Abstract

Pajak merupakan sumber pendapatan terbesar negara Indonesia untuk pembangunan negara dan kesejahteraan penduduk. Penerimaan pajak negara berpotensi melampaui target didukung dengan adanya peningkatan jumlah dan kualitas penduduk, serta peningkatan daya beli pada masyarakat. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengenaan Pajak Pertambahan Nilai (PPN) dan Pajak Kendaraan Bermotor (PKB) terhadap daya beli konsumen kendaraan bermotor roda dua di Kabupaten Gresik. Termasuk penelitian kuantitatif. Sampel ditentukan menggunakan metode purposive sampling menggunakan rumus Slovin sehingga diperoleh jumlah sampel 100 responden dari total populasi 452.441. Data primer dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuisioner. Hasil uji regresi linier berganda dengan alat bantu SPSS versi 22 pada penelitian ini menghasilkan bahwa PPN dan PKB berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap daya beli konsumen kendaraan bermotor roda dua di Kabupaten Gresik.

Abstract

The Ministry of Manpower has simplified the echelon 3 and 4 structural bureaucracy to functional positions of 490 employees. Based on SE BKN Number 3/SE/II/2021 the simplification of the bureaucracy consists of the position of Administrator (Echelon 3) to become the Functional Middle Expert position and the Supervisory position (Echelon 4) to become the Functional Junior Expert position. Equalization changes the organizational structure which is followed up with the Assignment of functional officials as Coordinators and Sub-coordinators as substitutes for structural positions in organizational units. The Coordinator and Sub-coordinator are given the task and function of coordination and management of activities in accordance with the field of work within the work unit which is directly responsible to the head of the organizational unit. Research using data analysis methods using PLS with a population of 127 employees with the criteria of serving as Coordinator, Sub-coordinator, and Functional Employee who has 10 years working experience. From these data it was found that this simplification had an effect on Workload and Career Development on Work Motivation of functional employees who received additional assignments as Coordinators and Sub-coordinators through Job Satisfaction as a fully mediated

Abstract

Di era perbankan saat ini banyak bank yang menawarkan berbagai jenis produk dan menjanjikan macam fasilitas dan kemudahan bertransaksi. Nasabah di era ini dihadapkan dengan banyak pilihan dan semua bank menawarkan produk terbaiknya dan paling menguntungkan. Hal itu membuat nasabah harus berhati-hati dan berhati-hati menentukan pilihan bank karena harus dipatuhi kebutuhan untuk mempertahankan bisnisnya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkaji pengaruh variabel reliance terhadap variabel loyalitas dan kepuasan pelanggan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan serta variabel loyalitas yang diteliti pada WOM dari mulut ke mulut bagi nasabah terutama usaha kecil menengah SMB Panin Bank Surabaya. Data dalam penelitian ini dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling yaitu debitur Bank Panin Surabaya sebanyak 150 nasabah peminjam dana. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan mudah dilakukan dengan sharing kepada responden yang telah dihubungi oleh penelitian namun tetap memperhatikan kriteria yang telah ditentukan. Berdasarkan hasil analisis structural equation modelling, dapat disimpulkan Dari hasil penelitian ini dapat dibuktikan bahwa tingginya faktor kepercayaan nasabah tidak berpengaruh secara positif signifikan terhadap loyalitas nasabah pada bank.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Effect of Company Size (Size) and Affiliated Transactions (RTA) on Profitability (ROA) and their impact on Tax Avoidance (ETR) in Large Trading Goods Production Subsector Companies in 2021. This study uses secondary data sourced from financial reports. companies included in the LQ45 list for the period ending in 2021. The number of samples in this study were 21 companies, which made transactions with related parties (Affiliates) based on a purposive sampling technique. The analytical method used is Path. Analysis or path analysis using IBM SPSS Statistics 26 and Microsoft Excel software. Based on the results of this study, Size, RTA and ROA have an effect on tax evasion (ETR) and RTA has no direct effect on ETR

Abstract

Human development is a process of expanding choices for people, especially in accessing development outcomes such as income, health, and education. One of the benchmarks can be seen from the Human Development Index. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of poverty, unemployment and economic growth on the Human Development Index (IPM) in East Java Province in 2015-2020. The analytical tool used is panel data with a combination of time series and cross section. The results of the effect validity test (t test) on the econometric model show that the number of poor people has an effect on the Human Development Index in Regencies/Cities in East Java (IPM). This proves that the results of this study based on the analysis show that the poverty level variable has a significant effect on HDI and is statistically significant, having a regression coefficient of 0.081158. The results of the influence validity test (t test) on the econometric model show that the unemployment rate has an influence on the Human Development Index in Regencies/Cities in East Java (IPM). This proves that the results of this study based on the analysis show that the unemployment rate variable has a significant effect on HDI and is statistically significant, having a regression coefficient of 0.107681. The results of the influence validity test (t test) on the econometric model show that Economic Growth has an influence on the Human Development Index in Regencies/Cities in East Java (IPM). This proves that the results of this study are in accordance with the initial hypothesis and these results are in accordance with the research conducted based on the analysis showing that the economic growth rate variable has a significant effect on HDI and is statistically significant, having a regression coefficient of 0.146907

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of Advertising, Electronic Word of Mouth, and Brand Awareness on Purchase Intentions in Skincare Products. The method used in this research is a quantitative method with non-probability sampling techniques, especially purposive sampling. The reachable population in this study were internet users who had seen information on skincare for the Scarlett Whitening brand on social media with a total of 216 respondents. The data analysis technique used is descriptive statistics, data quality test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. The result of this study is that the advertising variable has a significant positive effect on purchase intention. Electronic word of mouth (EWOM) has a significant positive effect on purchase intention. Brand awareness has a significant positive effect on purchase intention

Abstract

This study aims to see how the quality of services is influenced by factors of emotional intelligence and organizational commitment in providing services at Siloam Sriwijaya hospital, emotional intelligence is a person's ability to regulate their emotional life with intelligence, and Organizational Commitment is a situation where an individual takes sides with the organization and his goals and desires . The population studied in this study is the kariawan of Siloam Swiwijaya Hospital who perform direct services to hospital patients. This study used multiple regression analysis by adding the tt test and the F test. From the results of the respondent data analysts obtained were "Influential and Significant" which means that both variables of emotional intelligence and Organizational Commitment are Influential and Significant to the Quality of Service at Sriwijaya Palembang Hospital

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of tourist objects and tourits visits on the economic income of the people of Sekapuk Village, Ujungpangkah District, Gresik Regency. This research was conducted at Sekapuk Ujungpangkah Gresik Selo Tirto Giri (Setigi) tourism. The data collection technique in this study was in the form of primary data by distributing quistionnaries to the surrounding community as respondents. The method used in this research is to use simple liniar analysis. The result of the data analysis show that the setigi tourism object variable has a significant effect while the tourist visits variable has no significant effect on the income of the setigi tourism economy community. This is because the number of tourist visits to tourist attractions in Setigi has not maximized the economic income of local community.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kepatuhan wajib pajak pelaku e-commerce di Indonesia. Metode yang dipakai dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode deskriptif kuantitatif dan data primer dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Sampel dari penelitian ini sebanyak 212 responden yang merupakan penggambilan sampel pengusaha e-commerce di Indonesia. Teknik dalam pengumpulan data memakai simpel random sampling dengan menyebar kuisioner penelitian berbentuk google form lalu di sebar ke chat personal atau sosial media. Metode penyusunan data dalam penelitian ini menerapkan sofware Smart PLS (Partial Least Square) yang dipakai untuk menguji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sanksi perpajakan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak, Digitalisasi perpajakan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak, Religiusitas berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak dan Religiusitas tidak terbukti mampu mempengaruhi secara signifikan antara pengaruh sanksi perpajakan dan digitalisasi terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh masih tingginya pengangguran lulusan Program Studi Manajemen Pemasaran Untuk Warga Negara Berkebutuhan Khusus Politeknik Negeri Jakarta (Prodi MP-WNBK PNJ). Salah satu penyebab fenomena ini adalah rendahnya minat berwirausaha dan atau rendahnya pengetahuan dasar bisnis sehingga hal ini menjadi tantangan bagi Prodi MP-WNBK PNJ agar berupaya merumuskan kebijakan terbaik demi menciptakan lulusan yang berkualitas dan memiliki mental berwirausaha. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui minat berwirausaha mahasiswa prodi MP-WNBK PNJ. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, minat berwirausaha termasuk tinggi, tetapi dibutuhkan pendampingan dari dosen dan dukungan dari orangtua agar bisnis yang dijalankan dapat berkembang dan berumur panjang.
