<![CDATA[Indonesia is a country with a majority Muslim population. In the context of Indonesian’s, Muslims constitute a very large market share for marketing products, especially Islamic products. One of the products based on Islamic values is Islamic Bank. In Indonesia, Bank Muamalat is the first bank in existence. With such a large Muslim population, on the other hand, Islamic banks do not hold market share in the national banking industry. Islamic banks lag behind other conventional banks. Therefore, a strategy is needed to increase that market share. Islamic marketing is a strategy that can be used to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty at Bank Muamalat Indonesia.This research is an explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling. Respondents in this study were 120 people. The Machin and Campbell formula is used to determine the number of respondents. The objectives of this study are (1) to determine the effect of Islamic marketing on customer satisfaction; (2) to determine the effect of Islamic marketing on customer loyalty; (3) To determine the effect of customer satisfaction on customer loyalty.The results of this study are (1) Islamic marketing has a significant effect on customer satisfaction; (2) Islamic marketing has a significant effect on customer loyalty; and (3) Customer satisfaction has a significant effect on customer loyalty. So that Bank Muamalat in increasing customer satisfaction and loyalty needs to improve the existing indicators in Islamic Marketing]]>

<![CDATA[AbstractThe Covid-19 pandemic is a shared problem so it must also be resolved collectively. In the context of crisis, the role of the government must remain dominant, but also by opening the door to collaborative governance. Therefore it is vital to understand the dynamics of the collaborative governance process in dealing with the Covid-19 pandemic which of course is full of challenges and obstacles in the midst of uncertainty. Researchers use the literature study method to track various conditions in an effort to resolve a pandemic that involves inter-sectoral efforts, but researchers find important points that must be corrected so that the handling of the pandemic does not experience deficiencies in collaborative governance. So far, real action is needed in improving the responsiveness of policies, quality of regulations, data management, monitoring systems and coordination among sectors. Keywords: collaborative governance; covid-19; pandemic AbstrakPandemi Covid-19 merupakan persoalan bersama sehingga juga harus diselesaikan secara bersama-sama pula. Dalam konteks krisis pun sebenarnya peran pemerintah harus tetap dominan akan tetapi juga dengan membuka pintu kolaborasi bersama dengan antar sektor (collaborative governance). Oleh karena itu penting untuk mengetahui dinamika proses collaborative governance dalam menangani pandemi Covid-19 yang tentu saja penuh dengan tantangan, kendala dan hambatan di tengah ketidakpastian. Peneliti menggunakan metode studi kepustakaan untuk melacak berbagai kondisi dalam usaha menyelesaikan pandemi yang melibatkan usaha antar sektor akan tetapi peneliti menemukan poin-poin penting yang harus diperbaiki agar penanganan pandemi tidak mengalami defisiensi dalam collaborative governance. Sejauh ini perlu tindakan nyata dalam memperbaiki responsivitas kebijakan, kualitas regulasi, manajemen data, sistem pengawasan dan koordinasi antar sektor. <![CDATA[Kampung Genteng Candirejo is a village that is included in the category of tourist villages in Surabaya. Kampung Genteng Candirejo is characterized by its processing of herbal products and environmental-based village management to achieve sustainable tourism management. The development of Kampung Genteng Candirejo as an alternative for tourism involves community participation in the formation of tourism village institutions as well as the existence of herbal product business units that can improve the community's economy. The purpose of this research is to identify the management of Kampung Genteng Candirejo in the perspective of community based tourism as sustainable tourism. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative using the theory of community based tourism. Data collection techniques are carried out through observation, interview and documentation techniques. The results showed that community based tourism has been applied to tourism management in Genteng Candirejo Village, the application of community based tourism is applied in the form of active community participation, the formation of tourism village management agencies, the existence of herbal product processing business activities that improve the community's economy, and village management through an environmentally friendly program.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine how the development carried out to realize the concept of education in Lontar Sewu Tourism Education through its potential and can improve the economy and make Hendrosari Village better known by the outside community with a good image. The method in this research is descriptive qualitative and uses the theory of developing the potential of a tourism village.The results of the research carried out require a development based on the potential of Hendrosari Village, namely when viewed from the natural tourist attraction which is used as a tourist village because it has a large area of land planted with palm trees and the community fully contributes to building the village. In the aspect of attractions, the use of nature as a vehicle for attractions has been carried out in accordance with the development of tourist destinations, but in its implementation there is no concept of education in accordance with the purpose of establishing the Lontar Sewu Tourism Edu. Supporting facilities in the Edu Wisata Lontar Sewu area are adequate, then from the aspect of transportation accessibility it can only be passed by using a private vehicle with the road conditions to Edu Wisata Lontar Sewu not good because there are many potholes and bumpy roads that make motorists feel uncomfortable and have to be careful. heart when passing through the road, because there is only one entrance to the destination. ]]>

<![CDATA[PPKM (Enforcement of Restrictions on Community Activities) and the Kampung Tangguh Program are one of its policies. With the formation of this policy, the community is also encouraged to carry out productive activities even from home. Some of the growing trends are the existence of urban farming which is often used in urban areas that are quite densely populated. Besides being useful in food security, urban farming also helps the productivity of the community. Kuliah Kerja Nyata is an activity from the Universitas Pembangunan Nasional “Veteran” Jawa Timur in an effort to serve the community in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic. Students do community service in RT I RW XI Kelurahan Kertajaya, Kecamatan Gubeng, Surabaya City by implementing an introduction to hydroponic cultivation techniques and education that are easy and can be done by the community. The purpose of doing community service by KKN students themselves is so that the community can be helped by the community service carried out by students and can create resilience in the food sector. The method used in this paper uses the results of observations and direct interviews with local residents. And the results of hydroponics are expected to inspire the community in developing hydroponics independently. ]]>

<![CDATA[The policy of the Minister of Law and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia Number 10 of 2020 regarding the release and release of prisoners through the process of assimilation and integration in the response to Covid-19 caused many pros and cons. There are some groups who judge that the decision is the right step to respect the law and the Criminal Justice System. The research method used in this study is a normative juridical approach, namely through the analysis of a legal problem according to the provisions of the applicable laws and regulations. The type of legal material used is primary law, namely related legislation and secondary legal materials in the form of literature that the author reads such as scientific articles and books. The deepening of this research uses descriptive analytical method which has the aim of being able to describe precisely where in this study the object of research is the release of prisoners in the perspective of the concept of assimilation. The purpose of this research is to find out and understand how the release of prisoners from the perspective of the concept of assimilation is viewed from the point of view of punishment. Based on the results of the study, it showed that the assimilation policy given to prisoners during the Covid-19 pandemic was in accordance with the concept of assimilation, namely by fulfilling the requirements and conditions as stipulated in the legislation. The Class IIB Bantul State Detention Center continues to monitor inmates who are undergoing a virtual assimilation program and continues to coordinate with law enforcement officials including the National Police, Attorney General's Office, Courts, and community leaders around the prisoners' residences.]]>

<![CDATA[The Covid-19 pandemic necessitates a rapid change to the digital age. Currently, the Directorate General of Treasury continues to make policies that refer to the principles of E-government by developing the direction of transactions that occur in the government. One of them is the launch of SAKTI, which has been specifically designed to simplify and speed up the financial management process from planning to budget accountability, which consists of nine modules integrated into one database (single database) within the scope of the work unit. This study uses qualitative methods, data collection is done by interviewing parties related to the use of the SAKTI application and observations at KPPN Palembang. This research is expected to provide an overview of the implementation of SAKTI at KPPN Palembang. The result of this research is that the Expenditure Treasurer of KPPN Palembang as the operator of the Treasurer Module has implemented the SAKTI Treasurer Module properly according to the laws and regulations and does not mix with SILABI. Since the use of SAKTI desktop, switching to SAKTI Web has made it easier for treasurers to administer the money they manage online. However, the development of increasingly sophisticated technology must be a challenge and motivation in developing SAKTI. In addition, the quality and competence operator SAKTI is also very important and necessary in achieving the successful implementation of SAKTI.]]>

<![CDATA[Toluk Jangkang Tourism is a tour that has a concept of traveling combining nature with local culture. The concept of Collaborative Governance Helping is important because in its application it does not only involve government and non-government but also other parties. This study aims to examine the concept of Collaborative Governance, the parties involved are the Tourism Office of Siak Regency, PT Cosmic, and Pokdarwis. The collaboration was carried out to develop the Toluk Angkang tourist attraction in Tualang District, Siak Regency. However, there are still inhibiting factors for Collaborative Governance in developing Toluk Jangkang tourism, namely the lack of budget provided by the government and the lack of community participation in developing Antang Jangkang tourism objects. This research method is a descriptive case study approach. The results of the research have not been fully achieved. The collaboration between the Tourism Office of Siak Regency, PT Cosmic, and Pokdarwis has proven that there is still minimal cost and community participation in developing Toluk Jangkang tourism.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this research is to analyze and describe how optimalization management of tourist attraction during pandemic by Dinas Kepemudaan, Olahraga dan Pariwisata Kendal Regency. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method, which means that researchers get data through observation and interviews and documents about Tourist Attractions by Disporapar. The data analysis used the theory of Miles & Huberman which consists of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The results showed that Disporapar held tourism management training for tourism actors with the aim that tourism actors were able to make Kendal Regency tourist destinations known to tourists and the wider community during the pandemic. The optimization of the management of Tourist Attractions during the pandemic by Disporapar has gone well and effectively. Such as providing a place to wash hands, adjusting seating distances and requiring visitors to wear masks. Disporapar worried if this pandemic will be long over, because it affects the income of business actors.]]>

<![CDATA[A prisoner is someone whose rights and freedoms must be revoked because he has committed a crime. The loss of freedom of freedom, and the things that must be faced in the face of the environment and the new, and having to part with loved ones, as well as relatives, which negatively affects actions. This study aims to determine the psychological development with a life sentence against a criminal change into a 20-year probationary sentence. This writing uses a normative approach using library techniques. Many with life sentences experienced despair and lost hope, the change of sentence to 20 years probation was a second chance that was coveted by the people. In serving the sentence, there are three important parts that have a large enough influence on the condition of a psychologist, namely environmental conditions in prisons, characteristics between individuals and social support. ]]>
