Abstract

Consumers, especially potential customers, are an important asset in a company that should be maintained properly. The tight competition requires companies to focus on the customer's needs. Consumer segmentation is one of the processes carried out in the marketing strategy. Consumer or consumer segmentation data mining plays a very important role in supporting the grouping process results. Based on mapping studies on data mining in support of consumer segmentation, two algorithms are often used: K-means clustering and Fuzzy C-means clustering. The attributes used for mining in customer segmentation processes are customer data, products, demographics, consumer behaviour, transactions, RFMDC, RFM (Recency, Frequency Monetary) and LTV (Life Time Value). It is important to combine the clustering algorithm to algorithm Classification, Association, and CPV to get the potential value of each cluster.

Abstract

At the beginning of 2020, a natural disaster caused many people to lose their homes, damage to public facilities and infrastructure, and the breakdown of transportation links connecting villagers, especially in 3 districts, namely Sukajaya, Nanggung, and Cigudeg. As a result of the disaster, many villages are isolated, and residents need a lot of logistical support to meet their needs. To overcome these problems, we need a system that can help the government and volunteers interested in the decision-making process so that assistance for victims of natural disasters can be right on target and by the urgency of basic needs and logistics needed. Decision support systems using the TOPSIS method are used to solve multicriteria problems by offering various alternative solutions to solve problems. The results obtained a final preference value of 0.68 from C3 criteria to prioritize residents with closed transportation access to channel disaster relief funds for victims of natural disasters in Bogor Regency.

Every employee in a company must always try to improve their abilities and achievements. So he can get a good career path according to his dream. To facilitate the implementation of each employee's permanent employee appointment process, a decision support system is created to facilitate the process. One of the methods used in making decisions on the appointment of permanent employees is Profile Matching. The decision support system for the Profile Matching and gap analysis process is based on data at PT. Hyper Mega Shipping, Profile Matching Method is carried out to determine the appointment of permanent employees based on two aspects, namely Performance and Work Culture. The selection process results are in the form of a final employee score as a recommendation for decision-makers to determine which employees will get the promotion of permanent employee appointments.

Abstract

In recent years, diabetes mellitus in Indonesia has become a health problem in the community because its population has increased 2-3 times faster than in other countries. Diabetes prevalence in Indonesia ranks 4th highest globally after China, India, and the United States. People can prevent complications and premature death if they detect early symptoms of diabetes. However, people do not know that they are at risk of diabetes and do not have knowledge about the symptoms of diabetes, the complexity of the process of diagnosis, and the high cost of examinations. Therefore, we need an application that can provide the results of the type of diabetes and its management solutions as practiced by experts. This research aims to develop an expert system for detecting types of diabetes such as type one diabetes, type two diabetes, neuropathy diabetes, diabetes retinopathy, and diabetes nephropathy. The object of this research is diabetes, which was carried out from March to April 2019 in the Klinik Pratama Desa Putera. This study uses primary data from patients with a history of diabetes at Klinik Pratama Desa Putra and secondary data from literature, research journals, and data documents needed to compile this study. In addition, we generated a knowledge base using forward chaining. The test results show that the expert system meets the functional requirements, and the system performance reaches an accuracy of 100%. This expert system helps people in Indonesia to detect diabetes early so that it can prevent complications.

Abstract

The selection or acceptance of new students is something that needs to be determined quickly. In terms of the determination of prospective new students, several considerations are needed which are quite numerous and complicated, namely, the standard of grades, school entry requirements, and policies of the government and educational institutions that often change each year. In terms of the admission of new students, students are required to come directly. During this time the process of admission test for new students is still using the manual method by filling out the answer sheet provided by the committee. The method used in determining students to be accepted is Simple Additive Weight. Determining the admission of new students using the Simple Additive Weight method, where this method provides certain criteria which have a weight value of each so that the results of the sum of the weights will get the final decision and rank the students accepted at Madrasah Aliyah named Amira and Afrilina.
