Abstract

Local governments should be able to improve the welfare of the people by using the economic resources and sources of non-economic optimum. The success of local government in managing, implementing and evaluating the improvement of the welfare of society in every area of the central government judging from some macro indicators ekonomi.Indikator in question is the number of the population, human development index, as well as regional inflation rate in each province. Achievement of regional economic development objectives, policies needed to seek as much as possible in order to use that line with development potential possessed by region.This study used secondary data obtained by Bank Indonesia and the Central Bureau of Statistics. Data processing using multiple linear regression and ANOVA test. The results showed the total population, human development index, and the rate of inflation, affecting the third parties fund of East Java Regional Development Bank. Abstract

Mining investment in Indonesia increased foreign exchange earnings for the country, the creation of jobs. Investment as the main driver and is the key in the concept of the economy and job creation and poverty reduction. This study was to determine the effect of investment, labor mining sector to the Gross Regional Domestic Product without Oil and Gas Mining Sector. The data used is secondary data, investment, labor and mining sector Gross Domestic Product Without Oil and Gas Mining Sector from 2000 to 2012. The analytical method used is regression analysis using SPSS 17.0.Based on the analysis we can conclude the mining sector investment has positive influence on the Gross Regional Domestic Product without Oil and Gas Mining Sector. The mining sector workforce has positive influence on the Gross Regional Domestic Product without Oil and Gas Mining Sector. Investment and mining sector workforce together a positive effect on the Gross Regional Domestic Product without Oil and Gas Mining in Indonesia. Keyword: Investment, Labor, Gross Domestic Product

Abstract

This study describes the corporate governance linking between the various participants in the company who determine the direction of the company's performance: This study aims to determine the effect of good corporate governance to the quality of financial reporting in manufacturing companies. Good Corporate Governance is measured from institutional ownership, managerial ownership and the board of commissioners and supporting variables such as firm age (Age) and leverage enterprise and financial reporting quality is measured through a questionnaire distributed by 65 respondents. The statistical method used is a simple linear regression analysis. Sample research is a manufacturing company in 2012. Based on the results of hypothesis testing can be concluded that the leverage effect on the Quality of Financial Reporting; while BOC, Institutional Ownership, Managerial Ownership and firm age (Age) does not affect the quality of financial reporting. Abstract

The company's main goal to achieve maximum profit, so that the company's goals can be achieved, then the company should have a high effectiveness. Companies and employees are two things that need each other. The success employees of self-actualization of potential and an opportunity to meet their needs. As for the company, success is a means towards the growth and development of the company. The company's success is determined in part by either the employee job satisfaction.The population of study was employees of PT. Rianto Prima Jaya, amounting to 90 employees. The sampling technique used in this study is the Proportional stratified random sampling by taking a sample of 90 people. According Sugiyono (2007: 75), this technique is used when the population has members or elements that are not homogeneous and stratified proportionally. Measurement of variables in this study will use a Likert scale. This data was obtained through HRD in the company. This data is in the form of number of employees, section or division. The interview is with a question and answer directly to the employees of the company and the respondent regarding the motivation, job satisfaction, and employee performance in an organization or company. The questionnaire is to provide a list of written questions to the respondent on motivational factors and hygiene factors and job satisfaction PT. Rianto Prima Jaya. Validity is an instrument that can be used to measure what should be measured. This test is done to approach product moment correlation between each of the items that measure a variable with a total score of the variables. Reliability test was conducted to determine the level of consistency of measurement results when the data measured twice or more the same symptoms.The results showed that the variables of Hygiene negative effect and no significant effect on Employee Satisfaction at PT. Rianto Prima Jaya,, while Motivator variables provide a significant and positive effect on employee job satisfaction. Correlation / relationship between hygiene and motivator factors with job satisfaction of employees of PT. Rianto Prima Jaya is high enough for (r = 0710) in which the adjusted R-square is equal to 0710 this means 71% of the variation in the dependent variable job satisfaction of employees at PT. Rianto Prima Jayayang can be explained by the independent variables of Hygiene and Motivatorsedangkan the balance of 0.290 or 29% is explained by other variables outside the existing variable. Abstract

The study aims at observing analitically of Mudharabah Contract Finance on islamic economy system. The study uses descriptive qualitative analysis with historic-juridical approach. The data collecting technique in the study is based on literature such as book, journal, and other scientific works which is  either related or unrelated with the study. The result of analysis ndicates that multilateral mudharabah contract finance is based on MUI and National Islamic Law Committee instruction with mortgage (al-Rahn) analogy (al-Qias)-based argument. The National Islamic Law Committee instruction is cross with the classical scientists who does not determine the mudharabah contract finance for either bilateral or multilateral.  Keywords: Musyarakah, Mudharabah, Mudharabah musyarakah

Abstract

This study was conducted to examine the factors that affect earnings management practices are firm size, profitability, leverage, public ownership, changes in stock prices and business risks. Grouping between grading company and not grading using Index to Financial Sector Public Company by the number of samples are 38 companies. Statistical analysis used is multivariate testing, using logistic regression analysis using backward stepwise method enter and to determine the factors that significantly affect the practice of income smoothing. The results of logistic regression analysis using both methods to five independent variables are supposed to influence the practice of income smoothing, there are three variables that significantly affect income smoothing practices are firm size, NPM and business risks.Conclusion that in this study ROA, leverage, public ownership and changes in the stock price does not significantly affect the income smoothing practices. As for the variable size of the company, NPM and business risk significantly affect the income smoothing practices. Abstract

 Online store as part of E-commerce from day to day growing rapidly, and increasingly organized according to the grouping's business model E-commerce. Visitors E-commerce demographically divided into several groups one of which is the level of education. This study aims to determine the effect of education on elections E-commerce business model as measured by the number of visits to the site. Correlation analysis was used to measure the effect of the general level of education tersebut.Secara have a strong influence on the selection of E-commerce business model. Abstract

The performance of employee at PT Adam Jaya is considered has not been optimal. It needs an improvement through chronically resource development which is, in this case, the employee. The development includes not only technical aspects but also psychological aspects such as leadership and job satisfaction development. Leadership and job satisfaction are interrelated and important in determining the performance of an employee. High leadership will encourage the employee to work in discipline that will lead him/her to the job satisfaction. The purpose of the study is to observe the relation of leadership and the performance of employee, as well as, to observe the relation of job satisfaction and the performance of employee. The study uses questionaire, and interview and discussion. The number of respondent in this study is 60 people by proportional stratified random sampling technique. The data validity and reliability test is done with the result that each questions is valid and reliable. From the analysis statistic result, it obtains that the coefficient result between leadership and performance of employee is amounted to -0,215, while job satisfaction variable and performance of employee has corelation coefficient value as 0,173 which means that there is no corelation of the two free variables.  Keywords: leadership, job satisfation, performance of employee
