Abstract

Abstract This thesis is entitled "Marketing Strategy of Ud Karial Especially in Efforts to Increase Sales in the Aspect of Value of Customer Satisfaction". Starting from the problem statement, 1). To find out what factors influence the marketing strategy implemented by UD Karial Khusaini ?. 2). To find out the marketing strategy used by UD Karial Khusaini to increase the value of customer satisfaction ?. 3. Abstract

Abstract This thesis entitled "smartphone consumption patterns (case study of Islamic economics study program IAIN Palopo" The main problem in this study is how the student's consumption patterns in using smartphones. This study aims to determine how the consumption patterns of students using smartphones. The method used is descriptive qualitative and data sources used in this research are primary data through field studies (field research) and secondary data based on (snowball sampling and purposive sampling), with data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. From the results of research and analysis that the author has done , it can be concluded that how the consumption patterns of students in using smartphones include: a. Communication facilities,b. Information facilities, c. Trend / lifestyle, d. Entertainment facilities, e. Education facility. Keywords: Smartphone consumption patterns. Abstrak Skripsi ini berjudul “pola konsumsi smartphone (studi kasus mahasiswa prodi ekonomi syariah IAIN palopo” permasalahan pokok dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaiman pola konsumsi mahasiswa dalam menggunakan smartphone. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pola konsumsi mahasiswa dalam menggunakan smartphone.Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dan sumber data yang dipergunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer melalui studi lapangan (field research) dan data sekunder berdasarkan (snowball sampling dan purposive sampling), dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Dari hasil penelitian dan analisa yang telah penulis lakukan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa bagaimana pola konsumsi mahasiswa dalam menggunakan Smartphone antara lain: a.Sarana komunikasi, b. Sarana informasi, c. Trend/gaya hidup, d. Sarana hiburan, e. Sarana pendidikan. Kata Kunci : Pola konsumsi smartphone.

Abstract

AbstractThe main problems in this thesis are: (1) the role of BAZNAS in improving the economy in Wara Selata District, Palopo City; 2) The impact felt by the community on the management of BAZNAS in South Wara Sub-district, Palopo City.In the context of this research, the writer uses a qualitative research type, namely research that seeks to address the existing problem solving and so it is only a disclosure of facts. There are two sources of data that researchers use, namely primary data sources and secondary data sources. The primary data source is data taken directly from the research object, namely the BAZNAS leader. This primary data source comes from field data obtained from interviews and observations. And the secondary data source is the data taken in the form of BAZNAS documents. Based on the research results, the compilers can conclude that the zakat management system in BAZNAS, Wara Selatan District, Palopo City is based on sharia principles as regulated in the text. Various programs have been carried out by BAZNAS, Wara Selatan Subdistrict, Palopo City and have proven to be able to gradually improve the community's economy. One such program is the provision of interest-free capital loans (qardhul hasan) to small entrepreneurs. Keywords; Role, BAZNAS, Zakat, Economy. AbstrakPermasalahan pokok dalam skripsi ini adalah: (1) peranan BAZNAS dalam meningkatkan perekonomian di Kecamatan Wara Selata Kota Palopo; 2) Dampak yang dirasakan masyarakat terhadap pengelolaan BAZNAS di Kecamata Wara Selatan Kota Palopo.Dalam konteks penelitian ini penulis menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif yaitu penelitian yang berusaha menuturkan pemecahan masalah yang ada dan sehingga hanya merupakan penyingkapan fakta. Sumber data yang peneliti gunakan ada dua bagian yaitu sumber data primer dan sumber data skunder. Sumber data primer yaitu data yang langsung diambil dari objek peneliti, yaitu pimpinan BAZNAS. Sumber data primer ini berasal dari data lapangan diperoleh dari hasil wawancara dan observasi . Dan Sumber data skunder yaitu data yang diambil berupa dokumen BAZNAS. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian penyusun dapat menyimpulkan bahwa sistem pengelolaan zakat di BAZNAS Kecamatan Wara Selatan Kota Palopo berdasarkan prinsip syariah sesuai yang diatur dalam nash. Berbagai macam program telah dilakukan oleh BAZNAS Kecamatan Wara Selatan Kota Palopo dan telah terbukti mampu meningkatkan perekonomian masyarakat secara bertahap. Salah satu program itu adalah pemberian pinjaman modal tanpa bunga (qardhul hasan), kepada pengsaha-pengusaha kecil. Kata Kunci; Peranan, BAZNAS, Zakat, Perekonomian.

Abstract

Abstract                This study discusses the influence of several factors on buying interest in beauty products. and which factor is the most dominant. Purchasing decisions made by Sharia Economics students have many factors, some of which are the halal label, promotion and brand factors.               The method used in this study is a quantitative method using SPSS version 21, with a population of 409 students of Islamic Economics. The sample was obtained by the number of respondents of 100 female students. In the sampling technique, a sampling technique is used, namely random sampling or random sampling. Data were collected using a questionnaire filled out by the respondents. Then the data obtained were analyzed using multiple regression analysis.The results of the study found that the variable consumer behavior is halal label, promotion, and brand, psychologically simultaneously has a significant influence on purchasing decisions, where it is known that the value of Fcount (13.54)> from the value of Ftable (2.46). And the most dominant factor that influences purchase interest is the brand factor because tcount (2.722)> ttable (1.660).Keywords: Purchase Interest DecisionAbstrakPenelitian ini membahas tentang pengaruh beberapa faktor minat beli produk kecantikan. dan faktor manakah yang paling dominan. Keputusan pembelian yang dilakukan oleh mahasiswi Ekonomi Syariah oleh banyak faktor, beberapa diantaranya adalah faktor label halal, promosi dan merek.Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif menggunakan SPSS versi 21, dengan populasi mahasiswi Ekonomi Syariah berjumlah 409. Sampel diperoleh dengan jumlah responden sebesar 100 mahasiswi. Dalam teknik pengambilan sampel, digunakan teknik sampling yaitu random sampling atau dengan sampel acak. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuesioner yang diisi oleh para responden. Kemudian data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan menggunakanan alisis regresi berganda.Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa perilaku konsumen variabelnya yaitu label halal, promosi, dan merek, psikologis secara simultan mempunyai pengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, dimana diketahui nilai Fhitung (13,54) > dari nilai Ftabel (2,46). Dan faktor yang paling dominan yang mempengaruhi minat beli yaitu faktor merek karna thitung (2,722) > ttabel (1,660).Kata Kunci : Keputusan Minat Beli

Abstract

This study aims to describe the marketing strategy for arrum micro products in attracting the interest of customers of the Luwu branch of Islamic Pawnshops during the Covid-19 pandemic. This type of research is a descriptive qualitative approach. The research data were obtained from primary data sources using data collection techniques, namely observation, interviews and documentation. Furthermore, this research data was analyzed by data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing/data verification. As for testing the validity of the data using triangulation. The results showed that the marketing strategy for arrum micro products implemented by the Luwu branch of sharia pawnshops through 4P was: Product Strategy, by making products according to customer needs, developing rahn products into arrum and providing good service. The Price Strategy, the Luwu branch of Islamic pawnshops provides lower mu'nah or capital leases compared to other financing. Promotion strategy, by becoming sponsorship, through canvassing, distributing brochures, door to door, through the internet such as whatsaap, wa blast, Instagram, Facebook, Bukalapak and other social media. StrategiPlace, the location of the sharia pawnshop is in the center of the crowd close to the Andi Tadda traditional market, in the city center and on the edge of the main road.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the performance of Islamic banks in OKI countries in the digital era during the pandemic. This research is a quantitative research with a descriptive approach. The sample in this study was selected based on a purposive sampling technique in order to obtain nine Islamic Cooperation Organization (OKI) countries with the top rankings according to the Asian Banker in 2020. Secondary data in this study were in the form of quarterly financial reports for the 2020 observation period. The data analysis technique used descriptive statistics for provides a complete picture of the financial performance of Islamic banks during the Covid-19 pandemic. The results show that the performance of Islamic banks in the nine OKI countries was not affected during the Covid-19 pandemic. On the other hand, the Covid-19 pandemic has actually encouraged the digitization of digital banking services and transactions to maintain profits during the Covid-19 pandemic.

Abstract

This study aims to find out whether the convenience, benefits, and safety affect IAIN Palopo students' interest in using BSI Mobile services during the Covid-19 pandemic. The data collection technique in this study used a questionnaire distributed online with a population of all Islamic banking students class of 2017 at the Faculty of Economics and Business at IAIN Palopo. The sampling technique used accidental sampling using the slovin formula, namely 67 people. The research method used was multiple regression analysis with the help of SPSS version 22 software. The results of the study were (1) convenience (X1) with a tcount of 2.916 > ttable of 1.999 and a significant level of 0.005 <0.05. (2) benefits (X2) with a tcount of 2,412 > ttable of 1.999 and a significant level of 0.019 <0.05. (3) security (X3) tcount 2.042 > t table 1.999 and a significance level of 0.045 < 0.05. so that it can be concluded that these three variables partially had a positive and significant effect on students' interest in using BSI mobile services during the Covid-19 pandemic. (4) convenience, benefits, and safety simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on students' interest in using BSI Mobile services during the Covid-19 pandemic with an F count of 33,164 and a significance value of 0.000 (<0.05). The coefficient of determination (R2) is 0.625.

Abstract

Qardhul Hasan in Islamic banking is one of the instruments in the tabarru contract of all kinds of agreements involving not-for-profit transactions (non-profit transactions). So in essence Qardhul Hasan is not intended to seek commercial advantage for banks or institutions that use this product. This type of research is field research, while the nature of this research is qualitative research. The subjects in this study were Bank Kalsel employees and the object of this research was Qardhul Hasan product financing at the Banjarmasin Branch of Bank Kalsel. The data collection technique used in this study was by direct interviews with the respondents. The results of this study indicate that the mechanism was carried out by collecting donations from Bank Kalsel employees and also from customers. The funds are managed by the ZIS Management Agency, after which the funds collected are capital for benevolent funds which are channeled through Qardhul Hasan Products. As for the practice, it can be said to be effective in relation to strategy and management, namely the fulfillment of sharia principles, the fulfillment of the precautionary principle, the fulfillment of a competitive Islamic banking system, the fulfillment of achieving systemic stability and the realization of benefits for society.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze whether there is an influence between Corporate Identity on the decision to use mudharabah savings products specifically for students in BMT Madani Sepanjang, Sidoarjo. This type of research is associative quantitative. The population used as many as 400 people, while the sample used as many as 200, the determination of the data using the Non Probability Sampling technique. The data collection method using  interview, observation and questionnaire. The data analysis method uses simple linear analysis. The results obtained indicate that there is a positive and significant influence between Corporate Identity on the decision to use mudharabah savings products specifically for students. The influence of the Corporate Identity variable on the decision variable is 36.8%, while 63.2% is influenced by other variables.

Abstract

The Indonesian government through the task force for handling the corona virus stated that the World Health Organization had given an official statement on March 9, 2020 regarding COVID-19 which was declared a pandemic. As a result of this, the banking industry experienced a decline in income caused by debtors who had difficulty paying their obligations due to declining sales due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Banks needed to restructure to save themselves from much larger losses. This statement is supported by the POJK issued by the OJK at the POJK 2020 concerning National Economic Stimulus as a Countercyclical Policy for the Impact of the Spread of Corona Virus Disease 2019 at Number 11/POJK.03/2020. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the financing restructuring policy on non-performing financing during the pandemic. From the results of research conducted by researchers using three data collection techniques, namely observation, interviews, and documentation, it can be concluded that the implementation of the financing restructuring policy due to the COVID-19 pandemic at BPRS Lantabur Tebuireng has been implemented effectively in reducing Non Performing Finance. The implementation of financing restructuring is considered to be able to assist BPRS Lantabur Tebuireng in arranging appropriate payment schemes for debtors whose businesses are affected by the COVID-19 pandemic.
