Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of training on employee performance at the Regional Disaster Management Agency in Gresik, the influence of motivation on the performance of the employees of the Regional Disaster Management Agency in Gresik, and the effect of training and motivation on employee performance at the Regional Disaster Management Agency in Gresik. This type of research is a survey. The population and sample in this study are employees who are still working at the Regional Disaster Management Agency in Gresik. The sampling method was total sampling with 38 respondents. Data were collected using a questionnaire that has been tested for its validity and reliability. This study uses a quantitative research approach to multiple regression analysis. The result of this research is that training and motivation variables simultaneously affect the employee performance of the Regional Disaster Management Agency in Gresik. This is evidenced by the value of Fcount (448,000) is greater than Ftable (3.24) and the significant level of F 0.000 is smaller than alpha = 0.05.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and prove the influence of organizational culture and job satisfaction on employee performance at PT. Indal Steel Pipe Gresik. This study uses a quantitative research approach to multiple linear analysis. The number of samples taken was 94 respondents and data collection was carried out by using a questionnaire method to obtain data. The results of this study are the variables of organizational culture and job satisfaction simultaneously affect the performance of employees at PT. Indal Steel Pipe Gresik. This is evidenced by the value of Fcount (43.370)> Ftable (3.10) and the significant level of t 0.000 is smaller than alpha = 0.05.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the Accounting System for Purchasing Raw Materials at PT. Graha Makmur Cipta Pratama, knowing how the suitability between the Accounting System for Purchasing Raw Materials in the company using this type of descriptive research with a qualitative approach. The results showed that the implementation of the Accounting System for Purchasing Raw Materials of PT. Graha Makmur Cipta Pratama has been established and implemented well. However, it still has a weakness, namely that there is still a dual function. Companies need to improve the system they have been running so far by separating functions according to their duties and responsibilities

Abstract

In an effort to increase profits, companies need to carry out promotional activities, a promotional mix consisting of advertising, sales promotion. To achieve effectiveness, companies need to measure the implementation of the promotional mix. This measurement can be done using non-financial indicators, namely the purchase decision index. The formulation of the problem posed in this study is whether advertising and sales promotion partially and simultaneously affect the purchasing decision of Geprek chicken products, Mang Soetta GKB Gresik. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of advertising and sales promotion on purchasing decisions partially and simultaneously Geprek Mang Soetta GKB Gresik chicken. The sampling method is carried out by non-probability sampling method with incidental sampling method is a sampling technique based on chance. The data collection method used was a questionnaire (questionnaire), documentation and interviews. The analysis method used in this research is instrument test (validity and reliability test), percentage descriptive analysis, classical assumption test, multiple regression analysis, hypothesis testing, and determination coefficient using SPSS.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and prove the effect of board size, board size, and company size on the financial performance of manufacturing companies. This study uses a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis models. This study used a purposive sampling method, namely the panyampelan method based on certain criteria. The number of samples used is 30 samples of financial statements for the 2015-2018 period. The results of this study are the size of the board of directors has a negative effect on the financial performance of manufacturing companies, the size of the board of commissioners partially has a positive effect on the financial performance of manufacturing companies, the size of the board of directors and the size of the company partially have a negative effect on the financial performance of manufacturing companies. Meanwhile, simultaneously the size of the board of directors, size of the board of commissioners and company size have a positive effect on the financial performance of manufacturing companies.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of Current Ratio, Net Profit Margin, and Return On Asset on profit growth in Food and Beverages listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the 2016 - 2018 period. The method used is multiple linear regression analysis, by performing the classical assumption test, hypothesis testing and the coefficient of determination. The results obtained partially, Current Ratio has an effect on profit growth, Net Profit Margin has an effect on profit growth, and Return on Assets has an effect on profit growth. While simultaneously Current Ratio, Net Profit Margin, and Return on Assets have an effect on profit growth.

Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze the effect of monitoring control and adverse selection on the escalation of commitment to investment decision making. This study used a factorial 2x2 Beetween subject experimental design with an instrument in the form of a case. Participants in this study were students of the accounting study program as a manager's proxy, with a purpose sampling technique, which had taken Management Accounting and Financial Management courses. There were 59 participants in this study. The analysis technique used was two ways ANOVA. The results showed that monitoring control and adverse selection had an effect on the escalation of investment decision-making commitment.

Abstract

Inventory for business units is a support for production activities, so that the inventory stock is neither too large nor too small, because it is directly related to the costs incurred. Likewise in the agricultural industry, there is a tendency for commodity prices to fluctuate and have high turnover. In order to increase inventory turnover at minimal cost, it requires careful inventory management. Inventory turnover is one indicator of an inventory's performance. Performance measurement can be done by calculating the material turnover ratio (TOR). The purpose of this study is to measure the performance of raw material inventory through the calculation of Turn Over Ratio (TOR). This research was conducted at one of the agricultural MSMEs in Gresik, which produces packaged rice. The data used are primary data from observation and documentation, in the form of stock data and the use of raw materials for six months, from January to d. June 2020. The results showed that the performance of raw material inventory in the warehouse was still low, with a TOR value of only 0.08 s / d. 3.05 times and the long duration of storing raw material inventories in warehouses ranges from 8.19 s / d. 322.60 days, during the six months of observation.

Abstract

Tax avoidance is an act of resistance in collecting taxes that will result in reduced cash receipts in a country. Interpreted as a legal action, namely the act of minimizing the tax burden without violating tax regulations. In this study, the author's goal is to be able to find the effect of avoidance on capital structure and liquidity on capital structure. The capital structure of a company is a combination or proportion of companies with long-term permanent financing. This review examines tax avoidance on capital structure and its effect on liquidity on capital structure. The sample used in this review is 16 entities or companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018-2019 and the sample used is 32 samples. In the data analysis made by means of multiple linear regression analysis. The analysis includes the coefficient of determination (R2), using the formulation of simultaneous and partial hypotheses. The results of hypothesis 1 state that Tax avoidance does not have a significant influence on the company's capital structure, hypothesis 2 states that there is a significant impact on liquidity for the company's capital structure.

Abstract

In the management of funds which primarily sourced from participating capital, BUMDes must use various financial management analyzes so funds can be managed clearly and can achieve the objectives of the BUMDes itself. One of the analyzes can be used to manage these finances is payback period analysis, payback period analysis makes the business plan that is carried out more measurable and has a clear direction. When the analysis is in accordance with the calculations, BUMDes can easily determine the next type of business in the effort to develop the business unit of the BUMDes itself. This research a case study, with primary and secondary data sources obtained through interviews, observation and documentation which are then managed by the triangulation method. From a business point of view payback period analysis the WarLA BUMDes Sendangagung business unit takes a time 15.3 years to return capital through net income from the business unit alone, but if it calculated using the overall net income of Sendangagung BUMDes from various units existing business, it will take faster, namely 1 year or 12 months to return the capital, assuming the BUMDes net income from August to December 2020 is at least Rp. 7,703,000, -. However, when viewed from the point of view of benefits, the existence of WarLA is quite beneficial in boosting the community's enthusiasm for entrepreneurship.
