Abstract

Customer Relationship Management or CRM is a new approach to managing relationships between organizations and customers. In the era of the new order, especially during the current Covid-19 pandemic, digitizing public service functions carried out by the General Bureau of LIPI will play an important role in supporting the smooth running of the organization's operations. Customer satisfaction is highly dependent on the service process provided by executing service functions. In order for public service functions to run properly, it is necessary to carry out analysis in exploiting customer data in order to create increased value for the organization and customers by using Value Chain model analysis. Furthermore, to describe the implementation of CRM in public service functions, the implementation of the model applied is to use Payne's five-process model. This model describes the five core processes in CRM, namely the strategy development process, the value creation process, the multichannel integration process, the performance appraisal process and the information management process. The strategy for implementing this model is used so that the results obtained can run as expected. That way, customer satisfaction will be a top priority in implementing CRM in the general service function at LIPI.

Abstract

One study that is interesting to discuss is the political kinship established by the Agus Ambo Djiwa clan. Agus Ambo Djiwa has played an important role in Pasangkayu politics in building politics since 2005 to become deputy regent and then to regent two for the 2010-2020 period. Now he has successfully led his brother and wife to become regents and deputy regents of Pasangkayu in the 2021-2024 period. The purpose of this study was to determine the modalities of Agus Ambo Djwa's kinship politics in winning the political event in Pasangkayu. This study uses a qualitative method. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation studies. Data analysis used the Miles and Huberman model, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation and verification. The results showed that there was an inheritance of leadership politics in Pasangkayu which was after the expansion of the Mamuju district. The Agus Agus Djiwa clan won the 2020 elections because it has four basic material modalities, namely the Ambo Djiwa Family social capital, which is one of the figures in the formation of the division of North Mamuju Regency which is currently known as Pasangkayu and Agus Ambo Djiwa still in control of the regional bureaucracy, cultural capital relying on family names and politics ethnic identity, political capital supported by political parties and economic capital originate from personal wealth and donations from donors.

Abstract

Surabaya Zoo Animal Park is one of the tourist attractions in the city of Surabaya with increasing visitors every year. Currently, during the pandemic, the Surabaya Zoo's Animal Park has used a new innovation, namely a policy in the form of an online tourist admission ticket program. This has resulted in a decrease in the number of visitors at the Surabaya Zoo's Animal Park. This study aims to determine how evidende informed policy is in the online ticketing program at the Surabaya Zoo's Animal Park. The type of research used in this article is to use a qualitative approach. The results showed that the process of evidence informed policy has been implemented but there are still many people or visitors who do not understand this program. The conclusion of this research is that the process of evidence informed policy that occurs is not yet optimal, this can be seen from the indicators of evidence informed policy.

Abstract

Poverty is one example of a social problem that almost occurs throughout the world. In fact, it is not uncommon for the problem of poverty to cause various other social problems. In a developing country like Indonesia, the problem of poverty is the main problem that is still being pursued to minimize the poverty rate with programs that have been made by the government. Coupled with the emergence of the Covid-19 pandemic that is happening right now will greatly affect the economic level of the community. To overcome the problem of poverty that occurs, the Sidoarjo Regency government has made various ways to tackle poverty with various programs. One of the programs made by the Sidoarjo Regency government is the Local Economic Development Women Empowerment Program (P3EL). This program is an empowerment program intended for women in order to increase income for family welfare. Therefore, this study aims to determine the impact of the Local Economic Development Women Empowerment Program (P3EL) in Sidoarjo Regency. This study uses a descriptive research methodology with a qualitative approach. With the P3EL activity, it is hoped that business groups managed by women will grow and develop that are rational, economic, independent, equal and able to partner with other existing economic institutions.

Abstract

Jombang Regent Regulation Number 57of 2020 concerning Implementation of the Discipline , and Law Enforcement of Health Protocols as Efforts to Prevent and Control COVID-19 is a regulation passed by the Regent of Jombang as an effort to control the spread of COVID-19 in Jombang Regency. The purpose of this research to describe and analyze the implementation of disciplinary policies and law enforcement of health protocols as an effort to prevent and control COVID-19 in Jombang District, Jombang Regency. The theory used in this research is the implementation model theory by Edward III. The type of this research used descriptive qualitative. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Communication has been implemented but still not done well, especially on consistency; (2) Resources are well implemented; (3) The disposition has been implemented very well, especially in cognition, direction and response of the executor, as well as the intensity of the response or implementation response; (4) The bureaucratics tructure has not been well implemented because it does not have a written flow of officers or fragmentation of responsibility in writing between the threes's health protocol law enforcement agencies

Abstract

he purpose of this study was to analyze the effectiveness utilization of biometrics presence of face and finger access control at PT. PLN Tello Sector Makassar City in improving employee discipline. This research method uses quantitative research types with quantitative descriptive research types. Data collection techniques using questionnaires in the form of a checklist and using descriptive analysis techniques. The results showed that the effectiveness utilization of of biometrics presence of face and finger access control at PT. PLN Tello Sector Makassar City in order to improve employee discipline based on indicators of target achievement, adaptability, and job satisfaction are in the good category. Meanwhile, based on indicators of responsibility are in the quite good category.

Abstract

It is known that the people's economy has experienced a significant decline due to the Covid -19 Pandemic which has spread in various regions in Indonesia. From an economic point of view, we found that there was a decrease in income felt by UMKM actors, one of which was in the Gedangan Sub-District, Sidoarjo District which was caused by the Covid-19 pandemic. So that we are interested in examining how the efforts made by the Government through the Ministry of Finance regarding Final Income Tax Incentives to deal with the decline in income faced by UMKM’s. This study aims to determine how the implementation of the Final PPh Tax Incentive policy for UMKM’s during the current Covid-19 pandemic and to find out how the impact felt by UMKM’s regarding the Final Income Tax incentives issued by the Indonesian Minister of Finance. The method we use in this research is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques using interviews and observations. The results of this study indicate that the tax incentive policy can not be felt by UMKM actors in Gedangan District, this is due to the lack of socialization provided, resulting in their lack of knowledge about this policy and what conditions they must have to get tax incentives issued by the Ministry of Finance.

Abstract

This study aims to provide an overview of the impact of technology use, namely the website at the Kadia sub-district office in the framework of improving the quality of public services. The research method used is a qualitative method with a triangulation approach, namely observation, interviews, and written or archived data. The results show that the use of website technology in Kadia sub-district is a strategic step in responding to challenges in the era of governance development and improving the quality of digital technology-based public services. Ease of information dissemination and data integration between villages and districts are advantages that should facilitate public access. This situation should be able to change the mindset of all parties, both government officials and the public, which will lead to a more effective and efficient quality of public services. However, the impact of website technology has not yet been seen on improving the quality of public services. this is because the public's knowledge is still low regarding the existence of the sub-district website and how to use it, and also the lack of socialization of the sub-district website by the sub-district government to the Kadia community.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has had a significant impact in various fields, especially in the tourism sector which also has an impact on the country's economy. The central and local governments are currently doing various methods, including the Sekapuk Village Government. In the midst of the current pandemic, Sekapuk Village has succeeded in increasing village income as a source of economic resilience from tourism. Sekapuk Village has also achieved various achievements. This is inseparable from the support from the community. The purpose of this research is to see the application of the principles of Community Based Tourism (CBT) in the Development of Tourism Villages in Sekapuk Village, Ujungpangkah District, Gresik Regency. This type of research used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of CBT in Sekapuk Village has not been implemented as a whole. In the planning principle, the community has not played an active role. Then on the principle of implementation, the community has played an active role and participated in tourism ownership. Furthermore, the impact and benefits have been felt by the community significantly

Abstract

This paper aims to study and understand the internal conflicts that occurred in the National Awakening Party of Subang Regency in 2018 and how the conflict resolution was carried out by internal parties. The method uses a qualitative approach. Data and information obtained through observation, interview and library research methods. The data and arguments built in this writing are sourced from literature, such as books related to political party conflicts, materials that are already in written form and other sources that support primary data sources such as documentation, theses, theses, journals. and other scientific papers or from the internet, websites or blogs as well as to informants in the field through interviews.The results showed that the internal conflict of the National Awakening Party was caused by differences in political views in determining the choice of the candidate for the Regional Head of Subang Regency in 2018. This happened when there was a difference between Andi Lukman Hakim, Chair of the Subang National Awakening Party Branch Management Board who supported the Dedi pair. Junaedi-Budi Setiadi. Meanwhile, the Central Executive Board Decree fell to the pair Hj. Imas Aryumningsih-Sutarno. The conflict then led to the freezing of the Subang District PKB DPC, and was taken over by the caretaker management. Another factor that triggered the conflict was the power struggle after Andi's management was frozen. Therefore, it is necessary to have conflict resolution carried out by internal parties.
