Abstract

The Internet is a familiar part of business, government education, industry, and even offices, as at PT. Uni Gemilang Sentosa. Network system problems at PT. Ulni Gelmilang Selntosa is the absence of bandwidth management, which regulates the speed of the Internet for the Internet, so that the speed of the Internet is unstable between one and the other, which causes the use of the Internet not to be optimal, especially if someone is carrying out uploads and downloads. Bandwidth management controls and measures communications (network traffic and packets) on a network link to avoid congestion and poor performance. Simple queue is a method for limiting bandwidth by dividing bandwidth from small to medium and managing each user's upload and download bandwidth. One solution for bandwidth to be used more optimally is having bandwidth management using the simple queue method available on the network using MikroTik with bandwidth management at PT. Uni Gemilang internet access becomes smooth between one user and another according to their respective capacities.

Abstract

Being elected as a legislative candidate is a challenging matter. Of course, you must know in the field of politics, both locally and globally, qualified leadership attitudes, moral values, and integrity, financially and financially established in order to carry out campaigns and have a base of followers so that all visions and programs can be conveyed to the public as a whole and clearly. Voters are also required to be wiser and more selective in choosing quality legislative candidates, given that the eligibility rate of candidates in Indonesia is still relatively low, and many participants still need to meet the criteria as ideal legislative candidates. Abstract

Mobile applications, especially those that function as a medium for notification to users, are increasingly developing, from previously only being website-based, now increasingly being mobile-based. The public's need for applications that can provide news or information that is considered important is also increasing. In this research, we will design and build a simple news portal application using API (Application Programming Interface). API is a document consisting of interfaces, functions, classes, structures and other support in application development. With the prototyping method it is hoped that a simple news portal application will be created using NewsAPI which can be freely used. From the results of functional testing using the black box technique, each test case shows that the application is running according to the expected results. The results of non-functional testing using beta testing techniques show that the average percentage value obtained is 86%. The average value for each criterion includes 84% for the Usefulness criterion, 89% for the Ease of Use criterion, 87% for the Ease of Learning criterion, and 84% for the Satisfaction criterion, the highest percentage is for the Ease of Use criterion which proves that the application This portal is easy to use and learn, while also being useful and satisfying for users.

Abstract

The Web-Based One-Stop Village Public Service Information System (Case Study: Senawang Village Office, Orong Telu District) was completed using Visual Studio Code, Codeigniter programming language, and MySQL database. The research method used is qualitative, and the software development method, Prototype method, and system design method use four Unified Modeling Language (UML) diagrams consisting of use case diagrams, activity diagrams, sequence diagrams, and class diagrams. It has passed the testing process using Black Box. It has successfully provided information to users (Community) regarding services, namely birth report data, death reports, registration of migrants, applications for moving residents, and applications for certificates of incapacity. It can make complaints on the website link of the Senawang Village Office, Orong Telu District, Sumbawa Regency, West Nusa Tenggara.

Abstract

Management of distribution and sales of subsidized fertilizer is critical to support farmers' productivity and income—however, the system used by UD. Wahyu, as a subsidized fertilizer distribution kiosk, is still manual, causing several problems. This research aims to design a web-based information system for distributing and selling subsidized fertilizer using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method. The research method used is a web-based software development method using the RAD model. System specifications include admin, user and owner features. The data collection method uses a qualitative method with stages including observation, interviews and literature study. The system was developed using the Laravel framework and MySQL database. The research results are a web-based application to manage the distribution and sale of subsidized fertilizer. Applications can make it easier to record stock and sales, monitor distribution, and increase the transparency of the sales process. With this application, it is hoped to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of subsidized fertilizer management by UD. Revelation and provide benefits for farmers.

Abstract

The development of information technology and the digital world is currently very rapid in all fields that can help humans complete various activities. With computer technology, all human data processing and storage activities become very easy, fast, and automatic. The Aikmel Sub-District Office, in managing inventory of goods, still uses manual methods, making it troublesome for employees to recap data on goods as assets. In this study, the development of the Goods Inventory Information System application by the functional requirements that facilitate employees of the Aikmel Sub-District Office in managing the data of goods. Applications were developed using the Extreme Programming (XP) method and MySQL database with Xampp service. This application can facilitate inventory data management and record incoming and outgoing goods. In addition, employees can easily recap data on incoming and outgoing goods quickly and automatically.

Abstract

This study aims to classify student learning outcomes and determine the accuracy of the research methods. The research was conducted at MAS Amaliyah Sunggal in 2024. This research applies data mining using the Naïve Bayes algorithm method and testing the accuracy of the Naïve Bayes method with RapidMiner. The data used consists of secondary data obtained directly from the school and data from distributing questionnaires. The population is all third-grade high school students T.A. 2023/2024, which amounted to 151 people. The sampling technique used is simple random sampling with a sample size of 60 people, which will be used as a dataset. The attributes used amounted to 10 and 1 class attribute for classification. Data analysis is done with the Bayes theorem equation with 60 training data and 1 testing data. The analysis results show that the highest probability value is in the P (H = Very Good) class of 0.4061516, which can be concluded by the classification of learning outcomes on report cards T.A. 2023/2024, categorized as very good. Based on the results of testing the level of accuracy of the Naïve Bayes method with RapidMiner using the provisions of 70% training data and 30% testing data, it shows an accuracy value of 94.44%, which means that the Naïve Bayes method is good enough to be used to classify student learning outcomes.

Abstract

Instagram is a social media that can be used to promote schools by sharing various documentation of school activities, but schools still have difficulty analyzing engagement to find out the audience's interests. This software development aims to identify topics from captions and analyze the like engagement of each topic. 3,900 caption data were collected from five school Instagram accounts in Palembang with Instaloader. The hLDA algorithm is implemented to identify topics from the caption data, and generate a new dataset that gives the topic information of each caption. This dataset was then classified using SVM and SVM-SMOTE. SMOTE is used to overcome class imbalance in order to improve classification results. In the classification process, the dataset is divided into 70% for training and 30% for testing, with evaluation based on F1-Score. The best results were obtained by SVM-SMOTE, with the best F1-Score value from hLDA 3 Level Dataset (13 labels), reaching 95.68% and the lowest value from hLDA 5 Level Dataset (8 labels), reaching 79.43%. Datasets that have more topics give better classification results. Based on the number of likes for each topic in the hLDA 3 Level Dataset, the most popular topic is topic 11, which includes school facilities, student uniforms, and entertainment events. This information can help schools further develop the most liked topics and improve the less liked topics.

Abstract

Efficient management of drug data is a crucial element in hospital operations to ensure the availability and proper use of medications. This research aims to implement the K-Means clustering algorithm using RapidMiner software to cluster drug data at RS Royal Prima. The dataset includes information such as drug type, category, price, and intake frequency. The clustering process begins with data preprocessing stages, such as cleaning and normalization. The optimal number of clusters is determined using the elbow method and silhouette analysis. The clustering results show that drug data can be grouped into several large clusters based on specific characteristics. This analysis helps identify patterns of drug use that can support clinical decision-making and improve inventory management. This implementation demonstrates that using RapidMiner to cluster pharmaceutical data is effective and provides valuable insights to enhance hospital operations.

Abstract

The problem of student graduation in higher education is one of the most essential things in showing the quality of learning in higher education, especially on the Sumbawa University of Technology (UTS) campus. The purpose of this research is to compare three algorithm methods, namely C4.5, Naive Bayes, and K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN), which is better at predicting the timeliness of student graduation using RapidMiner tools with the Knowledge Discovery in Database (KDD) method. The dataset used by the three classifications is 330 Informatics student data. Based on the comparison of the three algorithms with data splitting techniques, it is found that the C4.5 algorithm produces an accuracy of 73.49% with a precision of 64.62% and a recall of 41.89%. The Naive Bayes algorithm produces an accuracy of 72.79% with a precision of 64.06% and a recall of 38.11%. Meanwhile, the K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN) algorithm produces an accuracy of 76.08% with a precision of 73.11% and a recall of 41.92%. From the comparison of the three algorithms, the most appropriate for predicting the timeliness of student graduation is the K-nearest neighbor (KNN) algorithm.
