Abstract

The purpose of this study is to investigate marketing strategies that include product, price, place, promotion in increasing customers of murabahah financing products at KSPPS Baitut Tamwil Tazakka. The population used is all members of the Tazakka KSPPS in Pekalongan. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling, one head of marketing, one head of KSPPS, and one marketing finance. Data collection techniques use interviews and data analysis techniques in three stages: reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The findings of this study indicate that the strategy implemented by KSPPS Baitut Tamwil Tazakka for murabahah financing is effective

Abstract

Corona Virus Desease 19 (Covid-19) is a pandemic that has spread to almost all countries, including Indonesia. As a result, impacts to various types of sectors are not only health, but also the banking system. The purpose of this study to analyze the CAR, NPF, FDR, ROA and inflation on the profitability of Islamic banking days of the pandemic Covid-19. This research method is quantitative descriptive using secondary data for the first quarter of 2020 obtained from the official pages of each bank and inflation data from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) page. Purposive sampling selected in this study were that the total sample of 11 Islamic Banks. Statistical test results show simultaneously CAR, FDR, NPF, BOPO and Inflation have an impact on ROA even during the Covid-19 pandemic. This finding has practical implications for customers that make it possible to continue using Islamic banking services.

Abstract

Dewan Pengawas Syariah (DPS) di Koperasi Simpan Pinjam dan Pembiayaan Syariah (KSPPS) yang bersertifikasi jabatan pengawas syariah menjadi kebutuhan yang mendesak. Hal ini disebabkan terbatasnya jumlah DPS yang bersertifikasi di lembaga keuangan mikro syariah. Oleh karena itu, kegiatan ini bertujuan memberikan pelatihan sebagai bekal bagi Dewan Pengawas Syariah di Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta dalam menjalankan tugas dan wewenangnya. Metode pelatihan ini menggunakan klasikal dengan menerapkan kombinasi metode: ceramah, diskusi dan role play. Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan bahwa adanya peningkatan pemahaman DPS terhadap aspek kesyariahan.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has spread to various countries, including Indonesia. As a result, almost all sectors experienced contractions, including Islamic banking. However, Islamic banking is considered quite capable of surviving the storm of impact based on the previous crises' empirical facts. The purpose of this study is to analyze how the performance of Islamic banking during the Covid-19 pandemic. This research method uses a descriptive approach with a sample of 14 Islamic Commercial Banks in Indonesia. Secondary data in the form of financial report panel data is the source of data for the January - July 2020 period, obtained from the monthly reports of each Islamic bank. The results showed that Islamic banking performance based on debt financing fluctuated, while the performance based on equity financing experienced growth. The performance of third party funds has fluctuated.

Abstract

This study aims at determining the effect of reciting the Koran to the academic achievements of the students of the Faculty of Islam, Universitas Ahmad Dahlan Yogyakarta. The research method applied in this study was descriptive quantitative approach. The population is all students of the Faculty of Islam while the sample selection is based on the non-probability sampling method, especially the purposive sampling method, which amounts to 62 out of 70 respondents who are memorizers of the Koran. The instrument used in this study was a questionnaire containing closed questions. The data analysis technique used descriptive statistical analysis with PSPP 1.2. The findings showed that there was a positive and significant influence of memorizing the Koran to the students' academic achievement. The statistical test results showed a significant value of 0.000, which meant a positive and significant effect

Abstract

Rendahnya literasi masyarakat tentang produk dan layanan perbankan syariah masih menjadi pekerjaan yang belum tuntas di Indonesia. Apalagi dengan hadirnya era revolusi industri 4.0 yang ditandai dengan masifnya layanan-layanan seperti perbankan digital, asuransi digital online, sistem saluran pembayaran dan platform pinjaman online dan lain sebagainya merupakan bagian dari pemanfaatan layanan tersebut. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan pelatihan untuk meningkatkan literasi perbankan syariah berbasis platform digital. Metode pelatihan ini menggunakan bentuk pengajian/ceramah agama dan simulasi digital banking pada platform aplikasi KARI: Kalkulator Anti Riba dalam forum review resmi mingguan Pimpinan Cabang Muhammadiyah Balecatur, Gamping Sleman, DIY. Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan keterampilan mitra pengabdian.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian menganalisis dan mengetahui tingkat minat masyarakat nasabah bank konvensional yang ada di Desa Air Payang Kecamatan Pulau Laut untuk menggunakan Bank Syariah. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif, populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah masyarakat Desa Air Payang Kecamatan Pulau Laut. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 96 responden. Dalam membuktikan dan menganalisis hal tersebut, maka digunakan uji validitas dan reliabilitas serta menggunakan tenik analisis data deskriptif produk moment. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa minat masyarakat Desa Air Payang untuk menggunakan bank syariah sebanyak 13,36% hal ini berarti masyarakat berminat menggunakan produk dan layanan di bank syariah. selanjutnya, diikuti oleh faktor agama sebanyak 30,67 %, faktor pendidikan 8,37 %, faktor pribadi 29,90%, faktor promosi 21,67%, faktor lokasi 12,94%. Faktor Agama menjadi faktor yang paling dominan bagi masyarakat untuk berminat menjadi nasabah di bank syariah, kemudian diikuti dengan faktor pribadi, faktor promosi, faktor lokasi, serta faktor Pendidikan. Saran untuk penelitian berikutnya adalah menambahkan jumlah sampel yang lebih besar agar mendapatkan gambaran lebih luas dan mewakili.

Abstract

Indonesia dan Malaysia merupakan pusat keuangan syariah dunia. Keduanya sedang menghadapi persoalan yang sama yaitu turbulensi kinerja akibat dampak pandemi Covid-19. Karena itu, tujuan penelitian ini untuk membandingkan kinerja bank syariah dari kedua negara tersebut. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif komparatif dengan data sekunder berupa laporan keuangan triwulan periode 2020. Populasi yang digunakan seluruh perbankan syariah yang ada di Indonesia dan Malaysia dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dengan sampel yang berjumlah 3 bank syariah di Indonesia (BRIS, BNIS, BSM) dan 3 bank syariah di Malaysia (Maybank Islamic Berhad, CIMB Islamic Bank Berhad, Bank Rakyat Malaysia). Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu statistik deskriptif. Penelitian ini akan mengukur Rasio Profitabilitas berupa ROA dan ROE dengan menggunakan uji Wilcoxon Signe Rank Test. Temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ROA dan ROE bank syariah di Indonesia mengalami penurunan yang disebabkan oleh pandemi Covid-19. Sedangkan ROA dan ROE bank syariah di Malaysia mengalami peningkatan di masa pandemi Covid-19. Implikasi penelitian ini perbankan syariah dapat menyiapkan strategi untuk mengurangi kemungkinan risiko krisis-krisis yang akan datang.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of perceived benefits of loyalty programs, which include: financial benefits, social benefits, hedonic benefits, symbolic benefits of loyalty programs in the Halal Industry. This study also examined the effect of loyalty programs on brand loyalty. This research was conducted using a quantitative approach, namely by conducting surveys, online with a sample of 200 respondents. The data in this study were processed using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis version 21. The results showed that the financial benefit variables, social benefits, symbolic benefits had a significant positive effect on loyalty programs. While the hedonic variable on loyalty programs shows a negative relationship. This study also confirms the significant positive effect of the loyalty program on brand loyalty.

Abstract

The Zakat Management Organization is a non-profit organization that is expected to be managed to provide more comprehensive benefits to the community, one of which is Baitulmaal, which is managed by a sharia bank. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the distribution of zakat in baitulmaal Indonesian Islamic banks. The research method uses a quantitative approach with a descriptive design. The population of this research is all Baitulmal Islamic banks in Indonesia. The sample selection in this study used purposive sampling with the following criteria: limited to Baitulmal Islamic banks, including in the category of book banks 3 & 4, have published financial data, do not include other Baitulmal institutions or government national zakat institutions. Based on the criteria, the samples selected according to the requirements are Baitul Maal Muamalat (BMM) Bank Muamalat Indonesia, BSM Umat, BRI Baitul Maal Foundation (YBM), Hasanah Titik Foundation (YHT) BNI Syariah. Measurement of Baitulmal Islamic banks' effectiveness on the dimensions of the intermediation function in the Zakat Core Principle (ZCP) Model. This study's findings indicate that in 2016 the level of effectiveness was in the fairly significant category. Meanwhile, 2017 and 2018 showed an increase in the significant type. The effectiveness of baitulmaal during this research period indicates the importance of management to improve performance so that zakat funds can be more targeted and useful
