Abstract

The main goal of this study is to find out how salary, work motivation, and the work surroundings affect how happy nurses are with their jobs in the inpatient ward of Jayapura Hospital. Questionnaires and interviews with 186 nurses at Jayapura Hospital were used to collect raw data for this study. The story says that the hospital has 350 nurses in total. The people who did this work used the statistical programme SPSS version 23 to do quantitative analyses, such as multiple linear regression analysis and coefficient of determination analysis. We found that pay and work environment have a statistically significant and positive effect on nurse job happiness in the inpatient ward of Jayapura Hospital. This was shown by the T-test and F-test results. Despite this, it was found that work motivation does not have a statistically significant effect on job happiness in this group of nurses. Within the walls of Jayapura Hospital, study has shown that pay, work motivation, and the work environment all have a statistically significant and positive effect on how satisfied inpatient room nurses are with their jobs. After looking at the coefficient of determination, we can say that pay, work motivation, and the work environment all together account for 21.7% of the differences seen in nurse job happiness. Eighty-seven percent of the conflict is still being resolved because of outside factors that were not included in this study.

The point of this study is to look into and try how organisational culture can be used to predict how well a palm oil company in Indonesia will do. It is a quantitative type of field study that is being used. Using purposive sampling, the population and group for this study were all managers of private oil palm plantation companies. There were 103 people in total, so 100 respondents were studied, and a Likert scale was used to measure them. The method for analysing the data uses both descriptive and proof analysis, along with the Partial Least Square (PLS) method and Smart PLS software. The study shows that external adaptation has a big and positive effect on how well people do their jobs. Adapting to changes outside the company has a positive and significant effect on its performance. On the other hand, integrating within the company does not have a positive and significant effect on overall work performance. and have a big impact on how well the company does, It is true that basic beliefs have a positive and significant effect on work performance, but they don't have any positive or significant effect on company performance. Additionally, work performance has a positive and significant effect on company performance.

Abstract

The study's goal is to find out how entrepreneurial motivation, family environment, and entrepreneurship education affect the desire to be an entrepreneur among UKSW dormitory students, with instrumental readiness acting as a moderating variable. This study uses the association research method with a quantitative approach and has 152 respondents. All of them are students living in UKSW dorms and are the result of our own data processing. A formula called the Solvin formula was used to find the minimum number of respondents. This study used a non-probability sampling method, especially purposeful sampling and accidental sampling. The study shows that entrepreneurial motivation, family environment, and entrepreneurship education all have a positive effect on the entrepreneurial interest of UKSW dorm residents. The moderating variable instrumental readiness can make the effects of entrepreneurial drive, family environment, and entrepreneurship education stronger on the desire to be an entrepreneur among UKSW dormitory students.

The data obtained was then analyzed for business feasibility from a financial aspect. The analysis technique used is using investment criteria including: Payback Period, Net Present Value, Internal Rate of Return (IRR), and Profitability Index as well as investment risk using sensitivity analysis. The results of this research show that the liquid smoked fish business in Tulehu village and Waai village is considered feasible because the financial aspect is considered to meet the investment assessment criteria, the rate of return on investment (Payback Period) is faster than the project plan, namely 5 years, the Net Present Value has positive value, the Internal Rate of Return is above the expected profit level, and the Profitability Index /Benefit Cash Ratio Ratio is greater than oneKeywords: Feasibility of liquid smoked fish business, Payback Period, Net Present Value, Internal Rate of Return, Profitability Index /Benefit Cash ratio Ratio is greater than one

This study's group was made up of up to 60 people who worked at PT. Infomedia (Grahapena). In this study, a saturated sampling method was used to choose the sample, which meant that the whole community was used as the research sample. This study used first-hand information as its data source. A questionnaire filled out by PT workers was used to get primary data for this study. The news agency GRAhapena in Makassar. There are different types of tests used to look at data, such as validity tests, reliability tests, multiple linear regression analysis, partial tests, simultaneous tests, determination tests, and classical assumption tests (such as normality tests, heteroscedasticity tests, and multicollinearity tests). The study shows that training makes PT workers more productive, and the effect is big and positive. The news agency GRAhapena in Makassar. This means that training is a factor in figuring out how productive an employee is at work. On the other hand, schooling doesn't have a big effect on how much work people get done. Abstract

This study examines how work stress, motivation, and job satisfaction affect Fajar TV employees in Makassar City. This study included 82 Fajar TV staff and 68 Slovin formulation employees. This study includes primary data from questionnaires given to all respondents. The analytical method used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis, which includes descriptive analysis, data quality testing (validity and reliability tests), the classic assumption test (normality, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity tests), and testing all hypotheses proposed in this research. This research shows that work stress, motivation, and job satisfaction positively and significantly affect employee performance. While work stress and motivation affect employee performance, job happiness dominates. Policymakers should focus on job satisfaction in terms of perceptions, abilities, organisation, and coworkers to improve Fajar TV in Makassar City. This study also found that partially work motivation does not affect performance. Therefore, stakeholders must pay attention to motivational variables that can lower employee performance, such as allowances and salaries that are not in line with employee desires but still consider the company's position.

Abstract

This study's overarching goal is to learn more about how financial knowledge, financial attitude, and locus of control all interact to influence financial management behaviour. Forty SME proprietors from Ternate (mostly Ternate Tengah and Ternate Selatan) make up the study's sample. Purposeful sampling was used to choose the sample. In this work, SEM-PLS was used to check for validity of hypotheses. Based on the data, it appears that Financial Knowledge does not significantly influence Financial Management Actions. That Locus of Control does not play a mediating role in the connection between financial knowledge and management behaviour is another implication of this research. However, Financial Attitude significantly and positively affects Financial Management Actions. The subsequent studies showed that the relationship between financial attitude and financial management behaviour was partially mediated by locus of control.
