Abstract

Indonesia is a maritime country that has rich marine resourcesoverflow. One of them is algae, which are distributed in almost all watersIndonesia is included in the Luk sea area, Sumbawa. Wrong type of potential algaehas the most content of primary and secondary metabolite compounds is algaegreen. This research was conducted to determine the antibacterial activity of the extractrough green algae from Luk beach. This research includes identifying green algaebased on morphological characteristics, followed by extracting green algae usingThe maceration method using distilled water was previously carried out in three preparationssamples namely drying (27 ° C), heating (70-80 ° C) and cooling (-10 ° C),each tested with a concentration of 20%, 40%, 60%, 80% and 100% then testedin vitro against Salmonella thypi and Staphylococcus aureus. TestingGreen algae antibacterial shows a different zone of inhibition in each type of extractionand concentrations of both pathogenic bacteria. The greatest inhibition zone against s.thypi isby using the extraction method with a concentration of 60% drying and method100% heating, while the greatest against s.aureusi is by usingextraction method heating concentration 80%.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the role and success indicators of PDPGRas an innovation in handling accelerated rehabilitation and reconstruction after the earthquakein West Sumbawa district. This research uses a qualitative approach. Techniquedata collection using observation, interviews, and documentationWest Sumbawa district government regulations and policies related to PDPGR.Informants were selected by purposive sampling. The selected informants were 7 peoplewhich is a steering team at the district level, PDPGR agents, traditional leaders, leadersreligion, and community leaders. The data obtained were analyzed using three pathsnamely reduction, presentation of data, and drawing conclusions made at the timedata collection in progress. The validity of the data was tested using triangulation techniquessource. The results showed that the role of PDPGR as a treatmentacceleration of post-earthquake rehabilitation and reconstruction, among others; 1) Make it easy andaccelerating the formation of community groups which are the basic rules in the processpost-disaster rehabilitation and reconstruction. 2) Assisting the community data collection processaffected by the earthquake quickly and completely. This is due to the PDPGR agentstructured and massive up to the block level incorporated in Pokmas Plus. 3)Help speed up the administrative process such as making RAB, disbursing funds, management to the BPBD, and making LPJ. This is because PDPGR agents haveexperience with the home rehabilitation program over the past 2 years. 4)Provide space for the community to actively participate in acceleratingthe rehabilitation and reconstruction process. PDPGR success indicator in acceleratingThe rehabilitation and reconstruction process includes a shorter processing timerather than the time given by BNPB and the quantity of work completed. From the data, it was found that more than 95% of the people's houses were affected by the earthquakeresolved quickly both for the category of Light Damage (RR), Moderately Damaged (RS),and Heavy Damage (RB).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the loss / power loss in the nijang feeder through the energy reconciliation process, simulation of the ETAP 12.6 program, and manual calculations. The benefits of this research can be used as a basis for consideration of the improvement efforts that should be carried out to minimize power losses in the medium voltage distribution network of Nijang feeders. The method used is quantitative research method because it takes data from the measurement of the transaction point which is then compared with the results in the simulation program ETAP 12.6 and manual calculations. The results showed that the power loss (kWh) resulted from 3 processes showed that the energy reconciliation process resulted in a greater power loss, namely 10,657 kWh, the ETAP 12.6 simulation resulted in a power loss of 3049 kWh and in manual calculations it resulted in losses. power of 4199 kWh, from the results of the research it can be seen that in the simulation process ETAP 12.6 and manual calculations only calculate power losses due to technical causes, while the energy reconciliation process includes technical and non-technical causes. It is hoped that this research can support efforts to improve power losses / losses in the PT PLN (Persero) UP3 Sumbawa environment.

This research data comes from the placeprocessing of corn and grain at PT. XYZ Sumbawa, West Nusa Tenggara. DataThis research is the result data from the vibration test using a vibration meter, testnoise using a sound level tool, using a temperature and humidity metergun and humadity thermometer tool, lighting test using anemometer, testwater using a PH meter and TDS, wind speed test using an air flow toolanemometer. The research data were analyzed descriptively and quantitatively based on the dataquantitative. The results of this study indicate the factors that influence the work climateare noise, vibration, temperature and humidity, wind speed, water and lightingas referred to in Permenaker No.5 of 2018 has no effect onwork activities of employees and workers at PT. XYZ Sumbawa, West Nusa Tenggara.Meanwhile, the work climate of K3 according to Permenaker No.5 of 2018 is not allimplemented by PT. XYZ Sumbawa Branch because there are several working climatesdoes not comply with government standards namely noise (89.5-99.6 dBA) vibration (5.2-5.5 m / s2), and temperature (27oc) and humidity (50-62%) workspace while appropriatewith Permenaker No. 5 of 2018 are lighting, wind speed, and water.
