Abstract

The purpose of this study to determine:(1) The correlation of transformasional leadership style to the teacher performance at SMP Cikande Force District of Serang Regency (2)the correlation of the leadership supervision to the teacher performance at SMP Cikande Force District of Serang Regency (3).  The correlation of the work climate to the teacher performance at SMP Cikande Force District of Serang Regency?, 4). The correlation of the tranformational leadership style, leadership supervision, and work climate to the teacher performance at SMP Cikande Force District of Serang Regency.This study used quantitative research methods through  surveyquestionnaires.The target population in this study are all teachers,amounting to 75 people in SMP Cikande Force District of Serang Regency and teacher population in SMP Cikande Force District of Serang Regency (selected 4 SMP from 8 SMP at Cikande Force District of Serang Regency) Samples were taken purposive. Data collected by using a questionere. The data were collected then analyzed by using the technique of data analysis simple correlation, multi correlation, coeficient of determination and significance test with SPSS 16.The result showed that (1) The correlation of transformasional leadership style varriable (X1) with teacher performance (Y) is in good category are 0.632 (2) The correlation of leadership supervision(X2) with teacher performance (Y) is in a good category, which is  0,657 (3) The correlation of work climate (X3) with teacher performance (Y) is in sufficient category, which is 0,479 (4) The contribution of transformasional leadership style varriable (X1) and leadership supervision(X2)and work climate (X3) is 0,731.

Abstract

: This paper aims to decital and offer alternative measures to prevent child abuse. Through the study of literature with descriptive analytical methods, this paper concludes that violence against children can occur anywhere and involves many factors. The handling of acts of violence against children is carried out in a massif, holistic, comprehensive, and continuous. The involvement of parental awareness, social control, government supervision, social services, medical, and psychologists is necessary to prevent, overcome, and break the chain of violence against children.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out the methods and media used in the learning of the Quran for children with special needs of the visually impaired. The method used in this research is literature research which in conducting this research to obtain or collect compiling information using the help of internet applications to browse books, journals and other scientific works related to research topics. Then the data is summarized and focuses on the main thing only then arranged with the theme and pattern that has been determined. The result of the discussion in this study are that there are various methods of learning Al-Quran for children with special needs blind, including lecture methods, discussion methods, sorogan methods, bandongan methods, and drill methods. Learning media is needed to assist in the implementation of these methods. Some of media or tools used for learning the Quran for children with special needs blind, among others, the Quran braille, reglet and stylus, and Al-Quran audio. Learning the Quran in children with special needs visually impaired has the aim of making them become themselves skilled in understanding, reading, writing, studying or practicing the teachings of the content in the Quran.

Abstract

Gadget usage among early adolescent is increasing rapidly in the last decade. Adolescent today, were born when gadget is already here and it becomes part of their daily life. Eventhough peer and school environment become more influencing in adolescent, but parent role is still important. The purpose of this study is to see gadget usage among adolescent in their daily life, and to find out how it affects the attachment to their parent. The Inventory of Parent and Peer Attachment (IPPA Revision) is used to assessed the attachment between adolescent to their parent and peer (n=115). The result shows that gadget usage among early adolescent, gives an effect to the attachment between early adolescent and parent. It is suggested to do more investigation such as doing interview and observation for the next research in order to get more information regarding what is the effect of this attachment style to early adolescent well-being.

Abstract

Family involvement in developing children's abilities and social behavior is very much needed through interaction as a medium of actualization. The role of parents and children will be the basis of influence on child development parenting. in social life a person needs to interact with other people and when interacting one finds the true nature of himself as a social creature who needs each other. The task of parents must continue to hone and educate their children so that they can always socialize and interact well This article aims to discuss how the role of social interaction on parenting child development in the family in Islamic view. because more or less parents ignore it busy with what is being done so there is no word of attention and indifference to children. And in essence, parents are the most important part as a benchmark for children's growth and development.

Abstract

Concept of Islamic epistemology according to Suhrawardi Al-Maqtul is light which has the highest energy source. Why light because light is something that doesn't need to be defined and doesn't need to be explained, because it is obvious. Therefore he became the source or the highest level of Suhrawardi philosophy of illumination. This article will examine the views Yahya Suhrawardi gave a new direction in the development of Islamic thought, apart from his self-acknowledgment that bridges the knowledge given by Allah directly and indirectly but through several stages, but this is also due to his thinking which combines intuition and reason.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis apakah terdapat hubungan antara sikap mujahadah terhadap prokrastinasi akademik mahasiswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif korelasi melalui survei dengan penyebaran kuesioner skala likert dan pilihan ganda secara online menggunakan Google Form terhadap 47 responden mahasiswa. Hasil data diolah menggunakan teknik analisis korelasi sederhana dengan aplikasi SPSS 26 dan Microsoft Excel. Hasil penelitian menemukan terdapat hubungan antara sikap mujahadah dengan prokrastinasi akademik mahasiswa, yang menunjukkan besar nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar -0.507, kedua variabel berhubungan secara negatif dengan kategori hubungan yang diperoleh yakni sedang. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan, semakin tinggi nilai sikap mujahadah yang ditanamkan seorang mahasiswa maka semakin rendah sikap prokrastinasi mereka. Adapun beberapa faktor yang mempengaruhi timbulnya sikap prokrastinasi di antaranya sinyal, lingkungan yang mendukung, motivasi belajar, dosen pengajar, dan mata kuliah.

Abstract

In this modern era pesantren are required to modernize every aspect of the educational aspects especially with the purpose of pesantren able to compete with other institutions both in quality and quantity of education quality. This condition occurs in Pesantren Darul lughah Wal Karomah that change patterns towards modern education. The purpose of this research includes the history of the modernization of education and how the modernization of education pesantren in Darul lughah Wal Karomah.This research used a qualitative approach, whereas other types of research using case studies. The collection of data by observation, interviews, documentation. Analysis of the data by (1) Collection of Data (2) Reduction of Data (3) Presentation of Data (4) Withdrawal of Conclusion. Data validity checking with (1) credibility (2) transferability (3) Dependability (4) Confirmability. Results of this study showed that the old teaching system that is maintained tends to lag, and the demands of a society increasingly complex and varied. While the form of modernization of education include institutional aspects, curriculum, learning and functional aspects of pesantren. Modernization of the institutional aspects, ie from individual leadership (scholars) to a collective system (foundation) with a clear division of labor. In the aspect of the curriculum, the introduction of a curriculum created by Kemdikbud and Kemenag. In the aspect of teaching, namely from system to system halakah classical / schooling by teaching methods that apply to modern educational institution, such as a lecture, question and answer, discussion, demonstration, drama, recitation, and teamwork.

Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan agar pembaca dapat meningkatkan pemahaman mengenai kesalahan kesalahan sosial patriarki dalam sebuah rumah tangga yang akan disampaikan dari perspektif Al – Qur'an dan sosial kemasyarakatan. Patriarki adalah sebuah sistem konstruksi sosial yang telah melekat dan berkembang di masyarakat dimana kaum laki – laki mendominasi segala aspek kehidupan dan sebagai pengatur kaum wanita. Tidak sedikit jurnal yang membahas mengenai permasalahan sosial ini, tetapi minimnya literasi dari perspektif Islam menjadi latar belakang dan tujuan penelitian ini. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi pustaka dengan menganalisis ayat-ayat mengenai gender. Juga melalui observasi dan wawancara kepada pihak yang bersangkutan untuk mendapatkan informasi konkret.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out how the role of parents in instilling the value of honesty in children in the family environment. As we know that there are many dishonest practices that are carried out in both small and large cases. Therefore, to make honest adults, it is necessary to nurture them from the age of children, especially in the family environment and as parents, they must be able to become the center of education for their children at home. This research is a qualitative field research where the research subjects are parents. The methods used in data collection are observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique in this study used interactive data analysis techniques Miles & Huberman which included data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The data validity technique used in this study is the degree of confidence test in which there is a triangulation technique, in this case is source triangulation, namely re-checking the data obtained through different data sources. The results of the study show that in general the parents in Pingku Village have understood their role in the family, especially in instilling the value of honesty in children. In general, the implementation is quite good, but not perfect, this is due to several factors that affect parents, namely limited knowledge, environment, economic conditions, gender and so on.
