Abstract

Children are a gift from Allah SWT that is always expected by every family. However, not everyone (parents) can take good care of their children according to what is commanded by Allah through religious teachings. For various reasons and reasons, parents no longer pay attention to children's religious education. In the end, the negative impact will be felt by parents even more so for their own children. To be able to form a religious awareness of children, the mother as the first person known to the child, then the mother needs to provide an understanding of the religious dimension of children is important, the child is essentially a mandate from Allah SWT that must be grateful, and we as Muslims must carry out the mandate with good and right. The way to be grateful for the gift of God in the form of children is through caring for, caring for, and educating and coaching the characters properly and correctly, so that they will not become weak children, both physically and mentally, and weak in faith and weak in their worldly lives. The aim of education is to be a perfect Muslim, who has faith and fear Allah. Mother as a parent is the first primary educator for children, before the child knows the outside world, first the child knows the mother and after that his father is the closest person to the child. As for women's efforts in fostering religious awareness as follows: to destroy personality, to form good habits , forming civilizations in the Muslim world and helping to encourage them to encourage things that lead to obedience to God and educate them with different ways of worship. Like prayer, recitation, prayer at home and at school.

Abstract

The development of thought and empirical studies among experts on human development has given birth to a variety of diverse theories in accordance with the perspectives of thoughts and personal experiences of experts who built the theory. Two social views about gender are psychoanalytic theory and social cognitive theory. According to social cognitive theory, gender develops through a mechanism consisting of observation, imitation, appreciation, and punishment. According to the cognitive view, interaction between children and the social environment is the main key to gender development. However, the role of reward and punishment cannot be separated from the child's gender development, so that children can understand and determine which gender behavior is appropriate for their gender. Psychoanalytic theory states that children in preschool age tend to experience attraction to parents of different sexes. But at the age of 5-6 years, the child is no longer interested in the opposite parent, on the contrary he will identify himself with parents of the same sex. So that unconsciously, he will have the same gender behavior as parents of the same sex.

Abstract

Children are the mandate and gift of Allah SWT, which we must always guard because in him the inherent dignity, dignity and rights as human beings must be upheld. This paper discusses the legal position of extramarital children in Indonesia with the aim of knowing the criteria for extramarital children according to Islamic law and the position of out-of-wedlock children in religious courts in Indonesia based on Law No. 1 of 1974 concerning marriage.

Abstract

This paper aims at clarifying the status of a hadith of the Prophet Muhammad which explains that the adulterous child will not be able to inherit and not inherit. This Hadith becomes one of the sources of the MUI fatwa number 11 of 2012 which explains the status of adultery as a child who has no relationship nasab, guardian of marriage, inheritance and nafaqah with the man who caused his birth. To clarify the status of hadiths inheritance of adultery the writer uses the method of takhrij hadith. So that hadith can be known whether the hadith is valid or invalid. In using the method of takhrij hadith the writer uses four methods of searching through the word that uses the book al-Mu'jam al-Mufahras by Wensinck, the traced use sanad by using the Book of Tuhfatul al-Asyraf bi Ma'rifat alAtraf by Wensichk, The theme of hadith using the book of Miftah alKunuz al-Sunnah and Al-Kamal fi Asma al-Rijal by al-Mizzidan Kitab al-Tahzib al-Tahzib by Ibn Hajar al-Asqalani. In this study, there have been some writings that explain about the child of adultery such as thesis with the title of Child Status outside of Nikah by Alfian Qadri Azizi, Sasmiar with title of Position of Unlawful Child Law Before and After Decision of Constitutional Court Number 46 / PUU / VII / 2010. The results answered about the status of the hadith used by the MUI fatwa in the decisions about the adultery child.

Abstract

Harmonious family is the ideal family, which is described as a peaceful household, harmonious and happy. Step harmonious family formation obtained information through the Koran and also refers to the hadith of the Prophet which is contained in the various books of hadith. Indicators or characteristics based on the hadith of the Prophet harmonious family who previously studied is good treatment of the spouse and other family members, each spouse and family members fulfill the duties and responsibilities in accordance with its position. Tips in building a harmonious family based on the hadith of the Prophet above is: religion is a primary gauge in selecting candidates for the couple husband and wife, each candidate has the readiness either born or inward to nurture domestic life, married for love and affection, building together in worship and build a family with devotion to Allah.

Abstract

Marriage is a way to get legalization of relationship between a man and a woman, in point of religion or national law. Polygamy is a system or marriage form which someone has more than a wife. In Islam, polygamy is allowed but with tight conditions, which have to appropriate with the objective of marriage, to achieve happy family, sakinah mawaddah warahmah. How If someone who wants to do polygamy but didn’t qualified, the motive just because of sex desire. Islam doesn’t talk about halal and haram only but also pay attention to morality and ethics aspect. Polygamy is allowed but has to done with moral, the focus in this case is the feelings of women and their children, no-one is persucated, so the objective of marriage is achieved.

Abstract

The method of prohibiting khamar in the Qur'an is a way of educating a society by using a gradual approach. The first stage of the Qur'an provides an overview of the human use of dates and grapes, the second stage, the Qur'an in more detail Describes the advantages and disadvantages of drinking khamar. At these two stages, the Qur'an implements the concept of self-cultivation with logic, similarly on the resolving of game addiction. The stage that can be done by parents is to begin to explain to the child about what benefits and what the losses that children get from the game he played. Parents then make a deal with the child about the consequences of his actions in the form of rewards and punishment.

Abstract

The position of women in Islam still holds a problem that is an imbalance or bias between the position of men and women. One of the causes of the emergence of such imbalances is the religious teachings that place the woman in a disadvantaged position compared to the men’s position. Religious teachings can be represented by the content of the Qur'an and Hadith, while the understanding of religious teachings can be found from the sheets of books tafsir fikih and syarah hadith of the Prophet. Among the Qur'anic verses that some have considered to be discriminatory and gender biased are surah Al Baqarah verse 282 on the testimony of women in debt transaction. To contextualize this verse, the understanding of the historical situation, whether the macro situation (State of the Arabian peninsula) as well as micro situations (asbab an nuzul) which is a very appropriate step to eliminate such discriminatory stigma. At that time, the context of women did not have sufficient experience in financial m tters which at that time was dominated by men. So the problem is not on the gender whether male or female, but on credibility when it was given to be a witness.
