Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh Islamic marketing dan citra perusahaan terhadap kepuasan dan loyalitas nasabah pada Bank Muamalat Indonesia Cabang Malang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian explanatory dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah nasabah Bank Muamalat Indonesia Cabang Malang yang menggunakan produk tabungan. Kuesioner didistribusikan kepada 138 responden dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis jalur (Path analysis) dan analisis deskriptif. Berdasarkan perhitungan analisis jalur menunjukkan bahwa Islamic marketing berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan nasabah dan loyalitas nasabah; citra perusahaan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan nasabah dan loyalitas nasabah; dan kepuasaan nasabah berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas nasabah. Oleh karena itu, Bank Muamalat sebaiknya mempertahankan dan meningkatkan variabel Islamic marketing dengan cara menjalankan perbankan syariah yang professional. Selain itu, Bank Muamalat sebaiknya juga mempertahankan dan meningkatkan citra perusahaan melalui peningkatan kinerja media informasi yang dimiliki, tanggung jawab social dan tanggung jawab terhadap lingkungan. Sehingga, kepuasan nasabah dan loyalitas nasabah pada Bank Muamalat meningkat. Kata Kunci: Islamic Marketing, Citra Perusahaan, Kepuasan Nasabah, Loyalitas Nasabah ABSTRACT The aim of this research was to examine the effect of Islamic marketing and corporate image on customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. This research used explanatory research and quantitative approach. Population in this research was customers of saving product in Bank Muamalat Indonesia Malang Branch Office. Questionnaires were distributed to 138 respondents by purposive sampling technique. Data analysis technique involved path analysis and descriptive analysis. Based on calculation of path analysis showed that Islamic marketing had significant effect on customer satisfaction and customer loyalty; corporate image had significant effect on customer satisfaction and customer loyalty; and customer satisfaction had significant effect on customer loyalty. Therefore, Bank Muamalat should maintain and improve the Islamic marketing through practicing professional Islamic banking. Moreover, Bank Muamalat also should maintain and improve the corporate image through increasing the performance of information media, responsible to customer and social environment. Abstract

Indonesia is a country with a majority Muslim population. In the context of Indonesian’s, Muslims constitute a very large market share for marketing products, especially Islamic products. One of the products based on Islamic values is Islamic Bank. In Indonesia, Bank Muamalat is the first bank in existence. With such a large Muslim population, on the other hand, Islamic banks do not hold market share in the national banking industry. Islamic banks lag behind other conventional banks. Therefore, a strategy is needed to increase that market share. Islamic marketing is a strategy that can be used to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty at Bank Muamalat Indonesia.This research is an explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling. Respondents in this study were 120 people. The Machin and Campbell formula is used to determine the number of respondents. The objectives of this study are (1) to determine the effect of Islamic marketing on customer satisfaction; (2) to determine the effect of Islamic marketing on customer loyalty; (3) To determine the effect of customer satisfaction on customer loyalty.The results of this study are (1) Islamic marketing has a significant effect on customer satisfaction; (2) Islamic marketing has a significant effect on customer loyalty; and (3) Customer satisfaction has a significant effect on customer loyalty. So that Bank Muamalat in increasing customer satisfaction and loyalty needs to improve the existing indicators in Islamic Marketing

Abstract

The development of information technology and the internet affect the abundance of digital information flows. This reflection also indicates that students in Indonesia, who are the digital native generation, have a strong dependence on the internet. In addition, the weak information literacy that plagues educators affects unattractive learning and the quality of students is not adaptable. Therefore, teachers as educators and school library staff as educational staff are required to be competent incapable of information literacy so that they can teach digital literacy continuously. The method in this study uses a Participatory Action Research (PAR) approach, which is located at Al-Jannah Jambon KB/TK, Pakis District, Malang Regency. The purpose of this literacy improvement training is to improve teachers' understanding and abilities related to digital literacy competencies, provide insight into alternative learning methods that can be used using technology, improve teacher skills in making interactive learning media to build classroom activity. The PAR results show that with the digital literacy workshop on hand puppets, these non-formal teachers feel helped in their efforts to improve digital literacy. On the other hand, teachers also find it easier to be creative.

Abstract

The corporation must increase employee voluntary attitudes, organizational citizenship behavior, and job happiness in order to enhance employees' potential job performance. This study is important for determining the effect of transformational leadership and organizational culture on work satisfaction and the promotion of organizational citizenship behavior. This study employs a quantitative methodology to collect data from 32 employees utilizing a saturation sampling technique. With the assistance of SmartPLS software, the data were analyzed using the PLS-based SEM approach. The results indicated that transformational leadership has no influence on job satisfaction, organizational culture has a significant positive influence on job satisfaction, transformational leadership has no influence on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), organizational culture has an influence on OCB, job satisfaction does not mediate the influence of transformational leadership on OCB, but it does mediate the influence of organizational culture on OCB. These findings aid PT Anugrah Agung Pratama in increasing job satisfaction and employee OCB.

Abstract

Kabupaten Ponorogo memiliki potensi menjadi jejaring Kota Kreatif UNESCO dengan salah satu objek Wisata unggulannya, Telaga Ngebel. Permasalahan yang ditemukan ialah kurangnya pemasaran produk olahan yang dihasilkan dan minimnya promosi wisata Telaga Ngebel. Adapun tujuan pengabdian ini adalah untuk melaksanakan pelatihan digitalisasi promosi wisata dan peningkatan keterampilan diversifikasi produk pangan dari ikan hasil budidaya. Terdapat dua kelompok UMKM yang dijadikan mitra dalam program Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat oleh tim Universitas Brawijaya yaitu Kelompok Tani Sumber Sekar Lestari dan Kelompok Budidaya Mina Sejahtera. Metode pelaksanaan yang digunakan yaitu FGD dan sosialisasi untuk memberikan pelatihan terkait promosi produk olahan dan tempat wisata Telaga Ngebel. Hasil kegiatan adalah mitra UMKM dapat melakukan pemasaran produk kopi dan gula aren dengan adanya digitalisasi melalui media sosial dan e-Commerce, sehingga dapat meningkatkan promosi wisata Telaga Ngebel. Selain itu, kegiatan diversifikasi produk olahan fish stick “nila” juga meningkatkan produk unggulan sebagai oleh-oleh khas wisata Telaga Ngebel.

Abstract

This article examines the contribution of firm size as a determinant of firm performance. The novelty of the research is to develop a new model related to the determinants of firm performance, especially the firm size variable. Another novelty in this study is that it is more comprehensive in seeing the effect of investment opportunity set, capital structure, and dividend policy on company performance and dividend policy, as well as company size as a moderating variable. The number of samples is 26 companies with a period of 5 years, 2018-2022. Research hypothesis testing using Structural Equation Model (SEM) based on Partial Least Square (PLS). The results showed that investment opportunity set has a significant effect on dividend policy, capital structure has a significant effect on dividend policy, investment opportunity set has no significant effect on company performance, capital structure has no significant effect on company performance, dividend policy has a significant effect on dividend policy. Dividend policy has a significant effect on firm performance, firm size significantly moderates the effect of investment opportunity set on dividend policy, firm size does not significantly moderate the effect of capital structure on dividend policy, investment opportunity set has a significant effect on firm performance through dividend policy, capital structure has a significant effect on firm performance through dividend policy. Abstract

As a breakthrough from the Indonesian Ministry of Education and Culture, Research and Technology, the Merdeka Learning Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) program needs to measure the effectiveness of its implementation in increasing student competence based on industrial needs from the perspective of the three parties involved, namely students as learners, teaching staff/study programs, and partners/industry. This research was conducted at the University of Brawijaya. The research method uses a quantitative approach with a survey research type. The population of this study was students who were accepted into the MBKM program in the 2021/2022 academic year; as many as 694 students were active in the MSIB, IISMA, Semeru, Student Exchange, and Bangkit UB programs, while the population of Lecturers/ Study Programs totals 76 study programs, as well as partners/industry where 100 students take part in MSIB activities so that the total population is 870 respondents. Therefore, the sample for this study was obtained from 269 respondents using the Krejcie & Morgan formula. They are collecting data in this study using a questionnaire. The collected data were processed using SPSS and Microsoft Excel tools to display descriptive data about the perspectives of the three parties. The research results show that implementing the Independent Campus Learning Policy (MBKM) in Improving Student Competence Based on Industrial Needs at Brawijaya University is very good; this is evident from the results of a survey conducted on lecturers, students, and MBKM partners.

Abstract

Pendidikan merupakan hal yang sangat penting bagi masyarakat. Pendidikan adalah aktivitas yang harus terencana serta berlangsung seumur hidup dan merupakan kebutuhan bagi semua manusia. Setiap pelaku pendidikan terus berupaya menciptakan pendidikan yang bermakna agar tercapainya tujuan pendidikan nasional salah satunya dengan melakukan evaluasi dam pembaharuan Kurikulum. Kurikulum merupakan jantungnya lembaga pendidikan, karena kurikulum dimaksudkan sebagai pedoman dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan pembelajaran di lembaga pendidikan yang bersangkutan. Dalam mewujudkan dan mengimplementasikan suatu kurikulum yang bermutu, maka diperlukannya manajemen Pendidikan yang baik agar suasana belajar dapat terlaksana secara aktif, inovatif, kreatif, dan menyenangkan dan tercapainya tujuan Pendidikan secara efektif dan efisien. Cita-cita yang baik membutuhkan perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan hingga evaluasi yang terarah. Kualitas pendidikan membutuhkan manajemen yang baik dan manajemen yang baik membutuhkan kualitas sumber daya manusia. Sejalan dengan hal ini maka diperlukan kegiatan Pelatihan Manajemen Pengelolaan Sekolah untuk Implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka Belajar di Lembaga Pendidikan agar implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka mampu berjalan efektif dan efisien

Abstract

Organic waste can be utilized in various products that have use value and are environmentally friendly, one of which is eco-enzyme. Eco-enzyme is a liquid produced from a fermentation process from simple ingredients, namely brown sugar or molasses, organic waste in the form of fruit and vegetable peels, and water in a ratio of 1:3:10 for 3 months. The purpose of this community service activity was to invite the active role of the Giripurno Village community in reducing the volume of waste produced by processing domestic organic waste into eco-enzyme products and their derivative products. The implementation of this activity was focused on three hamlets, namely Dusun Kedung, Dusun Sabrangbendo, and Dukuh Sawahan from May to August 2023. The forms of activity included interviews, socialization, joint practice, monitoring, and evaluation. The results of this activity achieved training and practice in making eco-enzymes and derivative products with the PKK women's community well and smoothly. The resulting derivative products were dishwashing soap, floor cleaning liquid, and liquid organic fertilizer. Evaluation of achievement was carried out by giving questionnaires after and before the training which contained the understanding and satisfaction of the participant. Based on the evaluation results, it was found that there was an increase in the level of understanding of participants in the three hamlets, namely Dusun Kedung from 70% to 95%, Dusun Sabrangbendo from 62% to 90%, and Dusun Sawahan from 55% to 90%. Abstrak Sampah organik dapat dimanfaatkan menjadi berbagai produk yang memiliki nilai guna dan ramah lingkungan, salah satunya adalah eco-enzym. Eco-enzyme adalah cairan yang dihasilkan dari proses fermentasi dari bahan sederhana yaitu gula merah atau molase, sampah organik berupa kulit buah dan sayuran serta air dengan perbandingan 1:3:10 selama 3 bulan. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk mengajak peran aktif masyarakat Desa Giripurno dalam mengurangi volume sampah yang dihasilkan dengan cara mengolah sampah organik domestik menjadi produk ecoenzym dan produk turunannya. Pelaksanaan kegiatan ini difokuskan pada tiga dusun, yaitu Dusun Kedung, Dusun Sabrangbendo, dan Dusun Sawahan selama bulan Mei hingga Agustus 2023. Bentuk kegiatan berupa wawancara, sosialisasi, praktik bersama, monitoring dan evaluasi. Hasil dari kegiatan ini tercapainya pelatihan dan praktik pembuatan ecoenzym dan produk turunan bersama komunitas ibu PKK dengan baik dan lancar. Produk turunan yang dihasilkan yaitu sabun cuci piring, cairan pembersih lantai, dan pupuk organik cair. Evaluasi ketercapaian dilakukan dengan memberikan kuisioner setelah dan sebelum pelatihan yang berisikan pemahaman dan kepuasaan warga. Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi didapatkan hasil bahwa ada kenaikan level pemahaman warga di tiga dusun tersebut, yaitu Dusun Kedung dari 70% menjadi 95%, Dusun Sabrangbendo dari 62% menjadi 90%, dan Dusun Sawahan dari 55% menjadi 90%.

Abstract

Having qualified human resources is one important factor in a business's success. Companies need to manage their human resources effectively and efficiently for employees to perform at their best. Authoritative culture and occupation fulfillment are a few factors that can further develop worker execution. As a result, this study is crucial for determining the impact of organizational culture on employee job satisfaction and performance. This study employs an explanatory and quantitative methodology. This study included 135 respondents, with the number of subjects calculated using the Slovin formula and selected through simple random sampling. SmartPLS 4.0 is used to process the PLS-SEM used in the data analysis method. The direct effect reveals that organizational culture significantly influences employee performance, job satisfaction significantly affects organizational culture, job satisfaction does not notably influence employee performance, and it does not act as a mediator in the relationship between organizational culture and employee performance. Maritime Transportation Company can use these findings to improve employee performance by emphasizing job satisfaction and fostering a supportive organizational culture.
