Abstract

Absract: Implementation Of Islamic Values in Mosque YouthRisma is one of the important tools that needs to be activated in the community in providing Islamic Religious education to be implemented both in academia and in society both through recitation, Tausyah, dhikr and other activities related to Islamic Religious values. The purpose of this study was to explore the values of Islamic education carried out by the Youth of the Al Muhajirin Mosque, Talang Benih Curup Village. This research is a field research (field research), the type of research conducted is qualitative research with a qualitative descriptive approach. The subjects in this study were mosque officials, the community and several members of Risma Al-Muhajirin. Relevant data collection techniques used in this study are observation, interviews, and documentation. While the technique for data analysis is by means of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The data collection technique was then carried out by the actor checking with the triangulation technique and then reducing the data and then drawing a conclusion which the researcher then claimed was a research finding. The results of the study concluded that the implementation of the values of Islamic education itself includes the formation of character, worship and morals and is able to shape the behavior of adolescents so that they do not carry out negative activities such as crimes, stealing and promiscuity which have occurred a lot among adolescents and can increase positive behavior. With the implementation of the values of Islamic education that are taught to youth in this mosque, it greatly influences the youth of the mosque itself in forming mosque youth which encourages youth towards positive activities which can later become a generation of youth who can be a good example, especially in society.Abstrak: Implementasi Nilai-Nilai Pendidikan Islam pada Remaja Islam Masjid Risma merupakan salah satu sarana penting yang perlu diaktifkan di lingkungan masyarakat dalam memberikan pendidikan Agama Islam untuk diimplementasikan baik di akademik maupun di masyarakat baik melalui pengajian, Tausyah, dzikir dan kegiatan lainnya yang berhubungan dengan nilai-nilai Agama Islam. Adapun tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menggali nilai-nilai pendidikan Islam yang dilaksanakan oleh Remaja Masjid Al Muhajirin Kelurahan Talang Benih Curup. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian lapangan (field Research), jenis penelitian yang dilakukan adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriftif kualitatif. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah pengurus Masjid, masyarakat dan beberapa anggota Risma Al-Muhajirin. Teknik pengumpulan data yang relevan digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan teknik untuk analisis datanya yaitu dengan cara reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Teknik pengumpulan data kemudian pelaku melakukan krocek dengan Teknik triangulasi dan kemudian direduksi data tersebut baru diambil sebuah kesimpulan yang kemudian peneliti claim sebagai temuan penelitian. Di risma Al-Muhajirin terdapat beberapa kegiatan yang rutin dilaksanakan seperti: yasinan, pengajian, muhadaroh, Khutbah Jum’at, membantu kegiatan PHBI yang tentunta kegiatan tersebut dapat menghidupkan pendidikan Islam di Masyarakat. Hasil penelitian disimpulkan bahwa dengan adanya kegiatan tersebut mampu membentuk perilaku remaja agar tidak melakukan kegiatan yang melanggar norma-norma yang dilarang seperti kejahatan-kejahatan, mencuri dan pergaulan bebas yang sudah banyak terjadi dikalangan remaja serta dapat meningkatkan perilaku positif.

Abstract

This research was intended to know the relationship between teacher’s teaching ability and student interest in learning with the result of student study in the Arabic subject regilious school (MTs) N 1 palembang. This research hypothesis is: (1) there is a significant positive link between teacher teaching ability and student learning in Arabic subject religious school (MTs) N 1 palembang; (2) there is a significant positive relationship between a student's interest in learning and the result of a student's study in the Arabic subject religious school (MTs) N 1 palembang; (3) there is a significant positive link between a teacher's teaching ability and a student's interest in learning simultaneously (together) with the result of the student's learning in the Arabic subject MTSN 1 palembang. The study was conducted at  MTSN 1 palembang with the respondents of 1 Arabic teacher and the students of religious school (MTs) N 1 palembang of 35 (for samples). The study employs qualitative and quantitative approaches. Quantitative data analysis uses regression and partial correlation (simple) and simultaneous correlation (double) with the help of the SPSS program. Qualitative data analysis follows the techniques presented by Miles and Hubermen (1992:16-19), which are data reduction, data presentation, and a deduction/verification drawing. Studies indicate that: (1) there is a positive link between a teacher's teaching ability and that of a student in the Arabic subject religious school  (MTs) N 1 palembang. Students' learning in Arabic subjects can be influenced by teacher teaching ability, at religious school ( MTs) N 1 palembang is a large influence of only 3.1%, (2) there is a positive link between student learning interests and student learning in the arabic launguage religious school (MTs) N 1 palembang. The results of a student's learning in an Arabic subject MTSN 1 palembang can be influenced by a student's interest in learning. The magnitude of the influence of the interest in MTSN 1 palembang is 30.6%, (3) there is a positive link between a teacher's teaching ability and a student's interest in learning together in the Arabic subject MTSN 1 palembang. The result of students' learning in the arabmtsn 1 palembang can be influenced by a teacher's teaching ability and a student's interest in learning together. The impact of MTSN 1 palembang is 34.7%, of which 66.3% is affected by other factors. That is, if teacher teaching ability and student learning interests increase students' learning results will increase, and if the teacher's teaching ability and student learning interests decline then the student's learning results will also decline.

Abstract: Implementation Of Multicultural Educational Values In Subang DistrictThis study discusses the implementation of multicultural education in Subang district. The fact shows that Subang Regency currently accommodates adequate plurality and multiculturalism, besides that Subang is also an area that takes advantage of the current changing times, with the target being industrial areas and metropolitan smart cities on the Rebana triangle and also the presence of the Patimban International Port, this is the case Of course, it has a lot of good potential if it can be maximally empowered, but it is prone to conflicts and frictions that can cause divisions if it is not managed properly. Through a qualitative descriptive research method, it describes how the conditions of multicultural reality in Subang Regency and its implementation analyze the values of multicultural education in the midst of the times that have an impact on people's lives. This management can be done by implementing the values of multicultural education in an area, especially in Subang, education has an important role in guiding the social order to have attitudes and views of mutual respect, tolerance, democracy, justice and mutual understanding.Abstract: Implementasi Nilai-Nilai Pendidikan Multikultural Di Kabupaten SubangPenelitian ini membahas tentang implementasi pendidikan multikultural di kabupaten subang. Kenyataan menerangkan bahwa kabupaten subang saat ini mengakomodasi plularitas dan multikultural yang memadai, di samping itu subang juga merupakan daerah yang terdampak perubahan zaman saat ini, dengan ditargetnya menjadi wilayah industri dan kota smart metropolitan di  segi tiga rebana dan juga hadirnya Pelabuhan internasional patimban, hal demikian tentu memiliki banyak potensi yang baik apabila dapat diberdayakan dengan maksimal, akan tetapi rawan konflik serta gesekan-gesekan yang menimbulkan perpecahan apabila tidak dibina dengan baik. Melalui metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif, memaparkan bagaimana kondisi realitas multikultural di kabupaten subang dan menganalisis implementasi nilai-nilai pendidikan multikultural di tengah perkembangan zaman yang berdampak pada kehidupan masyarakatnya. Pengelolaan tersebut bisa dilakukan dengan upaya implementasi nilai-nilai Pendidikan multikultural dalam suatu daerah khususnya di Subang, pendidikan memiliki peranan penting dalam membimbing tatanan masyarakat untuk memiliki sikap dan pandangan saling menghargai, toleransi, demokratis, adil dan saling memahami
