Abstract

This research was conducted on PT. Tirta Sari Indragiri Hulu Regency with the aim to determine the influence of Leadership Style and Organizational Climate variables on Employee Performance at PT. Tirta Sari, Indragiri Hulu Regency. Sampling was done by accidental sampling method with 146 samples as respondents. The analytical method used is quantitative descriptive, data analysis is carried out simultaneously (multiple linear regression analysis with the help of IBM SPSS Stastic version 21.0. From the results of the study, the regression equation obtained is Y = 6.313 + 0.143X1 + 0.242X2, it can be seen that the Leadership Style and Organizational Climate have a positive influence on Employee Performance at PT. Tirta Sari, Indragiri Hulu Regency. In addition, simultaneous testing (Test F), has obtained F count > F table that is equal to 8.738 > 3.06. So that the two independent variables namely Leadership Style and Organizational Climate together have a positive and significant effect on the dependent variable, namely Employee Performance at PT. Tirta Sari, Indragiri Hulu Regency. While the Partial Regression Test (t test) shows that the dominant Climate Organization variable has a significant effect on Employee Performance at PT. Tirta Sari, Indragiri Hulu Regency, which is t count> t table of 3.394> 1.97658. While the leadership style variable has a significant effect on employee performance at PT. Tirta Sari, Indragiri Hulu Regency, which is t count > t table of 2.037 > 1.97658. In addition, the result of the multiple correlation coefficient is 0.330 which shows the level of the relationship between all independent variables to the dependent variable in this study is in the criteria of the weak relationship. The amount of influence caused by these two variables together affects the variable Employee Performance with a percentage of 10.9%. While 89.1% was influenced by other factors that did not participate in this study.

Abstract

his research aimed to analyze the external and internal environment in IKM Kue Bawang Bina Karya of Indragiri Hulu Regency by using SWOT Analysis. This research was conducted in December 2019. This research used mixed method, a combination between descriptive-qualitative and quantitative methods. The data used were primary and secondary data which were collected through interviews, observation, documentation and questionnaires. The subject and data sources of this research were the Consumers of IKM Kue Bawang Bina Karya of Indragiri Hulu Regency, the Owner of IKM Kue Bawang Bina Karya of Indragiri Hulu Regency, and The Industry and Trade Agency of Indragiri Hulu Regency. The results of this research showed that, currently, IKM Kue Bawang Bina Karya supported aggressive strategies that are applicable, namely Market Development Strategy, Market Penetration Strategy, Product Development Strategy, Forward Integration Strategy, Backward Integration Strategy, Horizontal Integration Strategy, and Diversification Strategy.

Abstract

This research was conducted in the village of Kuala Kilan, Batang Cenaku District - Indragiri Hulu Regency. The type of data used in this study is primary data obtained from the recapitulation of questionnaires from the Village Apparatus and Community Institutions of Kuala Kilan Village. The analysis that I use is Simple Regression Analysis using SPSS (statistical package for social sciences) version 21 to get the output to conclude the results of this study. The results of the study concluded that the Management Information System (SIM) affected the Performance of Apparatus and Social Institutions in Kuala Kilan Village, Batang Cenaku Subdistrict, Indragiri Hulu Regency, it can be seen that the calculated t value was greater than t table (4,875> 2,03951). Based on data testing criteria, it can be seen that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning that the Management Information System (SIM) partially influences the Performance of Apparatus and Community Institutions.

Abstract

This research was conducted in Indragiri Hulu district, where this research used three villages that held head selection by using electronic voting, there are: Sidomulyo, Sungai Baung and Batu Gajah. This research used qualitative descriptive approach with the consideration that the researcher intends to obtain a picture of the Community Readiness for the Implementation of Village Head Election using the Electronic Voting (E-Voting) method in Indragiri Hulu District. This research used observation, interviews and documentation to collected all the data. The results of this study indicate that the application of the use of electronic voting in the three villages is already good, where this is indicated by the majority of the community that can already use the e-voting tool. only a small portion of the community still does not understand how to use it.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine and determine the effect of activity planning, fund withdrawals and accuracy of budget realization in certain non-vertical work units in the implementation of mesuji water use networks in the 2014-2016 period. This research uses descriptive and quantitative methods from the results of financial statements for 3 years with 1 company. By using the classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. The results of multiple regression analysis with Y = -22,513 + 1,741 (X1) + 0,172 (X2) + 0,071 (X3) + e indicate that the variable planning activities and withdrawing funds together have a significant effect on budget realization.

Abstract

Tourism is one of the sectors that the government relies on to earn foreign exchange from non-oil and gas income. The impact of tourism development on economic development is so large that special attention is needed. The problem in tourism objects in Rengat Subdistrict, Indragiri Hulu Regency which is the main focus in this research is the lack of marketing services to a weak service system and the promotion of attractions that are still felt to be lacking. The results of this study indicate that market opportunity analysis will determine the next step, namely the determination of strategic service concepts that are translated into market positioning and implemented in the service marketing concept. And Indragiri Hulu Regency which actually has been supported by natural conditions and potential tourism environment. Promotional mix is ??one component of the marketing mix that plays an important role in the process of achieving the expected goals, namely to introduce, inform, persuade and influence prospective tourists to visit and keep tourists always remembering and desiring to make a return visit to Rengat City with tourism objects which exists.

Abstract

This research was conducted by the authors at PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Kerumutan Unit and Tri Mulia Jaya Unit. The research took place for 4 ( four ) months. Conducting this research is to determine the effect of Character, Capacity, Capital, Collateral, and Condition of Economy simultaneously on the Provision of Credit at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Kerumutan Unit and Tri Mulia Jaya Unit. This study uses primary data, the authors conducted data processing using multiple linear regression which processed it using SPSS (statistical package for social science) version 21 to get the output to conclude the results of this study. From the results of the study, it can be concluded that simultaneously there is a significant influence between Character, Capacity, Capital, Collateral, and Condition of Economy on the Provision of Credit. When viewed from the summary model table, then r, which means the correlation coefficient, shows that Character, Capacity, Capital, Collateral, and Condition of Economy have a moderate relationship to the Provision of Credit.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan oleh penulis pada Dinas Pertanian dan Perikanan Kabupaten Indragiri Hulu. Pelaksanaan penelitian berlangsung selama 3 (Tiga) bulan terhitung bulanMaret 2018 sampai dengan Mei 2018. Dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah Untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi dan budaya organisasi baik secara simultan dan parsial terhadap disiplin pegawai pada Dinas Pertanian dan Perikanan Kabupaten Indragiri Hulu Yang menjadi populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai pada Dinas Pertanian dan Perikanan Kabupaten Indragiri Hulu dengan jumlah 102 Orang. Adapun jumlah sampel yang diambil dengan mempergunakan rumus slovin adalah 50 Orang . Dari hasil penelitian dengan persamaan regresinya Y = 4,815 + 0,137X1 + 0,603X2. Koefisien korelasi berganda R adalah 0,666 artinya kompetensi dan budaya organisasi memiliki hubungan yang sedang terhadap disiplin pegawai dan selanjutnya diuji dengan Koefisien determinasi berganda (R2 adalah 0,443), hal ini menuujukkan bahwa (X1) kompetensi dan (X2) budaya organisasi bersama–sama memberikan pengaruh sebesar 44,30% dan sisanya 56,70 % dipengaruhi oleh variabel selain (X1) dan (X2). Uji hipotesis dimana F hitung (18,706) > Ftabel (1,43) maka secara simultan terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara kompetensi dan budaya organisasi terhadap disiplin pegawai pada Dinas Pertanian dan Perikanan Kabupaten Indragiri Hulu.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan pada PT. Alfa Scorpii Pematang Reba Kecamatan Rengat Barat Kabupaten Indragiri Hulu, dengan maksud dan tujuan ingin melihat Pengaruh Motivasi dan Kompensasi Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT. Alfa Scorpii Pematang Reba.Metode penelitian yang penulis gunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dengan mengunakan data kualitatif yang dikuantitatif dan selanjutnya diolah dengan mengunakan rumus regresi dan kolerasi berganda. Hasil penelitian dari koefesien regresi Pengaruh Motivasi dan Kompensasi Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT. Alfa Scorpii Pematang Reba maka dapat persamaan Y=6,132+0,285X1 + 0,701X2, dari persamaan dapat diartikan bahwa jika konstanta sebesar 6,132 artinya jika Motivasi (X1) dan Kompensasi (X2) nilainya adalah 0 maka Kinerja Karyawan nilainya adalah 6,132. Koefesien regresi variabel Motivasi (X2) sebesar 0,285, artinya jika variabel independen lainnya nilainnya tetap dan Motivasi mengalami kenaikan satu satuan maka Kinerja Karyawan akan mengalami kenaikan sebesar 0,285. Sedangkan koefesien Kompensasi (X2) sebesar 0,611 artinya jika variabel independen lainnya tetap dan Kompensasi mengalami kenaikan satu satuan maka KinerjaKaryawan akan mengalami peningkatan sebesar 0,611. Dari hasil penguji F hitung diperoleh nilai F hitung (11,913)> F tabel (3,23) dengan demikian Ha diterma dan Ho ditolak. Untuk pengujian t hitung pada variabel Motivasi didapat nilai t hitung( 2,794) >t tabel (1.99045) Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak artinya adalah terdapat pengaruh signifikan Motivasi terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Untuk pengujian variabel Kompensasi diperoleh nilai t hitung( 5,664) > t tabel (1.99045) Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima artinya terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara Kompensasi terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Selanjutnya di peroleh R = 0,611. Artinya hubungan Motivasi dan Kompensasi terhadap Kinerja Karyawan mempunyai hubungan sedang. Selanjutnya dapat dijelaskan bahwa R2 =0,373 artinya terdapat kontribusi antara variabel Motivasi dan Kompensasi terhadap Kinerja Karyawan sebesar 37,3% sedangkan 62,7% lagi dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Usaha Ekonomi Desa Simpan Pinjam (UED-SP) Cahaya Maju Desa Sei. Guntung Hilir Kecamatan Rengat Kabupaten Indragiri Hulu. Pelaksanaan penelitian berlangsung lebih kurang selama 6 (Enam) bulan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh aktiva tetap dan modal terhadap profitabilitas pada Usaha Ekonomi Desa Simpan Pinjam (UED-SP) Cahaya Maju Desa Sei. Guntung Hilir Kecamatan Rengat Kabupaten Indragiri Hulu. Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode kuantitatif, yaitu penelitian yang menggambarkan tentang pengaruh aktiva tetap dan modal terhadap profitabilitas pada Usaha Ekonomi Desa Simpan Pinjam (UED-SP) Cahaya Maju Desa Sei. Guntung Hilir Kecamatan Rengat Kabupaten Indragiri Hulu. Dengan menganalisis data menggunakan regresi berganda, koefisien korelasi, dan uji Hipotesis yang nantinya dibantu dengan menggunakan SPSS versi 21. Dari hasil penelitian dengan persamaan regresinya Y = 8,853 + 0,017 X1 + 0,515 X2. a= konstanta sebesar 8,853 artinya profitabilitas adalah sebesar 8,853 apabila X1 (aktiva tetap) dan X2(modal) sama dengan 0 (nol). b1 = koefisien regresi aktiva tetap sebesar 0,017 menunjukkan bahwa setiap peningkatan aktiva tetap sebesar Rp.1 dan variabel lain (modal) tetap, maka akan terjadi peningkatan profitabilitas sebesar 0,017. b2 = koefisien regresi modal sebesar 0,515 menunjukkan bahwa setiap peningkatan modal sebesar Rp. 1 dan variabel lain (aktiva tetap) tetap, maka akan terjadi peningkatan modal sebesar 0,515. Koefisien korelasi diketahui bahwa R adalah 0,849 artinya memiliki hubungan yang sangat kuat serta searah. dan selanjutnya diuji dengan Koefisien determinasi berganda (R2) adalah 0,720. hal ini menunjukkan bahwa (X1) aktiva tetap dan (X2) modal secara bersama – sama dapat memberikan sumbangan terhadap variabel (Y) profitabilitas sebesar 72 %. Dan sisanya 18 % di sumbangan oleh variabel lain. Uji hipotesis pada taraf signifikan a = 5 % dimana F hitung (5,144) < F tabel (6,94) maka Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Artinya variabel aktiva tetap dan modal secara bersama – sama tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap profitabilitas pada Usaha Ekonomi Desa Simpan Pinjam (UED-SP) Cahaya Maju Desa Sei. Guntung Hilir Kecamatan Rengat Kabupaten Indragiri Hulu. Dan dilakukan Uji Parsial dimana t hitung (0,072) < dari pada t tabel (2,570) maka Ho diterima dan Ha ditolak, yang berarti aktiva tetap tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap profitabilitas. Dan t hitung (2,930) > dari pada t tabel (2,570) maka Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima, yang berarti modal memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap profitabilitas
