Abstract

Abstract: This study discusses Liquidity Ratio Analysis, Solvency, Activity and Profitability. To assess Elzatta's Financial Performance, the purpose of this study is to determine the condition and performance based on financial ratios. The data used are primary data and secondary data. This type of research is a type of quantitative descriptive research that aims to find factual information. The object used in this study is the financial statements in the form of Balance Sheet and Loss Reports for the 2018 and 2019 periods. The data analysis method used is the quantitative data analysis method. The results of the study are seen from the liquidity ratio and the solvency ratio of the Debt to Asset Ratio in 2018 to 2019 which is very good. If seen from the Elzatta effectiveness level ratio based on inventory turnover in 2018 until 2019 in carrying out its operations it can be said to be effective. Profitability ratios can be seen from the Return on Investment and Return on Equity and the analysis of profitability ratios that have been carried out in 2018 until 2019 has increased. Abstract

The purpose of the present study was to test the design consistency of modern retailing or malls with the concept of biophilia. Building on the attention restoration theory (ART), the researchers used four sub-dimensions of being away, extent, fascination, compatibility to serve as variables that illustrate the potential of restoration of malls as the center of a new lifestyle of metropolitan consumers in the digital era. The present study used a sample of 120 respondents in the city of Surabaya, East Java. The research method used a 2 x 2 experimental design with the MANOVA and ANOVA methods in two experimental studies. Study 1 found that, as a whole, consumers regarded the lifestyle center of nature nuances as more likely to be comfortable, relative to those consumers not seeing plants, and experienced three of the four environmental characteristics (sub-dimensions) that represent the restorative environment. Study 2 found no significant differences between shopping purposes and the four sub dimensions that served as the dependent variables.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the measurement of company performance using the Balanced Scorecard and SWOT methods on CV. Aqsha Probolinggo. Researchers used descriptive analysis with a quantitative approach, the method of collecting data using questionnaires and sampling techniques using Nonprobability sampling convenience sampling. he analytical tool used in this study is that the SWOT method is used to bring up alternative strategies of internal and external factors of the company, then translated into strategic goals into the perspective of the Balanced Scorecard to develop a strategy map, determine and calculate measures / targets, set targets strategic initiatives to improve company performance.The results of the study resulted in 11 strategic alternatives which were translated into 11 strategic objectives. Among them in the financial perspective there is a measure of ROI with a value of 0.30%, profit margin with a value of 0.31%, total assets turn over with a value of 9 times, on customer perceptions produces a number of customer retention with a value of 60%, in the perspective of internal business processes focuses on the delivery of existing efficient, consistent and timely completion of the product, while the learning and growth perspective shows that employee satisfaction is at an interval of 316 so employee satisfaction can be categorized as satisfied. Abstract

Business actors must determine the selling price of a product appropriately in order to provide benefits for their business. The purpose of this research is to find out the desired production costs and profits whether they have an influence on the selling price at UMKM Dua Putri Beton Wringinom Gresik with a descriptive analysis method with a quantitative approach based on primary data. Observation, documentation, and interviews are data collection techniques from this research. The results showed that there was a significant influence on production costs and desired profit on the selling price of concrete buis products at UMKM Dua Putri Beton Wringinom Gresik, as evidenced by the results of the SPSS 21 for windows test, it is known that production costs have a positive effect on selling prices because production costs determine the high or low level of the selling price specified in a product. The desired profit has a positive effect on the selling price because if you want a large profit, the selling price for each set product must be high. The coefficient of determination (r2) is 98.6%. The calculation of production costs and the desired profit has a simultaneous effect on the selling price of concrete buis products at UMKM Dua Putri Beton Wringinom Gresik. Abstract

This study to determine effect quality of personnel administration services on employee performance in the Treasury and Regional Cash Fields of Probolinggo City, and determine effect of employee job satisfaction on employee performance in the Treasury and Regional Cash Fields of Probolinggo City. This type of research is causal research . The method of data collection by questionnaire, a sample of 47 employees of the Treasury and Regional Cash of the City of Probolinggo with a sampling method that is saturated sample. Data analysis method in the form of multiple linear regression analysis. The results that employee job satisfaction has a significant influence on employee performance variables in the Treasury and Regional Cash Fields of Probolinggo City.

Abstract

A place to live is an important requirement for students because where they live they can rest after carrying out the process of learning activities during campus or after doing other activities. For that they need a place to live, whether they choose to live with their family for those who have a family in the city where the college is located or a boarding house that suits their needs. A boarding house is a type of rental room that is rented (booked) for a certain period of time. Generally, a room rental is carried out for a period of one year and has a function as a temporary residence. The function of this boarding house is what makes migrant students prefer alternative boarding houses because of the cost and time saving considerations because a nearby place will be the initial destination for someone to move. The boarding house has a positive function, namely a place as a temporary house, a place to study, and a place to rest. If it is related to the function of boarding houses, it is found that there are many phenomena of moving boarding houses carried out by tenants. In order to get a boarding house as desired, there are several factors that students may consider before deciding which boarding house to choose. This study aims to determine the effect of promotion on student decisions in choosing boarding houses in Tulungagung.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the promotion mix on sale and to determine the variables which have a dominant effect on sale. The data analysis technique used in this research is descriptive analysis, correlation analysis, and regression analysis. The test result show that the promotion mix variable, namely advertising (X1), has a partially significant effect on sale (Y) as well as a variable that has a dominant effect on sales. And the result of partial regression testing show that the promotion mix variable, namely sale promotion (X2), has a partially insignificant effect on sale.

Abstract

This research attempts to knowing how much the influence of entrepreneurship behavior towards the success of business and knowing the succes business of entrepreneurship bawang goreng enterpreise at Dringu Subdistrict Probolinggo. The research utilizes descriptive quantitativeresearch. To add more, the method used in this research is explanatory survey. Independent variable (X) is the entrepreneurship behavior, whereas dependent variables (Y) is success of business. The research samples are 30 respondents who are bawang goreng entrepreneurs in Dringi Subdistrict Probolinggo. For the technique analysis, it is used simple linier regression analysis. The result of research shows that the influence of entrepreneurship behavior towards the success of business is 33%. Form the result, it can be concluded that bawang goreng entrepreneurs in Dringu Subdistrict Probolinggo should optimize entrepreneurship behavior to increase the success of their businesses. It is due to the fact that entrepreneur behavior has a positive influence towards thr success of business.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the level of competence and work experience and to determine whether there is an effect on performance. This study was conducted at PT Amak Firdaus Utomo. This research method is descriptive and causal associative and takes a sample of 45 respondents, the data collection method uses a questionnaire and the sampling technique uses saturated sampling. The analytical tool used is a questionnaire test consisting of validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple regression tests, determination tests, hypothesis testing consisting of t test, F test and dominant test. The results showed that the level of competence and work experience were at a high degree, and it was found that both the competency and work experience had an effect on performance.

Abstract

Abstract: This research was conducted to test the influence of Earning Per Share, Price to Book Value, and Net Profit Margin on stock prices in transportation companies listed on the IDX in 2016 - 2018. The type of research used is causal research. Data collection method with documentation. From a total population of 34 companies, a sample of 29 transportation companies listed on the IDX was obtained, using purposive sampling technique. The data analysis method is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that Earning Per Share, Price to Book Value, and Net Profit Margin had a significant influence on the variable Share Price in transportation companies listed on the IDX in 2016 - 2018.
