<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the application of additional income for civil servants in improving performance at the Wua-Wua sub-district office, Kendari City. The method used in this research is qualitative, there are six informants in this study. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis used is data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the Application of Additional Income for Civil Servants, namely; input activity in inputting activities, all employees can input their respective activities, it's just honesty that needs to be applied in inputting employee activities and constraints in inputting, namely network problems or signals that are not supportive, activity validation is carried out by their superiors and print out the TPPNS report, which is the admin's job to printed and brought to the Regional Personnel Agency (BKD) for disbursement. In measuring the performance of the State Civil Apparatus, the indicators in the research have been implemented.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the implementation of the stunting prevalence prevention program for children under five and to find out the factors that influence the implementation of the stunting prevalence prevention program for children under five at the Konawe District Health Office. This study uses a qualitative approach, primary data sources from informants are then analyzed using analysis techniques according to Miles Huberman. The results 1of this study indicate that the implementation of the Prevention of Childhood Stunting Prevention Program at the Konawe District Health Office is firstly complete basic immunization in the Stunting Prevention Prevention program is maximum and has been realized well, Second, the field of providing additional food to children under five, in general, is 1in accordance with the provisions set forth in this study. Is hoped that, Third, it can be said that the implementation of the Stunting Prevalence Prevention program is very important so support from the local government and the central government is needed. Fourth, the field of zinc provision has been realized properly and efficiently through socialization and data collection for the people of the Konawe Regency. Factors influencing the implementation of the stunting prevalence prevention program in the areas of communication, resources, disposition, and bureaucratic structures have not worked well due to the difficulty of the telephone network and many people living in remote areas, making it very difficult to communicate as well because of the damaged road conditions making it difficult. prevention of stunting prevalence to the people of Konawe Regency]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to analyze the level of local government spending in South Konawe Regency in 2011-2020 from the perspective of the golden rule. The research method used is existing statistics research of a non-reactive method. The data used is numerical data for the time series of local government spending and gross regional domestic product 2011-2020. The quantitative data analysis technique used is the percentage statistic in SPSS Forecasting version 23.0. The results showed that the level of local government spending in South Konawe Regency in 2011-2020 was not optimal because it was far below the minimum criteria recommended as the golden rule in the theoretical literature on government spending. This sub-optimal level of local government spending has the connotation of the local government's inability to respond to increasing public demands and expectations, at least in providing public goods that the market cannot afford. The local government of South Konawe Regency, if it wants to be of higher quality, needs to increase its level of spending to an optimal level]]>

<![CDATA[The concept of Community Based Correction (CBC) is an alternative in fulfilling the rights of prisoners who are in prison, by providing new opportunities for prisoners to be able to return to the community, the role of coaching also determines the success of this program, with prisoners following the coaching program well, it will make it easier for prisoners to receive their rights in prisons, the role and participation of the community in receiving prisoner coaching has a major role in the reintegration of prisoners into society. This research uses descriptive research with literature study (Library Research). Descriptive research is carried out by means of surveys, literature, and so on. This study uses a literature study that aims to explain the concept of CBC and the guidance obtained by inmates at the Correctional Institution, especially on the guidance and services provided to fulfill the rights of prisoners. The results of the study show that most open prisons have succeeded in integrating prisoners in the context of coaching with the CBC concept as an embodiment of the goals of the Correctional system.]]>

<![CDATA[The issue of climate change has become a more serious problem, as it involves various aspects of life. Growing awareness of the issue then drives countries around the world, including Australia, to bring it to the table of international forums so the best solution can be agreed upon. This collective effort has resulted in the existence of the Kyoto protocol. This research aims to study the effects of the protocol's ratification, which led to its domestic implementation through a variety of policies by the Australian government. The study was conducted using the compliance theory, with the 3 indicators of output, outcomes, and impact, to see the capacity of the Australian government in complying with the international agreement. This research is organized in a qualitative explanatory method in order to understand the causes and effects of specific phenomena. The results show that the Australian government has established two domestic policies following the ratification of the Kyoto protocol, and has met the three indicators of compliance theory and experienced significant impacts on its environment and economy.]]>

<![CDATA[Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan pengaruh budaya patriarki pada peran politik perempuan dan pengambilan kebijakan publik di parlemen. Penelitian ini dilakukan di DPRD Provinsi Sulawesi Tenggara. Informan penelitian dipilih secara sengaja (purposive sampling). Adapun yang menjadi Informan, diantaranya Ketua DPRD Provinsi Sulawesi Tenggara, Kasubbag Kajian Perundang-undangan dan seluruh Politisi perempuan yang duduk dikursi DPRD Sulawesi Tenggara periode 2019-2024. Data dalam penelitian ini terdiri atas data primer dan sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan pengamatan (observasi), wawancara (interview) dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan secara deskriptif kualitatif dengan tahapan yaitu: reduksi data (data reduction), penyajian data (data display) dan penarikan kesimpulan (conclusion drawing/verivication). Hasil dalam penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa peran politik perempuan di DPRD Provinsi Sulawesi Tenggara secara kuantitas masih rendah. Sebab hanya terdapat 8 orang atau 17,7 persen perempuan dari 45 orang anggota legislatif, hal tersebut disebabkan oleh berbagai factor diantaranya: masih dominannya budaya politik patriarki yang tercermin melalui regulasi dengan starting point 30% untuk keterwakilan politik perempuan (2) terdapat penetapan zipper system yang mengatur setiap 3 bakal calon terdapat sekurang-kurangnya 1 orang perempuan; pandangan stretife bahwa perempuan tidak pantas dalam dunia politik; adanya anggapan pendidikan dan kemampuan politik perempuan lebih rendah dibandingkan dengan laki-laki. Peran perempuan dalam pengambilan kebijakan publik sudah cukup baik hanya saja belum maksimal. Hal tersebut dikarenakan jumlah personil atau kuantitas mereka yang memang masih minoritas sehingga menempatkan laki-laki pada posisi yang dominan dalam berbagai pengambilan keputusan pada kebijakan publik diparlemen.]]>

<![CDATA[This writing aims to find out the performance of the Riau Provincial Social Service in handling the problem of repatriation of displaced people in the city of Pekanbaru to create social welfare for displaced people. Abandonedness is experienced due to the mobility of residents from one area to another with the aim of achieving a better life. Pekanbaru is one of the destinations because it is the capital of riau province that has promising jobs. Riau Provincial Social Service accommodates the repatriation of displaced people to their hometowns. This research aims to find out how the performance of riau provincial social services (case study: repatriation of displaced people in pekanbaru city). The research method used is a qualitative research method with a case study approach that is descriptive analysis. Research is conducted by collecting various information, processed and analyzed based on existing data based on how the organizational performance piercing used in this study. The result of this study is the creation of social care and welfare for displaced people.]]>

<![CDATA[In order to improve justice in land tenure and ownership as well as improve people's welfare, the President of the Republic of Indonesia make policies on Agrarian Reform as stated in Presidential Regulation Number 86 of 2018 where the efforts made are to implement Land Redistribution. This research is intended to see the implementation of Land Redistribution carried out in Indragiri Hulu District in 2020 and 2021, which at the end of its implementation experienced a decrease in targets and still found fragmentation in the bureaucratic process. This research uses qualitative research method thas uses data collection techniques, namely interviews and documentation. The results shown in this research are that the implementation of Land Redistribution carried out in Indragiri Hulu District in 2020 and 2021 has gone quite well, but in its implementation there are still few problems that cause delays in the completion of the program.]]>

<![CDATA[Currently, services in the licensing administration sector are the types of services that are quite in demand such as Building Construction Permits, Transportation Uzaha Permits, Fisheries Business Permits, Plantation Business Permits, Industrial Business Permits, more specifically regarding Trading Business Permits. Through the Investment Coordinating Board (BKPM) the Probolinggo Regency created an innovative on-site permit service program, namely PELITA HATI which aims to assist the community in making business licenses. This study aims to describe the Implementation of a Warm, Trustworthy, Transparent and Innovative Service Permit Service Program (Pelita Hati) in Making Business Licenses in Probolinggo Regency. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. The selection of informants was chosen deliberately who was considered to understand the problem, took data from relevant sources according to the theme raised, so as to produce reliable data and determine the accuracy of the research results. The results showed that the implementation of the Pelita Hati program in making business licenses in Probolinggo Regency was running well and optimally.]]>

<![CDATA[This article aims to explore the dynamics of the Policy for the Enforcement of Community Activity Restrictions (PPKM) as a form of Social Protection Policy. The increase in Covid-19 cases in Indonesia requires the government to take quick action through the Emergency PPKM policy. Indonesia's entry into the 2nd wave of Covid-19 was marked by a significant increase in new additional cases in early July 2021. The implementation of this PPKM then gave rise to various vertical and horizontal dynamics and conflicts in the public sphere which are interesting for further review. This study uses descriptive qualitative methods with secondary data collection techniques. Data acquisition is also supported through search results from Google Mobility and Google Trends to strengthen the analysis results. The results of this study explain that the PPKM policy was officially taken by the government to suppress the spread of Covid-19 in Indonesia. Its application has proven to be effective in suppressing community mobility. The implementation of PPKM led to panic buying, increased demand for health products, to health facilities such as hospitals and health centers. The implementation of PPKM raises pros and cons, starting from the acceleration of vaccination, the use of the Peduli Protect application, integrated social welfare data to the emergence of the airport mafia. keywords: Covid-19; PPKM; Social Protection Policy; ]]>
