing SEO in the DusunNusantara.com application is an effective strategy for promoting tourism in the area. By utilizing a web-based application, managers can provide complete and accurate information about existing tourism in Desa Kota Pari and Pantai Cermin, which can expand the reach of tourism promotion and increase the number of tourists visiting Desa Kota Pari. However, it is essential to improve the application's content to make it more exciting and relevant and to provide a more engaging and interactive experience to the app to increase visitor session duration. Thus, implementing SEO in the Dusun Nusantara application can be an effective strategy for promoting tourism and increasing tourist visits to the area.

Abstract

Banks are business entities that collect funds from the public through savings and distribute them to the people through credit. BRI Binjai City branch, as one of the government banks, faces challenges in monitoring customer loan payments, also known as debtors. Information regarding the smooth status of debtor payments is still processed manually using computer tools. However, this is still considered ineffective because processing a large amount of debtor payment data takes time. Apart from that, the accuracy of the processing carried out by banking employees also influences the final results you want to know. This research aims to develop a web-based application for monitoring debtor loan payment status using agile methods and UML design. The results of the analysis of the design and implementation of this application make it easier for admins to process loan and payment data and obtain recapitulation reports on the smoothness of debtor payments.

Abstract

Data cloning implementation is an essential process in information technology to duplicate content from one storage device to another. EaseUS Partition Master is a popular software used to implement this data cloning process. This abstract discusses the implementation of data cloning using EaseUS Partition Master. Data cloning is an efficient way to duplicate the entire contents of one hard drive or partition to another storage device. EaseUS Partition Master offers extensive capabilities in performing data cloning with various features that can facilitate users in carrying out the process. One of the most commonly used cloning features is "Disk Clone," which allows users to duplicate an entire hard drive to another hard drive. In this case, EaseUS Partition Master will automatically detect all existing partitions, and users can select the partitions they want to clone. In addition, EaseUS Partition Master also provides a "Partition Clone" feature, which allows users to clone a specific partition from one hard drive to another. This feature is helpful if users only want to duplicate data from a few selected partitions. Once the user has selected the desired type of cloning, EaseUS Partition Master will guide the user through the following steps. This includes selecting a target hard drive or partition to place the cloned data on and customizing the cloning settings according to the user's needs. During the cloning process, EaseUS Partition Master provides a clear and informative view of the cloning progress. Users can track and monitor the process to ensure everything is going well. Overall, implementing data cloning using EaseUS Partition Master provides a reliable and easy-to-use solution for users who need an efficient cloning process. Abstract

The importance of inventory management for business success and how technology can help improve inventory management. The design of an online web-based inventory information system at Prima Indonesia University is discussed in this article. The research aims to improve inventory management business profitability at Prima Indonesia University. One of the approaches used to collect data for this project is the waterfall system development process, which also includes interviews, observations, documentation, and literature studies. Blackbox testing is a technique used to test the system in publication. Functional testing verifies that the system can operate according to the functional requirements established during the analysis and design stages. Testing the system's ability to meet non-functional criteria, such as security, speed, and performance, is known as non-functional testing. After testing, the author makes improvements and fixes to the system found during testing. The support and maintenance stages are carried out regularly to ensure the system runs well and meets user needs. The results showed that the web-based online inventory system developed for Prima Indonesia University using the waterfall model can help improve inventory management and business profitability. The system can reduce errors in inventory management and speed up the process of searching and retrieving inventory data. System testing shows that the system can function properly and meet the requirements at the analysis and design stages.

Abstract

Weather imagery has a crucial role in various sectors, such as aviation, maritime and agriculture. Weather conditions have a big impact on activities in these fields and greatly influence operations. Classifying weather images can be done by analyzing weather image data, which can be used to predict the type of weather that may occur. The results of these weather predictions have significant value in daily decision making in these various sectors. One method for classifying weather images can be done by first extracting weather image features using Inception-V3 which is then calculated using the K-Nearest Neighbors method. This research uses 1748 weather images with 4 categories to carry out training which produces a model with Accuracy 91%, F1 91%, Recall 91%, Precision 91%, and uses 8 weather images with 4 categories to carry out testing which produces classifications with all correct values. every image.
